<![CDATA[Permasalahan yang dihadapi apotek saat ini yaitu masalah persediaan obat dimana terdapat beberapa obat yang tidak bisa memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen dan terkadang persediaan obat mengalami kelebihan stok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan metode terbaik dalam menentukan kuantitas persediaan obat dengan kriteria service level tertinggi dan total cost terendah. Pengklasifikasian obat berdasarkan analisis ABC. Obat yang dipilih hanya obat yang masuk ke dalam kategori A dan 10 jenis obat termahal. Setelah itu dilakukan perhitungan nilai persediaan dengan menggunakan tiga metode yaitu EOQ, Joint Replenishment, dan Sistem (Q,r). Evaluasi untuk ketiga metode tersebut menggunakan pendekatan simulasi. Model simulasi ini dibangun dengan cara memasukkan pola-pola permintaan untuk masing-masing obat serta memasukkan nilai persediaan untuk masing-masing metode yang telah dihitung sebelumnya. Dari hasil perhitungan dengan pendekatan simulasi untuk masing-masing metode didapatkan perbandingan nilai total cost dan service level. Nilai service level tertinggi dan total cost terendah untuk hasil perhitungan dan hasil simulasi memiliki hasil yang sama yaitu metode Joint Replenishment.]]>

<![CDATA[Preventive maintenance is considered as a method to avoid unexpected failure in production machines. Unfortunately, conducting such maintenance is limited by resources availability thus likely causes tardiness. This research aims to minimize total tardiness of preventive maintenance on production machines by developing a scheduling model. This scheduling model takes the availability of time and labor into account to get an optimal scheduling model that can minimize the tardiness. The model of preventive maintenance schedule is developed by using the Integer Linear Programming method. This method provides output in the form of preventive maintenance schedule through a purpose function which considers the specified constraints on the company. As the result, the developed model could propose a preventive maintenance schedule which reduces the total tardiness.]]>

<![CDATA[Organization goals could be achieved by translating vision and mission into strategy. The strategy should be carefully formulated to direct the operation plans to work in harmony to achieve the goal. This research aims to show how the strategy is formulated based on the performance measurement result. The performance indicators are generated using the Balanced Scorecard approach with its four perspectives; financial, customer, internal business process, and learning and growth. Once these indicators and their benchmarks are defined, performance measurement is carried out. The performance measurement result is then input into a Strength-Weakness-Opportunity-Threat (SWOT) matrix. This approach proved that it could help the company review its existing strategy achievements and competitive position. Furthermore, the SWOT analysis proposes some potential actions taken by the company, which fall on Offensive, Defensive, Adjust, and Survive strategies.]]>

<![CDATA[The implementation of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) into learning activities presents a significant effect on the quality of education, especially in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. The present study aims to evaluate the level of implementation of ICT in learning activities for vocational teachers. This experimental research used survey method by distributing questionnaires to respondents with different subject expertise.The results showed that the use of ICTs in learning process has not been implemented optimally. This is caused by the low competence of teachers in the sector of information and communication technology. In addition, the lack of ICT infrastructure in schools causes a deceleration in the development of ICT-based learning models. Comprehensive improvement need to be implemented so that the development of ICT-based learnings model can be performed. <![CDATA[Numerous obstacles must be overcome by vocational schools, particularly in the area of developing technical and practical knowledge. The provision of skills improvement and reskilling for teachers and students, especially in the field of Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) in gasoline-powered vehicles, is the most fundamental issue at SMKN 1 Lembah Melintang that needs special attention, particularly for Automotive Light Vehicle Engineering (TKRO). The program's goal is to increase teachers' and students' proficiency in the use of tools and procedures for regular maintenance of the EFI system in cars. With a portion of 30:70, the participants will receive both theoretical and practical training. The results of the pretest and posttest show that this program has increased the competence and expertise of teachers and students. This is proved by significant growth from the prior competency in the use of tools and circular work steps, with student gains of 24% and teacher gains of 14%.]]>

<![CDATA[The lack of learning resources and continued reliance on a teacher-centered learning approach for issues related to light vehicle engine repair served as the driving force for this study. The goal of this study is to provide a trustworthy and useful module for the Light Vehicle Engine Maintenance course for students in the Vocational School SMKN 2 Padangsidempuan's 11th grade Light Vehicle Enginering (Teknik Kendaraan Ringan/TKR) Study Program. The research and development technique is this kind of study. The approach is a four-step process called the Define, Design, Development, and Disseminate. The study's participants were 11th-grade students at the vocational school SMKN 2 Padangsidempuan's Light Vehicle Engineering (Teknik Kendaraaan Rimgan/TKR) Study Program. <![CDATA[Tujuan dari riset ini adalah (i) untuk mengetahui efek kepemimpinan kepala sekolah kepada kinerja guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 1Sei Kanan (ii) supaya tahu efek budaya organisasi kepada kinerja guru sekolah menengah kejuruan negeri 1 sei kanan (iii) untuk mengetahui secara serempak efek kepemimpinan kepala sekolah serta budaya organisasi kepada kinerja guru sekolah menengah kejuruan negeri 1 sei kanan. Jenis penelitian yang dipakai merupakan kuantitatif serta memakai pendekatan deskriftif. Adapun cara yang dipakai didalam menemukan hasil penetian dengan penyebaran angket. Hasil risetyang diperoleh adalah (1) Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah memiliki pengaruh yang baik dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 34,2%. Hal tersebut menandakan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah makin bagus, sehingga hasil kerja guru semakin baik. dan sebaliknya. (2) Budaya organisasi memiliki efek baik dan signifikan kepada kinerja guru sebesar 34,6%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut memperlihatkan makin baik ataupun bagus budaya organisasi maka akan makin baik dan bagus pula hasil kerja guru dan sebaliknya. (3) Kepemimpinan sekolah dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas guru (51,1%). Semakin baik kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi kepala sekolah maka semakin baik pula kinerja guru tersebut. Di sisi lain, kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi kepala sekolah yang rendah atau melemah menyebabkan kinerja guru yang buruk di SMKN 1 Sei Kanan Akademik 2022/2023.]]>

<![CDATA[Traksi is a division of work related to transportation at PT TKA. There are cases of work accidents experienced by Traksi employees every year. This study aims to identify potential hazards from the work activities of Traksi employees. Data collection was carried out at the Koto Ubi Garden division through direct observation in the Traksi work area, and employee interviews regarding the activities carried out. The hazard identification process is carried out using the Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) method. From the results of hazard identification, 26 potential hazards can occur to Traksi employees. Meanwhile, from the risk assessment, there are 35% in the extreme category, 31% in the high category, 23% in the low category, and 11% in the medium category. Traksi merupakan divisi pekerjaan yang berkaitan dengan transportasi di PT TKA. Terdapat kasus kecelakaan kerja yang dialami oleh karyawan Traksi di setiap tahunnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya dari aktivitas kerja karyawan Traksi. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada divisi Kebun Koto Ubi melalui pengamatan langsung di area kerja Traksi, dan melakukan wawancara pekerja mengenai aktivitas kerja yang dilakukan. Proses identifikasi bahaya dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA). Dari hasil identifikasi bahaya didapatkan 26 potensi bahaya yang dapat terjadi pada karyawan Traksi. Sedangkan dari penilaian risiko terdapat 35% pada kategori ekstrim, 31% pada kategori tinggi, 23% pada kategori rendah, dan 11% pada kategori sedang.]]>

<![CDATA[Customers as consumers of products users need to pay attention to the satisfaction they get. The study in this research is about customer satisfaction which is part of the advantages of industrial business in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. The method used is a literature study. Data sources are articles in accredited national journals and reputable international journals. The findings show that the industrial revolution 4.0 changed the work system in an industry by utilizing the latest technology to increase competition and seek innovative strategies to achieve customer satisfaction. These findings are expected to provide information to business or corporate users, customers who use the products offered, and government agencies that participate in managing the industrial business so that they can create industrial business flows that are useful for the progress of a country's economy. Pelanggan sebagai konsumen dari pengguna produk perlu diperhatikan mengenai kepuasan yang didapatkan. Kajian dalam penelitian ini adalah mengenai kepuasan pelanggan yang merupakan bagian dari keunggulan bisnis industri pada era revolusi industri 4.0. Metode yang digunakan adalah literatur studi. Sumber data adalah artikel dalam jurnal nasional berakreditasi maupuan jurnal internasional bereputasi. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa revolusi industri 4.0 merubah sistem kerja dalam suatu industri dengan memanfaatkan teknologi terkini dalam meningkatkan persaingan dan mencari strategi yang inovatif untuk mencapai kepuasan pelanggan. <![CDATA[Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui Tingkat pengetahuan K3, dan kedisiplinan siswa kelas XI TKR dalam melaksanakan praktikum, Pengaruh pengetahuan K3 terhadap kedisiplinan siswa saat melaksanakan praktikum di bengkel otomotif SMK Negeri 5 Padang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes dan kuesioner/angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis deskripsi data dan analisis statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, 1) Tingkat pengetahuan K3 berada dalam kategori cukup dengan persentase 77,30% 2) Tingkat kedisiplinan siswa dalam melaksanakan praktikum dinilai memuaskan atau baik dengan persentase 82,56% 3) Tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pengetahuan K3 terhadap kedisiplinan siswa dalam melaksanakan praktikum dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.564 karena 0.564 > 0.05. This research is a descriptive correlational research with a quantitative approach which aims to determine the level of K3 knowledge, and the discipline of class XI TKR students in carrying out practicums. Data collection techniques used are tests and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is data description analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The research results obtained, 1) The level of K3 knowledge is in the sufficient category with a percentage of 77.30% 2) The level of discipline of students in carrying out practicums is considered satisfactory or good with a percentage of 82.56% 3) There is no significant effect between OSH knowledge on discipline students in carrying out practical work with a significance value of 0.564 because 0.564 > 0.05.]]>
