Abstract

This research aims to: (1) develop a web-based archives learning media, (2) determine the feasibility of Arsip Teladan as a web-based archives learning media, (3) describe and explain the usefulness of the Arsip Teladan application for users, (4) as a guide for using the Arsip Teladan application. The type of research used is research and development (RnD) using the ADDIE development method (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). This research only reached the development stage by testing the feasibility of Arsip Teladan as a archives learning media validated by media experts and material experts. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation and questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out with qualitative and quantitative analysis. Based on the research that has been done, the researcher gets the following results: (1) Arsip Teladan as a website-based archives learning media has been developed with the address https://s.id/ArsipTeladan, (2) based on the results of expert validation, it is known that Arsip Teladan is suitable for use with the results of the average score of media expert validation 97% with the category “Very Feasible” and the average score of material experts 97,1% with the category “Very Feasible” as learning media.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of student discipline and learning interest on learning outcomes in basic office management and business services subjects at SMK Negeri 48 Jakarta. The study used a quantitative approach with a correlational method. Data was collected from 54 students using a questionnaire that measured their level of discipline, interest in learning, and learning outcomes. The results of the analysis show that learning interest has a positive and significant influence on learning outcomes, with a coefficient value of 0.585 (p < 0.001). Meanwhile, student discipline has a positive but insignificant influence on learning outcomes (coefficient 0.196, p = 0.104). Overall, discipline and interest in learning together have a significant influence on student learning outcomes (F = 24.564, p < 0.001). This finding suggests that interest in learning is the main factor in improving learning outcomes, while discipline, although important, does not directly affect learning outcomes significantly.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh job insecurity terhadap komitmen organisasi pekerja di PT Pelabuhan Indonesia, 2) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi pekerja di PT Pelabuhan Indonesia, 3) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh job insecurity dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi pekerja di PT Pelabuhan Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui analisis statistik pada regresi linier berganda dengan alat bantu program IBM SPSS versi 25.0. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Proportional Random Sampling atau pengambilan sampel acak proporsional. Populasi yang digunakan 242 pekerja dengan jumlah sampel 142 pekerja menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 5%. Pengumpulan data menggunakan hasil survei melalui pengisian angket atau kuesioner dan menggunakan skala likert. Selanjutnya teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari uji instrument (validitas dan reliabilitas); uji persyaratan analisis (uji normalitas dan uji linearitas); uji asumsi klasik (uji multikolinearitas dan uji heterokedastisitas); dan uji hipotesis (uji F, uji T, dan uji koefisien determinasi). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa job insecurity berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi, job insecurity dan kepuasan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa melalui variabel mediasi yaitu pola pikir kewirausahaan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Ekonomi Administrasi Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Jakarta angkatan 2022 dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 195 mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis data permodelan persamaan struktural atau Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) menggunakan software SmartPLS versi 4. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh secara langsung dan signifikan terhadap pola pikir kewirausahaan. Pendidikan kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh secara langsung dan signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Kemudian pola pikir kewirausahaan berpengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Hasil uji mediasi membuktikan bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap intensi berwirausaha melalui pola pikir kewirausahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to explore and analyze how the web-based digital archiving process of Document Management System (DMS) works for both incoming and outgoing mail, as well as the obstacles faced in the archiving of company secretaries at PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method with a case study. Data sources were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation with employees of the Corporate Secretary of PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia as informants. Data analysis techniques included data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the process of filing incoming and outgoing letters and digitally inputting archives in the filing system at PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia is operational, but there are still several obstacles with the website, ranging from login problems, unstable upload processes, and scanned archives that have not been fully entered into the system. This method allows the agency to save physical storage space while providing more efficient access to employees and users. Thus, the research efforts can be concluded that the digital archiving process can be beneficial to the company, such as operational efficiency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the Deep Learning learning approach and school facilities on the learning outcomes of MPLB students at SMK Negeri 14 Jakarta. The research method used is a survey with a quantitative approach. The research population consisted of 180 MPLB vocational students, with a sample of 125 students determined through proportional stratified sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out using questionnaire instruments, while data analysis used multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 26 application. The analysis includes research instrument tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis tests. The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant relationship between the Deep Learning learning approach to student learning outcomes. In addition, school facilities have also been proven to have a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes. Simultaneously, the Deep Learning approach and school facilities together have a positive influence on the learning outcomes of MPLB students. These findings confirm that the success of learning is not only determined by the methods used, but also by the support of school facilities and infrastructure. Thus, the application of a Deep Learning approach supported by adequate school facilities can improve the quality of student learning outcomes at SMK Negeri 14 Jakarta.
