Abstract

Pergaulan bebas dikalangan remaja dewasa ini semakin mengkhawatirkan. Remaja mempunyai rasa keingintahuan yang besar, menyukai pertualangan dan tantangan serta cenderung berani mengambil resiko atas perbuatannya tanpa didahului oleh pertimbangan matang. Penyakit Menular Seksual Bebas (PMS) yang terjadi pada remaja dewasa ini merupakan dampak pergaulan bebas. Dalam mengatasi masalah ini tentu memelurkan peran serta seluruh lapisan masyarakat, termasuk akademisi di bidang kesehatan masyarakat. Metode dalam kegiatan ini berupa penyuluhan /ceramah interaktif kepada siswa (siswi) SMPN II Mereubo. Penggunaan Metode ceramah/penyuluhan ini dengan pertimbangan bahwa (i) merupakan kelompok sasaran yang berpendidikan sehingga peluang untuk menerima dan menangkap informasi yang disampaikan cukup besar. Kegiatan pengabdian “edukasi bahaya pergaulan bebas terhadap penyakit menular seksual” melalui penyuluhan (ceramah) dengan sasaran siswa (i) SMPN II Meurebo berhasil dilakukan dengan baik, sehingga terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan siswa (i) setelah dilakukan penyuluhan. Kata Kunci : Edukasi, Pergaulan bebas, Penyakit menular seksual ABSTRACT Promiscuity among teenagers today is increasingly worrying. Adolescents have a great sense of curiosity, like adventure and challenges and tend to dare to take risks for their actions without careful consideration. Free Sexually Transmitted Diseases that occur in adolescents today are the impact of promiscuity. In overcoming this problem, of course the participation of all levels of society, including academics in the field of public health. The method in this activity is in the form of counseling / interactive lectures to students of SMPN II Mereubo. The use of this lecture / extension method with the consideration that is an educated target group so that the opportunity to receive and capture the information presented is quite large. The service activity "education on the dangers of promiscuity against sexually transmitted diseases" through counseling (lectures) with the target of students SMPN II Meurebo was successfully carried out, resulting in an increase in student knowledge after counseling. Abstract

The results of the 2018 Basic Health Research (Riskesdas) showed that only 25.2% of pregnant women received additional food, while the rest did not receive supplementary food (PMT) of 74.8%. This situation in the short term affects the nutritional status of pregnant women and in the long term becomes a risk factor for complications of pregnancy and childbirth, the risk of maternal death, the rate of prematurity, low birth weight and perinatal mortality and the incidence of stunting in children. Maternal love movement (GSI) is a very appropriate method in maintaining the health of pregnant women so that the nutritional problems of pregnant women can be overcome. GSI will be driven by village midwives, PKK women, posyandu cadres and village officials. In this GSI forum, village midwives, PKK women, posyandu cadres and gampong apparatus will meet regularly every 2 (two) weeks or at least once a month including home visits to pregnant women to provide education, discuss and provide mutual support related to maternal health. pregnancy and the fulfillment of balanced nutrition during pregnancy. The results of this service are the formation of GSI which is able to empower pregnant women so that they can increase their knowledge and skills in maintaining health during pregnancy and the fulfillment of balanced nutrition that can be obtained in the area where they live, GSI as a sustainable counselor in the village, and decreasing cases of anemia and Chronic energy deficiency in pregnant women in the coastal area of ​​West Aceh Regency.

Abstract

The very rapid spread of the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak has had an impact on the world economy, including in the food and agriculture sectors. A 1% decline in China's economic growth in 2020 could have an impact of around 0.3% on the existing economy in Indonesia, including in Aceh. Therefore, the creative economic stimulus is one of the most appropriate alternatives in overcoming the economic problems of the community, by utilizing local commodities through the innovation of tempeh powder broth as family food security in Purwodadi Village, Nagan Raya Regency. The purpose of this activity is to provide creative economy education to coastal communities, especially poor families towards family food security during the COVID 19 pandemic. The method of activities used is through 5 approaches, namely coaching, formation, implementation, monitoring, assistance and evaluation. The result of this service is the formation of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in coastal communities, especially in poor families, so that it can be one of the efforts towards family food security during the COVID 19 pandemi.

Abstract

Stunting merupakan salah satu permasalahan pembangunan nasional di Indonesia yang dapat terhambatnya pertumbuhan ekonomi, meningkatnya kemiskinan dan ketimpangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran posyandu dalam menangani stunting di Desa Arongan Kecamatan Kuala Pesisir Kabupaten Nagan Raya. Jenis pendekatan yaitu kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Populasi penelitian yaitu seluruh penyelenggara posyandu dan warga Desa Arongan Kecamatan Kuala Pesisir Kabupaten Nagan Raya yang terlibat sebagai peserta posyandu. Sedangkan sampel yaitu ketua posyandu 1 orang, kader posyandu orang 5, dan peserta posyandu 14 sehingga berjumlah 20 orang dengan teknik pengambilan yaitu purposive sampling. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi (lembar pedoman observasi), wawancara (lembar pedoman wawancara), dan dokumentasi (alat dokumentasi). Teknik analisis data menggunakan model analisis interaktif Miles dan Huberman, yaitu: (1)  pengumpulan data; (2) reduksi data; (3) penyajian data; dan (4) penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa posyandu di Desa Arongan kecamatan Kuala Pesisir Kabupaten Nagan Raya sangat berperan dalam menengani stunting dimana posyandu tersebut memiliki kader yang sudah mengikuti pelatihan, berpengetahuan dan aktif, partisipasi peserta yang tinggi, dan mampu menurunkan jumlah angka stunting. Adapun program yang dijalankan untuk menagani stunting diantaranya (1) pemberian Makanan Tambahan (PMT); (2) pemberian vitamin A pendamping ASI; (3) pemberian Tablet Tambah Darah (TTD) untuk ibu hamil; (4) imunisasi dasar lengkap; (5) pemantauan pertumbuhan balita; dan (6) sanitasi lingkungan.

Abstract

Terdapat banyak siswa di SD Negeri 2 Teunom yang membeli makanan janjanan yang tidak memenuhi syarat keamanan pangan. Salah satu dampak buruk dari kegiatan tersebut yaitu mempengaruhi status gizi anak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan perilaku siswa tentang makanan jajanan terhadap status gizi anak di SD Negeri 2 Teunom yang terdiri dari aspek pengetahuan, sikap, dan tindakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SD Negeri 2 Teunom tepatnya di Desa Alue Ambang, Kecamatan Teunom, Kabupaten Aceh Jaya pada Bulan November 2021. Populasi penelitian yaitu seluruh siswa kelas III dan IV sebanyak 30 siswa. Sampel yaitu 30 siswa dengan teknik pengambilan yaitu total sampling. Pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara dengan instrumen lembar pedoman wawancara, dan observasi dengan instrumen lembar pedoman observasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara analisis statistik yaitu uji Chi-square dengan taraf signifikansi (α) = 0,05. Hasil penelitian diketahui terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan tentang makanan jajanan terhadap status gizi anak di SD Negeri 2 Teunom (-pvalue = 0,000 α = 0,05), terdapat hubungan antara sikap tentang makanan jajanan terhadap status gizi anak di SD Negeri 2 Teunom (p-value = 0,000 α = 0,05), dan terdapat hubungan antara tindakan  tentang makanan jajanan terhadap status gizi anak di SD Negeri 2 Teunom (p-value = 0,000 α = 0,05).

Abstract

Women in low socioeconomic societies are sometimes in a disadvantageous condition and even tend to be in a helpless position due to the lack of support from various parties. This helpless situation can be seen from the lack of opportunity in making a decision in his life including in making decisions relating to himself and the Family Planning program. This helplessness makes women in a marginal condition in the element of society. The lack of encouragement from women can also be seen in the participation of family planning programs. The decision to use contraception is more often determined by men. Even to become a family planning acceptor is also determined by other parties, especially men. Meanwhile, very few men are family planning acceptors. This phenomenon is due to the decision to become a KB acceptor in the hands of men, so there is reluctance if the men become KB acceptors. Family planning services are not only related to being a family planning acceptor, but also many programs relating to empowerment, especially women. Women's empowerment programs in family planning programs are related to empowerment activities which are subsequently linked to family life. The results with family planning programs are still few that can empower women. This consideration is due to the still strong dominance of men in the norms of everyday society.

Abstract

Stunting is when a person's height is less than average based on age and gender. This study aims to determine the strategy of the Nagan Raya Health Office in reducing stunting rates. This type of research used qualitative research. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. Research informants were the Head of the Health Service, Head of Public Health, Head of Family Health and Nutrition, Head of Promotion and Community Empowerment, Head of Environmental Health, Occupational Health, and Sports. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data management, and concluding. The results showed that the Nagan Raya health department's strategy for reducing stunting rates was quite good. With eight integrated stunting reduction interventions, specific nutrition interventions, and sensitive nutrition interventions collaborated with cross-sectoral involvement. In conclusion, from 8 integrated stunting reduction interventions, the basis is stunting consultation. The obstacles are that it is difficult to use the budget for stunting, uniting stakeholders' perceptions, and the village government lacks knowledge. Supporting resources are sufficient, namely human resources (HR), facilities, and infrastructure, but it is still insufficient in terms of the budget. Suggestions that socialization is given to the village government. It is hoped that the Health Service and government organizations involved will remain consistent and unite their perceptions and maximize their budget.

Abstract

Pedada fruit (Sonneratia alba) is a fruit of mangrove plants whose utilization can be improved through simple technology, namely the processing of Sonneratia alba fruit into syrup. Mangrove plants produce fruit that can be utilized as a processed beverage, one of which is Sonneratia alba fruit that has a sour taste and can be processed into fresh drinks in the form of mangrove syrup. The purpose of the study was to find out the nutritional value content of mangrove syrup from Sonneratia alba fruit. Research methods are experiments. We use proximal analysis, which includes tests on protein, fat, carbohydrate, and vitamin C. Proximal analysis is carried out at the organic chemistry laboratory, Faculty of MIPA Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. The results of our research show Processed mangrove syrup from Sonneratia alba fruit has nutritional content: protein 1.20%, fat 0.20%, carbohydrates 3.50%, and vitamin C 55.30%. Mangrove fruit from Sonneratia alba processed into syrup has a high nutritional and antioxidant value and is rich in fiber, which is good for health
