Abstract

Cooking is an activity carried out by a person by processing food ingredients through the process of applying heat with a specific purpose. In cooking, there are slight differences in the amount of ingredients and seasonings and how they are processed, so a recipe is needed to be used as a reference in cooking. Recipes are measurements used to process food ingredients that have been tested for accuracy. SMK Negeri 3 Bengkulu is one of the Vocational High Schools in Bengkulu City. In the culinary department, students who want to cook still use recipe books (manuals). The main problem in this research is how to assist students in finding information about recipes, so we need a software that can be used in the selection of recipes using the Case Based Reasoning method and Web applications to find recipes that match the food ingredients owned by the user. From the results of the tests carried out the Case Based Reasoning method can be used as a solution in the use of applications to determine the recipe for this food ingredient. In its application, this method can provide a percentage of the level of similarity in searching for a recipe. So that users, especially students of SMKN 3 Bengkulu City, especially in the culinary department, can make this application as a solution for cooking a food recipe with existing ingredients. Based on the system testing carried out, it can be concluded that this application is in accordance with the design and can provide convenience for users to search.

Abstract

In predicting the purchase of goods, there are many methods that can be used, among others, by processing purchase data using Data Mining method accompanied by Priori Algorithm based on the purchasing process carried out by the company based on the relationship between the goods purchased. By using the a priori algorithm, the company in this case is CV. Padat Karya Konstruksi can estimate the number of building materials needed by workers this is due to the large number of goods purchases at CV. Padat Karya Konstruksi to match the work. The stages of the a priori algorithm used are data transformation in tabular table form, determining the minimum value of support and minimum confidence, formation of 1-item set candidate combination pattern then counting the number of occurrences in each item set. So that it is obtained from 17 (seventeen) data, items that are often purchased are cement as much as 11 (eleven) times, split stone 8 (eight) times, and concrete sand as much as 8 (eight) times with a support value of 25% and a confidence value of 75%.

Abstract

Bengkulu City 1 Special Special School (SLB) is one of the special schools in Bengkulu City which provides educational facilities ranging from SD, SMP and SMK. Children with special needs at SLB Negeri 1 Bengkulu City are divided into 5 types, namely the Blind, Deaf, Moderately Disabled, Mildly Disabled and Physically Disabled. Students who have just registered at SLB Negeri 1 Bengkulu City are identified with the characteristics of the child to find out the type of disorder in children with special needs. However, in practice this is more difficult than determining the type of normal student disorder in general. This is because each type of child with special needs has some of the same characteristics, so it takes quite a long time. The expert system application at SLB Negeri 1 Bengkulu City was created to assist the school in knowing and determining disorders of children with special needs based on the characteristics experienced by students. The expert system application has been applied to the Certainty Factor Method which is used to obtain the percentage level of certainty for the disorder of the child with special needs. An expert system application for determining disorders of children with special needs at SLB Negeri 1 Bengkulu City is made using the Visual Basic.Net programming language. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, the functionality of the expert system application in determining disorders of children with special needs at SLB Negeri 1 Bengkulu City is running well as expected and can provide information on the results of consultations to determine disorders of children with special needs.

Abstract

Peranan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi merupakan unsur terpenting dalam aktivitas manusia. Terbukti dalam berbagai sektor kehidupan, teknologi informasi telah memberikan perubahan yang sangat besar dan memberikan kontribusi fasilitas utama dalam perubahan sektor kehidupan manusia dan dalam mengubah pola pikir manusia. Hal ini juga terjadi dalam dunia pendidikan dan menjadi tantangan tersendiri mengingat revolusi sistem pembelajaran ini akan berdampak pada peserta didik. Dari hasil observasi diperoleh informasi bahwa dalam menghadapi revolusi 4.0 perlu adanya kesiapan generasi milenial dalam menghadapi perubahan tersebut. Mengingat pentingnya kesiapan generasi milenial khususnya siswa SMK N 02 Bengkulu Tengah dalam menghadapi revolusi industri 4.0, maka perlu diberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman kepada siswa SMK N 02 Bengkulu Tengah tentang perkembangan teknologi di era revolusi industri. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman mengenai perkembangan teknologi informasi di era revolusi 4.0 saat ini. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode ceramah berupa kegiatan penyuluhan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi bahwa kegiatan pengabdian ini memberikan pengetahuan baru bagi peserta dalam memahami perkembangan teknologi informasi di era revolusi industri.

Abstract

Nowadays, the process of assessing teacher performance at State High School 6 Bengkulu Middle is still manually, namely by filling in the scores on each criterion consisting of 14 competencies, then the values are added together to get the final result of the teacher performance assessment. However, this takes quite a long time, besides that the assessment of teacher performance is only by looking at teachers who are active in various fields in the school. The application of teacher performance in State High School 6 Bengkulu Middle can help provide the results of teacher performance assessment of the learning system in schools through a fuzzy Mamdani logic approach. The application of teacher performance to the learning system at State High School 6 Bengkulu Middle was created using the Visual Basic .Net programming language and SQL Server 2008r2 Database. Based on the black box testing that has been carried out, it was found that the functionality of the teacher performance application to the learning system at State High School 6 Bengkulu Middle went well as expected and was able to analyze teacher assessment data through the Fuzzy Mamdani Method to determine teacher performance against the learning system in schools

Abstract

The Department of Horticulture and Plantation Crops of Bengkulu Province is one of the Government Agencies in Bengkulu Province, where the office has implemented Information Technology which is used to assist the data processing. Every The Department of Horticulture and Plantation Crops of Bengkulu Province conducts employee performance assessments. In accordance with Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 30 of 2019 concerning Performance Assessment of Civil Servants Part Three Article 41 Point (2) The performance appraisal of civil servants as referred to in paragraph (1) can be carried out by giving each element of the assessment a weight of 70% for the SKP assessment and 30% for work behavior assessment or 60% for SKP assessment and 40% for work behavior assessment. At The Department of Horticulture and Plantation Crops of Bengkulu Province, it uses the weight of the PNS performance assessment with 60% for the assessment of SKP and 40% for the assessment of work behavior. In the process of managing the data, computerization has been used through the Microsoft Office application package. The application for determining the best employees based on employee performance appraisal data at The Department of Horticulture and Plantation Crops of Bengkulu Province was made to help facilitate the Department in determining the best employees through 3 (three) decision support system methods, namely the SAW, WP, and TOPSIS methods. Comparative analysis of the 3 methods SAW, WP and TOPSIS went through 3 stages, namely processing time, final assessment results and sensitivity tests carried out. Applications for determining the best employees based on employee performance appraisal data at The Department of Horticulture and Plantation Crops of Bengkulu Province were built using the Visual Basic .Net programming language and SQL Server 2008 database. Based on the black box testing that has been carried out, the results show that the functionality of the application for determining the best employees based on employee performance appraisal data at The Department of Horticulture and Plantation Crops of Bengkulu Province runs as expected and the application is able to display the results of comparative analysis of the SAW, WP and TOPSIS methods and is able to display sensitivity test results.

Abstract

SMK Negeri 3 Kota Bengkulu merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan di Kota Bengkulu yang berupaya menghasilkan lulusan bertalenta dan memiliki keahlian agar dapat memasuki dunia kerja atau melanjutkan ke pendidikan selanjutnya, salah satu jurusan yang ada di SMK Negeri 3 Kota Bengkulu adalah Jurusan Tata Boga. Selama ini proses pengolahan data nilai mata pelajaran yang diperoleh siswa/i sudah menggunakan e-raport yang terdapat di sekolah. Namun pengolahan data tersebut hanya sebatas pemberian nilai siswa/i serta mengurutkan nilai tertinggi ke nilai terendah. Hal ini tentunya membuat guru kesulitan dalam mengetahui pencapaian prestasi setiap siswa/i di kelas dan kurangnya bahan evaluasi guru dalam proses belajar mengajar di kelas.Aplikasi prestasi siswa di SMK Negeri 3 Kota Bengkulu bertujuan untuk membantu pihak sekolah dalam menentukan prestasi siswa/i per semester per tahun ajaran. Aplikasi prestasi siswa di SMK Negeri 3 Kota Bengkulu dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic .Net.Berdasarkan data testing sebanyak 10 siswa/i pada semester 1 dan tahun ajaran 2020, diperoleh hasil prestasi siswa menunjukkan peringkat 1 diperoleh siswa Ananda Ramadhan Putra dengan nilai euclidean 22,498816, peringkat 2 diperoleh siswa Alfito Saputra dengan nilai euclidean 22,65529, dan peringkat 3 diperoleh siswa Dimas Risky Jauhari dengan nilai euclidean 22,888858.

Abstract

Kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi, informasi dan komunikasi semakin meningkat secara pesat terutama bidang teknologi. Teknologi di era revolusi 4.0 bukan lagi benda yang asing di tengah-tengah masyarakat akan tetapi menjadi sesuatu yang hampir semua aktifitas masyarakat melibatkan teknologi. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat untuk menciptakan suasana belajar yang efektif, inovatif dan menyenangkan dengan memanfaatkan kecerdasan buatan. Dalam proses pembelajaran guru bukan hanya berperan sebagai pemberi informasi saja juga berperan dalam mengarahkan dan memberi fasilitas belajar agar proses belajar dapat meningkatkan kemandirian siswa. Dalam dunia pendidikan kecerdasan buatan yang dirancang untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran, contoh aplikasi kecerdasan buatan dalam pendidikan adalah penggunaan beberapa aplikasi/web diantaranya adalah pemanfaatan Aplikasi Google Classroom. Dari pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan manfaat bagi siswa/siswi SMK Negeri 2 Bengkulu yaitu meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa tentang Kecerdasan Buatan (Artificial Intelegence), meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang penggunaan aplikasi Google Classroom yang mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran offline dan online dan pemahaman siswa-siswi dalam menggunaan teknologi dengan bijak dan kreatif.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of online-based passport administration services at Class I Immigration Office of TPI Bengkulu. The study uses a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation, and documentation. After obtaining the research results, data analysis is performed through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The informants in this study consist of five (5) individuals, including one (1) key informant and four (4) main informants. The study utilizes the theory by Hassel Nogi Tangkillisan (2005: 140-141), with the following indicators: (1) Target Achievement: the success rate of the program and the efficiency of resource utilization, the waiting time for passport issuance measured in days or hours. Regular passport estimation takes three days while expedited passports are issued in a day. (2) Adaptation Ability: this indicator measures how well employees and the public understand and possess the skills to use technology. (3) Job Satisfaction: ease of use regarding how easily the public feels using the online passport service system. This includes navigation, clear instructions, and a simple application process. (4) Responsibility: applicants are responsible for understanding passport application requirements before registering, required documents, personal information needed, application steps to be followed, and payment of fees.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the role of Public Relations through the Guest Experience Leader (GEL) in improving service at McDonald's Bengkulu. This research is qualitative research. To analyze the researcher used Ruslan Efendi's theoretical analysis technique (Communicator, Relationship, Back Up Management and Corporate Image). The research results show that there is a role for GEL in improving service at McDonald's Bengkulu. GEL plays a role as a communicator who can ensure customers get a good impression during their visit to McDonald's Bengkulu, GEL's role as a Relationship Shop GEL must be able to build positive relationships through a good approach to customers and mutual benefits, GEL's role as Back Up Management GEL must be able to inspire, motivating and providing team training if necessary so they can work better, as Corporate Image GEL plays a role in maintaining the good name of the company as best as possible
