Abstract

Kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi, informasi dan komunikasi semakin meningkat secara pesat terutama bidang teknologi. Teknologi di era revolusi 4.0 bukan lagi benda yang asing di tengah-tengah masyarakat akan tetapi menjadi sesuatu yang hampir semua aktifitas masyarakat melibatkan teknologi. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat untuk menciptakan suasana belajar yang efektif, inovatif dan menyenangkan dengan memanfaatkan kecerdasan buatan. Dalam proses pembelajaran guru bukan hanya berperan sebagai pemberi informasi saja juga berperan dalam mengarahkan dan memberi fasilitas belajar agar proses belajar dapat meningkatkan kemandirian siswa. Dalam dunia pendidikan kecerdasan buatan yang dirancang untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran, contoh aplikasi kecerdasan buatan dalam pendidikan adalah penggunaan beberapa aplikasi/web diantaranya adalah pemanfaatan Aplikasi Google Classroom. Dari pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan manfaat bagi siswa/siswi SMK Negeri 2 Bengkulu yaitu meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa tentang Kecerdasan Buatan (Artificial Intelegence), meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang penggunaan aplikasi Google Classroom yang mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran offline dan online dan pemahaman siswa-siswi dalam menggunaan teknologi dengan bijak dan kreatif.

Abstract

Over vegetables and fruits and lack of daily activities resulting from obesity. The factor of obesity is due to the high intake that enters the body compared to the intake of energy released because of the lack of activity and low metabolism of the body. Exercise is the best option compared to diet in losing weight, one of the exercises that can be done is aerobic gymnastics. Method: used in this study is a quasi-experiment with the design of one group pre test and post test with purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 16 people. The data were analyzed with the wilcoxon test. Results: from the wilcoxon test obtained 0.000 where less than 0.005 (sig 0.000<0.005) so that the hypothesis decision that there is an effect of aearobic gymnastics exercises on weight loss in obese people in the Gymnastics Studio Karina Ina Medan. Conclusion: what was obtained from the study was that there was an influence of aearobic gymnastics exercises on weight loss in obese people in the Karina Ina Medan gymnastics studio

Abstract

online media is a combination of all components of text, video, audio and photos. Political news becomes a medium for the public or the press itself to convey political messages to political actors, both support and criticism. Prabowo Subianto is the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Indonesia who is running for President in 2024. One of Prabowo's programs if elected President is the Free Meal Program. This program was suddenly widely reported by the media, various reports about the program were in online media such as online media detik.com and VIVA.co.id. This research was conducted to analyze the online media detik.com and VIVA.co.id in framing news about Prabowo Subianto's Free Meal Program using the framing analysis approach model of Zhongdang Pan and Gerald M. Kosicki. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The method used in this research is the framing analysis model of Zhongdang Pan and Gerald M. Kosicki which uses a framing device consisting of four structures, namely, Syntactic Structure, Script Structure, Thematic Structure and Rhetorical Structure. The results of this research, detik.com media, in reporting on Prabowo Subianto's Free Meal Program, supports this program. This can be shown in the headline of the news. In the first news title, detik.com appears to explain Prabowo Subianto's Free Meal Program, which means that detik.com media reports on the positive side of the program. detik.com frames the news by selecting news sources, selecting quotes that support statements and information provided in the news. VIVA.co.id put the parties who gave counter statements and criticized the program, VIVA.co.id wants to show the public that is where the controversy is. Political news regarding the Prabowo Subianto Free Meal Program on the online media detik.com and VIVA.co.id has an impact on the knowledge, attitudes and perspective of the public who see the reality of the news framing of the program.

Abstract

The decision making process in determining the recipients of problems mainly lie in subjectivity, in which there are some students who have the ability or the value is not much different. Thus it is necessary to build a support system in making decisions that can be used to simplify the determination of who is eligible for the scholarship. The system is supported by Tsukamoto Fuzzy Logic method which is based on data and norms of human resources with the criteria specified by the donor. The result of this process is the weight of student assessment is the basis on which decisions recipients. Software is created by using Microsoft Access 2007 and Visual Basic 6.0 to Microsoft as a tool with these applications can help the scholarship awardees in the screening process accurately and quickly.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of online-based passport administration services at Class I Immigration Office of TPI Bengkulu. The study uses a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation, and documentation. After obtaining the research results, data analysis is performed through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The informants in this study consist of five (5) individuals, including one (1) key informant and four (4) main informants. The study utilizes the theory by Hassel Nogi Tangkillisan (2005: 140-141), with the following indicators: (1) Target Achievement: the success rate of the program and the efficiency of resource utilization, the waiting time for passport issuance measured in days or hours. Regular passport estimation takes three days while expedited passports are issued in a day. (2) Adaptation Ability: this indicator measures how well employees and the public understand and possess the skills to use technology. (3) Job Satisfaction: ease of use regarding how easily the public feels using the online passport service system. This includes navigation, clear instructions, and a simple application process. (4) Responsibility: applicants are responsible for understanding passport application requirements before registering, required documents, personal information needed, application steps to be followed, and payment of fees.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the role of Public Relations through the Guest Experience Leader (GEL) in improving service at McDonald's Bengkulu. This research is qualitative research. To analyze the researcher used Ruslan Efendi's theoretical analysis technique (Communicator, Relationship, Back Up Management and Corporate Image). The research results show that there is a role for GEL in improving service at McDonald's Bengkulu. GEL plays a role as a communicator who can ensure customers get a good impression during their visit to McDonald's Bengkulu, GEL's role as a Relationship Shop GEL must be able to build positive relationships through a good approach to customers and mutual benefits, GEL's role as Back Up Management GEL must be able to inspire, motivating and providing team training if necessary so they can work better, as Corporate Image GEL plays a role in maintaining the good name of the company as best as possible

Abstract

Abstract: Counseling guidance in schools aims to guide and supervise the development of student behavior so that it does not deviate from the norms prevailing in society. Guidance and counseling services in schools to assist students in an effort to find identity, get to know the environment and plan for the future of students. The student counseling expert system at SMK Negeri 02 Bengkulu City was created using the PHP programming language and MySQL database, which can be accessed online via the link https://konselingsiswasmkn2bengkulu.vad.my.id/. The student counseling expert system at SMK Negeri 02 Bengkulu City has applied the Naive Bayes Method to represent, combine, and propagate uncertainty, which has several intuitive characteristics in accordance with the way of thinking of an expert. Based on the system testing that has been done, it can be concluded that the functional of the application has been running well and this expert system can provide student counseling results based on the symptoms chosen by students through the stages of the Naive Bayes method.Keywords: expert system; student counseling; naive bayes method; bengkulu city 2vocational school Abstrak: Bimbingan konseling di sekolah bertujuan untuk membimbing dan mengawasi perkembangan perilaku siswa agar tidak menyimpang dari norma yang berlaku di masyarakat. Bimbingan konseling pada sekolah untuk membantu peserta didik untuk upaya membantu mencari jati diri, agar dapat mengenal di lingkungan untuk merencanakan kehidupan di masa depan peserta didik. Sistem pakar konseling siswa di SMK Negeri 02 Kota Bengkulu dibuat menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database My SQL, yang dapat diakses secara online melalui link https://konselingsiswasmkn2bengkulu.vad.my.id/. Sistem pakar konseling siswa di SMK Negeri 02 Kota Bengkulu telah diterapkan Metode Naive Bayes untuk merepresentasikan, kombinasi, dan propogasi ketidakpastian, dimana memiliki beberapa karakteristik yang instutitif sesuai dengan cara berpikir seorang pakar. Berdasarkan pengujian sistem yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa fungsional dari aplikasi telah berjalan dengan baik dan sistem pakar ini dapat memberikan hasil konseling siswa berdasarkan gejala yang dipilih oleh siswa melalui tahapan metode Naive Bayes.Kata kunci: sistem pakar; konseling siswa; metode naive bayes; smk negeri 2 kota bengkulu

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the public relations campaign management conducted by the National Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN) of Bengkulu Province through the Gerakan Ayah Teladan Indonesia (GATI) program in increasing fathers’ awareness of their role in child parenting. This research is motivated by the low involvement of fathers in parenting, which is influenced by patriarchal culture and the perception that childcare is primarily the mother’s responsibility. The study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation with informants selected using purposive sampling, consisting of individuals directly involved in the implementation of the GATI program at BKKBN Bengkulu Province. Data analysis employed the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the public relations campaign management of the GATI program was implemented through four stages based on the theory of Cutlip, Center, and Broom: defining, planning, taking action and communicating, and evaluating. In the defining stage, BKKBN identified the low awareness of fathers’ roles as the main issue. The planning stage involved designing communication strategies, determining campaign targets, and selecting appropriate communication media. The taking action and communicating stage was implemented through socialization activities, parenting education, and the use of social media to disseminate information. Meanwhile, the evaluating stage assessed program achievements, community participation, and behavioral changes among fathers within the family. This study concludes that the public relations campaign management through the GATI program has been implemented systematically and effectively in increasing fathers’ awareness of their role in parenting. This improvement is reflected in the increased involvement of fathers in children’s education, family communication, and attention to children's health and development.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the importance of independence education in Islamic boarding schools, which focuses not only on academic and religious aspects but also on practical life skills. The Mutiara Al Qur'an Selangit Islamic Boarding School integrates agricultural activities as a medium for character building among students. However, the success of this development is greatly influenced by the communication process carried out by the caregivers toward the students. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the stages of persuasive communication in shaping students’ independence through agricultural activities. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The research subjects consisted of the head of the foundation, boarding school caregivers, and students. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, and its validity was tested using source and method triangulation techniques. The results of the study indicate that persuasive communication occurs through five stages: informing, explaining, convincing, persuading, and obtaining commitment. At the informing stage, students are introduced to the objectives of agricultural activities as independence education. The explaining stage is carried out through direct practice and two-way interaction. The convincing stage is built through the example set by the caregivers and field experience. The persuading stage is conducted through a personal and motivational approach. The commitment stage is demonstrated by the emergence of initiative, responsibility, and active participation of students in agricultural activities. The obstacles found include the absence of written modules, time constraints, and differences in students’ readiness levels. The conclusion shows that persuasive communication is effective in shaping students’ independence, but its sustainability requires systematic reinforcement through a structured curriculum, activity documentation, and periodic evaluation.

Abstract

In communication technology, voice communication is something that will be a very important part, because currently voice communication is considered the most practical communication. Bhayangkara Bengkulu Hospital is one of the Government Hospitals engaged in the health sector in Bengkulu Province. So far in communicating, Bhayangkara Bengkulu Hospital is still simple and communication media is still limited. Communication media between officers still uses HT and HP, because only a few rooms use telephones. The purpose of this research is to build a VoIP network at Bhayangkara Bengkulu Hospital so that it can facilitate communication at Bhayangkara Bengkulu Hospital. VoIP implementation at Bhayangkara Bengkulu Hospital is made using Mikrotik RB951 and Trixbox which is placed on a computer that will be used as a server. The Zoiper application is installed on each computer in each treatment room and other agencies. The functionality of this VoIP network makes it easier and can help the Bhayangkara Bengkulu Hospital in communicating. This system has been tested and the results are satisfactory as desired, although there are still obstacles in the practice of using it
