Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini dilaksanakan di Pasar Kamu, Dusun II, Desa Denai Lama, sebagai respons atas minimnya fasilitas literasi berbasis budaya di ruang publik. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan budaya literasi dan pelestarian budaya lokal melalui pengadaan sarana edukatif yang inklusif dan ramah anak. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan kolaboratif-partisipatif, melibatkan akademisi, masyarakat, dan pengelola pasar. Hasil program mencakup pembangunan Pondok Baca Bertemakan Kebudayaan, Panggung Budaya, penambahan 10 meja belajar, 10 permainan edukatif, dan penyediaan 50 koleksi resep makanan tradisional Indonesia yang dikemas dalam bentuk buku dan e-book. Inovasi lain berupa aplikasi digital dan media sosial dikembangkan sebagai sarana promosi dan literasi berbasis teknologi. Setiap sesi, pondok baca dikunjungi oleh rata-rata 7–15 anak usia 3–12 tahun, dengan waktu kunjungan 10–25 menit. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui metode observasi langsung terhadap aktivitas anak, karena karakteristik sasaran yang belum memungkinkan penggunaan tes tertulis. Program ini dinilai berhasil sebesar 75%, dengan indikator utama berupa peningkatan akses literasi dan pelestarian budaya secara berkelanjutan di ruang publik pasar. Inisiatif ini menunjukkan bahwa literasi budaya dapat diintegrasikan secara kontekstual dalam kehidupan masyarakat melalui pendekatan yang kreatif dan partisipatif.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of facilities and employee services on community satisfaction at the Gaharu Sub-regency Office, East Medan Regency, Medan City. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 100 people. The data in this study used multiple linear analysis. The results showed that facilities and employee services have a positive and significant influence on community satisfaction at the Gaharu sub-regency Office. With hypothesis testing, the facility variable (X1) has a thitung value of 0.893> ttable 0.2050, or a Sig value of 0.013 <0.05. This means that the facility factor at the Gaharu sub-regency Office significantly affects the level of community satisfaction. Services variable (X2) has a thitung value of 2.261> ttable 0.2050, or a Sig value of 0.003 <0.05. This indicates that the level of employee service at the Gaharu sub-regency Office significantly affects the level of community satisfaction. Sig. value for the effect of facilities (X1) and services (X2) on public satisfaction (Y) is 0.000 <0.05 or by looking at the Fhitung value is 12.124. Based on these findings, it is recommended that relevant agencies improve physical and technological facilities, provide training and development to employees to improve skills and responsibilities, and intensify the integration of technology in public services.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of product quality on consumer decisions using wood packaging material services at Carsurindo Siperkasa Medan to assess the impact of product innovation on consumer decisions using wood packaging material services at PT. Carsurindo Siperkasa Medan determines the effect of product quality and product innovation on consumer decisions to use wood packaging material services at PT. Carsurindo Siperkasa Medan. The analysis technique used in this study uses quantitative data analysis techniques, namely testing and analysing data. The respondents in the study were 45 people. From the results of this study, it was obtained the significance value of the product quality variable (X1) on the consumer purchasing decision variable (Y) based on the t-test was obtained at t count > t table (8.212) > (2.018), (Sig 0.001 < α0.05) thus H1 accepted and H0 is rejected, the conclusion: there is a significant effect of product quality (X1) on consumer purchasing decisions (Y). The significance value of the product innovation variable (X2) on the consumer purchasing decision variable (Y) based on the t-test obtained t count > t table (3.970) > (2.018), (Sig 0.001 <α0.05), thus H2 is accepted, and H0 is rejected, in conclusion. There is a significant influence of product innovation (X2) on consumer purchasing decisions (Y). Therefore the results of this study state that the two independent variables support the hypothesis. Based on the results of the F test, it was obtained that the F count > F table was (34.068 > 3.21), (Sig 0.001 <α0.05); thus, H3 was accepted, and H0 was rejected. The conclusion: Product quality and innovation have a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. It shows that if the company can improve product quality and innovation, consumers will be interested in buying these products, increasing consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The importance of the performance of the PKK cadre team can make it easier to achieve organizational goals. If these resources can be mobilized quickly, so that they can be used and the organization can run effectively and efficiently, it can be said that an organization's ability to fulfill its stated goals depends on teamwork in building a climate of collaboration.  This service aims to inspire the PKK women's group in Payageli Village to be able to manage their group more effectively and efficiently. The service was carried out by providing team performance training to the PKK women's group in Payageli Village.  The process includes observation, socialization, training, as well as monitoring and assessment as the final stage. The material offered is information regarding basic human resource management concepts, member recruitment and selection processes, human resource development, motivation and leadership and effective communication within teams. To help the PKK women's group in Payageli Village in managing the organization, creating a management structure, and developing the talents of PKK cadres, it is hoped that this can be carried out through this service activity. Based on the results of this activity, PKM participants gained knowledge and knowledge about how to improve the performance of the PKK team to be even better.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penetapan harga dan brand image terhadap keputusan pembelian produk minyak pada PT. Berlian Eka Sakti Tangguh (BEST). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data sekunder dan primer. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, kuesioner dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini adalah penetapan harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dan pada variabel brand image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada PT. Berlian Eka Sakti Tangguh. Secara simultan penetapan harga dan brand image secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada PT. Abstract

 The rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has significantly transformed organizational strategies in managing knowledge resources, decision-making processes, and innovation activities within digital ecosystems. AI enables organizations to process large-scale data, generate predictive insights, and improve strategic responsiveness in increasingly dynamic environments. However, the successful implementation of AI does not rely solely on technological readiness, but also requires governance mechanisms that ensure transparency, accountability, fairness, and ethical use of data. Without appropriate governance structures, AI adoption may generate risks related to algorithmic bias, data misuse, lack of explainability, and reduced organizational trust. This study aims to develop an empirical model explaining the relationship between collaborative AI governance, knowledge integration capability, digital innovation capability, and innovation performance. The research is grounded in Resource-Based View (RBV) and Dynamic Capability Theory, which emphasize that organizational capabilities play an important role in creating sustainable competitive advantage. AI governance is conceptualized as a strategic capability that enables organizations to integrate knowledge resources and support innovation processes. Knowledge integration capability reflects the organizational ability to combine data, expertise, and digital resources into new value creation mechanisms, while digital innovation capability represents the ability to transform technological knowledge into innovative products, services, and business models. This study adopts a quantitative research approach using survey data collected from 210 respondents consisting of managers, IT professionals, and digital transformation specialists from organizations implementing AI-based technologies. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to evaluate measurement validity, reliability, and structural relationships among variables. The findings indicate that collaborative AI governance has a significant positive effect on knowledge integration capability, which subsequently enhances digital innovation capability and innovation performance. The results highlight the importance of governance mechanisms in ensuring responsible AI adoption and strengthening organizational innovation outcomes. This study contributes to the literature by integrating AI governance and knowledge integration capability into a unified empirical framework explaining innovation performance in digital ecosystems. The findings also provide practical implications for organizations seeking to improve innovation capability through responsible AI governance strategies

Abstract

Pengelolaan keuangan rumah tangga sangatlah penting bagi pelaksanaan operasional sebuah keluarga. Mengelola keuangan memerlukan ketelitian dan kecerdikan. Hal ini harus disesuaikan dengan besarnya income keluarga yang akan digunakan sebagai pengeluaran sehari-hari dan menyisihkan sebagian pendapatan untuk tabungan dan investasi. Permasalahan yang timbul dimana kurangnya literasi keuangan, sehingga banyak ibu rumah tangga tidak memiliki pemahaman yang memadai tentang konsep dasar keuangan, seperti menyusun anggaran, membedakan kebutuhan dan keinginan, bahkan tidak tahu cara menyimpan dan menginvestasikan uang mereka. Pelaksanaan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Desa Ceria yang melibatkan Mahasiswa, Dosen dan Mitra. Melakukan sosialisasi ke masyarakat, pemberian literasi keuangan di Kelurahan Bagelen, Pelita dan Pinang Mancung. Tujuan kegiatan untuk memperkuat pemahaman tentang literasi keuangan berinvestasi dengan tema “Cerdas Ekonomi Rumah Tangga, Investasi Aman. Metode sosialisasi yang digunakan dengan pemberian materi (ceramah) dan Tanya jawab. Berdiskusi melalui materi dan tanya jawab seputaran permasalahan yang berkembang selama acara serta pemberian kuiz untuk pemahaman peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta memperoleh pengetahuan baru mengenai pengelolaan keuangan keluarga serta menyadari pentingnya literasi keuangan dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga
