Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh dari variabel efikasi diri, perilaku kepemimpinan Katua Program Studi (Kaprodi) dan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap perilaku etis dosen. Penelitian dilakukan pada universitas swasta dengan teknik analisis jalur (path analysis). Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 707 dosen dan sampelnya sebanyak 130 dosen. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung positif efikasi diri dosen, perilaku kepemimpinan Kaprodi dan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap perilaku etis dosen. Hal tersebut berarti bahwa perilaku etis dosen dapat ditingkatkan sejalan dengan dilakukanya perbaikan-perbaikan pada efikasi diri dosen, perilaku kepemimpinan Kaprodi dan komunikasi interpersonal.

Abstract

Dalam menghadapi perubahan lingkungan yang dinamis, organisasi pendidikan, termasuk SMA/Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Al Hamid dihadapkan pada kebutuhan untuk mengembangkan dan menerapkan strategi bersaing yang efektif. Penelitian ini secara khusus bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi strategi bersaing di MA Al Hamid, sebuah lembaga pendidikan yang berperan sentral dalam membentuk karakter dan menyelenggarakan pendidikan berkualitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa MA Al Hamid memiliki pendekatan holistik dalam implementasi strategi bersaing. Pertama, menetapkan visi, misi, dan nilai-nilai sekolah menjadi landasan kuat yang memberikan arahan strategis untuk mencapai keunggulan kompetitif. Kedua, pencapaian tujuan jangka panjang meliputi pencapaian akademik, pengembangan karakter, dan keterlibatan masyarakat. Ketiga, identifikasi dan penetapan strategi prioritas, seperti peningkatan kualitas pengajaran, penerapan teknologi pendidikan, dan pengembangan program ekstrakurikuler yang terdiversifikasi. Keempat, pengembangan indikator kinerja yang terukur memastikan evaluasi pencapaian tujuan yang memadai. Kelima, operasionalisasi tujuan melibatkan seluruh elemen sekolah, mulai dari guru hingga staf administrasi, untuk memastikan keterlibatan dan kesinambungan. Keenam, perhatian yang luar biasa terhadap kebutuhan sumber daya, meliputi aspek fisik (fasilitas sekolah), manusia (guru dan staf), dan keuangan. Terakhir, pemantauan rutin dan terjadwal serta penerapan perencanaan operasional sebagai tindakan korektif dan evaluatif memungkinkan adaptasi yang cepat terhadap perubahan lingkungan. Analisis mendalam terhadap implementasi strategi bersaing di MA Al Hamid memberikan wawasan berharga bagi pemangku kepentingan pendidikan. Hal ini dapat menjadi acuan bagi sekolah lain untuk meningkatkan manajemen strategisnya dalam persaingan dunia pendidikan yang semakin ketat.

Abstract

Improving the quality of education is an important priority in national development, therefore encouragement from the central and local governments is needed to take concrete actions in realizing a better and quality education system. The government provides tuition assistance for schools, namely in the form of School Operational Assistance Funds (BOS) With 4 strategies, school organization institutions can maximize the process of using BOS funds so that it is more effective with effective strategies in managing BOS funds in schools: 1) Efficient and careful planning, 2) Allocation of budgets in accordance with the rules 3) the use of BOS funds, 4) Good bookkeeping of BOS funds so that they can be accounted for. Along with developments in the industrial revolution era, school institutions can improve to develop effective strategies in facing the industrial revolution era by: The use of technology (ICT) in the process of making BOS reports through the ARKAS, SIMDA and SIPDA applications, digital education, for example by maximizing the use of BOS funds for the benefit of digital development potential in the process of improving the quality of learning in order to compete and survive in the era industry 4.0, digital skills development The use of BOS can be maximized through digital literacy activities, seminars and workshops, collaborating with the industry to gain support in the learning process, and conducting innovative funding such as: development of digital labs, digital libraries, and digital-based schools

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine understanding of the implementation of competitive strategies at SDN in Cipondoh. This research was carried out at SD Negeri Cipondoh 1 Tangerang. . The method in this research is to use a descriptive qualitative method approach with study analysis of competitive strategies implemented at SD Negeri Cipondoh 1 Tangerang. The Technique of data collection uses interview which focus on school principals, teachers and student’s parents. The results of this research are SD N Cipondoh 1 has implemented a competitive strategy to achieve competitive advantage. This is proven by the strategic condition of the school, its vision and mission are clear, it has set goals correctly, formulated strategies well and precisely, and also implemented operational plans as a routine and planned evaluation and monitoring tool enabling rapid adaptation to environmental changes. An in-depth analysis of the implementation of competitive strategies at SD N Cipondoh 1 provides educators with useful information. In the midst of an increasingly competitive world of education, other schools can use this as a reference to improve their strategic operations. Therefore, it is important for this school and schools in Indonesia to maintain competitive advantage, the school must update strategies, manage resources well, and build superior and high-quality human resources. They must also build collaboration, a sense of mutual cooperation and create innovative or new learning environments.

Abstract

This study aims to formulate effective strategies for improving teacher service quality through a multi-factor approach, namely Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), interpersonal communication, organizational climate, and work motivation. Teacher service quality is an important indicator in the continuous improvement of education quality. The research method used is a quantitative approach with an explanatory causal design. Data were collected through questionnaires administered to teachers from various educational levels and analyzed using path analysis techniques. The results of the study indicate that OCB, interpersonal communication, organizational climate, and work motivation significantly and simultaneously influence the improvement of teacher service quality. OCB acts as a mediating factor that strengthens the influence of other variables on service quality. The practical implications of these findings highlight the importance of strengthening organizational culture, interpersonal communication training, and reward and motivation systems to promote teacher professionalism. An integrative strategy based on strengthening organizational behavior and a humanistic approach is recommended as a model for improving teacher service quality in the Indonesian educational context.

Abstract

This study aims to explore and identify factors that strengthen organizational resilience in vocational colleges using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach method based on the PRISMA model. This study was conducted on 25 scientific articles indexed by Scopus for the 2020-2025 period and selected based on relevant topic criteria. Data was collected from Harzing's Publish or Perish (PoP) application taken from Crossref and Google Scholar. The identification process uses keywords such as "Organizational resilience framework, performance strategy and organizational strategy. Based on the analysis of existing literature, organizational resilience in vocational higher education can be strengthened through several key elements, namely responsive and adaptive leadership, application of technology, social intelligence, internal and external cooperation, and organizational culture. This study also suggests that vocational colleges develop proactive, innovation-based, and diversified strategies in the face of rapid change. The contribution of this research is to develop an integrated model of organizational resilience for vocational colleges, which also serves as a strategic guide.

Abstract

Digital transformation in early childhood education (ECE) requires not only technological adoption but also managerial and pedagogical adjustments. However, empirical studies in Indonesia, particularly in Islamic kindergarten contexts, remain limited. This study employed a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative surveys of 100 teachers with qualitative interviews involving 10 principals, 20 teachers, 5 staff, and 15 parents, as well as classroom observations. Descriptive statistics and thematic analysis were applied, supported by triangulation. The findings show that digital transformation improved teacher creativity by 23%, student engagement by 19%, and parental collaboration by 21% compared to baseline conditions. Leadership emerged as a crucial factor in motivating teachers and aligning digital practices with school values. However, challenges persist, including limited infrastructure, unstable internet, and gaps in teachers’ digital competencies. Digital evaluation and monitoring obtained the lowest mean score (3.92, SD = 0.80), indicating the need for stronger assessment systems. This study confirms that digital leadership plays a central role in sustaining technology integration in ECE. Practical implications include continuous teacher training, investment in digital infrastructure, and the development of participatory evaluation systems. This study contributes to the literature by providing evidence from an Islamic kindergarten context, highlighting the managerial aspects of digital transformation in ECE.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model supported by question card media on students' mathematics learning outcomes. The research employed a quasi-experimental design involving fourth-grade students at SD Negeri Margajaya 4, with a total sample of 48 students selected through purposive sampling. Data on students' learning outcomes were collected using pre-tests and post-tests. To analyze the data, several statistical tests were conducted, including the N-Gain test, normality test, and homogeneity test as prerequisites before performing the hypothesis test (t-test). The average N-Gain score in the experimental class was 70, while the control class scored 59. Hypothesis testing using the t-test showed that the calculated tvalue (3.32929) exceeded the critical tvalue (2.01290) at a 5% significance level. This result indicates that the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Problem-Based Learning model assisted by question card media has a significant positive effect on students’ mathematics learning outcomes. The integration of interactive media within a student-centered learning model enhances engagement and improves academic achievement in mathematics.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the National Assessment (AN) using the Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP) model. This descriptive qualitative research was conducted in Cluster VII, South Tambun District, Bekasi Regency. The subjects of the study were school principals, proctors, and technicians. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that: 1) The context aspect shows that the objectives of the AN have been well understood by the principals. 2) The input aspect shows that facilities and infrastructure are adequate, although some schools face challenges in implementation. 3) The process aspect shows consistency in the implementation of the AN according to the AN Standard Operating Procedures (POS AN). 4) The product aspect shows a need for improvement in the education report card results.
