Abstract

This study aims to analyze dividend policy, managerial ownership and profitability of firm value by disclosing Corporate Social Responsibility as a Moderating Variable in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2021. The population in this study were 46 banking companies. The sample selection method used purposive sampling technique, so the number of samples used was 17 banking companies. The number of observations used is 85 observations. The type of data used is secondary data with the data analysis technique used is panel data regression analysis with multiple linear regression test using Eviews software. The results show that dividend policy has a positive but not significant effect on firm value, Managerial Ownership has a positive but not significant effect on Firm Value, and Profitability has a positive but not significant effect on Firm Value. Corporate Social Responsibility is not able to moderate dividend habits on firm value, Corporate Social Responsibility is able to moderate managerial ownership on firm value, and Corporate Social Responsibility is able to moderate profitability to firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of performance appraisal, work experience and job training on employee work motivation with career development as an intervening variable. The population of this study were employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Karimun Regency with a total sample of 80 respondents. Statistical data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Smart PLS software version 3.0. The research data were collected using a questionnaire/questionnaire instrument. The results in this study found that performance appraisal directly has a positive and significant effect on employee career development with a p-value of 0.021 <0.05, work experience directly has a positive and significant impact on employee career development with a p-value of 0.029 < 0, 05, career development mediates the effect of work experience on employee motivation with a p-value of 0.040 < 0.05, and career development mediates the effect of job training on employee motivation with a p-value of 0.038 < 0.05. This study also shows that 56.2% of employees' work motivation variables are influenced by variables of performance appraisal, work experience and job training, while another 43.8% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

PLTA Sengguruh dibawah PT Pembangkitan Jawa Bali menjadi salah satu pembangkit listrik di wilayah malang selatan. Mensupply energi listrik pada tegangan 70 kV. Supply utama PLTA sengguruh adalah waduk sengguruh yang merupakan waduk harian bertipe run of river. Dengan penurunan kapasitas tampungan waduk serta fluktuasi inflow yang masuk membuat pengaturan pola operasi selama ini yang dijalankan belum bisa optimal. Hal itu terlihat pada kontinuitas pengoperasian yang masih belum ideal. Masalah yang dihadapi adalah belum adanya monitoring kinerja waduk berupa inflow. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat prototype aplikasi yang dapat memonitoring inflow dengan menggunakan persamaan kontinuitas. Melaui persamaan kontinuitas inflow waduk dapat diketahui melalui perubahan tampungan waduk dan keluaran waduk. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah prototype aplikasi memonitoring inflow berdasarkan perubahan elevasi. Prototype aplikasi ini memiliki 3 fitur utama yaitu menghitung inflow , merekomendasikan pola pemebanan dan waktu operasi. Melalui perhitungan aplikasi ini PLTA sengguruh mampu meningkatkan kontinuitas dan produktivitas kinerjanya meningkat 5.74% dibulan januari hingga juni 2020.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, product quality, and price on customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) among the academic community of Universitas Al-Amien Prenduan. Using survey methods and SEM-PLS analysis, the study involved a sample of academic community members who are BSI customers. The results indicate that price has a positive and highly significant effect (β=0.805, p0.01) on customer satisfaction, followed by product quality (β=0.203, p0.10). However, service quality did not show a significant effect. These findings highlight the importance of pricing strategies and product development in the context of Islamic banking within an academic environment. This study offers new insights into the factors affecting customer satisfaction in Islamic banks among academic communities and suggests directions for future research to explore the dynamics of customer satisfaction in this segment.
