Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dasar pilihan produk halal bagi mahasiswa Polinema, bagamana pilihan konsumsi produk berlabel halal serta dampak konsumsi halal terhadap keberkahan hidup.. Pendekatan penelitian ini kualitatif deskriftif. Sumber data adalah mahasiswa Administrasi Niaga dan Akuntansi. Data diperoleh dengan mengunakan kuesioner secara online. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggarbarkan fenomena yang utuh. Dari analisis data diperoleh gambaran, bahwa mahasiswa Politeknik Negeri Malang memiliki pemahaman konsep dasar halal sangat baik yang meliputi halal jenisnya, proses dan penyajiannya. Mahasiswa menyukai dan lebih mengkonsumsi produk yang berlabel halal karena bisa menenangngkan hati, mencerdaskan pikiran dan berdampak pada keberkahan hidup. Akhirnya disimpukan, bahwa pilihan produk halan menjadi gaya hidup mahasiswa, dimulai dengan pemahaman hakikat konsep halal yang utuh sehingga menjadikan label halal menjadi pilihan produk yang dikonsumsi serta akan berdampak pada kecerdasan dan keberkahan hidup.

Abstract

Artikel ini akan membahas agama sebagi sumber inspirasi bukan aspirasi. Pada konteks ini, manusia memerlukan agama sebagai sesuatu yang murni dari Tuhan. Sehingga Tuhan dapat mengambil potret abstrak secara signifikan, ketika manusia mampu menerapkan ajaran agama dengan benar dan tepat di kehidupan sehari-hari. Pemahaman agama kontras terhadap opini mengenai agama berasal dari suatu masyarakat itu sendiri. Masalah sosial keagamaan terjadi karena tidak ada kesesuaian antara harapan yang sudah terukir pada keyakinan agama dan realita mengenai fungsi agama pada masyarakat. Itu jelas bahwa permasalahan disebabkan oleh sebuah interpretasi monodimensional terhadap ayat agama. Agama menyajikan sebuah tuntunan menuju sikap yang baik dalam menghormati seseorang yang berbeda keyakinan, bahkan ini juga digunakan sebagai tuntunan untuk meyakinkan orang lain untuk mengikuti kehendak-Nya. Abstract

Community Service in the form of Counseling on the Empowerment of Kindergarten Teachers in the reforestation of school land has been carried out at Nurul I'tishom Kindergarten Kel. Bintara, Kec. Bekasi Barat on Friday, January 29, 2021. Community Service in the form of Counseling on the Empowerment of Kindergarten Teachers in The reforestation of school land has been carried out at Nurul I'tishom Kindergarten Kel. Bintara, Kec. Bekasi Barat on Friday, January 29, 2021. The background of this program is carried out with the aim of the desire of the partners to carry out reforestation which is constrained by the limitations of the remaining outdoor space in the school environment.The hydroponic planting system is an alternative to reforestation on limited land. Extension materials are provided online, consisting of hydroponic planting systems and Hydroponic Plant Arrangement Design. Participants in the activity are teachers, education staff, parents of students and the surrounding community. This activity received a good response as evidenced by the large number of participants and enthusiastic participants in the discussion and question and answer session. From the partners, there is a suggestion that there be further activities in the form of training with a longer number of face-to-face hours. The methods used in the implementation are counseling, demonstration and training

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Rhizobium dan aplikasi arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) pada pertumbuhan bibit Acacia rassicarpa. Penelitian dilakukan di rumah kaca pada Pusat Penelitian dan Pengembangan Konservasi Alam dan Hutan Bogor, mulai Januarisampai Juli 2006. Tanah red-yellow podsolic steril yang digunakan sebagai medium berasal dari alam yang terdegradasi. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah Anova dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap, analisis data menggunakan uji Ducan’s Multiple Range dan korelasi Pearson. Aplikasi Rhizobium dan CMA menunjukkan variasi pada parameter pertumbuhan. Berat kering yang tertinggi dicapai oleh kombinasi galur Rhizobium S 641 dengan Gigaspora, dan kombinasi antara Rhizobium galur S 741 dengan Glomus sp aca Respon tertinggi pada tingkat pertumbuhan dan peningkatan berat kering menunjukkan adanya kompatibilitas simbiosis antara Galur Rhizobium, spesies AMF dan A. crassicarpa.Keywords: A. crassicarpa, AMF, growth response, Rhizobium

Abstract

Trainings for developing work skills for PKK women in RT 01/RW 01 Pohjentrek Pasuruan are rarely held, so through this PkM activity, residents of RT 01/RW 01 Pohjentrek Pasuruan have been given skills training to be more independent so that they have jobs and a decent life. . One of the skills that can be trained is making bogashi fertilizer. Bokashi fertilizer is a fertilizer made with a composting method that can use an aerobic or anaerobic starter to compost organic matter. This organic material itself can be obtained from household kitchen waste such as leftover vegetables, fruits, rice, etc., so it does not require a fee or tends to be cheap. The PkM was carried out on Friday, October 2, 2020 online as well as team representatives who gave directions and submitted materials for making bokashi fertilizer, video tutorials for making bokashi fertilizer, manuals, composters and bokashi fertilizer products themselves. Publication is carried out on youtube media and the website of the Polynema Chemical Engineering department

Abstract

Surfactant is a surface active agent which is widely applied in chemical industry related to its ability to stabilize the emulsion between the oil phase and the water phase. Surfactant-based on vegetable oil is a technology developed in the field of surfactant which has been dominated by surfactants made from petroleum. Methyl ester sulfonate (MES) is an anionic surfactant produced by the reaction between fatty acid methyl ester with a sulfonating agent or called as sulfonation reaction. MES undergoes an advanced process called methanolysis and neutralization reactions. This study investigated the effect of reactant molar ratio, reaction time and reaction temperature on MES yield on methanolysis reaction. The highest MES yield of 49.71% was achieved at a reaction temperature of 120°C, the reaction time of 120 minutes and the molar ratio between MES and methanol of 1:3. The rate constants of methanolysis reactions are determined by reacting the reactants in the stirred batch reactor under those operating conditions.

Abstract

The digital age requires lecturers to be able to package learning activities using digital technology. The aim of this study is to find out how lecturers lead their students in learning activities in the digital age and the impact of the digital era on learning and lecturers. This research is qualitative and descriptive, with observational data collection techniques and interviews. The result of this research is the expansion of the digital age, making students and faculty learn unlimitedly in space and time. Teachers need to prepare a learning plan related to the material and digital media that will be used. The use of digital media such as Google Forms, Google Class, and PowerPoint, various learning applications, bloggers, quizzes, Google Meet video conferences, and Zoom meetings has been used by lecturers. The negative impact is that (1) the learning material has become wider so that the essential material is not obtained; (2) the learning is less focused; (3) the lecturer is not always able to control each student's use of the gadget; and (4) the enthusiasm and ability of the senior lecturer still need to be improved. In conclusion, lecturers, as student leaders in learning, are expected to be able to effectively package the developments of the digital age to facilitate the implementation of learning.to effectively package the developments of the digital age to facilitate the implementation of learning.

Abstract

Kebesaran Agama Islam terletak pada kaidah-kaidah moralitas atau akhlak yang diajarkannya, yang meliputi seluruh aspek aktifitas manusia. Didalam ajaran islam tidak ada yang terlepas dari tuntutan akhlak. Tata cara bergaul, tingkah laku, perasaan atau aspek apapun dari aktifitas manusia baik politik, sosial ekonomi, kesenian dan lain – lain. Semuanya harus selaras dengan akhlak islamiah dan berdasarkan pada tuntutan ibadah kepada Allah SWT. Maka sebagai muslim dalam mengantisipasi kegoncangan moralitas yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat dunia kini, kita harus merasa ditantang untuk bisa memberikan jalan alternatif sebagai solusi atau pemecahan. Apa itu? Kita yakinkan bahwa islam adalah jalan keselamatan. Allah menurunkan islam adalah untuk mengeluarkan umat manusia dari kgelapan menuju jalan terang benerang. Dari kesesatan menuju jalan haq dan kebenaran, dari kerusakan menuju keselamatan. Maka dari itu pengabdian itu bertujuan untuk memberikan bagaimana cara kita memahami dan melaksanakan ibadah sebagaimana yang diwajibkan Allah SWT. melalui firman-firmannya. Sehingga kewajiban menjalin hubungan sosial dalam rangka mewujudkan hablumminannas melalui amal – amal sosial dan upaya–upaya membangun fisabilillah bisa diperlakukan sama dengan kewajiban mendirikan sholat, puasa, dan sebagainya. Artinay, sama – sama diakui sebagai ibadah berjihad dijalan Allah SWT. Sebab kalu berjalan sendiri–sendiri hingga terjadi dikotomi atau pemisahan maka tidak akan sampai pada pengertian ibadah yang utuh

Abstract

In the field of education, organizational culture and the school environment are critical variables that must be considered. Of course, this immediately improves teacher performance, which in turn improves school quality. In practice, State Elementary Schools in the Buah Batu District have established an organizational culture and created a welcoming school atmosphere, yet this appears to be insufficient. It is still discovered that instructors' behavior in carrying out their tasks does not adhere to the established culture, and there are many teachers who have not earned teaching credentials, which is an intriguing issue to explore. The quantitative approach used in this study is descriptive statistical analysis. 78 respondents were given questionnaires with the expectation that they would be able to answer the research objectives. SPSS version 25 was used for statistical testing. According to the findings of the research, organizational culture and the work environment have an impact on teacher performance, both individually and collectively. Several recommendations are made to school principals, supervisors, and instructors in the study that will help them enhance their performance.

Abstract

The Pesantren-Based Management Model in Islamic Education Management is an innovative approach that integrates the traditional pesantren education system with modern education management principles. This model combines the strength of Islamic values and traditions that have been rooted in the pesantren system with contemporary learning methods, the latest educational technology, and a curriculum that is relevant to the demands of the times. The goal is to create a holistic, effective, and adaptive Islamic education system that is able to prepare students intellectually, spiritually, and practically to face the challenges of the modern world while maintaining Islamic identity and values. This model emphasises the balance between religious and general education, character development, as well as enhancing soft skills, so as to produce graduates who are not only knowledgeable and noble, but also able to contribute significantly in a global society. The research method used is literature. The results showed that the Pesantren-Based Management Model has significant advantages in integrating traditional Islamic values with modern education management principles. The model successfully combines the strengths of the pesantren system with contemporary educational innovations, creating a holistic approach that emphasises the balance between intellectual, spiritual and practical education. The flexibility and adaptability of this model in the face of changing times, as well as its focus on character building and soft skills development, make it highly relevant to address the needs of Islamic education in the global era. This study concludes that the Pesantren-Based Management Model offers an effective and sustainable solution in the management of Islamic education, with the potential to become a reference for the development of a progressive Islamic education system that remains rooted in fundamental Islamic values.
