Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan mengkaji Peran Komunikasi Orang Tua Dalam Meningkatkan Kecerdasan Bahasa Anak Di TK Negeri Pembina I Medan. Latar belakang penelitian adalah keterbelakangan kecerdasan anak pada awal semester, yang dikaitkan dengan kurangnya peran orang tua dalam memotivasi komunikasi anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana peran komunikasi orang tua dalam meningkatkan perkembangan bahasa anak. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi lapangan, melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, serta analisis data melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa peran orang tua dalam keterampilan berkomunikasi memiliki tiga aspek: keterbukaan, empati, dan menjaga hubungan keluarga. Selain itu, peran orang tua dalam keterampilan berkomunikasi anak usia dini dapat meningkatkan kecerdasan bahasa, termasuk mendengarkan, menulis, membaca, dan berbicara. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya peran orang tua dalam mengembangkan kecerdasan bahasa anak pada tahap awal pendidikan.

Abstract

Artikel ini menjelaskan Mindfull Parenting dalam Keluarga adalah pendidikan pertama dan utama untuk anak-anak. Sebagai pendidik utama dalam keluarga, orangtua seringkali menghadapi tantangan dan permasalahan. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan para orangtua, beberapa permalasahan yang sering terjadi antara lain: anak tidak mau mendengarkan orangtua, anak sulit untuk diminta belajar, semaunya sendiri, dan sebagainya. Melalui berbagai permasalahan yang umumnya dihadapi para orangtua. Pada dasarnya, permasalahan tersebut muncul disebabkan oleh komunikasi antara orangtua dan anak yang kurang efektif. Mindful parenting atau mengasuh dengan penuh kesadaran adalah salah satu strategi yang dapat dipraktikkan oleh orangtua dalam menciptakan komunikasi yang efektif dengan anak. Dengan mempraktikan mindful parenting secara konsisten dan terus menerus, maka orangtua dapat membangun komunikasi yang efektif untuk menciptakan pengasuhan positif.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the use of Islamic cartoon animation in internalizing the values of proper eating and drinking etiquette among students at RA El Syarifah in Medan. Given the significance of Islamic education in shaping individual character and morality, particularly in early childhood education (PAUD), and the recognition of the potential of media as a learning tool, this study will assess the extent to which Islamic cartoon animation enriches the learning process of eating and drinking etiquette values. Additionally, the study aims to identify the factors influencing the internalization of these values through animated media. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method with the primary objective of thoroughly investigating and describing the situation under study in-depth and comprehensively. The subjects of this study are students at RA El Syarifah Medan. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Interviews with teachers are conducted to understand the eating habits of students, both before and after meals. Data analysis employs the steps of data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings of the study indicate that introducing Islamic etiquette related to eating and drinking through the Nussa and Rara video series effectively shapes religious character in students. This process occurs not only during the dissemination of knowledge but also through the role modeling of teachers and everyday practices in eating and drinking that align with etiquette. Consistency in applying moral values related to eating and drinking also plays a key role in religious character formation. The examples provided by teachers significantly contribute to the success of this process. Meal times serve as effective moments for students to apply the knowledge they have learned, in line with their cognitive development stage. This research makes a significant contribution by demonstrating that religious character can be instilled from an early age through everyday activities, particularly in eating and drinking, relying on Islamic teachings. Character formation requires not only knowledge but also habitual practice and guidance from teachers as role models. These findings are expected to serve as a foundation for further research in the context of developing Islamic religious education for early childhood.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the internalization of values related to manners in eating and drinking among early childhood through Islamic cartoon animations at RA El Syarifah in Medan. The research method employed is qualitative descriptive. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, with data analysis using the steps of collection, reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results indicate that the introduction of Islamic manners through cartoon animations is effective in shaping religious character in early childhood. This process occurs not only during the imparting of knowledge but also through the exemplary role of teachers and daily practices of eating and drinking in accordance with manners. Consistency in applying moral values related to eating and drinking manners is a key factor in shaping religious character, and examples provided by teachers play a crucial role. Mealtime is identified as an effective moment for early childhood to apply their knowledge, aligning with their cognitive developmental stages. The research concludes that religious character can be instilled from an early age through daily activities, particularly in eating and drinking, relying on Islamic teachings. In addition to knowledge, character formation also requires habits and guidance from teachers as role models. These results are expected to serve as a foundation for further research in the context of developing Islamic religious education for early childhood.

Abstract

Narkolema (narcotics through visual exposure) refers to the exposure of children to visual content that is inappropriate for their developmental stage, such as violence, pornography, and excessive use of digital media. Children are in a highly plastic stage of brain development; therefore, visual stimuli received through the sense of sight play a crucial role in shaping cognitive functions, emotional development, and behavior. Addictive and overstimulating visual exposure can affect attention systems, emotional regulation, and self-control in children. This study aims to examine the dangers of narkolema on child development from the perspectives of neuroscience and developmental psychology. The method employed was a literature review using a qualitative descriptive approach based on relevant scientific sources. The findings indicate that uncontrolled visual exposure can disrupt the balance between the limbic system and the prefrontal cortex, resulting in increased impulsive behavior, difficulties in concentration, and emotional instability. Therefore, active involvement of parents and educators is essential through guidance and the strengthening of digital literacy to protect children from the negative impacts of narkolema.
