Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan permainan bulutangkis di kalangan siswa kelas IV di SD IT Bakti Insani Sleman. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan satu variabel, yaitu tingkat pengetahuan siswa mengenai bulutangkis. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei, dengan instrumen pengukuran berupa kuesioner yang menggunakan tes pilihan ganda. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 61 siswa kelas IV di SD IT Bakti Insani Sleman. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan menghitung nilai persentase sebagai metode analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas siswa memiliki pengetahuan yang cukup tentang bulutangkis, di mana 57% siswa berada dalam kategori pengetahuan sedang dan 23% dalam kategori tinggi. Namun, masih terdapat 20% siswa yang pengetahuannya mengenai bulutangkis berada dalam kategori rendah. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa meskipun pemahaman siswa tentang bulutangkis cukup baik secara keseluruhan, perlu dilakukan upaya tambahan dalam proses pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa yang berada di kategori rendah. Dengan demikian, diharapkan seluruh siswa dapat memiliki pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang permainan bulutangkis, yang pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan minat dan partisipasi mereka dalam olahraga ini.

Abstract

This research aims to develop multistage-based endurance test norms for KU 1 swimming athletes that are packaged in an easy, measurable, and field-applicable manner. This research falls into the category of development research or Research and Development (R&D). Data analysis in this study uses quantitative descriptive methods. From the research, the results obtained are the assessment norm categories: "inferior" in the interval of 3.5-4.0 test level scale, "poor" in the interval of 4.0-4.6 test level scale, "sufficient" in the interval of 4.6-5.1 test level scale, "good" in the interval of 5.1-5.7 test level scale, and "very good" in the interval of 5.7-6.2 test level scale. So, this research concludes that a product has been developed in the form of the Development of Endurance Test Assessment Norms for Swimming Athletes KU 1 DIY Based on Multistage. The development assumption used in this research is that it can make it easier for coaches to provide training programs and independent physical training for swimming athletes. The limitation of the product Development of Endurance Test Assessment Norms for KU 1 DIY Swimming Athletes Based on Multistage is proposed only for the Yogyakarta region, so the research sample was obtained only from athletes residing in Yogyakarta. In conclusion, there is a developed product in the form of the Development of Endurance Test Assessment Norms for Swimming Athletes KU 1 DIY Based on Multistage. Abstract

Untuk meningkatkan kondisi fisik harus terprogram secara baik dan sistematis, lalu dilakukan secara cermat, berulang-ulang dan makin lama makin ditingkatkan baik jumlahnya maupun intensitas latihannya serta program latihan harus tertata dan direncanakan sebaik mungkin agar dapat mewujudkan peningkatan kesegaran jasmani dan peningkatan kemampuan biomotorik yang dibutuhkan. Di dalam meningkatkan kondisi fisik komponen-komponen yang sangat penting khususnya untuk atlit kelas khusus olahraga (KKO) di SMP Negeri 13 Yogyakarta. Selama ini atlit dari SMP Negeri 13 Yogyakarta belum terpantau dan terdata kemampuan fisiknya. Metode dalam program ini adalah memberikan pelatihan langsung kepada para atlit dalam bentuk sosialisasi dan pelatihan (teori dan praktik). Sedangkan indikator keberhasilan dalam pelaksanaan program pengabdian ini adalah atlit dan pelatih bisa mengetahui pentingnya meningkatkan kondisi fisik atlit kelas khusus olahraga (KKO) di SMP Negeri 13 Yogyakarta. Jadi perlu adanya Pendampingan Pengenalan Tes Kondisi Fisik Bagi Atlit Remaja Di SMP Negeri 13 Yogyakarta kondisi fisik atlit agar bisa digunakan untuk menyusun program latihan dan target prestasi yang ingin dicapai. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kondisi fisik merupakan komponen yang tidak dapat dipisahkan baik dalam peningkatan dan pemeliharaanya. Setiap komponen kondisi fisik saling berkaitan antara satu dengan yang lainnya. Sehingga apabila dalam upaya membentuk dan meningkatkan status kondisi fisik maka seluruh komponen harus dikembangkan. Komponen kondisi fisik yang dibutuhkan dalam kemampuan sesuai dengan prediksi melalui analisis kebutuhan fisik meliputi daya tahan kardiovaskular, kecepatan, fleksibilitas, kelincahan, dan daya ledak (power).

Abstract

Kondisi fisik menjadi salah satu dasar bahkan modal utama atlit dalam mengawali olahraga. Karena kondisi fisik menjadi screening awal para atlit dalam mempersiapkan performa dalam olahraga yang akan dilakukan. Terlebih apabila atlit akan melakukan petandingan, jika kondisi fisik buruk tentu akan berpengaruh pada capaian prestasi atlit yang kurang maksimal. Penting bagi para atlit memiliki kondisi fisik yang baik karena dapat meningkatkan performa atau prestasi yang maksimal dalam pertandingan olahraga. Metode dalam program ini adalah memberikan pelatihan langsung kepada para Sosialisasi Tes Endurance Atlet Renang Ku 1 DIY Berbasis Multistage dalam bentuk sosialisasi dan pelatihan (teori dan praktik). Sedangkan indikator keberhasilan dalam pelaksanaan program pengabdian ini adalah atlit dan pelatih bisa mengetahui cara meningkatkan daya tahan atlit dengan Tes Endurance. Kesimpulan kegiatan ini yaitu dengan adanya Sosialisasi Tes Endurance Atlet Renang KU 1 DIY Berbasis Multistage diharapkan dapat menambah pengetahuan kepada pelatih dan atlit tentang Tes Endurance Atlet Renang KU 1 DIY Berbasis Multistage. Juga dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan yang hubungannya dengan daya tahan dan kondisi fisik atlit. Endurance (daya tahan) merupakan kapasitas untuk terlibat dalam aktivitas fisik atau gerakan untuk waktu yang lama tanpa menjadi terlalu lelah. Faktor yang paling krusial dalam menentukan dosis latihan untuk meningkatkan kondisi fisik atlet potensial adalah kondisi fisik komponen endurance, karena itu endurance merupakan dasar untuk membentuk porsi latihan, juga melihat kemampuan fisik atlet yang sesuai dengan keadaan fisiologi atlet. Sehingga atlet saat melakukan latihan, atlet tidak mengalami cidera yang serius dan atlet yang endurance sangat kuat dapat menampilkan performa tinggi saat pertandingan atau berkompetisi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the comparison of biomotor factors (VO2max, agility, strength, speed, flexibility, and power) in team and individual sports athletes in the Special Sports Class (KKO) of SMP Negeri 13 Yogyakarta. The population in this study was athletes in the special sports class (KKO) at SMP Negeri 13 Yogyakarta, totaling 120 students, using quantitative descriptive methods. The data collection technique used a physical condition test instrument with success indicators, namely being able to determine the results of the Comparison of Biomotor Factors (VO2max, Agility, Strength, Speed, Flexibility, Power) in Team and Individual Sports Athletes in the Special Sports Class (KKO) of SMP Negeri 13 Yogyakarta. The results showed that VO2Max was not significantly different between individual and team athletes, indicating that both groups had relatively similar levels of cardiorespiratory fitness; Agility between individual and team athletes also showed no significant differences, indicating similarities in fast movement and change of direction abilities. Strength: There was no significant difference in upper body muscle strength (push-ups) and abdominal muscle strength (sit-ups) between individual and team athletes, indicating that both had comparable body strength. Speed: There was no significant difference in sprint speed between individual and team athletes, indicating that both groups had relatively equivalent speed abilities. Flexibility: Individual athletes showed better flexibility than team athletes, with significant differences in the results of this flexibility test. Power: There was no significant difference in leg muscle explosive power (power) between individual and team athletes, indicating similarities in explosive ability in both groups. Conclusion: It shows that both groups of athletes (individual and team) have relatively equivalent performance in most biomotor factors, except in terms of flexibility, where individual athletes are superior. Abstract

One of the weaknesses found in students participating in extracurricular futsal at Persatuan Bangsa High School is in basic dribbling techniques. Students participating in extracurricular futsal have weaknesses in the technique of carrying the ball or what is commonly known as the dribbling technique. Therefore, it is necessary to test a form of training method to be able to provide changes in the form of methods that are feasible to use in the basic dribbling techniques of futsal extracurricular participants. This research has the aim of making efforts to improve the dribbling achievements of extracurricular participant students by using the drill training method. This research method uses an experimental method using the entire population of fifteen people. The research was conducted in ten meetings. The results of this study indicate that from the process carried out before and after being given treatment there is an increase. From the results of the t-test that has been carried out, there is an increase between the pretest and posttest results, the t-count value is 5.850 with a degree of freedom (df) of 14 and a significance value (Sig.2 tailed) of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.005. So from these results it can be seen that the process of applying the drill method has an influence in efforts to improve the basic dribbling technique skills of students participating in the futsal extracurricular of Kesatuan Bangsa High School.

Abstract

This research is a descriptive study. The method used is a survey. The study population consists of 12 students participating in table tennis extracurricular activities at SMA Negeri 1 Sedayu. Data collection techniques employed in this research include testing and measurement. The results of the study indicate that (1) Forehand stroke abilities in table tennis extracurricular activities at SMA Negeri 1 Sedayu fall into the "high" category. When calculated as a percentage, the category with a very high level is 33.3%, comprising 4 students, the "high" category is 41% with 5 students, the "moderate" category is 16.6% with 2 students, and the "low" category is 8.3% with 1 student. There are no students in the "very low" category. (2) Backhand stroke abilities in table tennis extracurricular activities at SMA Negeri 1 Sedayu are categorized as "moderate". When calculated as a percentage, the "very high" category is 16.6%, with 2 students, the "high" category is 16.6%, with 2 students, the "moderate" category is 50%, with 6 students, the "low" category is 16.6%, with 2 students, and there are no students in the "very low" category.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the VAK (Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic) learning method on the shot put learning outcomes in the orthodox style among 8th-grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Sedayu in the 2024/2025 academic year. The study was conducted using an experimental method involving two groups: the control class (VIII.A) with 32 students using a varied lecture method and the experimental class (VIII.C) with 32 students using the VAK method. The study measured learning outcomes in cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects obtained from the portfolio of the learning process for the orthodox style of shot put. The cognitive aspect was measured using a written test, the affective aspect with an observation rubric, and the psychomotor aspect through direct practical assessments of performing the orthodox shot put technique. The results showed that the average cognitive score for the control class was 66.88, while the experimental class had an average cognitive score of 95.00. The average affective score for the control class was 75.52, whereas the experimental class had an average affective score of 97.22. The average psychomotor score for the control class was 64.26, while the experimental class had an average psychomotor score of 92.77. Abstract

Peneliti tentunya mempunyai tujuan tertentu dalam menyusun suatu bentuk penelitian yang dilakukan. Mengacu pada rumusan masalah yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya maka peneliti bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memperoleh hasil dari penelitian terhadap Minat dan Motivasi Mahasiswa Prodi Ilmu Keolahragaan terhadap UKM Futsal. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif, dengan metode survei dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Prodi Ilmu Keolahragaan yang mengikuti UKM Futsal yang berjumlah sebanyak 30 mahasiswa. Untuk menganalisis data digunakan statistik deskriptif dengan persentase. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan diketahui minat dan motivasi mahasiswa ilmu keolahragaan dalam mengikuti UKM futsal Universitas Mercu Buana Yogyakarta sebagian besar berkategori sedang dengan persentase sebesar 50 %, kategori tinggi sebesar 26,67 %, kategori rendah sebesar 13,33 %, kategori sangat rendah sebesar 6,67 % dan kategori sangat tinggi sebesar 3,33%. Hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan sebagian besar minat dan motivasi mahasiswa ilmu keolahragaan dalam mengikuti UKM futsal Universitas Mercu Buana Yogyakarta adalah sedang.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of skipping training on the shooting ability of SMP N 1 Bumi Raya students in playing futsal. The research method used in this research is a quasi-experimental method using a one group pretest – posttest design. Quasi-experimental research is research with a quantitative approach in this research using the independent variable, namely skipping, and vice versa, the dependent variable is shooting ability. The population in the study was 10 students of SMP N 1 Bumi Raya. The sample uses a simple purposive sampling technique with the criteria of the skipping method as treatment. Time and place on the futsal field with 14 meetings. The research instrument used in this research is quantitative research which is measured by shooting ability and skipping training. The data analysis that I will use uses T-test analysis with (Paired T test) using SPSS 23. The conclusion is that there is an influence of skipping training on the shooting ability of SMP N 1 Bumi Raya students in playing futsal.
