Abstract

This research background was the low performance of employees at the Office of Public Works and Spatial Planning of Sikka Regency, this condition occurs even though they have received adequate support. This research aimed to: (1) determine the description of Employee Performance, Leardership, and Work Motivation; (2) analyze the influence of Leadership and Work Motivation on Employee Performance both partially and simultaneously. The population in this research was 75 employee of the Office of Public Works and Spatial Planning of Sikka Regency. Because the population is limited, this research was conducted by census or saturadet sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive methods and inferential statistics, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was carried out through the F-test and t-test. The descriptive analysis revealed that the Employee Performance variable met the criteria for being very good, the Leadership variable met the criteria for being good, and the Work Motivation variable also met the criteria for being good. The t-test results indicated that the Leadership variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, and similarly, the Work Motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. The F-test results showed that both the Leadership and Work Motivation variables have a significant combined effect on Employee Performance. Additionally, the determination analysis demonstrated that the two independent variables in this research can account for 36.8% of the variation in the rise and fall of Employee Performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Service of Sikka Regency.

Abstract

This study aimed to (1) describe Employee Performance, Transformational Leadership Style, and Work Ethic; (2) analyze the influence of Transformational Leadership Style and Work Ethic on Employee Performance, both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study consisted of 45 employees of CV Raja Jaya Motor Maumere. Using Slovin's formula, the sample for this research included 30 employees. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive methods and inferential statistics, specifically multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was c onducted using the F-test and t-test. The descriptive analysis results showed that the Employee Performance variable was categorized as good, the Transformational Leadership Style variable was also categorized as good, and the Work Ethic variable was categorized as good. The t-test results indicated that, partially, the Transformational Leadership Style variable had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Additionally, the Teamwork variable also had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. The F-test results showed that, simultaneously, the Transformational Leadership Style and Teamwork variables significantly influenced Employee Performance. The determination analysis revealed that the two independent variables in this study were able to explain 37.2% of the variation in Employee Performance at CV Raja Jaya Motor Maumere.

Abstract

Bea Perolehan Hk Atas Tanah dan Bangunan (BPHTB) is one of the main sources of Regional Original Income (PAD) which is managed by the Sikka Regency Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda). This research aims to analyze the optimization of BPHTB acceptance. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation studies. The research results show that the optimization efforts carried out, such as collaboration with notaries/PPATs, the use of technology through the "V-TAX" application, as well as increasing data monitoring and validation, have had a positive impact on BPHTB revenues. However, the main challenges still lie in the low awareness of taxpayers, administrative obstacles, and fluctuations in reported transaction values. Therefore, the recommended strategy includes intensive education for the community, improving facilities and infrastructure, as well as strengthening coordination with related agencies to increase tax compliance and the effectiveness of BPHTB collection.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui gambaran DER, CR dan ROA; (2) menganalisis pengaruh terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitaif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan Kosmetik yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel yang digunakan adalah laporan keuangan perusahaan kosmetik periode 2017-2021, dengan metode purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif, statistik inferensial, regresi linear berganda. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan melalui uji F dan Uji t. Hasil analisis deskriptif : 1) DER memperoleh rata-rata sebesar 98,05% dari total aktiva; 2) CR menunjukkan bahwa setiap Rp 1 kewajiban lancar dapat dipenuhi dengan Rp 4,96308 penjualan; 3) ROA menunjukkan bahwa setiap Rp 1 aset perusahaan dapat menghasilkan Rp 13,91178 penjualan. Hasil statistik uji t menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Variabel DER tidak berpengaruh secara tidak signifikan terhadap variabel pertumbuhan laba, variabel CR tidak berpengaruh secara tidak signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan laba, selanjutnya ROA berpengaruh secara tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Hasil statistik uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan semua variabel bebas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan laba. Hasil analisis determinasi ketiga variabel bebas menjelaskan terhadap variasi naik turunnya pertumbuhan laba perusahaan kosmetik sebesar 11,7%.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah mengenai gaya kepemimpinan kepala Puskesemas Bola dan motivasi kerja para tenaga medis di Puskesmas tersebut dalam menjalankan tugas pelayanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, menganalisis model kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja tenaga medis Puskesmas Bola Kabupaten Sikka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui proses wawancara. Dengan menggunakan rujukan Esterberg dalam Sugiyono maka narasumber dalam penelitian ini adalah 4 orang. Proses pengumpulan data selanjutnya adalah studi pustaka, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kualitatif. Hasil analisis penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pemimpin Puskesmas Bola adalah pemimpin yang lebih cenderung bersifat demokratis dalam menjalankan tugasnya, mampu mengambil keputusan dengan melibatkan semua unsur-unsur di Puskesmas Bola, mampu memotivasi bawahannya agar bekerja sesuai dengan tujuan yang ingin dicapai, mempunyai komunikasi yang baik dan efektif terhadap bawahan, mampu mengendalikan bawahan, mampu mengendalikan emosi sebagai seorang pimpinan. Sedangkan motivasi kerja tenaga medis di Puskesmas Bola dipengaruhi oleh beberapa hal yaitu motivasi tanggung jawab untuk melayani masyarakat, motivasi prestasi kerja dalam menjalankan tugasnya, motivasi pengakuan atas kinerja, dan pimpinan Puskesmas maupun tenaga medis lainnya mempunyai motivasi keinginan menguasai lebih tinggi pekerjaan walaupun banyak tantangan yang dihadapi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui gambaran kinerja pegawai, Etos Kerja dan Iklim Organisasi; (2) menganalisis pengaruh Etos kerja dan Iklim Organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Kantor Badan Perencanaan, Penelitian dan Pengembangan Kabupaten Sikka, berjumlah 56 orang. Karena populasinya terbatas, maka penelitian ini dilakukan secara sensus atau sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner dan dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif dan statistik inferensial yaitu regresi linier berganda. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan melalui uji F dan uji t. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukan bahwa variabel kinerja pegawai, Etos Kerja dan Iklim Organisasi dikategorikan baik. Hasil statistik uji t menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Etos Kerja dan Iklim Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil statistik uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel Etos Kerja dan Iklim Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,408 yang berarti bahwa kontribusi variabel etos kerja dan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 16,7% pada kantor badan perencanaan, penelitian dan pengembangan kabupaten sikka.

Abstract

The research background was the pre-survey results which showed that the employees performance at Pintu Air Credit Union of Maumere Branch had not been optimal. This study aimed to (1) determine the description of employee performance, workload, and quality work of life and (2) to determine the influence of workload, and quality work of life on employee performance both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study was employees Pintu Air Credit Union of Maumere Branch, totaling 30 people. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive methods and inferential statistics i.e. multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was done through F test and t-test. The descriptive analysis revealed the variables of employee performance, workload, and quality of work life were in the good category. The statistical results of the t-test showed that partially, the Workload variable had a significant negative influence on employee performance while the Quality of Work Life had a significant positive infuence on employee performance. The statistical results of the F test showed that simultaneously, the variables of Workload and Quality of Work Life had a significant influence on employee perfomance. The results of the determination analysis showed that the two independent variables in this study were able to explain the fluctuation of employee performance at the Pintu Air Credit Union of Maumere Branch by 17.567%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui gambaran Keputusan Pembelian, Kualitas Produk, Harga, dan Promosi; (2) menganalisis pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Harga dan Promosi terhadap Keputusan Pembelian baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat di kota Maumere. Karena populasinya tidak terbatas, maka dilakukan pengambilan sampel sebanyak 76 orang. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner dan dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif dan statistik inferensial yaitu regresi linier berganda. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan melalui uji F dan Uji t. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukan bahwa variabel Keputusan Pembelian berada dalam kriteria baik, variabel Kualitas Produk berada dalam kriteria baik, selanjutnya variabel Harga berada dalam kriteria baik dan variabel Promosi berada dalam kriteria baik. Hasil statistik uji t menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Kualitas Produk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Selanjutnya variabel Harga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, elanjutnya variabel Promosi berpengaruh seara signifikan terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian. Hasil statistik uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel Kualitas Produk, Harga dan Promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil analisis determinasi menujukan ketiga variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini mampu menjelaskan terhadap variasi naik turunnya Keputusan Pembelian Cho-sik di Kabupaten Sikka sebesar 44,4%.

Abstract

The background of this which was attributed to issues rela not aligning with existing regulations. This study aimed to (1) describe employee performance, training effectiveness, and work discipline, and (2) analyze the influence of training effectiveness and work discipline on employee performance both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study consisted of 40 employees at the Class B Search and Rescue Office, Sikka Regency. Using the Slovin formula, the sample size was determined to be 40 employees. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical methods, specifically multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was conducted through the F-test and t-test. Descriptive analysis results showed that the employce performance variable was classified as good, the training effectiveness variable was classified as good, and the work discipline variable was also classified as good. The results of the t-test indicated that, partially, the training effectiveness variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Similarly, the work discipline variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the F-test showed that, simultaneously, the training effectiveness and work discipline variables had a significant effect on employee performance. The determination analysis indicated that the two independent variables in this study explained 37.6% of the variation in employee performance at the Class B Search and Rescue Office, Maumere, Sikka Rege

Abstract

The population in this study were Suru Pudi Koting Credit Union's employees, totaling 30 people. Due to limited population, this research was conducted through census or saturated sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive methods and inferential statistics, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing is done through the F test and t test. The descriptive analysis showed that the variables of employee performance, leadership style, and work ethic were categorized as good. The results of the t-test statistics showed that partially, the leadership style and work ethic had a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The results of the F test statistics revealed that simultaneously, all independent variables had a significant influence on employee performance. The results of the determination analysis showed that the two independent variables in this study were able to explain the fluctuation of employee performance of the Suru Pudi Koting Credit Union as many as 912.7%.
