Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the role of the teacher and the occupational safety and health (OSH) climate on occupational safety and health increasing awareness in the electrical installation workshop of the Vocational High School. This research is an Ex-post Facto research. The population of the research is the XII grade students of Vocational High School 1 Sedayu Special Region of Yogyakarta with a total of 366 students and a sample of 188 students. The number of trials respondents 30 students. The sampling technique uses random sampling and data is taken using a questionnaire instrument. The validity of the questionnaire instruments done by item using analysis Product Moment correlation formula and reliability testing using the Cronbach Alpha. The results showed that (1) there is a positive and significant influence between the role of the teacher in occupational safety and health increasing awareness in the electrical installation workshop of vocational high school value 43.30 percent; (2) there is a positive and significant effect between the occupational safety and health climate on increasing occupational safety and health awareness in the electrical installation workshop of vocational high school value 43.40 percent; (3) there is a positive and significant influence between the role of teacher and occupational safety and health climate on occupational safety and health increasing awareness in the electrical installation workshop of vocational high school value 50.60 percent. The application of OSH will have an impact on increasing the productivity of the workforce and the company.

Abstract

Today's learning is one proof that civilization is increasingly sophisticated, but many still use conventional learning systems so that it limits the space for expressing the knowledge to be transferred. The outbreak of the Corona Virus Disease 19 (COVID 19) has also changed the learning system in Indonesia, especially in Palu City, which currently is conducting by full-time online learning system. Changes in the system have made it difficult for some subject teachers to adapt. This research designs an interactive digital learning system (Simberani) to support online-based distance learning during the Covid 19 pandemic. Sipemberani adopts the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate) model and has tested where the system built is very helpful in online learning during a pandemic. It is proven from the results of a survey conducted that "87%" agree with this system.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of teaching methods and formal reasoning abilities on students' learning outcomes. The research employs a quantitative research method and utilizes simple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS version 16. Regression is a statistical technique used to analyze the relationship between one or more independent variables and a dependent variable. The population and sample size for this study consist of 50 students. The results of the research lead to the conclusion that the simple linear regression test yields a Sig. value of 0.001 < 0.05. Based on decision-making principles, it can be inferred that X1 and X2 have a simultaneous impact on the variable Y. Therefore, it can be concluded that both the teaching method (X1) and formal reasoning (X2) have an influence on the students' learning outcomes (Y). This finding further strengthens previous research findings by employing a better methodology and a larger sample size, demonstrating that formal reasoning affects learning outcomes, although there are still other factors that influence learning outcomes, such as motivation, environment, and so on.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Jurnal Vokasi Keteknikan pada Program Studi Pendidikan Vokasi Keteknikan Pascasarjana Universitas Negeri Makassar. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahapan yaitu 1) analisis, 2) perancangan, 3) pengembangan, 4) implementasi dan 5) evaluasi. Pada tahap analisis, dilakukan analisa kebutuhan system untuk mengidentifikasi masalah yang timbul dan potensi yang dimiliki oleh prodi pendidikan vokasi keteknikan terkait dengan Website Jurnal program studi, serta memberikan solusi untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut dengan memanfaatkan potensi yang ada. Pada tahap perancangan dilakukan perancangan dengan tahapan rancangan sistem, database, dan interface serta permohonan izin ke LIPI untuk mendapatkan ISSN. Tahap pengembangan merupakan keberlanjutan dari apa yang sudah dirancang, yakni menyusun konten jurnal. Tahap Implementasi adalah memasukkan konten ke website jurnal dan menerbitkan artikel di bidang pendidikan vokasi keteknikan.  Kata Kunci: e-journal, pengembangan, vokasi keteknikan

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between formal reasoning abilities and student achievement motivation. The method used is a quantitative research method with analysis using product moment correlation, assisted by SPSS version 16. Correlation research is a type of research used to explore the relationship between two or more variables. This study aims to determine whether there is a statistical relationship between these variables and to what extent this relationship is correlated. As for this study, researchers used the help of SPSS version 16 in analyzing the data. The sample selection in this study used a random sampling of 30 students. The independent variables in this study are formal reasoning (X1) and achievement motivation (X2), and the dependent variable is learning achievement (Y). Collecting data on formal reasoning, achievement motivation, and student achievement using a questionnaire The results of this study indicate that formal reasoning and achievement motivation have a strong relationship with student achievement, with each sig. (2-tailed) 0.02 between formal reasoning and learning achievement, so that 0.020.05 is smaller than the r table, which means there is a correlation between formal reasoning and learning achievement. As for learning motivation and learning achievement, the sig. (2-tailed), namely 0.02  0.05, means there is a correlation between learning motivation and learning achievement. From these results, formal reasoning allows individuals to think logically and systematically, while achievement motivation encourages academic success. The two mutually reinforce and enhance each other, creating a productive learning environment and enhancing overall individual achievement.

Abstract

Abstrak – Perkembangan teknologi kendali berbasis elektronika membuat subjek mikrokontroller ini penting dan menarik untuk dipelajari oleh siswa maupun guru baik di sekolah kejuruan maupun sekolah umum. Tujuannya adalah agar masyarakat mendapatkan literasi digital dan dapat mengikuti perkembangan teknologi elektronika sekarang ini. Besarnya tuntutan atas penguasaan kompetensi dasar pemrograman mikrokontroller sangat memberatkan bagi siswa dan sebagian guru. Hal ini dikarenakan pada mata pelajaran mikrokontroller ini dibutuhkan dasar yang kuat pada 3 bidang ilmu yaitu elektronika, komputer dan informatika. Berdasarkan permasalahan mitra yang telah dikemukakan pada bagian sebelumnya, maka kami berniat untuk memberikan pelatihan bagi guru dan siswa khususnya pemrograman mikrokontroller ESP32. Kegiatan ini dihadiri sebanyak 10 orang baik siswa maupun guru yang menjadi peserta pelatihan. Keberadaan peserta ini menjadi inti dari keseluruhan program PKM. Siswa-siswa yang terlibat dalam program ini merasakan langsung dampak dari kegiatan PkM ini. Mereka belajar tentang teori mikrokontroller, melakukan praktik langsung, dan pembentukan karakter yang kuat dalam proses pelatihan ini. Pelaksanaan program PkM di SMA Negeri 1 Pamboang Majene Sulawesi Barat telah berhasil menghadirkan perubahan positif dalam masyarakat sekitar, terutama melalui penerapan teknologi seperti pengendalian lampu berbasis IoT menggunakan mikrokontroller ESP32. Dampak PkM terhadap peserta, baik siswa maupun guru adalah mereka telah mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang teknologi IoT, khususnya mikrokontroller ESP32, yang akan bermanfaat dalam perkembangan karier dan pendidikan mereka.Kata kunci: Mikrokontroller ESP32, Internet of Things (IoT), pemrograman.

Abstract

Background. The study population was all teachers of State Senior High Schools in Gowa Regency, while the samples were all teachers of State Senior High School 10 and State Senior High School 14 in Gowa Regency Purpose. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between teacher performance and digital literacy with the implementation of online learning for teachers of SMA Negeri Gowa Regency, both jointly and separately Method. Data was obtained by giving teacher performance scales, teacher digital literacy, and online learning implementation scales. Results. Data were analyzed quantitatively, namely by using multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusions in this study are: 1) teacher performance and teacher digital literacy together have a relationship with the implementation of online learning, 2) teacher performance has no relationship with the implementation of online learning, and 3) teacher digital literacy has a relationship with the implementation of teacher online learning Gowa Regency Public High School. Conclusion. The conclusion of this study is to find out whether there is a relationship between teacher performance and digital literacy with the implementation of online learning in public high school teachers in Gowa Regency, both together and separately.

Abstract

Background. Exploratory factor analysis can be used as a guideline for constructing instrument homogeneity. Purpose. Factor analysis is the queen of analytical methods because of its strength, flexibility and closeness to the nature of scientific aims and objectives. Method. Roughly speaking, an instrument whose items measure only one trait in general and can determine the indicators of a research variable. To determine the number of indicators based on eigenvalues greater than or equal to one, both in the initial factor analysis and in further analysis. Results. A statement item is declared eligible for inclusion in a factor if the item has a factor load greater than or equal to 0.30 on only one factor. Similarly, an indicator is declared feasible if its factor load is greater than or equal to 0.30. Conclusion. The item that has the highest factor load on a factor contributes the most to that factor, so that item is used as the basis for guidance in naming a factor as the name of the indicator.

Abstract

" This study aims to determine the pedagogical competence of teachers in terms of supervisors' academic supervision and teachers' teaching experience. This type of research is ex post facto which consists of two independent variables, namely supervisor academic supervision (X1) and teacher teaching experience (X2) and one dependent variable, namely teacher pedagogical competence (Y). The study population was all private junior high school teachers in Binamu District, Jeneponto Regency. Class random sampling and the number of samples used Slovin. Data collection techniques are divided into two, namely questionnaires for variables X1 and X2 and tests for variable (Y). The results of the study found that: 1) teachers' pedagogical competence is influenced by supervisors' academic supervision and teachers' teaching experience, both jointly and partially.
