Abstract

Decisions towards industrial relations disputes which have permanent legal force and certainty in its implementation are expected to guarantee justice for the parties, especially workers/labors. However, in practice, it is not easy to execute a decision that has permanent legal force, encouraging workers/labors to use the bankruptcy institution as an effort to obtain payment for their rights that have been regulated in the provisions of the legislation. This study aims to analyze the decision for debt payment obligation postponement of the Commercial Court at the Central Jakarta District Court Number 270/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2019/PN.Niaga/Jkt.Pst related to legal attempt to fulfill workers' rights. According to the results of this paper, it can be seen that the court's decision which has permanent legal force punishing employers to pay for the rights of workers/labors is a debt in a broad sense. Industrial relations court decisions which have permanent legal force but cannot be implemented can be submitted as the basis for a request for suspension of obligation to pay debts. In this case, the court refers to the definition of debt in a broad sense, the debt has matured, the existence of two or more creditors, and the application of simple evidence.

Abstract

One of the things that must be owned as a support for teachers so that they can provide learning properly and correctly is competence. Teacher performance will be helped in carrying out their duties as a teacher by having competence. Pedagogic competence and professional competence are competencies that have indicators of the use of learning technology which are aspects that are needed by teachers and students in today's era. The Arabic language teacher is no exception. Arabic teachers really need to understand learning competencies in the use of technology. Learning Arabic can be more easily understood by students with technology. Because of this, researchers are interested in conducting research related to Arabic learning competencies in the use of learning technology for Arabic language teachers at MAN 1 Mojokerto. In this study, the researcher formulated three problem formulations. This research uses qualitative research methods with the type of case study research. This study uses data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation. This study aims to see the ability of Arabic teachers at MAN 1 Mojokerto in use of learning technology             From the results of this study, it can be concluded that: (1) The competence of Arabic teachers in the use of technology in finding material gets a competency assessment 3 or is categorized as good. (2) The competence of Arabic language teachers in the use of technology in developing learning media gets a competency assessment of 4 or is categorized as very good. (3) The competence of Arabic language teachers in the use of technology in the learning process gets a competency assessment of 4 or is categorized as very good. Abstract

Negara memiliki kewajiban untuk memajukan kesejahteraan umum, yang tiada lain hanya dapat terwujud apabila warganegaranya memiliki pekerjaan. Kebijakan Pemerintah dalam penciptaan dan perluasan lapangan kerja melalui penyesuaian kebijakan iklim investasi, tidak boleh mengenyampingkan hak-hak pekerja. Lalu bagaimanakah kebijakan investasi dan ketenagakerjaan sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum yuridis normatif dengan deskriptif analitis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peraturan perundang-undangan telah mengatur bentuk badan usaha serta syarat batasan modal usaha dan hasil penjualan yang termasuk UMKM sebagai bagian dari hukum investasi. Dan pelaku UMKM, dibolehkan membayar upah dibawah upah minimum

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of the animated media Plotagon on improving students' writing skills. The research involved eighth-grade class A (21 male students) and class B (16 female students) as the study sample. A pre-test was conducted before the implementation of learning using Plotagon, followed by the application of the learning procedures and a post-test. The learning process included opening, core, and closing activities, where students interacted with the lesson material through observing explanations, watching animated videos, and asking questions. The results of the post-test showed a significant improvement in writing skills, with students scoring higher compared to the pre-test. Furthermore, the validity and reliability of the research instruments were analyzed using Excel, confirming the reliability of the results. Based on hypothesis testing, the study found that the use of Plotagon had a positive impact on improving students' writing skills, with an average N-gain score of 75.89, indicating high effectiveness. Abstract

Spotify is a mobile-based music streaming application that is widely used by the public to access digital entertainment in a practical manner. The high level of usage of this application requires ease of use (usability) so that users can operate the application comfortably and efficiently. Therefore, usability evaluation is needed to determine the extent to which the Spotify application is able to meet user needs. This study aims to evaluate the usability level of the mobile-based Spotify application using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method. The research was conducted using a descriptive quantitative approach by distributing a SUS questionnaire consisting of ten questions to 58 respondents who are Spotify application users. The data obtained was analyzed by calculating the SUS score of each respondent and the average usability score. The results showed that the mobile-based Spotify application obtained an average SUS score of 62.59, which is in the marginal category with a grade of C and an OK rating. These results indicate that the Spotify application is generally quite easy to use, but there are still several usability aspects that need to be improved. The System Usability Scale (SUS) method was used because it is able to provide quick, reliable usability measurements and is widely used in the evaluation of mobile-based applications. Thus, it can be concluded that the usability of the mobile-based Spotify application is quite good, but there are still aspects that need to be improved.
