Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of individual counseling in dealing with students who experience homesickness at MAN Insan Cendekia Tanah Laut. This research uses a type of field research. with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews with students and guidance and counseling teachers, observation and documentation as supporting facilitation. The data analysis technique used is engineering qualitative descriptive analysis. As well as validating the data using triangulation techniques data to strengthen the validity of the data. From the research results, it was found that in an effort to overcome the problem of homesickness, the guidance and counseling teachers provided assistance through individual counseling. Individual counseling is provided through 4 activity stages, namely planning, activities planning starting from identifying students to creating RPL includes appointment time and place of meeting. Implementation is divided into three stages starting from building good relationships, exploring problems, and arriving at ensure students make changes in a positive direction. Evaluation, with a decrease in anxiety in students and follow-up activities, carry out follow-up activities on student development in collaboration with dormitory supervisors, homeroom teachers, foster teachers, and parents using techniques SFBT (Solution Focus Brief Therapy) approach, namely, focusing on solving problems being experienced by students.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the influence of brands and advertisements on the purchasing interest of female students towards Emina cosmetic products at STIA Amuntai. The background of this study is the rapid growth of the cosmetics industry in Indonesia, especially among teenagers and female students, who are the main targets of Emina products. This study uses a quantitative approach using a survey method. Then the data were collected using questionnaires distributed to 94 female students of STIA Amuntai as active respondents who use Emina products. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using SPSS software version 27. The results of the analysis state that simultaneously, brand and advertising variables have a significant influence on purchasing interest, a significant value of 0.000 (F table 3.097). However, partially, only the advertising variable has a significant influence, the calculated t value of 9.068> T Table 1.986 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. This finding indicates that in the context of Emina cosmetic sales among female students, advertising has a much more dominant role than brands in influencing purchasing interest. Therefore, companies are advised to continually update their advertising tactics to be more innovative and tailored to the characteristics of the younger generation.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kelayakan budidaya pisang di kawasan timur bawah Kecamatan Seriyan Kabupaten Seuyan. Dalam penelitian ini kasus disajikan, wawancara dilakukan dan data yang tersedia disusun dalam format tabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa potensi budidaya pisang di wilayah Kecamatan Seuyan Hulu Timur Kabupaten Seuyan Hulu Timur berada pada ketinggian 1 hingga 7 derajat di atas permukaan laut dan suhu rata-rata 20 hingga 32 derajat. Pisang yang ditanam merupakan varietas daerah sebagai berikut: Pisang Kepok.

Abstract

Spiritual Development of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Children is an important aspect in forming the character of the younger generation. This research explores the efforts made in Kalampangan Subdistrict to improve the spiritual dimension of children through the 2023 Sholeh Children's Festival Program. This research aims to understand the impact of this program on the spiritual development of elementary school children in the area. This research method uses PAR (Participatory Action Research) by involving all members of KKN group 89 A and the Kalampangan community by holding a competition to measure changes in the understanding of spiritual, moral and ethical values among elementary/MI children. The research results show that the 2023 Sholeh Children's Festival Program has a significant positive impact in increasing children's spiritual awareness, developing a sense of empathy, and strengthening good values. This research makes an important contribution to understanding how programs such as the 2023 Sholeh Children's Festival can be an effective means of building the spiritual foundations of children at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah level.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, terhadap keputusan pembelian produk di, pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian, pengaruh promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian, pengaruh harga terhadap keputusan pembelian, pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk, promosi, dan harga secara bersama sama terhadap keputusan pembelian di Dealer Yamaha Suryanata Motor Amuntai. Variabel dependen dari dalam penelitian ini adalah keputusan pembelian. Sedangkan variabel independen adalah kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk, promosi dan harga. Sampel yang dipilih mennggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas pelayanan tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, kualitas produk tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, promosi berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dan harga tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Namun Kualitas pelayanan, Kualitas Produk, Promosi dan Harga Berpengaruh secara Bersama sama terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini, penulis meneliti ” Bagaimana Srategi Pedagang Pasar Alabio Dalam Meningkatkan Loyalitas Konsumen Pada Pedagang Pasar Alabio Kecamatan Sungai Pandan Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara “ yang tujuannya memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang strategi pemasaran yang efektif untuk pedagang tradisional di pasar tradisional, memberikan kontribusi terhadap penelitian pemasaran terutama dalam konteks pasar tradisional di Indonesia, memberikan rekomendasi yang berguna bagi pemerintah, lembaga swadaya masyarakat dan pelaku bisnis dalam mengembangkan strategi pemasaran yang efektif untuk meningkatkan loyalitas konsumen di pasar tradisional, meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya pasar tradisional dan kontribusinya terhadap ekonomi lokal. Metode penelitian adalah kualitatif, setelah disimpulkan Strategi Pemasaran Dalam Meningkatkan Loyalitas Konsumen Pada Pedagang Pasar Alabio Kecamatan Sungai Pandan Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara menggunakan teori bauran pemasaran yang meliputi produk, saluran distribusi (tempat), harga dan promosi penulis menyimpulkan pedagang di pasar Alabio menjual produk yang kualitasnya terjamin, tempat berjualan yang strategis, terjaga kebersihan nya, harga produk yang terjangkau atau bersaing di pasaran, promosi menggunakan potongan harga, harga khusus bagi konsumen yang ingin menjual kembali  serta promosi juga dilakukan lewat media sosial atau online, dengan menggunakan strategi pemasaran tersebut konsumen merasa puas, senang dan berlangganan. Saran yang mungkin dapat bermanfaat sebagai masukan yaitu agar loyalitas tetap terjaga antara penjual dan pembeli dan penjualan mengalami kenaikan maka para pedagang harus lebih meningkatkan lagi strategi pemasarannya, menjaga kebersihan tempat perlu di tingkatkan lagi, terutama toko – toko ataupun tempat berjualan yang berada dekat dengan warung, perlunya menerapkan strategi penjualan lewat aplikasi media sosial lainnya seperti instagram, shoppe, dan marketplace lainnya untuk meningkatkan omset penjualan dan menarik minat pembeli.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the forms and barriers to marketing strategies using promotional methods to increase sales of Ibu Ida's aluminum furniture in Tapus Village, Central Amuntai District, Hulu Sungai Utara District. This is due to the large number of aluminum furniture craftsmen, and having a place that is not far away, and the decline in the selling price of cabinets while the price of raw materials for furniture is getting more expensive, and the products that are traded are almost the same. So that the craftsmen are competing to do various ways to attract the attention of potential customers by offering their products. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method. In this study, the research location was determined using a purposive sampling system and then a research approach, data analysis and testing the credibility of the data by means of negative case analysis. The results of this study indicate that the marketing strategy using promotional methods in increasing sales of Mrs. Ida's aluminum furniture namely by using social media such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and utilizing print media, as well as giving discounts to customers. to doing direct marketing, and retaining loyal customers, and having sales distributors. However, there are some minor obstacles such as barriers to direct marketing, barriers to using social media, obstacles to offline marketing strategies, barriers to differences of opinion, to a lack of trust, and misunderstandings. In the entire study, it can be concluded that Mrs. Ida has adopted several marketing strategies with various promotional methods to increase sales of aluminum furniture in Tapus Village. However, there are still small obstacles that need to be overcome for the marketing strategy to achieve greater success   Keywords: Marketing Strategy, Promotion, Sales

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to explore the business model transformation strategies of local culinary entrepreneurs in the creative economy era. Employing a qualitative approach with a case study design, primary data were collected through in-depth interviews and field observations, while secondary data were obtained from relevant documents and reports. Thematic analysis was used to identify patterns and themes from the collected data. The findings reveal that the implementation of digital technologies, innovation based on local culture, and strengthening collaborative networks are key strategies for enhancing competitiveness. Entrepreneurs leverage digital platforms, such as social media and food delivery applications, to expand market reach and improve operational efficiency. Cultural-based innovation, including traditional elements in product offerings, adds significant value and reinforces brand identity. However, challenges such as limited digital literacy, financial constraints, and resistance to change hinder the transformation process. This study concludes that successful business model transformation in the culinary industry requires a balance between technological adoption and cultural preservation. The findings provide theoretical and practical insights, offering a guide for stakeholders in developing sustainable business models in the creative economy sector

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini berjudul "Pengembangan Usaha Pengelohan Cemilan Akar Pinang Crispy di Desa Kota Raden, Kec. Amuntai Tengah, Kab. Hulu Sungai Utara". Desa Kota Raden memiliki potensi besar dalam pengembangan usaha cemilan akar pinang crispy, namun menghadapi tantangan seperti keterbatasan pengetahuan dan akses pasar. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan potensi ekonomi masyarakat melalui pelatihan keterampilan, diversifikasi produk, dan pemasaran yang efektif. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei lapangan, wawancara dengan pemangku kepentingan lokal, dan pendekatan partisipatif dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan dan pendampingan usaha. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Implikasi dari kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat, pemberdayaan ekonomi lokal, dan pemanfaatan optimal potensi alam. Kesimpulannya, kegiatan ini berhasil memberikan dampak positif terhadap masyarakat Desa Kota Raden dan memberikan saran untuk pengembangan usaha di masa depan, termasuk penguatan pelatihan, diversifikasi produk, dan kolaborasi yang lebih luas.
