Abstract

One crossroad of ​​Surabaya whose high level of congestion is the crossing of Jemur Andayani – Ahmad Yani Street. It needs to Improve traffic management, geometric, and signal time to obtain optimal traffic performance. The purpose of this study is to make a model of traffic flow and determine the optimal total waiting time at the crossing of Jemur Andayani – Ahmad Yani using Compatible Graph. Compatible graphs are two sets where vertices indicate objects to be arranged and edges indicate compatible pairs of objects. Compatible traffic flow is two traffic flows which if both of them run simultaneously can run safely and not collide. The results of the optimal waiting time calculation using a compatible graph assuming the left turn following the lamp is 75 seconds. While the optimal total waiting time by assuming the left turn not following the lights is 60 seconds. The optimal total waiting time is smaller than the actual total waiting time currently applied at Frontage Ahmad Yani street, which is 170 seconds by assuming turn left following the lights.

Abstract

Graph theory is a branch of mathematical study that studies the relationship of a non-empty set which contains several elements called vertices and a list of paired elements called edges. Graph coloring is a technique of adding color to every point on a graph. The purpose of this study is to make it easier for map readers to distinguish each region on a map of East Kalimantan Province. This study implements graph coloring using the Welch-Powell algorithm method which colors the graph based on the highest degree of the end point. This study resulted in graph coloring on the East Kalimantan map obtaining a chromatic number X(G) = 3 in red for the Kutai Kartanegara, Paser, and Berau regions, then blue for the North Penajam Paser, Mahakam Ulu, Botang, and Samarinda regions, and the color green for West Kutai, East Kutai and Balikpapan.

Abstract

The Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) is a contagious virus that weakens the immune system of infected individuals, making them more susceptible to various diseases. These individuals are referred to as those exposed to the AIDS disease, which unfortunately, cannot be cured. To effectively manage AIDS, prevention is crucial in slowing down the spread and growth of the HIV virus. Mathematical modeling can play a significant role in the optimal control of AIDS. In this study, the , , , , model with three different optimal controls were employed. Optimal control involves public health education campaigns, screening, and treatment. The goal is to minimize the number of individuals infected with HIV/AIDS using Pontryagin's Maximum Principle. This principle considers various factors, such as population class coefficients, cost weights, and control variables to determine the most effective approach. The simulation results indicate that counseling control in the exposed population class ( ) yields better outcomes compared to counseling control in the susceptible class and treatment control in the HIV-infected population class. This implies that focusing on educating and counseling individuals who are exposed to HIV can be more efficient in AIDS control than targeting those already infected or at risk. By applying these optimal control strategies, it may be possible to mitigate the impact of HIV/AIDS and improve public health outcomes.

Abstract

Pemerintah Indonesia menggunakan Nilai Ujian Nasional (NUN) digunakan sebagai standar nasional untuk mengukur keberhasilan siswa. Dengan menggunakan NUN sebagai parameter untuk mengukur tingkat keberhasilan siswa akan ada resiko yang sangat besar jika siswa gagal dalam menjalani Ujian Nasional (UN), oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sebuah model untuk melakukan prediksi terhadap NUN siswa sehingga dapat dilakukan usaha pencegahan terhadap gagalnya siswa dalam UN. Pada paper ini diusulkan sebuah metode untuk melakukan prediksi terhadap NUN siswa dengan menggunakan neuro fuzzy. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah nilai rapor siswa, dan nilai IQ siswa. Pada penelitian ini digunakan tiga mata pelajaran sebagai subjek penelitian yaitu Matematika, Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris.Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa metode neuro fuzzy dengan menggunakan data nilai dan data IQmemberikan akurasi prediksi terbaik pada mata pelajaran matematika sebesar 74%.

Abstract

Every human being has the right to use clean water which is the most important resource for daily needs. The author wants to predict PDAM water distribution using the backpropagation neural network method, so that it can help PDAM Tirta Dharma Pasuruan city to find out the estimated water distributed to customers for the next period. This research was conducted using water distribution data obtained directly from PDAM Pasuruan City from January 2019 to December 2021. The architectures used in this study are 4-2-1, 4-4-1, and 4-8-1, with architectures the best is 4-2-1, which has an accuracy rate of 100%, a learning rate of 0.1, a target error of 0.001, and a maximum epoch of 1000. The number of predictions for the distribution of water in PDAM Tirta Dharma, Pasuruan City in 2022 was 6,829,056, in 2023 there were 6,865. 358, in 2024 there will be 6,867,817, and in 2025 there will be 6,868,785.

Abstract

Coronary Artery Disease (CAD) merupakan kondisi ketika arteri coroner mengalami penyempitan atau penyumbatan yang dapat menjadi pemicu penyakit kardiovaskular dan berujung pada kematian. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya penanganan yang tepat oleh tenaga medis yang diawali dengan proses diagnosis CAD untuk menilai kesehatan dan kondisi arteri. Diagnosis CAD dapat dilakukan berdasarkan klasifikasi menggunakan metode Recurrent Neural Network (RNN). RNN memiliki kemampuan untuk mempertahankan dan menggunakan informasi sebelumnya dalam pengambilan keputusan. Pada penelitian ini terdapat 30 fitur sehingga dilakukan reduksi fitur untuk meningkatkan kinerja model RNN. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk memperoleh model optimal dan mengetahui kefefektifan metode PCA dan ReliefF untuk reduksi fitur pada sistem klasifikasi. Uji coba dilakukan dengan uji coba pembagian data, learning rate, dan node hidden. Model optimum diperoleh pada k-fold 10, node hidden 200, dan learning rate 0.01 pada penggunaan metode ReliefF dengan fitur yang relevan sebanyak 26 diperoleh akurasi 88.42%, sensitivitas 90.82%, dan spesifisitas 86.09%.
