Penggunaan media pembelajaran interaktif dalam bentuk gamifikasi adalah bentuk perkembangan teknologi dalam bidang pendidikan. Gamifikasi dapat bermanfaat bagi siswa untuk memahami materi ajar dengan baik. Tujuan dari pelatihan ini yaitu untuk mengatasi masalah mitra akan kurangnya pemahaman dalam merancang aktifitas interaktif dengan memanfaatkan teknologi gamifikasi. Teknologi gamifikasi masih dirasa awam oleh sebagian besar peserta pelatihan. Oleh karena itu pemahaman akan pentingnya pemanfaatan teknologi gamifikasi harus terus diupayakan sehingga mindset akan menjadi lebih positif dan optimal. Hasil kegiatan pelatihan ini menunjukan bahwa kegiatan ini dapat bermanfaat untuk para guru sehingga guru dapat mengaplikasikan dan merancang kegiatan interaktif dengan teknologi gamifikasi sesuai dengan rencana dan tujuan pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil kuesioner, guru dapat lebih memahami definisi, manfaat, langkah perancangan, dan evaluasi dengan memanfaatkan media gafimikasi dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Selain itu tantangan yang dihadapi guru dapat diatasi dengan kerja keras dan motivasi untuk memberikan pembelajaran terbaik bagi siswa.

Dental caries is one of the health problems that often occur in elementary school children, which can have an impact on quality of life and learning achievement. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of dental health counseling in improving children's knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors related to the prevention of dental caries. The research was conducted at SD Negeri 03 Kabawetan, Sumber Sari Village, Kabawetan District, Kepahiang Regency, in 2025. Counseling was carried out using interactive methods, including lectures, demonstrations of correct brushing, and the use of educational media in the form of videos and posters. Data was collected through questionnaires to measure knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors before and after counseling. The results showed a significant increase in children's knowledge score (p < 0.05), attitude (p < 0.05), and behavior (p < 0.05) related to the prevention of dental caries. In addition, students showed high enthusiasm for counseling methods that involved hands-on practice and visual media. The conclusion of this study is that interactive dental health counseling is effective in increasing understanding and forming healthy living habits in elementary school age children.

The implementation of Islamic values in children's education is an important effort to form good character and morals from an early age. Education based on Islamic values provides a strong foundation for children to understand the concepts of kindness, honesty, discipline, and responsibility. The purpose of this study is to find out how to apply Islamic values in children's education in Al Fikh Orchard Taman Setia kindergarten, Klang, Malaysia. This research uses a qualitative method with observation, interview, and documentation data collection techniques. The results of the research on the implementation of Islamic values in children's education are learning that integrates Islamic teachings, such as the concept of monotheism, worship, noble morals, and good social relationships, will guide children in living a life in accordance with religious principles. The implementation of habituation, example, and storytelling methods at Al Fikh Orchard Kindergarten is effective in instilling Islamic values in early childhood, with support from schools and families

This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and mentality on the performance of human resources (HR) Education at the Open University Service Center (SALUT), Pontianak. The research method used a quantitative approach with a survey of 71 SALUT employees. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the study showed that work motivation had a significant negative effect on human resource performance, while mentality had a significant positive influence. The determination coefficient of 63.2% indicates that both variables simultaneously affect employee performance. These findings affirm the importance of developing a growth mentality or mindset in improving the quality of services at SALUT. This study provides recommendations for management to focus on forming a positive mentality to support the improvement of human resource performance

Kegiatan ini bertujuan menganalisis efektivitas model pemberdayaan masyarakat Dayak Bidayuh melalui pendekatan manajemen sumber daya manusia kolaboratif dengan memanfaatkan revitalisasi tradisi Gawai Sowa sebagai strategi pengembangan kapasitas lokal di wilayah perbatasan Bengkayang. Secara spesifik, tujuan kegiatan mencakup: (1) identifikasi potensi dan tantangan implementasi manajemen SDM kolaboratif, (2) analisis peran revitalisasi Gawai Sowa dalam penguatan kapasitas lokal, (3) perumusan model integrasi pemberdayaan SDM dan pelestarian budaya, serta (4) evaluasi dampak program terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat. Metode kegiatan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif partisipatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi kegiatan Gawai Sowa, Forum Group Discussion (FGD) dengan pemangku kepentingan, dan wawancara mendalam terhadap 21 partisipan di wilayah perbatasan Kabupaten Bengkayang pada Mei-Juni 2025. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa integrasi kearifan lokal Gawai Sowa dalam model pemberdayaan terbukti efektif meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat secara holistik, tercermin dari peningkatan pendapatan keluarga sebesar 42 persen, penguatan kohesi sosial (indeks 6.2 ke 8.1), serta revitalisasi budaya yang berkelanjutan melalui enam dimensi tradisi (spiritual, sosial, ekonomi, pendidikan, lingkungan, dan kelembagaan).

Toko Percetakan Anindya Print adalah sebuah usaha yang berfokus pada bidang jasa percetakan, demi menjawab kebutuhan pelanggan dan aktivitas pekerjaan maka diperlukan perkembangan teknologi untuk menunjang kebutuhan dalam menjalankan usahanya. Akan tetapi dalam menjalankan aktivitas usaha juga terdapat permasalahan, salah satunya adalah permasalahan dalam pencatatan pada proses pemesanan,pembayaran dan produksi yang dilakukan yang dapat menghambat aktivitas kerja. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode grounded (grounded research) yang dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data berupa data pemesanan dan pembayaran serta informasi yang terkait dengan produksi yang merupakan fakta dan menganalisa data tersebut untuk menetapkan konsep dan sistem informasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dapat mengidentifikasi data-data yang terkait dengan data pemesanan, pembayaran dan produksi untuk perancangan sistem yang akan dibangun. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat atau merancang sebuah aplikasi desktop yang didasari oleh sistem berjalan yang ada pada toko percetakan Anindya Print, dengan merancang suatu sistem pada aplikasi yang terintegrasi dan terstruktur sehingga mudah diakses danterkomputerisasi pada setiap pengolahan data, dengan adanya aplikasi ini dapat meningkatkan kinerjakaryawan pada toko percetakan Anindya Print dan semua data dalam sistem telah tersimpan kedalamdatabase sehingga semua proses yang dibutuhkan dapat dilakukan dengan cepat dan efisien.

This research aims to find out the effect of weight training dumbbell swing using the opposite side to the skill forehand topspin and backhand topspin for the 2024 Pade Angen Mataram Table Tennis Athlete. This research is experimental research, the research design used one group pre-test-post test design where in this research there was no comparison group. The population used in this research is table tennis athletes Pade Angen Mataram Table Tennis Athletes for 2024, totaling 12 players. The instrument used is a test forehand topspin dan backhand topspin. Data analysis in this study used the SPSS test. The research results were obtained there is an influence of weight training dumbbell swing use the opposite side to the skill forehand topspin for Pade Angen Mataram Table Tennis Athletes in 2024, with t value count 12,429 > ttable (0.05)(10) 2.262, a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, and a percentage increase of 19.33%, so Ha is accepted. There is an influence of weight training dumbbell swing use the opposite side to the skill backhand topspin for Pade Angen Mataram Table Tennis Athletes in 2024, with t valuecount 8,820> ttable(0.05) (10) 2.262, a significance value of 0.000<0.05, and a percentage increase of 18.03%, so Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of weight training dumbbell swing using the opposite side to the skill forehand topspin and backhand topspin for the 2024 Pade Angen Mataram Table Tennis Athlete.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi rantai pasok produk pertanian di Pertumbukan Wampu dengan menggunakan pendekatan Unified Modeling Language (UML). Sistem ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, transparansi data, dan pemantauan kinerja dalam proses distribusi produk pertanian. Desain sistem meliputi penggunaan berbagai diagram UML seperti Use Case, Class, Activity, Sequence, dan Component yang menggambarkan alur dan interaksi antar aktor dalam rantai pasok. Untuk memastikan kelayakan dan relevansi desain, sistem ini divalidasi melalui dua metode utama, yaitu expert review dan user acceptance testing (UAT). Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa desain sistem telah memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna dan ekspektasi operasional. Sistem memungkinkan pelacakan stok secara real-time, meningkatkan transparansi antara petani, distributor, dan pengecer, serta menyediakan fitur pemantauan kinerja untuk analisis lebih lanjut. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendekatan UML efektif dalam merancang sistem informasi yang kompleks dan dapat diimplementasikan untuk mengoptimalkan proses rantai pasok produk pertanian di Pertumbukan Wampu.

Difficulties in reading the Koran experienced by children with special needs have not received attention from teachers and parents. This is a condition of concern and is a concern for researchers to take actions that can change conditions. The parents of the children from the sidodadi village go to work every day in the morning and return home in the afternoon, their days are spent more in the fields than at home so time is rarely given to children to guide reading the Qur'an. Considering that the majority of residents of the sidodadi village only graduated from junior high and high school so there are still very few teachers or teaching staff there and the lack of teaching methods or strategies used to guide children to read the Qur'an so that children easily feel bored. Therefore, there are students who serve there to help and guide children in reading the Qur'an and to motivate children to have a high spirit in learning let alone learn to read the Qur'an under any conditions. The role of students who serve in the village of Sidodadi Village is to guide children in reading the Qur'an. Teaches how to pronounce the correct letter makhorijul and the science of recitation and the short length of reading the Qur'an. With the guidance of a teacher, children will become more focused in reading the Qur'an in accordance with the science of recitation. The importance of guiding children in reading the Qur'an at an early age because it can give attention to children's ability to read the Qur'an properly and correctly.
