Abstract

The digital era has brought significant changes in various aspects of life, including easier access to information and communication. However, negative impacts such as digital addiction, the spread of misinformation, hate speech, and online bullying have also increased. In this context, digital ethics has become an important aspect that users of technology must understand and apply. Islamic Religious Education (PAI) plays a strategic role in raising awareness and providing guidance on digital ethics based on Islamic values, such as trust, responsibility, and etiquette in communication. This research aims to formulate the concept of digital ethics from an Islamic perspective and analyze the contribution of PAI in educating students about digital ethics. The method used is qualitative research with a literature study approach, focusing on the analysis of literature from books, academic journals, and relevant previous research. The results indicate that digital ethics in Islam emphasizes values of honesty, politeness, and responsibility in media use. Additionally, PAI plays a crucial role in shaping students' critical attitudes toward digital content and guiding them in using technology ethically. This research is expected to serve as a reference for developing a more adaptive PAI curriculum that meets the challenges of the digital era. Era digital membawa perubahan signifikan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk kemudahan akses informasi dan komunikasi. Namun, dampak negatif seperti kecanduan digital, penyebaran informasi palsu, ujaran kebencian, dan perundungan online juga semakin meningkat. Dalam konteks ini, etika digital menjadi aspek penting yang harus dipahami dan diterapkan oleh pengguna teknologi. Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) memiliki peran strategis dalam membentuk kesadaran dan memberikan panduan etika digital yang berlandaskan nilai-nilai Islam, seperti amanah, tanggung jawab, serta adab dalam berkomunikasi.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan konsep etika digital dalam perspektif Islam serta menganalisis kontribusi PAI dalam mengedukasi mahasiswa tentang etika digital. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka, yang berfokus pada analisis literatur dari buku, jurnal ilmiah, serta penelitian terdahulu yang relevan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa etika digital dalam Islam menekankan nilai-nilai kejujuran, kesopanan, dan tanggung jawab dalam bermedia. Selain itu, PAI memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk sikap kritis mahasiswa terhadap konten digital serta membimbing mereka dalam menggunakan teknologi secara etis. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi pengembangan kurikulum PAI yang lebih adaptif terhadap tantangan era digital.

Abstract

This article aims to explore the role of Islamic Religious Education (Islamic Religious Education or PAI) in building digital ethics among the younger generation in the modern era. Using a qualitative-descriptive approach, the study analyzes literature and current social phenomena to identify ethical challenges and Islamic perspectives on digital behavior. The findings reveal that digital media has created new ethical dilemmas, including the rise of hoaxes, cyberbullying, hate speech, and moral decline among youth. Islamic ethical principles such as adab, honesty, tabayyun, and responsibility are central in addressing these issues. The discussion emphasizes the need for Islamic education to integrate digital literacy and contemporary ethical discourse into its curriculum and teaching strategies. The study concludes that PAI has a vital impact in shaping ethical digital behavior and offers a spiritual framework for navigating the complexities of online interaction. Strengthening digital ethics through Islamic education can foster a more civil, responsible, and moral digital culture

Abstract

Desa Tulusbesar, Kecamatan Tumpang, Kabupaten Malang, menghadapi tantangan penurunan pendapatan, terutama bagi warga yang mayoritas bekerja sebagai petani dan pedagang. Salah satu permasalahan utamanya adalah kurangnya keterampilan kerja produktif, yang membatasi akses warga terhadap pekerjaan yang layak. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat dilakukan melalui pelatihan analisis ekonomi dan pengemasan produk pupuk organik. Pelatihan ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi warga dalam mengelola dan memasarkan pupuk organik guna menambah peluang pendapatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini  meliputi  pemaparan materi dan diskusi dua arah terkait penggunaan kemasan dan analisa ekonomi produk pupuk organik. Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa 67% peserta menyatakan puas dan 33% sangat puas dengan pelatihan yang diberikan. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini dapat disimpulkan berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan warga dan dilaksanakan dengan baik.

Abstract

Hukum dalam merawat jenazah adalah fardlu kifayah, sehingga apabila tidak ada satupun oarng di suatu wilayah yang memiliki kemampuan dan pengetahuan dalam hal merawat jenazah maka kewajiban tersebut belum gugur. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat khususnya pengurus takmir masjid di wilayah perumahan tirtasani estate kabupaten malang. Kegiatan ini berawal dari permohonan dari mitra karena kurangnya sumberdaya manusia yang memiliki kemampuan dalam hal perawatan jenazah sebagaimana ketentuan yang ada dalam hukum islam

Abstract

This research aims to find out Muslim and non-Muslim figures who use hermeneutics on the Al-Qur'an. The type of research used is qualitative-descriptive research with a literature review research method. The research results show that non-Muslim figures use hermeneutics to the Al-Qur'an: There are two main non-Muslim figures who use hermeneutics to the Al-Qur'an. With the belief that the quran also has weaknesses like the Bible. So Abraham Giger, accompanied by his student and successor Arthur Jeffry, devoted his life to criticizing the quran. Christoph Luxenberg, Goldhizer and Joseph Schacht their criticism is not only limited to the quran but also the hadith of the Prophet, Saw. Muslim figures who also used hermenutics to interpret the quran include: Muhammad Arkoun, Nasr Hamid Abu Zaid, Hasan Hanafi, Fazlur Rahman, and Muhammad Syahrur. This expert believes that the method of interpreting the quran needs to be adapted to the needs of the people. Because not all Muslims have the ability to interpret the quran, while they still need the quran as a guide for life.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain the legal ramifications of joint ministerial directives and institutions with regard to the continued existence of the Islamic Defenders Front Community Organization. The normative juridical strategy used in this research is one that looks at theories, conceptions, legal principles, rules, and regulations that are relevant to the topic at hand. The government is attempting to outlaw FPI-related activities through the Joint Decree of Ministers and Institutions, not disbanding community organizations affiliated with the FPI. The government's decision to impose the ban is justified by the fact that FPI has not been registered as a community organization since 2019.The legal significance of the joint decree of the Minister and the Institution for the continuation of the community programs of the Islamic Defenders Front is explained in this paper. This study examines the legitimacy of a decree with the Minister and Institutions and the Islamic Buyer's Front as a community organization

Abstract

The role of teachers in education is very important to shape the character of students at school. The teacher's role as an educator is an example, role model, and figure identified by students. In schools, religious culture and religious tolerance will be formed if teachers prepare themselves with qualities such as responsibility, authority, independence and discipline. The aim of this research is to find out how teachers play a role in instilling the values ​​of tolerance in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah students. Research findings show that teachers play an important role in instilling attitudes of tolerance in their students. The strategies they use for teaching include collaboration in class, using learning materials that support the principles of tolerance, and holding open discussions. These findings show how teachers try to build students' characters who are open and tolerant of differences. This strengthens the contribution of education to building a more just and inclusive society. This research can contribute to curriculum development and teacher training to improve the results of efforts to instill the value of tolerance at the madrasah ibtidaiyah level. Instilling the value of tolerance is carried out through learning activities using methods such as providing examples, providing direction, habituation, storytelling activities, game activities, and the use of media. The aim of implementing tolerance for students at school is as a means of training so that students are more able to implement and develop a broader attitude of tolerance when living in society.

Abstract

Negara Indonesia merupakan negara yang berdasarkan atas Pancasila, yang salah satu sila-nya adalah Sila Ketuhanan Yang Maha Esa. Prinsip ini meminta seluruh warga negara untuk bertuhan, tanpa memaksakan agama tertentu untuk diyakini. Hal ini menyebabkan Indonesia menjadi negara yang penduduknya memeluk berbagai macam agama. Perpindahan agama pun menjadi sesuatu yang banyak terjadi di masyarakat. Penelitian ini merumuskan tentang hak waris yang dimiliki oleh orang yang telah murtad, berdasarkan hukum islam dan hukum perdata nasional.
