Abstract

Dalam era digital, e-commerce telah menjadi solusi utama bagi pedagang buah-buahan untuk menjangkau konsumen secara luas. Platform seperti Wix Builder memudahkan pembangunan dan pengelolaan toko online tanpa keterampilan pemrograman yang rumit. Dengan fitur-fitur intuitif dan responsif, termasuk integrasi pembayaran yang aman dan analitika kinerja, Wix Builder memberikan solusi efektif bagi pedagang buah-buahan dalam memasuki pasar e-commerce. Pedagang dapat menampilkan produk, memberikan informasi harga dan kualitas, serta meningkatkan keterlibatan konsumen dengan fitur personalisasi dan promosi. Toko Buah Safar, misalnya, menghadapi berbagai masalah, termasuk keterbatasan jangkauan, visibilitas, waktu operasional, dan hubungan pelanggan yang kurang efisien. Namun, dengan adopsi e-commerce melalui Wix Builder, toko buah dapat mengatasi masalah ini dengan memperluas jangkauan pasar, meningkatkan visibilitas, memperpanjang jam operasional, dan memperkuat hubungan dengan pelanggan. Alur penelitian dari requirements, design and build, testing, evaluation, hingga implementation. Adapun menu dan fitur yang dihasilkan yaitu Menu Beranda, Belanja, Tentang, Kontak, terdapat pula fitur Cart, fitur Pencarian, serta fitur Chat. Hal ini memberikan landasan yang kuat untuk kesuksesan implementasi e-commerce, yang diuji menggunakan metode Blackbox sebelum diluncurkan.

Abstract

The indigenous people of Papua consist of various tribes and have several different tribes, one tribe which is a traditional Papuan society called Noken. Mr. Meki Murpa is one of the craftsmen and noken sellers located at F. Kalasuat street, Sorong City, West Papua. The problem issued by the noken seller Mr. Meki Murpa is to determine the optimal amount of production of noken sales, so that the maximum sales profit is obtained. This problem can be solved by using the Simplex Method which is one part of the Program. POM-QM software for Windows to be more efficient in the calculation process. The results of the application of this method are to help noki sellers of Mr. Meki Murpa in making decisions, determine the amount of production and calculate the profit of the sale of noken in a period of one week accurately.

Abstract

Dani Bakery factory is a factory that is engaged in non-service business, which is located at Aimas Unit 1, Sorong Regency, West Papua Province. In the midst of increasingly fierce and difficult business competition, especially when hit by the current pandemic conditions, it causes problems in determining the amount of production for a month in order to maximize profits. This study aims to solve these problems using a Linear Program, and to be more effective and efficient, Information Technology in the form of POM-QM software is used. The methods used for data collection were observation and interviews, while for data analysis using the simplex method and POM-QM software. The result is that the Dani Bakery factory gets a profit of 200,000,000 IDR per bread production every month, from which this result can be used as a reference in making decisions.

Abstract

The Rufei modern market in Sorong City was built to accommodate street vendors but still faces challenges such as low customer traffic and inadequate infrastructure. One affected trader is Kios Rizki, which struggles to maximize profits. To address this issue, the Simplex method is applied as a linear programming approach to find the optimal solution for profit maximization. This method enables iterative calculations to determine the best combination of decision variables. Additionally, POM-QM for Windows, a technology-based software, is used to enhance calculation accuracy and efficiency. The integration of quantitative methods with computational tools demonstrates how technology improves business decision-making. The results of manual calculations using the Simplex method and POM-QM for Windows show that Kios Rizki’s optimal profit is Rp 1,000,000 (one million rupiahs). Thus, implementing the Simplex method with information technology provides a strategic solution for increasing profitability in modern markets and highlights the role of technology in optimizing small businesses.

Abstract

Kios Rizki merupakan salah satu usaha yang didirikan oleh Saudari Dita pada bulan November 2023. Kios ini beroperasi di lantai satu bangungan Pasar Modern Rufei. Selama kurang lebih 2 tahun beroperasi di pasar ini, Kios Rizky mengalami kendala penurunan keuntungan yang disebabkan oleh jumlah pelanggan yang sangat minim. Hal ini menjadi penghambat utama dalam operasional usaha. Optimalisasi sangat penting dilakukan untuk memaksimalkan keuntungan melihat situasi yang dialami. Optimalisasi dapat dilakukan dengan menerapkan salah satu metode Program Linier (PL) yaitu Simpleks dan perangkat lunak POM-QM for Windows. Adapun tahapan optimalisasi dimulai dari observasi, merumuskan solusi, pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Kegiatan ini mampu memberikan dampak positif bagi mitra, bukan hanya mengatasi kendala yang ada tetapi memberikan nilai plus dalam hal peningkatan pemahaman mitra. Peningkatan pemahaman mitra menjadi gambaran suksesnya kegiatan ini. Dimana rata-rata tingkat pemahaman mitra meningkat secara signifikan dari 30% menjadi 94%.

Abstract

The advancement of communication technology has significantly influenced the operational dynamics of postal delivery services, including those at the Aimas Postal Branch Office (KCP Aimas) in Sorong Regency, Southwest Papua. One of the main challenges faced is the assignment problem in allocating employees for package delivery, particularly the imbalance between the number of workers and the volume of tasks. This study aims to optimize task allocation using the Hungarian Method, a linear programming approach specifically designed to solve assignment problems. The data collected include employee names, delivery destinations, and estimated travel times. The analysis involved constructing a mathematical model of the assignment problem and solving it using the Hungarian Method, supported by the POM-QM software. The findings show that the optimal total delivery time is 155 minutes, with an efficient distribution of tasks: Alexander is assigned to housing units 1–3 (40 minutes), I Gede to route Km. 24–26 (65 minutes), and Aristoteles to the Mariat Pantai–Tugu Merah area (50 minutes). These results indicate that the application of the Hungarian Method, supported by POM-QM software, not only accelerates the calculation process but also enhances the accuracy of workload distribution. Overall, this approach contributes significantly to operational efficiency and the improvement of employee productivity.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam proses penugasan karyawan pengantar paket di Kantor Cabang Pos (KCP) Aimas, Papua Barat Daya, menjadi isu utama dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini. Fokus kegiatan adalah mengatasi ketidakefisienan waktu pengantaran akibat pembagian tugas yang tidak optimal. Tujuan pengabdian adalah meningkatkan efektivitas penugasan kerja dengan menerapkan metode Hungarian berbasis optimasi matematis. Tahapan kegiatan meliputi identifikasi dan analisis masalah, sosialisasi solusi, pelatihan metode dan software POM-QM, implementasi penugasan, serta evaluasi hasil. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan adanya penurunan waktu rata-rata pengantaran paket dan peningkatan efisiensi kerja karyawan secara signifikan. Selain itu, mitra memperoleh pengetahuan baru dalam pemanfaatan teknologi untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan operasional. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa pendekatan ilmiah yang didukung teknologi dapat menjadi solusi efektif dalam peningkatan kualitas layanan publik.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membantu Bidadari Fashion, sebuah usaha mikro di bidang pakaian wanita, dalam mengatasi keterbatasan promosi dan penjualan yang masih bersifat konvensional. Melalui pendekatan berbasis teknologi informasi, tim pengabdian memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam pembuatan website menggunakan platform Wix. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa mitra mampu mengelola website secara mandiri, dan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam jangkauan pasar serta jumlah interaksi pelanggan setelah website diluncurkan. Digitalisasi ini tidak hanya memberikan solusi praktis terhadap penurunan penjualan, tetapi juga mendorong kemandirian digital mitra dalam menghadapi tantangan bisnis era digital. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa teknologi yang tepat guna dapat memperkuat daya saing UMKM secara nyata dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

An imbalance in task assignments within a business unit can decrease efficiency and extend job completion time. To address this issue, an optimization approach is required to allocate tasks effectively and minimize total working time. This study analyzes the application of the Hungarian Method to optimize employee assignments at Konter Bintang Sorong, aiming to achieve the most efficient mobile phone repair time. A quantitative approach was employed using the Hungarian algorithm implemented through POM-QM for Windows version 5. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation related to repair durations for each task type. The findings show that the Hungarian Method produced the most efficient task allocation: employee Willi repaired connectors in 25 minutes, Aksa handled software issues in 60 minutes, and Fadli repaired LCD components in 10 minutes. These results indicate that the Hungarian Method effectively reduces average repair time and increases the number of devices serviced within a given period. Thus, it serves as an effective optimization tool for improving task distribution, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstrak Bisnis saat ini mulai bersaing secara global untuk dapat memuaskan pelanggan, sehingga perusahaan membutuhkan akses informasi yang cepat dan akurat. Agar dapat mengakses informasi secara cepat, perusahaan perlu membangun infrastruktur Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) yang memerlukan modal besar, di sisi lain cloud computing hadir sebagai salah satu solusi alternatif. Layanan yang disediakan oleh cloud computing, diantaranya  hardware, infrastruktur, platform, dan aplikasi. Cloud computing sangat bermanfaat, karena dapat mengurangi biaya komputasi, meningkatkan kehandalan serta memberikan peluang yang cukup besar bagi dunia industri TIK. Salah satu perusahaan yang menyediakan jasa layanan cloud computing adalah SalesForce.  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memberikan kajian tentang manfaat penerapan SalesForce App Cloud bagi perusahaan untuk meningkatkan daya saing usaha yang begitu ketat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur, yang diawali dengan identifikasi masalah sampai analisis dan pembahasan yang berkaitan dengan SalesForce App Cloud, dimana hasil dari penelitian ini adalah SalesForce App Cloud dapat membuat model bisnis lebih fleksibel, lebih cepat mengetahui kebutuhan pasar dan konsumen. Kata kunci: TIK, Cloud Computing, SalesForce App CloudAbstract Businesses are now beginning to compete globally to be able to satisfy customers, so companies need access to information quickly and accurately. In order to access information quickly, companies need to build an Information and Communication Technology (ICT) infrastructure that requires large capital, on the other hand cloud computing comes as one alternative solution. Services provided by cloud computing, including hardware, infrastructure, platforms and applications. Cloud computing is very useful, because it can reduce the cost of computing, improve reliability and provide a big enough opportunity for the ICT industry. One of the companies that provide cloud computing services is SalesForce. The purpose of this study is to provide a study of the benefits of applying SalesForce App Cloud for the company to improve business competitiveness is so tight.
