Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hasil pengurangan perilaku merokok melalui konseling kelompok dengan teknik self management. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mengunakan metode pre eksperimen, dengan sampel 4 orang siswa yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang  digunakan yaitu perhitungan gain melalui selisih basselin dan intervensi. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini adalah dengan instrumen  pemberian  angket dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa semua subjek penelitian mampu menggurangi perilaku merokoknya, yaitu R1 dapat menurun kan perilaku merokoknya sebanyak 22 poin. R2 dapat mengurangi perilaku merokok nya sebanyak 20 poin. R3 dapat mengurangi perilaku merokok nya sebanyak 20 poin. R4 dapat mengurangi perilaku merokoknya sebanyak 30 poin.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berdasarkan fenomena yang ada di SMP Negeri 7 Singkawang menunjukkan masih rendahnya empati siswa. Melalui bimbingan kelompok diharapkan empati siswa dapat ditingkatkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan bimbingan kelompok untuk meningkatkan empati siswa kelas VII C di SMP Negeri 7 Singkawang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian yaitu seluruh siswa kelas VII di SMP Negeri 7 Singkawang. Cara pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling sebanyak 8 siswa di kelas VII C. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan bimbingan kelompok pada pertemuan pertama siswa kebanyakkan tidak menanggapi teman yang sedang menyampaikan pendapat. Hanya ada satu siswa yang mampu menunjukkan empatinya seperti menghargai teman yang sedang berbicara dengan cara merespon dan memberi tanggapan, siswa ini digolongkan dengan indikator empati. Pertemuan kedua ada enam siswa sudah mencakup indikator empati memikirkan, memahami, merasakan dan mengkomunikasikan seperti siswa aktif bertanya, berani mengemukakan pendapatnya dan mampu merespon tanggapan temannya. Pertemuan ketiga kali ini semua siswa sudah aktif berargumen dan bertanya tanpa ditunjuk oleh pemimpin kelompok. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa indikator empati telah diwujudkan oleh setiap siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the emotional dynamics of first grade students at the beginning of the lesson and at the end of the lesson of one elementary school in Singkawang City and to analyse the factors causing the emotions of the first grade students at the beginning of the lesson and at the end of the lesson on one elementary school in Singkawang City. This type of research is qualitative research. Sources of data used are class I and Teacher homeroom I. Data collection techniques that researchers use is participatory observation in the process of learning in the classroom at the beginning and end of the lesson. Interview techniques in the form of structured interviews used to obtain information as complete as possible. Data collection techniques with documents in the form of writing and photos. Data Collecting Instrument used in this research are observation sheet, interview questionnaire and activity photo. The results explain the emotional dynamics in the first grade students of Brother Singkawang Elementary School at the beginning of the lesson is 100% happy. At the end of the hour 18% happy, 18% sad, and 63% angry. Factors causing emotions happy at the beginning of the lesson because it can meet friends, play and learn together. As for sad and angry emotions are not visible. At the end of the lesson there are happy emotions caused by content to play, full because they have eaten and ready to learn again and can answer teacher questions. The sad emotion at the end of the lesson is caused by still want to play, sick, hot weather, tired or tired and fighting. Furthermore, feelings of anger caused by a friend's fight and bullied, hot weather, angry due to the teacher warned and hyperactive.

Abstract

The aim of this research is: (1) to analyze the implementation of guidance and counseling supervision, and (2) to find main factors inhibiting the implementation of guidance and counseling supervisory at the Senior High Schools of Singkawang City. The results show that: (1) the implementation of the guidance and counseling supervision has still many weaknesses on each stage done by the supervisors, such as unidentified guidance and counseling teachers‘ needs, the program planning is not yet organized well, the supervisors do not use particular approaches, and they do not control the supervisions carried out, (2) some factors inhibiting the implementation of guidance and counseling supervision include lack of guidance and counseling supervision forces that so many guidance and counseling teachers are not supervised optimally, lack of knowledge and understanding by the supervisors on the implementation, and also minimal development of supervisory competencies in the guidance and counseling field.

Abstract

Developing entrepreneurship for the students should be done starting from of primary and secondary education. The major obstacles experienced by the school in general are not the inclusion of entrepreneurial material in the curriculum contained in the school subjects. Similarly, the partner in this case MTs Al Fatah Singkawang. The constraints that the partners of the community service Program are the limitation of capital (cost), human resources, technology and also the location of land that is narrow enough to implement activities for students. Program activities are conducted with hydroponic vegetable cultivation and catfish cultivation with Bioflok technology which is carried out by 30 students MTs Al Fatah and also involve the practitioners of hydroponic vegetable cultivation and also fish farming practitioners Catfish with Bioflok system. This activity was held from May 2019 until December 2019. Hydroponic vegetable farming and catfish cultivation activities with Bioflok technology started with the preparation of cultivation media until the process of cultivation. Results show that students can already practice vegetable cultivation in hydroponics and fish farming with BIOMAXI technology and this activity plays a major role in cultivating the entrepreneurship of students.

Abstract

The research departs from the fact that the level of knowledge and skills of students in dealing with the earthquake in Lombok is low. Meanwhile, social science learning in schools does not contribute to the formation of students' knowledge and skills in dealing with earthquakes. In fact, the island of Lombok is an area with a high level of vulnerability to earthquake disasters in Indonesia. Thus, in this study, the main objective is to develop earthquake mitigation media sourced from the Sasak indigenous people themselves and allotment for schools in Lombok. The research method used is a research and development approach. From the research and development process, several results were obtained including: First, the more effective the learning process for teachers and students because they used earthquake mitigation media based on values ​​that existed in the Sasak community themselves; Second, the results of both quantitative and qualitative analysis show that earthquake mitigation media based on the value of the bale beleq architecture are able to improve the school's mitigation capability against earthquake disasters. So with the architectural value-based mitigation media that exists in the Sasak community itself, teachers and students are more effective and efficient in order to improve the ability of earthquake disaster mitigation in schools. Abstract

Vegetable cultivation can be carried out on limited land by applying the concept of hydroponics. Hydroponic farming can be done by anyone, including children with special needs (ABK) who have been underestimated by most of the community. The purpose of this mentoring activity is to provide skills and foster student self-confidence with a sausage or (soft skill for self confidence) model. The mentoring efforts are carried out using the SPP method, namely socialization, training, and mentoring). The partners of this activity are SLB Negeri and SLB-B Dharma Miranti in Singkawang City The results of the assistance in hydroponic vegetable cultivation business in ABK students using the sausage model led to two findings. First, abk students turned out to have the skills to do vegetable cultivation hydroponically. This can be seen from the ability of ABK students to know and use the equipment and equipment needed to grow crops hydroponically. In addition, they also understand the procedure or stages of growing vegetables hydroponically. Second, mentoring activities that involve the roles of various parties, namely STKIP Singkawang, teachers, and the Singkawang City Agriculture and Forestry Service are able to provide stimulus to foster the confidence of abk students in partner schools

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh burnout akademik terhadap hasil belajar siswa yang berada di SMA Negeri 2 Selakau khususnya kelas XI. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Jenis kuantitatif dengan model desain One Shot Case Study. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 60 siswa, sedangkan untuk menentukan sampel menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling yang berjumlah 30 siswa Teknik dan instrument pengumpul data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan panduan angket dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan Teknik analisis yang digunakan menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Data penelitian ini adalah hasil skor angket burnout akademik dan nilai hasil belajar siswa. Hasil uji hipotesis regresi linier sederhana diperoleh nilai koefisien determinasi R Square adalah sebesar 0,05. nilai f hitung adalah sebesar 1,488 dengan taraf tingkat signifikan 0,233 > 0,05. serta Koefisien regresi X (Burnout akademik) sebesar -0,223. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengaruh variabel X (burnout akademik) terhadap variabel Y (hasil belajar siswa) sangat kecil dilihat dari koefisien determinasi R Square yaitu sebesar 0,05 atau 5%. Pengaruh variabel X terhadap variabel Y tidak signifikan dilihat dari taraf signifikansi yaitu 0,233 yang lebih besar dari 0,05. Serta arah pengaruh variabel X terhadap variabel Y ke arah negatif dilihat dari koefisisen regresi yaitu sebesar -0,233. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh burnout akademik terhadap hasil belajar siswa berpengaruh sangat kecil yaitu hanya sekitar 5%, sedangkan 95% hasil belajar siswa dipengaruhi oleh factor atau variabel lain.
