Abstract

Government institutions play a crucial role in providing public services, implementing state policies, and managing public administration. Human resource management in institutions aims to enhance employee productivity to support the achievement of organizational goals. This study aims to analyze the influence of discipline, commitment, and organizational climate on employee performance at the Kesyahbandaran and Port Authority Office Class III Tanjung Wangi. The research employs a quantitative approach with a causal study design. Data were collected from 90 respondents using a sampling technique and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results indicate that work discipline has a significant partial effect on employee performance, where higher discipline enhances productivity. Commitment has a significant partial effect, showing that employees with high loyalty and moral responsibility tend to perform optimally. A positive organizational climate significantly increases employee performance by creating a conducive work atmosphere. Simultaneously, discipline, commitment, and organizational climate significantly influence employee performance, suggesting that these three variables complement each other in enhancing work efficiency and effectiveness. The findings are expected to serve as a reference for government institutions in formulating policies and strategies to improve employee performance through discipline management, commitment reinforcement, and the establishment of a positive organizational climate.

Abstract

Tanoker Learning Village is unique in its community empowerment process based on local wisdom. Tanoker Village is complex, because it’s a structured organization that modifies traditional and modern culture and adopts innovations in the development of traditional and modern culture. This research aims to empower the community to play an active role in development activities. The reality of existing life, namely how local wisdom acts as social capital in empowering the community in Ledokombo Village. Research like this has not yet been carried out much in Indonesia. This research uses qualitative data with techniques interactive model of analysis to analyze local wisdom as strengthening social capital in community empowerment. The local wisdom values taught by the Tanoker Learning Village have succeeded in forming changes in individual consciousness, both in children, mothers, fathers and grandparents in Ledokombo Village. This change is visible in their thinking patterns and behavior. After following various guidance, their motivation changed to full awareness, where they wanted to contribute to making Ledokombo Village and its community better. In this case, it is proven that the Tanoker Ledokombo Learning Village acts as an agent of social change in rural areas of Ledokombo District through a local wisdom-based approach.

Abstract

Work problems at the Department of Public Works, Water Resources, and Construction of Bondowoso Regency include budget constraints, technical constraints, and lack of coordination and supervision. The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the effect of training and work environment on employee performance through organizational commitment as an intervention variable on employees of the BSBK Department of Bondowoso Regency. This study is included in explanatory research with a population of 183 and a sample of 126 respondents obtained by calculating the slovin formula, the sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is processed with Smart PLS 4.0. Based on the results of the data analysis, it shows that training has a significant effect on organizational commitment. The work environment has a significant effect on organizational commitment of the BSBK Department of Bondowoso Regency. Training, work environment and organizational commitment have a significant effect on employee performance at the BSBK Office of Bondowoso Regency. Training has a significant effect on employee performance through organizational commitment at the BSBK Office of Bondowoso Regency. The work environment has a significant effect on employee performance through organizational commitment at the BSBK Office of Bondowoso Regency. Therefore, BSBK Bondowoso Regency needs to improve training programs that are in accordance with current needs, as well as create a more ergonomic and comfortable work environment. These steps are expected to increase employee work effectiveness and support the achievement of organizational goals optimally

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan memegang peran penting dalam pencapaian tujuan perusahaan. Permasalahan yang terjadi di Chana Power Plant Songkhla Thailand adalah masih terdapat karyawan dengan kinerja yang belum optimal serta tingkat disiplin kerja yang belum maksimal. Dengan kondisi ini mendorong peneliti untuk menganalisa dan mengetahui pengaruh nya motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Chana Power Plant Songkhla Thailand. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada seluruh karyawan Chana Power Plant Songkhla Thailand, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 169 orang, dengan menggunakan metode sensus. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji t, uji F, dan uji koefisien determinasi menggunakan bantuan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Chana Power Plant Songkhla Thailand. Hasil temuan dikarenakan karyawan yang memiliki motivasi tinggi cenderung bekerja lebih produktif dan bertanggung jawab. Disiplin kerja yang baik, seperti ketepatan waktu, kepatuhan terhadap aturan, serta tanggung jawab terhadap tugas, turut berkontribusi terhadap terciptanya lingkungan kerja yang efektif. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu memberikan perhatian lebih terhadap upaya peningkatan motivasi dan penegakan disiplin kerja secara berkelanjutan agar kinerja karyawan dapat terus ditingkatkan

Abstract

Previous research is the most important thing in a research or scientific article. Previous research is useful for strengthening theories and phenomena that affect variables. This article reviews the Influence of Product Quality, Brand Image, Promotion and Price on Consumer Purchasing Decisions at UMKM Car Free Day Kab. Jember. The purpose of writing this marketing management literature review article is to build a hypothesis that can be used in further research. The results of this study are: 1) Product Quality partially does not affect consumer Purchasing Decisions; 2) Brand Image partially does not affect consumer Purchasing Decisions; 3) Promotion partially affects consumer Purchasing Decisions; 4) Price partially does not affect Consumer Purchasing Decisions; 5) Product Quality, Brand Image, Promotion and Price simultaneously affect Consumer Purchasing Decisions at UMKM Car Free Day, Jember regency.
