Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of customer experience (X1) and customer value (X2) on customer satisfaction (Y) at PT PLN ULP Kosambi. This research uses a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis to examine the relationships between variables. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 95 respondents, who are customers of PT PLN ULP Kosambi. The results indicate that customer experience (X1) and customer value (X2) have a significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y). The coefficient of determination (R²) shows a contribution of 66.1% from customer experience and customer value on customer satisfaction. The F-test shows that both customer experience and customer value significantly affect customer satisfaction together. Based on the t-test results, both independent variables also have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction individually. The implications of this study highlight the importance of improving customer experience and perceived value to achieve optimal customer satisfaction.

Abstract

MEA is the establishment of a free market in Southeast Asia with the goal of attracting international investment. Several factors contribute to Indonesia's ability to win AEC competition, including a big potential market and the possibility to become an exporting economy, particularly in the pharmaceutical business. However, numerous obstacles must be considered, according to government objectives, for the current situation of the Indonesian pharmaceutical sector to improve. The Indonesian pharmaceutical market has a lot of promise, but approximately 95% of medicinal raw materials will be imported. Becouse of that to attempted to analyze the aforementioned destination for strategy management using many methods, including SWOT, IFE and EFE, internal-external, and QSPM matrix. The gap in ratings, based on the data analysis results, indicates that the company's internal procedures need to be addressed. Internal improvement is a continual approach to the concept of continuous improvement that is used to carry out the strategy. Based on the above description, study on pharmaceutical firms is required to determine what techniques to enhance management systems may support smooth operations. This research was conducted at a pharmaceutical company that produces generic drug.

Abstract

Abstract

Lot sizing technique is a method of determining the size of a lot in a procurement process. Lot sizing technique has been extensively analyzed by experts, as ordering costs, holding costs, and lot sizes have a significant impact on the total ordering cost. One of the many lot sizing techniques is the Groff algorithm, which is rarely used. Other lot sizing techniques include the Wagner-Whitin algorithm, Silver-Meal algorithm, Least Unit Cost, Least Total Cost, Part Period Balancing, Period Order Quantity, and Lot for Lot. Simulation data was collected from a real company, including ordering and holding costs, and demand data was generated with four different demand patterns: increasing, decreasing, random, and stationary. The initial analysis concludes that the Silver-Meal algorithm and Groff algorithm have relative biases that are close to the Wagner-Whitin algorithm. The second analysis concludes that for lot sizing techniques, the calculated F-value (84.3) is larger than the table F-value (2,1), indicating a significant influence of lot sizing techniques on the relative bias percentage. Furthermore, the analysis of demand patterns shows that the calculated F-value (80.0) is larger than the table F-value (2,6), indicating a significant influence of demand patterns on the relative bias percentage.
