Abstract

This type of research is descriptive quantitative. This study uses analytical techniques that include path analysis with the aim to find out the direct and indirect influence of independent variables on the dependent variables processing data using SPSS, simultaneous testing (F test) and individual testing (t test). The population in this study are customers in Bank Syariah Mandiri Sangatta Branch Office. And the number of samples taken by 98 respondents by using random sampling technique. The results showed that there is a significant influence between income sharing (X1) and bonus (X2) to customer loyalty (Y) either partially or simultaneously. From the results if the data is known value of correlation coefficient (R) of 0,542 with interpretation between 0,40 - 0,599 which means existence of positive relation between variable of revenue sharing and giving bonus to customer loyalty, and included in category strong enough. The results of this study indicate that the revenue-sharing variable and bonus giving contributes to customer loyalty variables with a total influence of 29.4% and the remaining 70.6% is likely determined by other factors and not examined in this study. And the path equation is Y = 0,366X1 + 0,297X2.

Abstract

Dunia pendidikan saat ini, khususnya pendidikan Al-Qur’an memiliki banyak tantangan. Hal tersebut terlihat dari obsesi berlebihan anak terhadap gadget yang membuat karakter religius mereka seakan terkikis oleh kecanggihan zaman yang ditandai dengan kemajuan informasi dan teknologi yang begitu pesat. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk diketahui bahwa menanamkan nilai-nilai religius sejak dini pada anak merupakan hal yang sangat penting. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif berjenis deskriptif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui proses wawancara tidak terstruktur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana penerapan nilai-nilai religius melalui program “Tahfidz Menginap” guna membentuk karakter santri di Rumah Qur’an Ridhotullah Sangatta menjadi lebih baik. Hasilnya, ada beberapa poin nilai religius yang diajarkan, diterapkan, dan diinternalisasikan pada santri, yaitu kejujuran, kedisiplinan, kesabaran, tanggung jawab, dan kebersihan. Akhirnya, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan nilai-nilai religius merupakan hal yang sangat krusial untuk diajarkan kepada anak agar mereka dapat mengimplementasikannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari sehingga tumbuh menjadi pribadi yang berkarakter.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki pengaruh perspektif kontrol perilaku dan literasi kewirausahaan terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha mahasiswa. Melalui pendekatan kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan dari sampel mahasiswa Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Sangatta Kutai Timur yang yang memiliki bisnis. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa perspektif kontrol perilaku dan literasi kewirausahaan secara signifikan berkontribusi pada kesiapan berwirausaha mahasiswa baik pengujian secara parsial dan simultan. Perspektif kontrol perilaku, yang mencakup motivasi atau niat seseorang dalam memainkan peran penting untuk membentuk sikap positif terhadap risiko dan ketidakpastian, faktor kunci dalam dunia kewirausahaan. Selain itu, literasi kewirausahaan juga terbukti mempengaruhi kesiapan berwirausaha dengan meningkatkan pengetahuan praktis dan keterampilan bisnis mahasiswa. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi bagi institusi pendidikan tinggi untuk mengembangkan program yang mendorong pengembangan kontrol perilaku dan literasi kewirausahaan sebagai bagian integral dari kurikulum. Hal ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesiapan berwirausaha mahasiswa, mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi, dan menstimulasi inovasi di masyarakat.

Abstract

The moral crisis among Generation Z is a serious challenge in the context of 21st-century education, especially amidst the dominance of digital culture that influences their mindset, behavior, and ethical values. This generation grew up in a social environment dominated by value relativism, instant information consumption, and minimal moral role models from the family and community environment. In conditions like this, the normative and cognitive Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning approach has proven unable to touch the affective and existential dimensions of students. This study uses a literature study method with a qualitative-descriptive approach to explore the relevance and effectiveness of the humanistic approach in internalizing the values of akhlakul karimah. The humanistic approach, which emphasizes respect for personal experience, self-reflection, and empathetic relationships, is considered more capable of bridging religious teachings with students' real lives. Strategies such as experiential learning, contextual teaching and learning (CTL), and value clarification techniques (VCT) are important instruments in presenting transformative and meaningful value education. This study recommends the need for curriculum reform, humanistic teacher training, and a school culture that supports active participation and moral awareness of students. Thus, Islamic Religious Education can be a space for character formation that is not only formally religious, but also socially and spiritually meaningful.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relevance of Islamic Education (PAI) curriculum development principles in addressing contemporary educational challenges. The rapid advancement of digital technology, changes in student characteristics, moral issues, and the demands of 21st-century skills require the PAI curriculum to be more adaptive and contextual. This research employs a qualitative approach using a library research method, with data sources derived from scholarly articles, books, and relevant academic documents. Data analysis is conducted through content analysis, including data reduction, data presentation, and critical conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that curriculum development principles such as relevance, flexibility, effectiveness, continuity, integration, and democratic values play a strategic role in responding to contemporary educational challenges. These principles enable the PAI curriculum to become more contextual, adaptive to technological developments, and capable of integrating Islamic values with modern life demands. However, implementation in practice still faces several challenges, including limited teacher competence, lack of innovative teaching strategies, and the dominance of cognitive-oriented approaches. Strengthening curriculum implementation is necessary through improving teacher competence, developing innovative learning strategies, and integrating values and technology in a balanced manner

Abstract

The world of education today, especially Qur'anic education, has many challenges. This can be seen from children's excessive obsession with gadgets that make their religious character seem to be eroded by the sophistication of the times marked by the rapid advancement of information and technology. Therefore, it is important to know that instilling religious values early on in children is very important. This research uses a descriptive type qualitative approach by collecting data through an unstructured interview process. This study aims to analyze how the application of religious values through the "Tahfidz Menginap" program in order to shape the character of students at the Ridhotullah Qur'an House Sangatta for the better. As a result, there are several points of religious values that are taught, applied, and internalized in students, namely honesty, discipline, patience, responsibility, and cleanliness. Finally, it can be concluded that the application of religious values is very crucial to be taught to children so that they can implement it in their daily lives so that they grow into individuals with character.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the values of Islamic education in the book of Bidayatul Hidayah and how it is applied in the Integrated Islamic School 2 Daarussalam Sangatta Utara. Applying qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. The result of this research is that Bidayatul Hidayah teaches that obedience to Allah through good deeds and worship is a way to get closer to Him. Acts of courtesy in daily life are practical means to achieve this. In addition, moral values also emphasize the importance of avoiding sin by guarding the limbs and heart from actions that violate religious norms. In the context of relationships, the Book teaches that man's relationship with God is an inseparable aspect of human relationships. Moral education at SDIT 2 Darussalam uses this book as an advanced reference after the BPI module. Discipline, cooperation, and concern for others characterize students at the school. Challenges in its implementation are changes in the social environment, technology, and culture, thus requiring learning strategies that can maintain the relevance of moral values. Collaboration with parents is also a focus to ensure the values are applied consistently in the educational and home environment. Thus, the application of moral values at SDIT Dua Darussalam makes a significant contribution in shaping students' character holistically.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the influence of globalisation so that the lack of religious character in public elementary schools. One of the formal education institutions that hold religious character cultivation activities is public elementary school 011, North Sangatta sub-district, East Kutai district. This research method is qualitative field with data collection techniques in the form of observation and interviews. Character cultivation has an important meaning in the field of education, especially in relation to religious character. Therefore, this article aims to explore the impact of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in shaping students' religious character. This research uses a qualitative approach, focusing on understanding the distinctive features of the phenomenon, including causes, effects, relationships, and all intrinsic factors. The article explores how the role of Islamic Education teachers in shaping students' religious character is exemplified through the exemplary work of the teachers themselves and the implementation of habituation programmes at school, which contribute to the development of strong religious values among students.

Abstract

Pendidikan as a process of lifelong learning. Education plays a crucial role in preparing people for today's world because it can change the way the general public thinks about a variety of issues. Many people view education as a foundation for improving and developing human character and morality. Madrasah is one of the important Islamic educational institutions with the mission of preparing the next generation of Muslims to build mosques and bangsas in the distant past. This article is written using an appropriate citation style based on existing procedures and a variety of source materials, including relevant research articles, books, journals, and study results. The presence of Islamic education in madrasas is expected to enhance and strengthen students' keimanan through education and experience of Islamic subjects, making Muslims more resilient and self-assured.

Abstract
