Abstract

Tanoker Learning Village is unique in its community empowerment process based on local wisdom. Tanoker Village is complex, because it’s a structured organization that modifies traditional and modern culture and adopts innovations in the development of traditional and modern culture. This research aims to empower the community to play an active role in development activities. The reality of existing life, namely how local wisdom acts as social capital in empowering the community in Ledokombo Village. Research like this has not yet been carried out much in Indonesia. This research uses qualitative data with techniques interactive model of analysis to analyze local wisdom as strengthening social capital in community empowerment. The local wisdom values taught by the Tanoker Learning Village have succeeded in forming changes in individual consciousness, both in children, mothers, fathers and grandparents in Ledokombo Village. This change is visible in their thinking patterns and behavior. After following various guidance, their motivation changed to full awareness, where they wanted to contribute to making Ledokombo Village and its community better. In this case, it is proven that the Tanoker Ledokombo Learning Village acts as an agent of social change in rural areas of Ledokombo District through a local wisdom-based approach.

Abstract

Work problems at the Department of Public Works, Water Resources, and Construction of Bondowoso Regency include budget constraints, technical constraints, and lack of coordination and supervision. The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the effect of training and work environment on employee performance through organizational commitment as an intervention variable on employees of the BSBK Department of Bondowoso Regency. This study is included in explanatory research with a population of 183 and a sample of 126 respondents obtained by calculating the slovin formula, the sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is processed with Smart PLS 4.0. Based on the results of the data analysis, it shows that training has a significant effect on organizational commitment. The work environment has a significant effect on organizational commitment of the BSBK Department of Bondowoso Regency. Training, work environment and organizational commitment have a significant effect on employee performance at the BSBK Office of Bondowoso Regency. Training has a significant effect on employee performance through organizational commitment at the BSBK Office of Bondowoso Regency. The work environment has a significant effect on employee performance through organizational commitment at the BSBK Office of Bondowoso Regency. Therefore, BSBK Bondowoso Regency needs to improve training programs that are in accordance with current needs, as well as create a more ergonomic and comfortable work environment. These steps are expected to increase employee work effectiveness and support the achievement of organizational goals optimally

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan memegang peran penting dalam pencapaian tujuan perusahaan. Permasalahan yang terjadi di Chana Power Plant Songkhla Thailand adalah masih terdapat karyawan dengan kinerja yang belum optimal serta tingkat disiplin kerja yang belum maksimal. Dengan kondisi ini mendorong peneliti untuk menganalisa dan mengetahui pengaruh nya motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Chana Power Plant Songkhla Thailand. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada seluruh karyawan Chana Power Plant Songkhla Thailand, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 169 orang, dengan menggunakan metode sensus. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji t, uji F, dan uji koefisien determinasi menggunakan bantuan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Chana Power Plant Songkhla Thailand. Hasil temuan dikarenakan karyawan yang memiliki motivasi tinggi cenderung bekerja lebih produktif dan bertanggung jawab. Disiplin kerja yang baik, seperti ketepatan waktu, kepatuhan terhadap aturan, serta tanggung jawab terhadap tugas, turut berkontribusi terhadap terciptanya lingkungan kerja yang efektif. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu memberikan perhatian lebih terhadap upaya peningkatan motivasi dan penegakan disiplin kerja secara berkelanjutan agar kinerja karyawan dapat terus ditingkatkan

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat melalui pengelolaan sampah dan digitalisasi UMKM di Desa Cantuk, Kecamatan Singojuruh, Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Program pengelolaan sampah dirancang untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam menjaga kebersihan lingkungan melalui penerapan prinsip 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle). Sementara itu, program digitalisasi UMKM bertujuan untuk membantu pelaku usaha dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital guna memperluas jangkauan pasar, meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, dan daya saing bisnis. Metode pelaksanaan melibatkan pendekatan partisipatif dengan kegiatan sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan praktik langsung. Program pengelolaan sampah melibatkan edukasi daur ulang, sementara program digitalisasi UMKM mencakup pelatihan penggunaan platform e-commerce, media sosial, dan alat digital lainnya. Salah satu UMKM, yaitu Omah Kripik Laris, mengalami peningkatan signifikan dalam jumlah pelanggan setelah dilakukan branding, pembaruan kemasan, pembuatan logo, serta aktivasi akun media sosial dan e-commerce. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah serta kemampuan UMKM dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital. Dengan demikian, program ini tidak hanya memberikan solusi terhadap permasalahan lingkungan, tetapi juga mendukung keberlanjutan ekonomi masyarakat setempat melalui pemberdayaan UMKM.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan Perumdam Tirta Pandalungan Jember. Penelitian ini dengan total populasi 27.639 dan sampel sebanyak 252 orang pelanggan Perumdam Tirta Pandalungan Jember. Teknik sampling dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Variabel yang digunakan yaitu kualitas layanan, penentuan tarif, dan brand image sebagai variabel dependen; kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel intervening; serta loyalitas pelanggan sebagai variabel independent. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penentuan tarif dan brand image berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Perumdam Tirta Pandalungan Jember. Sedangkan kualitas layanan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Selanjutnya, hasil dari penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa penentuan tarif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Perumdam Tirta Pandalungan Jember. Sedangkan kualitas layanan dan brand image tdak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Perumdam Tirta Pandalungan Jember. Selain itu, hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan, penentuan tarif, dan brand image tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan Perumdam Tirta Pandalungan Jember

Abstract

This research aims to examine effective digital marketing management strategies to enhance the competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the digital economy. Using a mixed-methods approach (qualitative and quantitative), it identifies best practices and obstacles MSMEs face in implementing digital marketing. The findings reveal that digital marketing, especially social media, significantly boosts MSME competitiveness. However, constraints like limited budgets, low digital literacy, and inadequate human resources hinder its optimization. Practical training, gradual budget allocation, and government support are needed to improve the effectiveness of MSMEs' digital marketing strategies.

Abstract

Previous research is the most important thing in a research or scientific article. Previous research is useful for strengthening theories and phenomena that affect variables. This article reviews the Influence of Product Quality, Brand Image, Promotion and Price on Consumer Purchasing Decisions at UMKM Car Free Day Kab. Jember. The purpose of writing this marketing management literature review article is to build a hypothesis that can be used in further research. The results of this study are: 1) Product Quality partially does not affect consumer Purchasing Decisions; 2) Brand Image partially does not affect consumer Purchasing Decisions; 3) Promotion partially affects consumer Purchasing Decisions; 4) Price partially does not affect Consumer Purchasing Decisions; 5) Product Quality, Brand Image, Promotion and Price simultaneously affect Consumer Purchasing Decisions at UMKM Car Free Day, Jember regency.

Abstract

Purpose: This study was motivated by the suboptimal implementation of the legislative oversight function in the education and health sectors, as reflected in low service quality, uneven distribution of resources, and limited program transparency. These conditions indicate the need to strengthen performance management within Commission D of the Regional House of Representatives of Jember Regency. This study aims to analyze performance management, identify efforts to overcome existing obstacles, and formulate an ideal performance management model in the implementation of the oversight function. Research Design and Methodology: The research employed a qualitative approach using a case study strategy. Informants were selected purposively and included the leadership, members of Commission D, and related stakeholders. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, and were analyzed using an interactive model. Findings and Discussion: The findings show that the performance management of Commission D is divided into three main stages: planning, implementation, and evaluation. Planning was conducted in an integrated, collective, and adaptive manner according to sectoral needs. The implementation of oversight was responsive, flexible, and collegial in addressing field dynamics. Performance evaluation was carried out dialogically, comprehensively, and adaptively by assessing service aspects, program conformity, and budget absorption. The study also found that obstacles such as resistance from oversight objects, limited data transparency, and constraints related to time, budget, and internal dynamics were addressed through persuasive communication, strengthened formal coordination, and improved internal capacity. Implications: The study implies the importance of strengthening structured performance management systems, improving transparency and inter-institutional collaboration, and enhancing the competence of legislative members to ensure more effective, accountable, and responsive oversight in improving public service quality in the education and health sectors.

Abstract

Kantor Bea dan Cukai sebagai instansi pemerintah memiliki peran strategis dalam pelayanan dan pengawasan kepabeanan dan cukai, termasuk fasilitasi perdagangan internasional, pengamanan perbatasan, serta optimalisasi penerimaan negara. Kompleksitas tugas, globalisasi, digitalisasi layanan, dan perubahan regulasi menuntut pegawai Bea dan Cukai untuk memiliki kompetensi teknis dan etika profesional yang tinggi. Kinerja pegawai yang belum optimal berpotensi menimbulkan hambatan pelayanan, kesalahan administrasi, serta ketidakefisienan proses kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel-variabel yang memengaruhi kinerja pegawai di lingkungan Kantor Bea dan Cukai. Analisis dilakukan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh variabel bebas berupa gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, efisiensi anggaran, motivasi kerja dan fasilitas kerja terhadap variabel terikat kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kantor Bea Cukai Jember dengan sampel 43 orang pegawai berstatus PNS. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disusun berdasarkan indikator masing-masing variabel penelitian. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda, didahului dengan uji instrumen penelitian dan uji asumsi klasik. Metode ini digunakan untuk menguji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, efisiensi anggaran, motivasi kerja, dan fasilitas kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa kinerja pegawai di Kantor Bea Cukai Jember dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, efisiensi anggaran, motivasi kerja, dan fasilitas kerja, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi teoritis bagi pengembangan kajian manajemen SDM sektor publik serta implikasi praktis bagi manajemen instansi dalam merumuskan kebijakan peningkatan kinerja pegawai.
