Abstract

Abstract: This research is based on facts of the implementation of ISO 9001:2000 at P2PNFI Region I Jayagiri and P2PNFI Region II Semarang in a few years, to find out whether the implementation of ISO 9001:2000 gives an impact in building a learning organization as the creation of the lifelong learning as well as the performance of two institutions which based on ISO. This research used the expost facto method and based on the correlation approach.  The design of development strategies on this research are: (1) conducting the be­gin­ning study; (2) creating research instruments; (3) testing instru­ments; (4) analyzing the validity and reliability instruments; (5) distributing questioners to 94 respondents at P2PNFI Regional I Jayagiri and 84 respondents at P2PNFI Regional II Semarang; (6) collecting questioners; (7) data input and processing; (8) conducting data analyzing and (9) wrapping up the conclusion. The research reveals that (1) there is a high relationship between the imple­men­tation of ISO 9001:2000 with the staf performance; (2) there is a high relationship between the learning organization with the staf perfor­mance and (3) there is a high relationship between the imple­men­tation of ISO9001:2000 and the learning organization with the perfor­mance of staf at two institutions. (4) there is an increase of the staf performance.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the effectiveness of training in scientific process skills for elementary schoolteachers based on the learning organization in improving their professionalism. The scientific training based on learning organization was developed using systematic approach. This approach was in line with the school as anorganizationthatshouldproducelearners.Alearningorganizationisanorganization whose members are sensitive to problems, to overcome problems together and continuously, and to reach target that have been specified. The research method in this study was a modification of the Borg & Gall (1979) Research & Development (R&D) method. This research was done in Wonogiri regency and 34 teachers were involved. Principally, this research used a design one-group-pretest-posttest to determine the effectiveness of the research subject treatment. Based on the study, it can be concluded that the training model based on the learning organization can significantly improve the mastery of the concept, the skill processes and the ability of science learning. This training is supported by supervisor and head-masters, so it can be followed-up by the teacher activities team (KKG) in the classroom. Finally, it can be recommended that: (1) the training system based on the learning organization can be used to enhance school independence in improving the teachers' professionalism; (2) sources of learning available in school require to motivate teacher in training activity; (3) training of science teaching is better done step by step in order to run well; (4) headmaster and supervisor involved in socializationshouldsupportthetrainingactivitytotally.

Abstract

The existence of a kiai as the leader of the pesantren is very decisive in the activities of mobilizing or motivating the members of the pesantren he leads, the kiai must be able to take actions that are always directed at achieving the goals of the pesantren organization. From here comes a leadership style that must be used as an appropriate strategy for running a pesantren organization, especially in terms of fostering the spiritual intelligence of its students. The Spiritual Intelligence (SQ) that must be possessed by students is the intelligence to place the attitudes and behavior of students who are able to implement and practice the knowledge of religion and the values contained in religion in accordance with Allah's orders and the Example of Rosululloh SAW. Spiritual intelligence (SQ) is needed to judge that one's actions or way of life are more meaningful than others. One of the leadership models that can be adopted by kiai is situational leadership whose implementation is tailored to the situation at hand. Hersey and Blanchard (1982: 180) say "there is no one best way to influence people's behavior, which leadership style a person will apply to people or groups of people depending on the level of maturity of the people who will be influenced by the leader." . Furthermore, Hersey and Blanchard (1982: 180) explain the level of maturity of those who are led to give rise to four leadership styles, namely: telling (telling), selling (selling), participating, delegating (delegating). Referring to the leadership model above, using a descriptive qualitative approach, the researcher conducted research on Kiai's Situational Leadership in Fostering the Spiritual Intelligence of the Santri. Case Studies at Daarul Mughni Al-Maaliki Islamic Boarding School Bogor and At-Tawaazun Islamic Boarding School Subang, West Java.

Abstract

So far the implementation of Tri Dharma Human Resources Management of Universities, a lecturer carries three main tasks, namely: (1) education and teaching; (2) Research; and (3) devotion to the community. The general objective of this study, namely to find out and analyze the influence of the Human Resource Management of Tri Dharma Higher Education on improving the quality of PTS lecturers in the high school cluster in the DKI Jakarta and West Java areas. Interpretation and analysis of the results of the study, obtained general conclusions as follows: (1). There is an Effect of Human Resource Management in the field of education and teaching of improving the quality of lecturers at STKIP Kusumanegara; (2). There is an Effect of Human Resource Management in the field of research on improving the quality of lecturers at STKIP Kusumanegara; (3). There is an Effect of Human Resource Management in the field of service to the public on improving the quality of lecturers at STKIP Kusumanegara; (4). There is an Effect of Human Resource Management in the field of education and teaching, Human Resource Management in the field of research and Human Resource Management in the field of service to the community jointly to improve the quality of lecturers at STKIP Kusumanegara; (5). There is an Effect of Human Resource Management in the field of education and teaching, Human Resource Management in the field of research and Human Resource Management in the field of service to the community jointly to improve the quality of lecturers at STMIK MIC; (13) There are supporting factors and inhibiting the quality of lecturers at STKIP Kusumanegara, STIE MBI, STMIK MIC through the implementation of the Human Resource Management Tri Dharma Higher Education. The findings of the study, namely from the three Tri Dharma components of college, research and publications including difficulties carried out by lecturers, while there are demands to publish the results of their research on reputable international journals that have a significant effect on improving the quality of lecturers.

Abstract

Curriculum is an instrument used to achieve educational objectives effectively and efficiently. Curriculum functions to make the learning process run well; thus, the educational objectives can be adequately reached. In fact, the curriculum is dynamic where it can flexibly follow technological development. This research aims to investigate: (1) Plan of the management the Salaf curriculum integrated with Madrasah Aliyah (Islamic Senior High School) curriculum to improve the graduates’ quality; (2) Organizing of management of the Salaf curriculum integrated with Madrasah Aliyah curriculum to improve the graduates’ quality; (3) the implementation of the management of the Salaf curriculum integrated with Madrasah Aliyah curriculum to improve the graduates’ quality; (4) Evaluation of the management of the Salaf curriculum integrated with Madrasah Aliyah curriculum to improve the graduates’ quality; (5) Problems of the management of Salaf curriculum integrated with Madrasah Aliyah curriculum to improve the graduates’ quality; and (6) Efforts to overcome the problems of the management of the Salaf curriculum integrated with Madrasah Aliyah curriculum to improve the graduates’ quality. This research employed descriptive qualitative with a case study in Rasyidiyah Khalidayah Amuntai Islamic Boarding School in South Kalimantan. Eventually, the research results identified that (1) the management of the Salaf curriculum integrated Madrasah Aliyah curriculum to improve the graduates’ quality was planned correctly; (2) the organizing of management of the Salaf curriculum integrated with Madrasah Aliyah curriculum to improve the graduates’ quality was implemented by concerning the integrated subjects; (3) the management of the Salaf curriculum integrated with Madrasah Aliyah curriculum to improve the graduates’ quality was conducted through curricular activities and extracurricular activities; (4) the management of Salaf curriculum integrated with Madrasah Aliyah curriculum to improve the graduates’ quality was evaluated collectively and formatively; (5) the problems found in the management of the Salaf curriculum integrated with Madrasah Aliyah curriculum to improve the graduates’ quality was the excessive subjects taught; and (6) the efforts done to overcome the management of the Salaf curriculum integrated with Madrasah Aliyah curriculum to improve the graduates’ quality were strengthening Salaf learning, such as yellow book, tahfidz Al Qur’an and empowering strategist school resources.

Abstract

Pembiayaan merupakan salah satu komponen yang sangat menentukan terlaksananya kegiatan di lembaga pendidikan yang selayaknya harus dikelola secara efektif, teratur dan terencana agar dapat dipergunakan secara benar, tepat sasaran, dan sesuai kebutuhan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami tentang perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengawasan, faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat, serta solusi dalam manajemen pembiayaan pendidikan yang bersumber dari masyarakat di madrasah Aliyah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pembiayaan pendidikan yang bersumber dari masyarakat sering terkendala dengan permasalahan kurang transparansi para pengelola keuangan madrasah dalam manajemen keuangan madrasah dari mulai perencanaan, pelaksanaan, sampai dengan evaluasi. Hal tersebut mengakibatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pendanaan pembiayaan pendidikan rendah, peran masyarakat perlu ditingkatkan dengan lebih banyak melibatkan masyarakat dalam proses manajemen pembiayaan sehingga peningkatan kinerja madrasah dapat terwujud dengan nyata.

Abstract

Mutu pendidikan sekolah ditentukan oleh pengelolaannya oleh sebuah sekolah. Dikota Cimahi hasil daripada analisis mutu pendidikan Kota Cimahi tahun 2021 kategori capaiannya dengan angka 5,48 dimana yang menjadi akar masalahnya adalah pengelolaan satuan pendidikan terutama dalam perencanaan tidak semua warga sekolah dan pihak terkait dilibatkan dalam perencanaan program pengelolaan. Dengan demikian peneliti ingin mengetahui bagaimana implementasi standar pengelolaan pendidikan terutama di SMP Plus YPP Darussurur dan SMP  IT Baitul Anshor Kota Cimahi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis efektifitas penerapan implementasi standar pengelolaan pendidikan dalam meningkatkan mutu sekolah. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif sedangkan tehnik pengambilan data dengan cara wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Peneliti mengambil sumber data dari kepala sekolah, pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, komite dan siswa. Hasil dari penelitian bahwa kedua sekolah yaitu SMP Plus YPP Darusssurur dan SMP IT Baitul Anshor dalam penerapan implementasi standar pengelolaan pendidikan sudah dilaksanakan namun belum optimal. SMP Plus YPP Darussurur belum optimal dalam mensosialisasikan visi dan penjabarannya kepada seluruh warga sekolah serta belum terpenuhinya sumber daya manusia dalam pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran dan analisis tentang manajemen pendidikan inklusi dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan berdasar aspek-aspek perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, hambatan, dan solusi dalam pendidikan inklusi dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Pendekatan penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan reduksi data, peyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan pendidikan inklusi di Sekolah sudah dituangkan dalam pada RPP umum yang kemudian di modifikasi/di sesuaikan dengan kemampuan masing-masing ABK. Pengorganisasian dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan inklusi, pimpinan menugaskan langsung koordinator inklusi. Dalam pengorganisasiaan Sekolah hanya memasukan bagian Kurikulum sekolah/dibantu GPK untuk menentukan kurikulum Pembelajaran seperti apa yang harus di kerjakan. Pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusi diimpelemetasikan pada penyusunan RPP bagi sekolah penyelenggara inklusif yang melihat dari siswa berkebutuhan khususnya yang berada di kelas masing-masing dengan jenis hambatan seperti apa untuk itu di susunlah RPP dalam bentuk penyesuaikan dalan capaian Pembelajaran pada peserta didik itu sendiri.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran dan analisis tentang manajemen penyelenggaraan pendidikan inklusi dalam meningkatkan mutu layanan peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus berdasar aspek-aspek perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengawasan, hambatan, dan solusi. Pendekatan penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) perencanaan kegiatan pendidikan inklusi yang dituangkan dalam RPP umum yang kemudian dimodifikasi/disesuaikan dengan kemampuan masing-masing ABK, 2) dalam penentuan struktur organisasi di Sekolah ini dibuat sesuai aturan yang ditetapkan dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan inklusi, 3) pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusi diimplementasikan dalam RPP dengan melihat dari peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus dalam bentuk penyesuaian dalam capaian pembelajaran, 4) pengawasan penyelenggaraan pendidikan inklusi secara umum dilakukan pada proses, dan program yang dilakukan setahun dua kali oleh kepala madrasah dan pengawas madrasah, 5) hambatan yang dihadapi yakni belum ada Guru Pendamping Khusus (GPK), dan 6) solusi penyelenggaraan pendidikan inklusi yang dilakukan yakni secara khusus dengan mendatangkan tim ahli untuk memberikan masukan kepada guru-guru, bisa dalam bentuk seminar, pelatihan, workshop dan sebagainya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, kendala dan solusi pembelajaran berhitung dengan menggunakan media kartu angka dalam minat berhitung untuk meningkatkan siswa berpikir cerdas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan pembelajaran berhitung dilaksanakan dengan menyusun program semester sebagai pedoman pembelajaran. Guru membuat Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Mingguan, Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Harian. Pengorganisasian pembelajaran dilaksanakan dengan adanya pembagian tugas, tanggung jawab serta wewenang setiap personil di lembaga pendidikan TK dan tergambar kesesuaian dengan azas azas pengorganisasian yakni setiap personil dengan segala sarana dan prasarana, serta alokasi waktu mampu bekerja untuk mencapai tujuan yang ditetapkan sesuai dengan perencanaan. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran berhitung dengan menggunakan media kartu angka diantaranya dengan adanya kegiatan pembukaan, inti, dan penutup. Evaluasi pembelajaran berdasarkan prosedur yang ditetapkan dengan menggunakan alat penilaian yang disesuaikan dengan metode dan materi pembelajaran. Kendala yang dihadapi dalam proses pembelajaran yakni masih rendahnya inovasi guru dalam proses pembelajaran. Solusi yang dilakukan dengan meningkatkan mutu guru seperti diklat, seminar dan mengoptimalkan penggunaan media kartu angka dengan warna dan bentuknya bervariasi agar anak lebih tertarik.
