Abstract

Pemberdayaan merupakan suatu konsep untuk memberikan tanggungjawab yang lebih besar kepada orang-orang tentang bagaimana melakukan pekerjaan. Program-program pemberdayaan sumberdaya manusia telah dilakukan pemerintah. Hal ini sejalan dengan tujuan pembangunan Indonesia yaitu membangun manusia Indonesia seutuhnya, maka pembangunan harus merupakan perubahan sosial yang tidak hanya terjadi pada taraf kehidupan masyarakat belaka tetapi juga pada peranan unsur-unsur didalamnya. Pembangunan menempatkan manusia sebagai subyek pembangunan. Salah satu program-program pemberdayaan adalah membuka peluang usaha, untuk membuka peluang usaha maka diperlukan upaya inovasi-inovasi produk dan pengetahuan kewirausaaan kepada masyarakat. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka perlu melakukan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dengan cara mendemontrasikan pembuatan produk tempe berbahan baku biji karet diimana kampung Pakuan sakti memiliki lahan perkebunan karet yang cukup luas. Serta meningkatkan pengetahuan kewirausahaan yang akhirnya diharapkan dapat memotivasi peserta menjadikan peluang usaha sehingga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan. Metode kegiatan yang digunakan dalam melakukan pengabdian masyarakat dengan cara melakukan demonstrasi pembuatan tempe dan juga dengan melakukan ceramah dan diskusi. Sebelum pemberian materi dilakukan, tim pengabdian melakukan pre-test terlebih dahulu untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan bahan baku biji karet dan pengetahuan kewirausahaan untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan peserta, dan setelah kegiatan ceramah dan diskusi selesai, maka dilakukan post-test untuk mengetahui adanya peningkatan pengetahuan peserta. Selama pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini tentu ada faktor pendukung dan penghambat namun secara umum kegiatan ini berjalan lancar dan berhasil baik. Hal ini terlihat dari sikap antusias peserta ketika mengikuti kegiatan demonstrasi pembuatan tempe dan juga kegiatan ceramah dan diskusi kewirausahaan yang terlihat adanya rata-rata peningkatan pengetahuan para peserta mencapai 54,20 persen.Kata Kunci: Pemberdayaan, Kewirausahaan dan inovasi produk

Abstract

Health decentralization allows the Bandar Lampung City Health Office to designprograms and service activities that are appropriate to local conditions. Based on dataobtained from the HR department of private hospitals in Bandar Lampung City, thenumber of employees in private hospitals is 326 people and therate turnover reachesmore than 10% per year. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationshipbetween psychological well-being and job satisfaction with therate turnover at theBandar Lampung City Private Hospital. The results of the study found that JobSatisfaction and Psychological Wellbeing had a simultaneous effect on employeeturnover. This is evidenced by the statistical results of F count 18,539 > F table valueof 3.07, with a significance of 0.00; Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employeeturnover with a t-table value of 1.657 and a t-count value of 3.437; PsychologicalWellbeing has a significant effect on employee turnover, with t count of 6.051 whichmeans t count > t table (6.051> 1.657) and sig 0.00 < 0.05

Abstract

Banyaknya Pondok Pesantren di Indonesia menjadi tantangan tesendiri bagi pengelola pondok pesantren untuk terus meningkatkan mutu pendidikannya agar dapat menjaga keberlangsungan hidup. Salah satunya adalah meningkatkan jumlah santri dengan tidak hanya mengandalkan dari calon santri dilingkungan terdekat tempat pondok pesantren tersebut. Namun, dapat memperkenalkan ke seluruh masyarakat Indonesia. Salah satu cara efektif dalam menjangkau calon santri adalah memanfaatkan pemasaran digital. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra dalam membuat konten digital dengan memaksimalkan media sosial dan website untuk menjangkau calon santri yang lebih luas. Pelatihan dilakukan dengan pendampingan, sehingga kami memastikan bahwa mitra dapat mandiri dalam mengelola pemasaran digital. Pendampingan dilakukan terhadap seluruh karyawan Khadijah Borading School. Peserta dibekali dalam pelatihan fotografi dan videografi, memanfaatkan Facebook ads, memaksimalkan Search Engine Optimization, dan membuat landingpage untuk beriklan. Pada akhirnya kegiatan tersebut dapat meningkatkan keterampilan mitra yang berimplikasi pada peningkatan awareness calon santri dan meningkatkan jumlah pendaftar santri

Abstract

Keberhasilan suatu Universitas tidak selalu diukur oleh seberapa besar uang yang dimiliki melainkan ada hal lain yang lebih penting yaitu Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang berada di dalamnya, tak terkecuali tenaga kependidikan. Semakin baik kualitas Tenaga Kependidikan suatu Universitas maka semakin tinggi daya saing Universitas Lampung tersebut terhadap Universitas lainnya. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh Pemberdayaan Psikologis dan Kepemipinan Etis terhadap Kinerja Tenaga Kependidikan di Universitas Lampung. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil jawaban responden yang dikumpulkan dengan bantuan kuesioner serta data sekunder. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 120 responden, menggunakan metode Nonprobability Sampling dengan menggunakan kategori teknik Purposive Sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda, dan uji hipotesis yaitu uji t, uji F serta uji koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pemberdayaan Psikologis (X1) dan kepemimpinan etis (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja (Y) tenaga kependidikan di Universitas Lampung.

Abstract

Cyberloafing and work discipline are often the causes of decreased employee performance. The purpose of this research is to partially analyze the influence of Cyberloafing and good work discipline on the performance of employees at Natar Medika Hospital located in Natar, South Lampung. The sample was 100 respondents who were employees of Natar Medika Hospital. Data analysis uses quantitative correlation using the t test. The results of this research show that Cyberloafing negatively effecting performance in significant way and work discipline positively effecting performance in significant way.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the direct influence of leader-member exchange and mindfulness on work engagement in permanent employees in the farming service department of PT Great Giant Pineapple. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach with data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The sampling method used probability sampling with simple random sampling technique, with a sample size of 180 respondents. Instruments, hypothesis testing, and research data were analyzed using SPSS 26 software. This research analysis method uses multiple regression analysis. The results showed that this study supports all hypotheses, leader-member exchange has a direct positive and significant effect on work engagement, and mindfulness has a direct positive and significant effect on work engagement, based on the research that has been done, indicating that companies need to develop mutually supportive relationships based on trust to encourage strong work engagement. Increasing mindfulness in individuals can help employees work multitasking, because it can build a higher level of vitality in work activities, then in an effort to maintain strong work engagement, companies should provide creative challenges and innovations in work tasks.

Abstract

Various studies were conducted to reveal two important and interesting things from employees, namely employee engagement and employee performance. This study aims to observe the effect of using WhatsApp among employees on employee engagement and employee performance. Two main variables of the Technology Acceptance Model theory, namely perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use are used as independent latent variables on employee engagement and employee performance which are the dependent variables. The respondents used in this study are 142 peoples, all of whom are the employees at state universities in Lampung. Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis are used to examine the structure model and the influence between latent variables and to test the hypothesis. The validity and reliability tests show valid and reliable results. The results show that in the use of WhatsApp, perceived ease of use is an important variable and is statistically proven to significantly affect employee engagement and employee performance. Meanwhile, the two TAM variables have also been shown to have a significant effect on employee engagement.

Abstract

The high number of competitors gives Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Sentra Keripik Pisang on Jalan PU Bandarlampung a competitive advantage, making it superior to similar business competitors. It requires transformational leadership that can encourage and facilitate innovation so that companies can survive in a highly competitive environment. This research aims to determine the impact of transformational leadership on competitive advantage and whether innovative behaviour mediates the impact of transformational leadership on competitive advantage. This type of research is quantitative, and the primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires. The number of research samples was calculated according to Slovin’s formula, resulting in 130 respondents who were members or employees of the Sentra Keripik Pisang MSMEs on Jalan PU Bandar Lampung. Research data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was conducted using IBM SPSS AMOS 23 software. The results obtained from the research show a p-value> 0.05, so transformational leadership does not significantly impact competitive advantage. Furthermore, innovative behaviour completely mediates the impact of transformational leadership on competitive advantage with a significant value of the Sobel test of 2.811 or > 1.96 and p-value <0.05. Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Innovative Behavior, Competitive Advantage Abstrak Sentra Keripik Pisang di Jalan PU Bandarlampung menghadapi banyak pesaing, sehingga diperlukan keunggulan kompetitif untuk lebih menonjol dibandingkan usaha sejenis. Dalam hal ini, kepemimpinan transformasional berperan penting dalam mendorong dan memfasilitasi inovasi agar perusahaan dapat bertahan di lingkungan bisnis yang sangat kompetitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap keunggulan bersaing, serta mengevaluasi peran mediasi perilaku inovatif dalam hubungan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner. Sampel penelitian, sebanyak 130 responden yang merupakan anggota atau karyawan UMKM Keripik Pisang di Jalan PU Bandarlampung, ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) melalui perangkat lunak IBM SPSS AMOS 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai p-value > 0,05, yang mengindikasikan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan secara langsung terhadap keunggulan bersaing. Namun demikian, perilaku inovatif sepenuhnya memediasi hubungan tersebut, dengan nilai signifikansi uji Sobel sebesar 2,811 (lebih besar dari 1,96) dan p-value < 0,05. Abstract

The global tourism and hospitality industry continues to show rapid growth, making significant contributions to economic development, job creation, and education. Lampung Province is experiencing similar developments, marked by an increase in the number of tourits visits and significant growth in accommodation businesses. This competitive hospitality sector demands human resources (HR) with superior skills (work skills) and work motivation, which can be obtained through internship programs. Internship programs are designed to provide practical experience to students, so that they are better prepared to face the world of work. This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and work skills on career decisions, with internship programs as a moderating variable in the Lampung Province hospitality industry. The study focuses on hotel employees from formal and non-formal educational institutions, who have participated in internship programs in accordance with vocational education policies in Indonesia. With this approach, the study is expected to fill the gap from previous studies, as well as provide recommendations for educational institution managers and industry players to improve the work readiness of graduates in supporting the competitiveness of the hospitality sector. This research methodology uses a quantitative approach to test the relationship between variables. The object of this study was starred hotel workers in Lampung who participated in an internship program, with a population of 1,499 people. A sample of 266 respondents was selected using purposive sampling based on internship experience criteria, according to Roscoe's theory for multivariate research. The test results showed that Work Motivation and Work Skill had a positive and significant effect on Career Decision. Internship Program moderation also strengthened the relationship, where Work Motivation and Work Skill moderated by the Internship Program significantly influenced Career Decision. This confirms the importance of motivation, skills, and internship experience in supporting career decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of green human resources management and its influence on green skills on green behavior and impanct to performance. This research data is cross sectional and was collected only once, through distributing an online questionnaire on Google Form using a Likert scale of up to 5 points, from strongly disagree to strongly agree. The research sample was taken using purpose sampling which resulted in 100 samples at the Vocational Training Institute. This research uses instrument tests in the form of validity tests, reliability tests and data analysis techniques with Smart PLS. According to the research's findings, implementing green human resources management has a positive impact on both green skills and green behavior. Green skills also have a positive impact on behavior because they encourage employees to voice their opinions or ask other employees to do the same on environmentally friendly issues. in order to enhance green behavior and skills. In the future, this study can help managers understand how they might support green behavior in their firms by focusing on employee dedication, contribution, and voice.
