Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa bagaimana peran, kendala dan solusi manajemen produksi dalam meminimalisir produk gagal terhadap PT.Sumatera Hakarindo Medan.Identifikasi masalah dalam penelitian ini meliputi terjadinya kesalahan dalam mengontrol mesin, Bahan yang tidak sesuai seperti bahan rusak atau koyak yang terjadi pengerjaan ulang dalam produksi, dan produksi yang belum optimal sehingga dalam percetakan tidak sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuanlitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah dataprimer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data mencakup pengumpulan data, reduksi data, observasi dan wawancara untuk menganalisa laporan, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan data PT. Sumatera Hakarindo Medan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesalahan proses produksi tidak hanya dari sisi operator, namun karena quality control yang tidak teliti dalam melakukan pengecekan bahan. Seperti bahan koyak,bahan rusak, pewarnaan tidak merata dan tidak sesuai ukuran (standarisasi).Setiap adaproduk gagal pasti ada solusi untuk perbaikan karena jika terus terjadik esalahan dan pengerjaan ulang akan mengeluarkan biaya dan terhambatnya prosesproduksi lanjutan. PT. Sumatera Hakarindo Medan meminimalisirkan produk gagal saat proses produksi agar konsumen lebih percaya dan meningkatkan jumlah pemesanan produknya

Abstract

This study aims to conduct a systematic review of empirical research on corporate financial performance and resilience in responding to crises during the period 2012 to 2022. Using the PRISMA approach, 60 articles from reputable international (Scopus Q1–Q4) and national (Sinta 1–2) journals were analyzed based on thematic focus, methodology, and industrial sector. The findings indicate a paradigm shift from traditional ratio-based financial approaches to predictive models supported by digital technology and artificial intelligence. The study reveals that integrating historical financial data with unstructured information and applying machine learning algorithms enhances early warning systems for corporate financial distress. This review is expected to provide a conceptual foundation for developing a digital financial resilience model that supports strategic decision-making in the disruption era.

Abstract

Objectives: Firm value is the price of the firm that can be sold with a price agreement that will be paid by the buyer. A high stock price will increase the value of the company and increase the prosperity of the investors. Therefore, to attract the attention of buyers of company shares, companies must provide the best and most detailed financial information possible. As for information that can be disclosed in financial reports, namely intellectual capital. The presence of PSAK No. 19 concerning intangible assets marked the beginning of the phenomenon of intellectual capital in Indonesia. It turns out that although Intellectual Capital Disclosure has started to grow in Indonesia, the growth is still very small. Companies in Indonesia should be required to disclose their intellectual property, particularly in the financial industry. This is because the financial services sector which is highly dependent on information uses more intellectual capital in its operations than the industrial sector which relies more on tangible assets. As it is known, the disclosure of intellectual capital can provide an attraction for investors to increase the value of the company. This study aims to find out how factors such as firm age, leverage, profitability, and independent commissioners affect firm value through the disclosure of intellectual capital.Methodology: This study uses a sample of financial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2021 with a total population of 105 companies and a total sample of 83 companies. This research uses panel data.Finding: According to the findings of this study, business size, profitability, age, independent commissioners, and disclosure of intellectual capital have a beneficial impact on firm value of about 43%. However, leverage does not affect firm value. Furthermore, the mediation test results show that disclosure of intellectual capital is not able to mediate the relationship between the effect of firm size, leverage, profitability, and firm age on firm value. Only the influence of independent commissioners mediates firm value.Conclusion: For future researchers, it is expected to increase the research period and add other factors that influence the disclosure of intellectual capital.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of relationship and contract flexibility on consumer decisions to use leasing services at PT Mandiri Utama Finance Medan. Relationship and contract flexibility that are not improved enough, resulting in a decrease in the use of leasing services at PT Mandiri Utama Finance. Lack of implementation of several indicators of relationships and also related to contract flexibility that burdens partners. The payment time of service users is not on time. This study uses a quantitative method with a multiple linear regression approach. The results of the study indicate that relationships have a positive and significant influence on consumer decisions to use leasing services, while contract flexibility also has a positive effect on consumer decisions to use leasing services, although with a lower level of significance. This study is expected to contribute to the development of more effective marketing strategies for companies, as well as provide insight for further research on the factors that influence consumer decisions in similar industrial sectors.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the production process and quality control on product quality at PT. Medan Tropical Canning & Frozen Industries in Medan. The research uses a quantitative method with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The results show that both the production process and quality control have a positive and significant effect on product quality, both partially and simultaneously. The t-value for the production process (5.991) and quality control (7.923) is greater than the t-table value (1.660), with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The F-value is 162.500, which is greater than the F-table value of 3.09, and the R² value is 0.770, indicating that 77% of the variation in product quality is explained by the two independent variables.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi digital content marketing yang diterapkan oleh Universitas Dharmawangsa dalam meningkatkan jumlah mahasiswa baru, serta mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman melalui analisis SWOT. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media digital seperti Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, blog, dan video promosi dapat meningkatkan visibilitas dan daya tarik kampus. Analisis SWOT menunjukkan bahwa kekuatan universitas terletak pada konsistensi konten dan keaktifan media sosial, sementara kelemahannya adalah keterbatasan sumber daya digital. Peluang datang dari tren digitalisasi pendidikan dan minat generasi muda terhadap konten kreatif, sedangkan ancaman berasal dari persaingan antar perguruan tinggi. Dengan pemanfaatan strategi yang tepat, Universitas Dharmawangsa dapat meningkatkan citra institusi dan menarik lebih banyak mahasiswa baru. Kata Kunci : Digital Content Marketing, Strategi Pemasaran, Mahasiswa Baru, Media Sosial, Analisis SWOT, Universitas Dharmawangsa
