This research was conducted with the aim of knowing, explaining, and analyzing the effect of competence and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency of Kemayoran Jakarta Center using quantitative methods, namely descriptive and verification analysis. In this study, we used scale-range analysis techniques and path analysis with the help of Microsoft Excel and SPSS software as tools to process data. The sample in this study amounted to 299 respondents using a simple random sampling technique. The results of the verification research, namely the correlation of competence with job satisfaction of 0.750, have a strong, positive, and significant correlation. The partial effect of competence on employee performance is 34.9%; the partial effect of job satisfaction on employee performance is 31.5%. The simultaneous influence of competence and job satisfaction on employee performance is 66.4%, and the remaining 33.6% is the influence of other variables not examined.

This study aims to determine, analyze and explain the effect of Brand Image and Product Quality on Purchase Decisions at Pesona Kalangsuria Housing in Rengasdengklok Karawang. This study uses quantitative methods of descriptive analysis and verification with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study amounted to 184 respondents using probability sampling technique, namely simple random sampling. The analytical technique used in this study is scale range analysis and path analysis using the Succesive Interval Method (MSI) and SPSS 25 Software. The results of descriptive analysis in this study, the results obtained the average value of the Brand Image variable, which is 692.4 occupies the agreed criteria, which means good, the Product Quality variable, which is 677.2 occupies the agreed criteria, which means good and the Purchase Decision variable is 704.2 occupies the agreed criteria which means good. The results of the verification analysis in this study, the correlation coefficient between Brand Image and Product Quality was 0.781, which means it has a strong, positive and significant correlation level. The partial effect of Brand Image on the Purchase Decision variable is 14.3%. Partial influence of product quality on purchasing decisions is 59.7%. The simultaneous influence of Brand Image and Product Quality on Purchase Decisions is 74% while the remaining 26% is the influence of other variables not examined.

This study aims to determine, analyze and explain whether service quality and agency image partially or simultaneously affect patient satisfaction at the Adiarsa Karawang Public Health Center. This study uses quantitative methods of descriptive analysis and verification, namely collecting, presenting, analyzing, testing hypotheses, providing conclusions and suggestions. The sample in this study used incidental sampling technique with incidental sampling method as many as 273 people using Likert scale technique and path analysis. The results showed that the correlation between service quality and institutional image was 0.845, which means the correlation is strong, positive and significant. The partial effect of service quality on patient satisfaction is 17.1%. The partial effect of institutional image on patient satisfaction gets a value of 68.4%. The simultaneous influence of Service Quality and Institutional Image on patient satisfaction obtained a value of 85.5%, the remaining 14.5% was influenced by other variables not examined

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh manajemen talenta dan manajemen pengetahuan terhadap kinerja karyawan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 151 orang dan pengambilan sampel sebanyak 110 orang dengan menggunakan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket/kuesioner dengan metode skala likert dan diolah secara statistik menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis), pengujian hipotesis uji t dan uji f, serta koefisien determinasi melalui software  SPSS 25. Berdasarkan analisis data, diperoleh persamaan analisis jalur yaitu Y = 7,912 + 0,437 X1 + 0,352 X2 + Ô. Selanjutnya diperoleh nilai R2sebesar 0,501 yang menjelaskan bahwa X1dan X2memiliki pengaruh terhadap Y sebesar 50,1% sedangkan sisanya yaitu 49,9% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Selanjutnya hasil penelitian menerangkan bahwa hipotesis diterima yaitu manajemen talenta dan manajemen pengetahuan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Mahati Karawang.

E-Reputation adalah hasil dari aktivitas perusahaan dalam lingkungan virtual dengan interaksi dan reaksi selanjutnya dari pemangku kepentingan Promosi adalah merupakan salah satu faktor paling penting dalam mewujudkan tujuan penjualan suatu perusahaan agar konsumen bersedia menjadi pelanggan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh E-Reputation dan Promosi terhadap Citra Manajemen Yang-Gun (YG) Entertainment. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Teknik sampling penelitian ini adalah Simple Random Sampling menggunakan rumus Slovin. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder. Data diolah menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa E-Reputation dan Promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Citra Manajemen. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memperoleh bukti-bukti empirik dan menemukan kejelasan dari fenomena serta kesimpulan tentang pengaruh variabel Citra Merek dan Harga terhadap Minat Beli Smartphone realme di Kecamatan Telukjambe Timur Kabupaten Karawang. Variabel penelitian ini adalah Citra Merek (X1) dan Harga (X2) sebagai variabel independent dan Minat Beli (Y) sebagai variabel dependen. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 400 responden masyarakat di Kecamatan Telukjambe Timur Kabupaten Karawang. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah path analysis dan hipotesis dengan bantuan alat analisis berupa aplikasi software Microsoft Excel dan SPSS 16. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa nilai koefisien korelasi antara citra merek dan harga sebesar 0.819 artinya hubungan antar variabel independent sangat kuat karena berada pada interval 0,80-1,00. Pengaruh Citra Merek dan Harga terhadap Minat Beli baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Citra Merek dan Harga memiliki pengaruh terhadap Minat Beli Smartphone realme di Kecamatan Telukjambe Timur Kabupten Karawang sebesar 0,743 atau 74,3%, sedangkan sisanya 25,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang tidak diteliti.

Tujuan peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran tentang kompetensi dan kompensasi pengetahuan sebagai variabel bebas dan kinerja karyawan sebagai variabel terikat. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif. Pada penelitian ini populasi yang digunakan seluruh karyawan PT. Hino Motors Manufacturing Indonesia sebanyak 1.675 Karyawan. Penentuan jumlah sampel dari populasi tertentu dengan menggunakan rumus Taro Yamane untuk tingkat kesalahan 5% sehingga hasil perhitungan sampel diperoleh 323 responden untuk penelitian ini. Teknik sampling yang digunakan ialah simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian didaptkan Terdapat hubungan antara kompetensi dengan kompensasi PT. Hino Motors Manufacturing Indonesia Kabupaten Purwakarta. Terdapat pengaruh secara parsial antara kompetensi dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Hino Motors Manufacturing Indonesia Kabupaten Purwakarta. Dan Terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara kompetensi dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Hino Motors Manufacturing Indonesia Kabupaten Purwakarta.

Every company is required to compete and maintain the performance of its company, the high level of competition and professionalism causes an increase in pressure that will be faced by individuals in the work environment, one of which is work stress and if employees are always faced with demands and a large workload will trigger employees to intend to leave the company (turnover intention). This study intends to examine the effect of work stress and turnover intention on employee performance at PT. Natamas Plast. By using quantitative methods consisting of descriptive and verifiable analysis. To research this, scale range analysis techniques and path analysis were used with the help of Microsoft Excel and SPSS software with the main data source questionnaire distributed to PT employees. Natamas Plast has 142 employees. The results obtained, namely the correlation of work stress with turnover intention of 0.722, showed a strong correlation. In addition, it is known that there is an influence of 32.6%, which means that work stress has an influence on employee performance by 32.6%. Meanwhile, the effect of turnover intention on performance is 6.91%, which means that turnover intention has an influence on employee performance of 6.91%. Meanwhile, simultaneously work stress and turnover intention on employee performance had an influence together by 61% and the remaining 39% was influenced by other variables that were not tested.

This study aims to determine and explain the level of consumer buying interest in Cafe Dots Karawang based on price, social media advertising and location. This research was conducted through a statistical technique approach using IBM SPSS 25, data collection using random sampling technique on 325 respondents with research subjects being consumers of Cafe Dots Karawang. The data analysis technique used is the scale range analysis technique and multiple regression analysis. The magnitude of the partial effect of price on consumer buying interest is 0.200 or 20%. The magnitude of the partial effect of Social Media Ads on Consumer Purchase Interest is 0.380 or 38%. The partial influence of location on consumer buying interest is 0.169 or 16.9%. Then the magnitude of the simultaneous influence of Price, Social Media Advertising and Location has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Purchase Interest Dots Karawang with a contribution of 0.269 or 26.9% and the remaining 73.1% other contributions are influenced by variables not examined.

Pendampingan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat merupakan strategi dalam pembangunan yang berpusat pada masyarakat sebagai subjek pembangunan. Untuk memberdayakan masyarakat dapat dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan potensi lokal yang dimiliki desa dimana masyarakat tinggal. Pembangunan masyarakat bisa dimulai dengan melihat perilaku dan budaya masyarakat setempat. Pendampingan Pemberdayaan dilakukan dalam upaya peningkatan kualitas dalam kesejahteraan masyarakat meliputi kesejahteraan keluarga, memandirikan masyarakat miskin, mengangkat harkat dan martabat masyarakat lapisan bawah. Salah satu pemberdayaan masyarakat yang ada di Desa Kalijati adalah Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) Pengrajin Boneka. Usaha ini memiliki peran dalam mengembangkan pertumbuhan ekonomi dan penyerapan tenaga kerja di Desa Kalijati, Kecamatan Jatisari, Kabupaten Karawang. Community Empowerment Assistance is a strategy in community-centered development as the subject of development. To empower the community can be done by utilizing the local potential of the village where the community lives. Community development can be started by looking at the behavior and culture of the local community. Empowerment assistance is carried out in an effort to improve the quality of community welfare including family welfare, self-reliance for the poor, and raising the dignity of the lower strata of society. One of the community empowerment programs in Kalijati Village is Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) of doll craftsmen. This business has a role in developing economic growth and employment in Kalijati Village, Jatisari District, Karawang Regency.
