Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi apotek saat ini yaitu masalah persediaan obat dimana terdapat beberapa obat yang tidak bisa memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen dan terkadang persediaan obat mengalami kelebihan stok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan metode terbaik dalam menentukan kuantitas persediaan obat dengan kriteria service level tertinggi dan total cost terendah. Pengklasifikasian obat berdasarkan analisis ABC. Obat yang dipilih hanya obat yang masuk ke dalam kategori A dan 10 jenis obat termahal. Setelah itu dilakukan perhitungan nilai persediaan dengan menggunakan tiga metode yaitu EOQ, Joint Replenishment, dan Sistem (Q,r). Evaluasi untuk ketiga metode tersebut menggunakan pendekatan simulasi. Model simulasi ini dibangun dengan cara memasukkan pola-pola permintaan untuk masing-masing obat serta memasukkan nilai persediaan untuk masing-masing metode yang telah dihitung sebelumnya. Dari hasil perhitungan dengan pendekatan simulasi untuk masing-masing metode didapatkan perbandingan nilai total cost dan service level. Nilai service level tertinggi dan total cost terendah untuk hasil perhitungan dan hasil simulasi memiliki hasil yang sama yaitu metode Joint Replenishment.

Abstract

Preventive maintenance is considered as a method to avoid unexpected failure in production machines. Unfortunately, conducting such maintenance is limited by resources availability thus likely causes tardiness. This research aims to minimize total tardiness of preventive maintenance on production machines by developing a scheduling model. This scheduling model takes the availability of time and labor into account to get an optimal scheduling model that can minimize the tardiness. The model of preventive maintenance schedule is developed by using the Integer Linear Programming method. This method provides output in the form of preventive maintenance schedule through a purpose function which considers the specified constraints on the company. As the result, the developed model could propose a preventive maintenance schedule which reduces the total tardiness.

Abstract

Organization goals could be achieved by translating vision and mission into strategy. The strategy should be carefully formulated to direct the operation plans to work in harmony to achieve the goal. This research aims to show how the strategy is formulated based on the performance measurement result. The performance indicators are generated using the Balanced Scorecard approach with its four perspectives; financial, customer, internal business process, and learning and growth. Once these indicators and their benchmarks are defined, performance measurement is carried out. The performance measurement result is then input into a Strength-Weakness-Opportunity-Threat (SWOT) matrix. This approach proved that it could help the company review its existing strategy achievements and competitive position. Furthermore, the SWOT analysis proposes some potential actions taken by the company, which fall on Offensive, Defensive, Adjust, and Survive strategies.

Abstract

PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading is a company which operates in general business and distribution of pharmacy products, general needs, cosmetics, foods and hospital equipment. In their current practice, routing in products deliveries, which is limited by time windows, has not considered the utilization of vehicles' maximum loading capacities. Distribution route from a hybrid algorithm using heuristic clustering and Mixed-Integer Linear Programming approach can accommodate such problem with time windows and vehicles' capacities utilization. Based on the comparison between company’s current route and the route from the hybrid algorithm, it can be seen that the hybrid algorithm is able to decrease total distance and total cost of transportation. This new route concerns on vehicles allocation and time windows limit. This new route can minimize the total cost of transportation that company has to pay.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the influence of website quality, product quality, product price, and safety shopping on e-commerce customer satisfaction and determine the significant factor influencing e-commerce customer satisfaction. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis to identify the relationship between independent variables and dependent variables. This research uses the purposive sampling technique to determine the sample size through an online questionnaire to obtain the primary data. The 184 respondents respond to the online questionnaire through social media. This research shows that website quality, product quality, product price, and safety shopping simultaneously influence customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the most significant factor affecting customer satisfaction is product quality; this factor contributes as much as 38% among the other three independent variables in this research.

Abstract

Nowadays, consumers are getting smarter in choosing products, including food products. Food safety is an important thing that must be considered by the food industry. Unsafe food production can only be done because of food, product needs, lengthy legal process, but can also damage the community. Customer needs demand certainty from the food provided in a way that meets food safety standards, from the garden to the table. To fulfill this reason, all parties involved in the food production process must know and understand well matters related to food procurement standards for the products produced. Rendang is one of the traditional foods of West Sumatra that has begun worldwide. This requires the need to produce rendang with food safety standards is very important. Based on this, within the framework of the Community Service Department of Industrial Engineering UNAND conducts training / technical guidance related to the rendang food procurement standards with training on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). This activity was expected to help Small and Medium Enterprises to get business standardization.

Abstract

Service quality is a determining factor for the success of an e-commerce business serving its customers, which has an impact on customer satisfaction and loyalty. Therefore, this study aims to measure the service quality of several online e-commerce market-places on customer satisfaction and loyalty in Indonesia. This study focuses on the four most visited e-commerce application providers, namely Lazada, Tokopedia, Bukalapak, and Shopee. The concept of e-servqual and the SEM-PLS analysis method are used in this study. The results show that the variables that have significant effect on customer satisfaction are responsiveness, personalization, and reliability. While the variables that have no significant effect are website usability, information quality, and assurance. Furthermore, the variables that affect customer loyalty and satisfaction are assurance and website usability. Meanwhile, the variables of reliability, information quality, personalization, and responsiveness have no significant effect on customer loyalty. Kualitas layanan merupakan faktor penentu kesuksesan suatu usaha e-commerce melayani konsumennya yang berdampak pada kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ditujukan untuk mengukur kualitas layanan beberapa e-commerce market-place daring terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggannya di Indonesia. Penelitian ini fokus pada empat penyedia aplikasi e-commerce yang paling banyak dikunjungi yaitu Lazada, Tokopedia, Bukalapak, dan Shopee. Konsep e-servqual dan metode analisis SEM-PLS digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang berpengaruh nyata terhadap kepuasan pelanggan adalah daya tanggap, personalisasi dan keandalan. Sedangkan variabel yang tidak berpengaruh nyata adalah kegunaan website, kualitas informasi, dan jaminan. Selanjutnya, variabel yang mempengaruhi loyalitas dan kepuasan pelanggan adalah jaminan (assurance), dan kegunaan website (website usability). Sementara itu, variabel keandalan (reliability), kualitas informasi (information quality), personalisasi (personalization), dan daya tanggap (responsiveness) tidak berpengaruh nyata pada loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

The Sarasah Village Cooperative (KUD Sarasah) located in Nagari III Koto, Rambatan Subdistrict, Tanah Datar Regency plans to build a citronella oil distillation unit. The decision about the location where to build a factory is a strategic decision that needs to be considered carefully, because it involves a large amount of investment and has a long-term impact. This study aims to select the location of the construction of citronella oil distillery. The method used in this research is the Analytical Hierarchy Process. The conclusion that can be drawn regarding the most strategic location for the construction of a citronella oil production house is Aur Serumpun with a weight of 47.9% whereas the Long-Term aspect is the most influential criterion with a weight of 43.4%. KUD Sarasah yang berlokasi di Nagari III Koto, Kecamatan Rambatan, Kabupaten Tanah Datar berencana membangun rumah produksi penyulingan minyak serai wangi. Keputusan tentang lokasi tempat pendirian pabrik merupakan keputusan strategis yang perlu dipertimbangkan secara cermat, karena menyangkut investasi dalam jumlah besar dan memiliki dampak jangka panjang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memilih lokasi pembangunan rumah produksi minyak serai wangi. Metode yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah Analytical Hierarchy Process. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil terkait lokasi yang paling strategis sebagai tempat pembangunan rumah produksi minyak serai wangi adalah di Aur Serumpun dengan bobot sebesar 47,9% dimana aspek Jangka Panjang adalah kriteria yang paling mempengaruhi keputusan penentuan lokasi dengan bobot 43,4%.

Abstract

Distribusi adalah kunci untuk memperlancar dan mempermudah penyampaian barang ke pelanggan. Klasifikasi, kuantitas kendaraan, dan rute atau jalur penyaluran harus diperhitungkan agar distribusi optimal. PT Gresik Cipta Sejahtera saat ini menghadapi masalah ketidaksesuaian antara jumlah produk yang dimuat dan daya tampung truk dalam penyaluran tabung oksigen, sehingga berdampak pada rute kendaraan yang tidak optimal. Masalah ini termasuk dalam Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem (CVRP) karena masing-masing jenis kendaraan mempunyai perbedaan dalam hal kapasitas angkut. CVRP adalah suatu permasalahan penetapan jalur kendaraan untuk melayani konsumen dengan permintaan tertentu, menyambungkan depot dengan konsumen, serta antar konsumen, dengan memperhitungkan daya angkut maksimal kendaraan. Solusi yang digunakan menyelesaikan CVRP salah satunya adalah memanfaatkan algoritma Clarke and Wright Savings. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menghasilkan rute distribusi tabung oksigen yang optimal. Pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu tabu search untuk mendapatkan solusi yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil bahwa total jarak tempuh dengan metode tabu search adalah sebesar 275,35 km, dibandingkan hasil yang diberikan oleh algoritma Clarke and Wright Savings sebesar 290,05 km.

Abstract

Vehicle routing problems (VRP) are common in many companies and play an important role in distribution and logistics. Effective routing can significantly reduce expenses and increase customer satisfaction. The research entitled "Determining VRPTW Distribution Routes with Rigid and Flexible Time Windows and Assigning Based on the Demand Numbers" will solve the modified vehicle routing problem with time window (VRPTW) problem by considering constraints on vehicle capacity, delay times, penalty fees for delays, rigid and flexible time windows, and demand numbers. There is one origin depot for the company that will serve their 15 customers. The method used to overcome the problem is mixed-integer linear programming (MILP). In general, this research classifies time windows into three groups, namely rigid, flexible, and rigid and flexible. The time window model chosen is a rigid time window with a cost of IDR 561,965 and no customers are served late. The rigid time window model was chosen because no customers are served late and the cost difference is not significant or can be said to be very small compared to other time window models.
