Abstract

This study examines the ideological fantasy in representing the divine within literary discourse, as reflected in Taufik al-Hakim’s short story “Arinillah.” The research aims to analyze the ideological fantasy that structures the subjectivity of ar-Rajul using Slavoj Žižek’s concept of the subject within the symbolic order. Employing a qualitative descriptive method, the study operationally analyzes textual data in the form of words, phrases, sentences, and dialogues by identifying expressions of lack, desire, and symbolic substitution in the narrative. The analysis is conducted through close reading and theoretical interpretation based on Žižek’s framework of lack, fantasy, and the Real. The findings reveal that ar-Rajul’s subjectivity is constituted by ideological fantasy triggered by his son’s demand to “show Allah,” positioning him in a persistent state of lack. This fantasy manifests in symbolic strategies that attempt to represent the divine while simultaneously concealing the impossibility of a direct encounter with the Real.

Abstract

Kesulitan guru dalam mendesain pembelajaran digital yang efektif dan adaptif di era pendidikan modern menjadi dasar program pengabdian ini. Dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru di SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Kota Malang dalam mendesain pembelajaran yang inovatif, fleksibel, dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa dengan bantuan model ADDIE. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan dalam lima tahap, yaitu pertama diidentifikasi kemampuan guru, kedua, sosialisasi rancangan kegiatan, ketiga, penyajian materi yang terdiri dari motivasi pengembangan diri guru, konsep desain pembelajaran dan model ADDIE, keempat, pendampingan praktik penyusunan desain pembelajaran, dan kelima, evaluasi untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta yang dilakukan melalui wawancara dan posttest. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan kompetensi guru yang signifikan, termasuk peningkatan rata-rata skor pretest dari 63,56 menjadi 94,44 pada posttest, dan pergeseran perspektif profesional guru yang lebih kreatif dan bekerja sama dalam pembelajaran.  Pendampingan berbasis model ADDIE telah ditunjukkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran yang responsif terhadap kebutuhan siswa. Model ADDIE telah terbukti mampu mendorong pengembangan dan evaluasi berbasis data untuk memastikan kualitas produk pengabdian, namun perlu dilakukan penataan waktu yang tepat pada setiap tahapannya untuk mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal serta perlu adanya adaptasi model ini pada setiap kondisi agar sesuai dengan konteks.

Abstract

Contemporary Islamic religious education learning needs to adopt several teaching methodologies to increase students' motivation and role in learning according to life practices. The aim of this research is to explore the implementation of PAI learning at the high school level in forming students' religious character. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation of PAI educators, school principals, deputy principals for curriculum, deputy principals for student affairs, and students as research subjects. Research data was analyzed by data reduction based on the results of in-depth interviews. The results of the research show that the implementation of Islamic religious learning in schools is not supported by relevant learning resources and the infrastructure is less supportive. The application of practical methods and strategies supported by film dialogue has an effective impact on the motivational experience for students. The impact of inadequate learning resources affects high school students' Islamic religious education content knowledge literacy. The research implications show that the contribution of the relationship between understanding material content and Islamic religious education learning practices must be supported by educators' scientific capacity pedagogically on an ongoing basis.

Abstract

Kader Ikatan Pelajar Muhammadiyah (IPM) memiliki peran strategis dalam pengembangan organisasi dan peningkatan kualitas SDM anggotanya. Namun, terdapat kendala yang dihadapi mereka dalam mendesain pelatihan yang sistematis dan efektif dikarenakan keterbatasan pemahaman dan pengalaman dalam mendesain pelatihan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan kader IPM se kecamatan Paciran Lamongan dalam merancang pelatihan yang efektif. Kegiatan ini menggunakan jenis pengabdian pengembangan komunitas dengan pendekatan berbasis pendidikan. Pendekatan pembelajaran yang digunakan adalah pendidikan orang dewasa (andragogi) dengan metode ceramah, dialog, simulasi, praktik, unjuk kerja dan evaluasi mandiri. Kegiatan dilaksanakan selama tiga hari yang diawali dengan need asessment, dilanjutkan dengan menguatan konsep pelatihan dan hari terakhir memfokuskan pada keterampilan menyusun pelatihan dari proses merancang need asessment, metode, media, materi dan evaluasi pelatihan. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan untuk kerja dan angket. Hasil kegiatan menunjukan terjadi peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman konsep pelatihan dan keterampilan menyusun pelatihan efektif. Hasil rata-rata pemahaman konsep pada pre test menunjukkan angkat 2,5 dan mengalami peningkatan saat post test mencapai angka 4,1. Adapun keterampilan mengelola pelatihan dari hasil pretest sebesar 2,7 menjadi 4,0 pada saat post test dilakukan. Dampak positif juga terlihat pada keterlibatan dan respon peserta saat pendampingan dilaksanakan

Abstract

Suspicion of Salafi as  terrorist and extremist organization increased after 9/11. Many studies have found that the Salafi ideology contains an exclusive and harsh doctrine of Wahhabism. This article examines the Salafi madrasas which was initially exclusive, rigid, conservative, and anti-state symbols, then transformed into a formal Islamic school that is modern and professional in management, as well as integrating the national education curriculum with Islamic curriculum (diniyyah/boarding school) as a strategy to gain state recognition. Although it is not carried out in all Islamic educational institutions it manages, the transformation of the Salafi madrasas is intended to remove the suspicions of the people who consider them terrorist and extremist group. Therefore, this article also explains the Salafi typology which is divided into two based on the movement model, namely the Ideological Salafi (Purification) and the Jihadist Salafi. Through the multicultural education approach that was written by Bikhu Parekh, this research suggests the implications of the ideas of salafism that are disseminated to the multicultural Indonesian society. This research finds that the Salafi campaign in Indonesia has not completely failed. Salafi madrasas have succeeded in transforming through curriculum integration which aims to reject public suspicion that they are terrorist organizations, in fact this strategy actually attracts upper-middle class people to send their children to Salafi madrasas.
