Abstract

Bitcoin is a cryptocurrency that is used worldwide for digital payments or simply for investment purposes. Bitcoin is a new technology so there are currently very few prices prediction models available. Problems arise when someone uses bitcoin without understanding strong fundamentals. This can result in a lot of loss for the person. These problems certainly need to be overcome by predicting bitcoin prices using a machine learning approach. The purpose of this research is to predict the bitcoin USD price using the Long Short-Term Memory Recurrent Neural Network (LSTM-RNN) model. The LSTM-RNN model was chosen because it is better than the traditional neural network model. Measurement of the results in this study using the Root Mean Square Error (RMSE). The RMSE results obtained on the application of the LSTM-RNN model 6461.14.

Abstract

This study aims to elucidate the worldwide effectiveness of the COVID-19 vaccine to reduce the number of COVID-19 patients. Currently, almost all countries in the world are trying to overcome COVID-19 by imposing a lockdown system. The government is also looking for a solution to suppress the spread of COVID-19 by administering a vaccine. Vaccination is one of the efforts that are considered effective in overcoming COVID-19 in affected countries. At least 85 types of vaccines are still in the development stage, while the vaccines that have been agreed upon are Pfizer-Biotech messenger RNA vaccines (bnt162b2) and Moderna (mRNA-1273). The hope is that the COVID-19 outbreak can be handled immediately to restore the residents' economy with vaccination. The methodology used in this study uses data mining with linear regression and SIR techniques to evaluate whether circulating vaccines can effectively suppress the spread of COVID-19.

Abstract

Currency recognition is one of the essential things since everyone in any country must know money. Therefore, computer vision has been developed to recognize currency. One of the currency recognition uses the SIFT algorithm. The recognition results are very accurate, but the processing takes a considerable amount of time, making it impossible to run for real-time data such as video. AKAZE algorithm has been developed for real-time data processing because of its fast computation time to process video data frames. This study proposes the faster real-time currency recognition system on video using the AKAZE algorithm. The purpose of this study is to compare the SIFT and AKAZE algorithms related to a real-time video data processing to determine the value of F1 and its speed. Based on the experimental results, the AKAZE algorithm is resulting F1 value of 0.97, and the processing speed on each video frame is 0.251 seconds. Then at the same video resolution, the SIFT algorithm results in an F1 value of 0.65 and a speed of 0.305 seconds to process one frame. These results show that the AKAZE algorithm is faster and more accurate in processing video data.

Abstract

CCTV cameras have an important function in the field of public service, especially for convenience. The objects recorded through CCTV cameras are processed into information to support service satisfaction in the community. This study uses the function of CCTV for people counting from objects recorded by a camera. Currently, the process of detecting and tracking people takes a long time to detect all frames. In this study, the frame selection into keyframes uses the mutual information entropy method. The keyframes processing uses the Histogram of Oriented Gradient (HOG) and Kalman filter methods. The proposed method results F1 value of 0.85, recall of 76 %, and precision of 97 % with winStride parameter (12,12), scale 1.05, and the distance of the human object to CCTV 4 meters.

Abstract

Proses pembelajaran merupakan aktivitas utama pada pendidikan. Sejak awal tahun 2020 terjadi perubahan drastis dari tatap muka menjadi pembelajaran jarak jauh. Pembelajaran jarak jauh memerlukan sebuah sistem untuk berkomunikasi antara siswa dengan guru. Belum adanya suatu sistem yang dapat membantu guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran jarak jauh di SMK Maarif NU 2 Ajibarang berdampak pada sulitnya para guru atau tenaga pengajar dalam hal memantau maupun mengelola aktifitas siswa pada saat diberlakukan pembelajaran jarak jauh. Pembelajaran jarak jauh dapat dilakukan dalam jaringan (daring) dan dikelola dengan baik jika menggunakan Learning Management System (LMS). Moodle merupakan LMS yang dapat digunakan dan dikelola sendiri secara gratis oleh sekolah. Sehingga untuk mempermudah pengelolaan pembelajaran jarak jauh dilakukan pelatihan penggunaan LMS berbasis Moodle. Metode yang dilakukan adalah mempersiapkan LMS dan modul pelatihan, membuat course pelatihan, melaksanakan kegiatan pelatihan, serta melakukan evaluasi dan refleksi diri. Melalui pelatihan ini guru memperoleh edukasi mengenai praktek baik pengelolaan LMS sebagai guru atau siswa secara mudah dan efektif. Kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan melalui tatap muka dengan 40 orang guru yang menghasilkan kelas pembelajaran jarak jauh didalam LMS yang terdiri dari aktifitas pengelolaan presensi, chat, tatap muka daring, materi pembelajaran, blog, dan pengumpulan tugas. Since the beginning of 2020, there has been a drastic change from face-to-face to distance learning. Distance learning requires a system to communicate between students and teachers; without a system that can help teachers manage distance learning at SMK Maarif NU 2, Ajibarang. The teachers' difficulty or teaching staff impacts monitoring and managing student activities when distance learning occurs. Distance learning can be done in a network (online) and well managed using a Learning Management System (LMS). Moodle is an LMS that schools can use and manage independently. So that to facilitate the management of distance learning, training on the use of Moodle-based LMS is carried out. The method used is to prepare LMS and training modules, create training courses, carry out training activities, and conduct self-evaluation and reflection. Through this training, teachers get an education about acceptable practices in managing LMS as a teacher or student efficiently and effectively. Training activities are carried out face-to-face with 40 teachers who produce distance learning classes within the LMS, consisting of attendance management activities, chat, face to face online, learning materials, blogs, and assignment collection. Abstract

The human emotional condition can be reflected in speech, gestures, and especially facial expressions. The problem that is often faced is that humans tend to be subjective in assessing people's emotions. Humans can easily guess someone's emotions through the expressions shown, as well as computers. Computers can think like humans if they are given an algorithm for human thinking or artificial intelligence. This research will be an interaction between humans and computers in analyzing human expressions. This research was conducted to prove whether the implementation of CNN (Convolutional Neural Network) can be used in detecting human emotions or not. The material needed to conduct facial recognition research is a dataset in images of various kinds of human expressions. Based on the dataset that has been obtained, the images that have been collected are divided into two parts, namely training data and test data, where each training data and test data has seven different emotion subfolders. Each category of images is 35 thousand data which will later be trimmed to around a few thousand data to balance the dataset. According to their class, these various expressions will be classified into several emotions: angry emotions, happy emotions, fearful emotions, disgusting emotions, surprising emotions, neutral emotions, and sad emotions. The results showed that from the calculation of 40 epochs, 81.92% was obtained for training and 81.69% for testing.

Abstract

Perpustakaan merupakan tempat untuk membaca buku yang beragam koleksinya agar pembaca mendapatkan berbagai macam sumber ilmu. Namun di masa yang serba teknologi, manusia tentunya ingin hal yang lebih praktis. Dengan hadirnya Artificial intelligence maka dapat diterapkan dan diintegrasikan kedalam sistem perpustakaan. Permasalahan yang umum saat pembaca datang ke perpustakaan adalah mencari literatur yang sesuai pilihannya, baik dari segi nama, gambar, jenis, dan bentuk suatu literatur tersebut. Artificial intelligence dapat membantu dalam mencari literatur berdasarkan rekomendasi dan rating, sehingga pembaca tidak perlu repot-repot mencari literatur yang di inginkan satu per satu dari rak buku yang tersedia. Hal ini tentu memudahkan para pembaca dalam mencari literatur, terutama yang bingung harus mencari dari mana. Sistem rekomendasi yang digunakan adalah metode rekomendasi, dimana metode merupakan sebuah metode yang menggabungkan Filtering dan Ranking.  Penelitian ini ditujukan agar para pembaca yang berada di perpustakaan dapat dengan mudah dan cepat mencari literatur mereka.

Abstract

Kejahatan kian marak terjadi di lingkungan masyarakat, baik itu kejahatan terencana maupun tidak. Berdasarkan beberapa data, pola kejahatan marak dimulai dari adanya suatu migrasi penduduk dari satu wilayah ke wilayah lain. Dalam hal ini, kemungkinan para pelaku kejahatan untuk masuk ke dalam suatu wilayah dan membaur dengan warga akan sangat membahayakan bagi warga sekitar, tak terkecuali bagi warga Desa Karangagung Kabupaten Tuban. Selama beberapa tahun ke belakang, mereka kerap kali menemukan adanya beberapa pendatang yang memasuki hingga tinggal di daerah mereka selama suatu kurun waktu tertentu tanpa melalui suatu skema pelaporan yang telah diatur sebelumnya. Hal tersebut mengakibatkan munculnya kekhawatiran bagi warga masyarakat terhadap aktifitas para pendatang dan menimbulkan berbagai pertanyaan mengenai status mereka. Adapun alur pelaporan secara manual yang ada mempunyai beberapa kendala seperti lamanya delay disposisi surat hingga sulitnya para pihak yang berwenang untuk ditemui dalam hal pengurusan surat pelaporan pendatang. Oleh karena itu masyarakat desa Karangagung membutuhkan sebuah sistem terkomputerisasi berbasis web yang mampu menggantikan peran sistem secara manual. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan proyek perangkat lunak model Waterfall dan menghasilkan sebuah sistem informasi tanggap penduduk berbasis web yang mampu diakses oleh warga desa Karangagung Kabupaten Tuban.

Abstract

Pengendara di jalan raya dengan kecepatan yang tinggi mampu memicu kecelakaan lalu lintas yang akan mengakibatkan tabrakan antara pengendara lain. Pada alat pengukur kecepatan ini dapat meminimalisir terjadinya kecelakan di jalan raya, yang akan meningkatkan kedisiplinan dalam lalu lintas. Sistem perhitungan kecepatan ini menggunakan metode Image Subtracting dan metode Gaussian Mixture Model (GMM) untuk mendeteksi objek yang bergerak. Kemudian dilakukan perhitungan menggunakan garis pendeteksi objek dari awal bergerak pada garis pertama sampai dengan garis kedua. Dari informasi tersebut didapatkan kecepatan suatu kendaraan.

Abstract

The coronavirus pandemic makes human activities, in particular work, change. At first, when working face-to-face for discussions or other supporting activities, now everyone requires using an online virtual system that can be accessed from anywhere to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. Website-based information systems are no stranger to society because most have accessed information through certain websites. Institut Teknologi Telkom Purwokerto created a web-based application to support book lending activities or libraries' activities. This website requires testing to determine the level of user satisfaction in accessing the website, whether it is according to user expectations or not. One of the testing techniques to assess the feasibility of a website from user responses is usability testing. We created a questionnaire to look at several aspects of the test: learnability, flexibility, effectiveness, and attitude. The test results from 12 respondents showed that the ITTP library website usability test reached 79.45%, which means that this website is suitable for use.
