Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh elemen bauran pemasaran (produk, harga, distribusi, dan promosi) terhadap keputusan pembelian pada platform e-commerce Shopee. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner tertutup kepada 100 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel distribusi dan promosi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sementara produk dan harga tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan. Faktor distribusi, seperti aksesibilitas platform, jaringan logistik yang luas, dan layanan pengiriman yang cepat, menjadi elemen penting yang menciptakan pengalaman belanja yang positif. Promosi terbukti menjadi elemen paling dominan dalam memengaruhi keputusan pembelian melalui berbagai kampanye agresif dan program loyalitas konsumen. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya strategi distribusi yang optimal dan promosi yang inovatif dalam memenangkan persaingan pasar e-commerce.

Abstract

The phenomenon shows that the performance of the freight transport industry in Indonesia must be intensified to be more competitive, facing the current era of e-commerce technology-based business. This study examines the understanding and practices of cash flow management at PT. SMI Cargo and their impact on the company's financial efficiency. Through interviews with management and financial data analysis, PT was found. SMI Cargo places significant emphasis on cash flow management as a key indicator of financial health. Interactive analysis was employed as the primary methodology, which involves four stages: data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. This approach allowed for a systematic examination of cash flow practices, uncovering key insights into the company’s financial strategies. Data triangulation was used to enhance the validity and credibility of the research findings. The company enforces strict controls over expenditures and receivables collection to maintain cash flow stability—routine assessments of financial reports and financing effectiveness aid strategic decision-making. The company may create successful business strategies, such as pricing and promotional efforts, as well as PT, using accurate financial records and careful data analysis. For asset and revenue management, SMI Cargo has a strong internal control system in place that guarantees asset values are always correct and current. Compared to the prior period, net cash flow grew by up to 40% as a result of cost control and improved client payments. Investor interest is piqued and sustained financial performance is supported by this simple yet efficient financial management. This study did not thoroughly examine external elements that could affect the company's financial performance, such as macroeconomic conditions and regulatory changes in the logistics industry. To give a more complete picture of the company's financial performance, more study must take into account the in-depth investigation of external issues, such as macroeconomic conditions, regulatory changes, or trends in the logistics market.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline on employee performance, determine and analyze the effect of motivation on employee performance, and determine and analyze the effect of training on employee performance at PT Satya Haprabu Perkasa. The strategy used in this study is an associative research strategy. While the research method used is a quantitative method. The data obtained are primary data from distributing questionnaires to respondents. The population of this study is all management and outsourcing at PT Satya Haprabu Perkasa totaling 137 people. The type of sampling chosen in this study is random sampling, using the slovin formula calculation, the number of samples in this study is 102 people. The data obtained is processed using SmartPLS 3.0. Statistical analysis of data in this study is descriptive data analysis, outer model analysis, inner model analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of work discipline variables on employee performance. There is an influence of work motivation variables on employee performance. There is an influence of training variables on employee performance at PT Satya Haprabu Perkasa.

Abstract

The purpose of this project is to develop a sustainable waste management system at SMP Fikri Junior High School (SMP) Jakarta by introducing recycling, reuse, and active involvement from all school components. The project follows a five-phase Project Management approach: Initiation to define goals based on 3R principles (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle); Planning for resource and activity design; Implementation, including waste sorting and awareness campaigns; Monitoring to track progress and gather feedback; and Closure to evaluate outcomes and propose long-term strategies. Key results include improved operational systems for waste handling, enhanced environmental awareness among students, teachers, and staff, and the creation of a sustainable waste management model. The project promoted hands-on learning about 3R practices, increased efficiency in managing school waste, and encouraged community-wide participation. As a result, the school environment became cleaner, healthier, and more environmentally friendly. Despite initial challenges, these were addressed through consistent education and recycling efforts, leading to a lasting impact on school culture and environmental responsibility.

Abstract

This study explores the WoowEdu platform as an innovative digital learning solution in the Indonesian education sector. The objective is to analyze WoowEdu's strategic role in addressing educational challenges such as limited access, inconsistent teaching quality, and the need for an integrated learning system. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method, this study employed strategic analysis tools including SWOT, TOWS Matrix, and Porter's Generic Strategies to evaluate WoowEdu's business position. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation involving stakeholders such as teachers, students, principals, and parents. The research findings indicate that WoowEdu offers a comprehensive Learning Management System (LMS) that supports the planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning activities. Its features—ranging from material management and assessment to parental monitoring and collaborative tools—improve operational efficiency, learning quality, and stakeholder engagement. The platform facilitates both synchronous and asynchronous learning, enabling flexible access and encouraging creative thinking among students. The evaluation results indicate that WoowEdu contributes positively to learning outcomes and the development of digital competencies. The study concludes that WoowEdu is not only a technological tool but also a strategic catalyst for improving the quality and inclusiveness of education in the digital era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bauran pemasaran 7P yang terdiri dari produk, harga, lokasi, promosi, orang, proses dan bukti fisik terhadap keputusan pembelian rumah subsidi di perumahan Permata Nusa Indah Cibitung-Bekasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang membeli rumah di perumahan tersebut sebanyak 96 responden. Pengumpulan data dengan cara mendistribusikan kuesioner menggunakan Google Form via Whatsapp, dan analisis yang digunakan adalah SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk, lokasi, orang, proses dan bukti fisik tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian rumah subisi. Sedangkan harga dan promosi berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian rumah subsidi.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) are one of the most important factors that cannot be separated from an organization, both companies and institutions. In addition, HR is also a factor that influences the development of a company. So, it can be said that a company can develop very rapidly if it has many competent HR in its field, conversely if the HR working in a company is not qualified, the development of the company will also be hampered. This study aims to identify how internal communication, democratic leadership style, work culture, motivation and employee performance at SDN Kramat 08. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, by making the entire population as respondents of the study as many as 25 employees. The results of the study showed that the results of the respondents were quite good by answering "Strongly agree" and "Agree" in each statement provided.
