Abstract

Covid-19, which has attacked since 2019 until now, has reduced productivity. This makes the community uneasy, especially for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). Many SMEs have been forced to close their business activities due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Various things have been attempted by relevant stakeholders so that SMEs continue to operate and develop despite being hit by the Covid-19 pandemic. This condition forces SMEs to adapt. Mr. Saleh Safar is one of the UKM players who trades at Remu Market, Sorong City, Southwest Papua Province. His merchandise is in the form of food, namely patatas. UKM owned by Mr. Saleh Safar has been operating since 1998 until now. During the pandemic there was a decrease in purchasing power which caused Mr. Saleh Safar to not know exactly how much optimal profit he would get from selling patatas. Seeing a situation like this, steps are needed to optimize sales. For this reason, the Community Service Team (PkM) at Victory Sorong University offers a POM-QM Application Application Training program for Optimizing Petatas Sales Results with the following stages of identifying problems, selecting problem-solving models, collecting data, processing data, implementing models, and evaluating results. This can help SMEs to innovate and maintain business activities, especially SMEs owned by Mr. Saleh Safar.

Abstract

Es kelapa muda menjadi salah satu peluang usaha bagi kalangan menengah, namun keterbatasan sumber daya menjadi salah satu kesulitan yang dihadapi. Banyak usaha penjualan es kelapa muda yang ingin memaksimalkan keuntungan dari penjualan es kelapa muda. Masalah ini dapat diselesaikan dengan perhitungan menggunakan metode simpleks dan juga software POM-QM, karena dapat menjadi acuan bagi pelaku usaha penjual es kelapa muda dalam pengambilan keputusan. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan, maka hasil keuntungan maksimum dari produksi es kelapa muda untuk setiap harinya yaitu sebesar Rp.171.171,-. Coconut ice is one of the business opportunities for the middle class, but limited resources are one of the difficulties encountered. Many businesses selling coconut ice who want to maximize profits from the sale of coconut ice. This problem can be solved by calculation using the simplex method and also POM-QM software, because it can be a reference for businesses coconut ice seller in decision making. Based on calculations, the results of the maximum profit from the production of coconut ice on a daily basis in the amount IDR 171.171, -.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Banyak masyarakat Kota Sorong yang menjual buah pinang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup, salah satunya yaitu Mama Desi. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh penjual pinang Mama Desi adalah bagaimana menentukan jumlah penjualan yang optimum, sehingga diperoleh keuntungan penjualan yang maksimum. Masalah ini dapat diselesaikan dengan menggunakan Metode Simpleks yang merupakan salah satu bagian dari Program Linier dengan tujuan membantu Mama Desi dalam pengambilan keputusan serta meningkatkan keuntungan penjualan buah pinang. Hasil perhitungan penjualan buah pinang ini, keuntungan maksimum yang dapat diperoleh adalah senilai Rp 1.500.000 setiap bulan.ABSTRACTMany people in Sorong City sell Pinang fruit to fulfill their daily needs; one of them is Mama Desi. The problem faced by the seller of Pinang Mama Desi is how to determine the optimum number of sales so that the maximum sales profit obtained. This problem can solve by using the Simplex Method, which is one part of a linear program to help Mama Desi in making decisions and increasing profits from selling Pinang fruit. Results of calculating the sale of Pinang fruit, the maximum benefit that can obtain is IDR 1,500,000 every month.

Abstract

King's Distro is a business that operates in the field of selling outfits. In order to continue to develop its business, and maintain its position, especially from business competitors. Innovations to support sales activities must continue to be improved in an effort to increase sales value. One innovation that can be carried out in sales is the existence of a website-based sales information system. The conventional system that was previously running had several obstacles, such as sales which were still centered on certain locations, making it difficult to expand the market reach for sales. The aim of the research is to design and build a website-based sales information system, because this system expands market reach which indirectly increases the number of customers and improves performance. Adobe Dreamweaver CS6, XAMPP and the Mozilla Firefox browser are the tools used in this research. For system development using the Waterfall method. The result is that using a website can make it easier for customers to order or purchase goods because it is more efficient in terms of time and distance. Management of goods sales becomes more accurate and precise because of the computerized system that uses a database as a data storage medium.

Abstract

Pengembangan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) terus bergerak maju seiring dengan evolusi teknologi digital, dengan pengembangan website menjadi salah satu aspek utamanya. Dengan adopsi yang semakin meluas dari berbagai industri dan organisasi, pengembangan website menjadi kunci untuk memperluas jangkauan dan meningkatkan keterlibatan pengguna. Lebih dari sekadar alat penyajian informasi, website saat ini telah menjadi platform komprehensif untuk berbagai kegiatan seperti e-commerce, pendidikan online, layanan kesehatan, dan banyak lagi. Pengembangan TIK tidak hanya terbatas pada website saja, tetapi juga melibatkan pengembangan aplikasi, sistem manajemen basis data, serta integrasi teknologi untuk memfasilitasi proses bisnis yang lebih efisien. Wix Builder, sebagai platform pembuatan website yang intuitif dan berbasis cloud, menonjol sebagai solusi lengkap dan mudah digunakan bagi individu dan bisnis kecil yang ingin menciptakan situs web profesional. Dengan fitur-fitur seperti template responsif, integrasi e-commerce, dan alat SEO, Wix Builder memberikan solusi yang sederhana namun efektif bagi UMKM untuk bersaing dalam pasar digital dengan daya saing yang lebih besar. Keripik Kartika, sebuah UMKM di sektor penjualan makanan ringan, menghadapi tantangan dalam promosi produk akibat keterbatasan sumber daya dan pengetahuan tentang strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Memanfaatkan platform seperti Wix Builder dalam membangun website menjadi solusi yang efektif bagi UMKM untuk mengatasi masalah ini dan meningkatkan penjualan online mereka. Pengumpulan kebutuhan, membangun sistem, menguji sistem, evaluasi sistem, hingga penggunaan sistem merupakan metode penelitian yang diguanakan sehingga menghasilkan sistem dengan beberapa menu yaitu  UTAMA, BELANJA, TENTANG, dan KONTAK.

Abstract

Nadhifa Shop, yang didirikan pada tahun 2017 oleh Ibu Dita Artanti Willa, awalnya merupakan bisnis kecil yang berfokus pada penjualan produk kecantikan. Seiring berkembangnya tren belanja online, toko ini mulai menjual berbagai produk tambahan seperti pakaian dan perabotan rumah tangga. Namun, Nadhifa Shop menghadapi tantangan dalam promosi produk dan memperluas jangkauan pasar. Untuk mengatasi ini, diusulkan pembangunan website berbasis platform Wix menggunakan metode pengembangan Prototype dengan 6 tahapan yaitu requirements gathering, quick design, build prototype, user evaluation, refining prototype, hingga implementation/final product untuk menyempurnakan prototipe yang dihasilkan. Website ini memiliki beberapa menu yaitu Beranda, Tentang, Kontak, dan Toko serta beberapa fitur lainnya yang dapat memperluas jangkauan pasar, meningkatkan visibilitas, dan pada akhirnya, mendorong pertumbuhan bisnisnya.

Abstract

The Community Service Program conducted for Nadhifa Shop, a small business facing challenges in promoting its products due to the underutilization of digital media, especially a website. The goal of this program is to assist Nadhifa Shop in expanding its market reach through the creation and management of a website using Wix Builder. The methods employed include direct training (workshop) on how to create and manage a website, personal mentoring to help the partner overcome technical issues, and simulations and case studies to optimize the website's utilization for their business. The results of the program show that Nadhifa Shop successfully built a website equipped with Home, About, Contact, and Shop menus, along with a real-time chat feature for interacting directly with customers. The partner expressed satisfaction with the results, as the website not only simplifies product management but also helps enhance customer interaction and broaden market reach. Therefore, digital management through a website has proven to be an effective solution for Nadhifa Shop's business growth in the digital era.

Abstract

Safar Store faces problems in the form of a lack of buyers due to increasing competition, limited marketing innovation, and less than optimal use of technology. To address these issues, the Community Service Program aimed to help Toko Safar increase its customer base through the use of e-commerce and digital marketing. The program employed various educational methods, including interactive workshops on website development using Wix Builder, digital marketing training, online order management education, and the introduction of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategies. The results showed that Toko Safar successfully established a functional e-commerce website with features such as a homepage, shop, cart, contact, search, and chat, which streamlined operations and enhanced customer experience. Additionally, the digital marketing training helped improve the store's online visibility and product promotion. The business owner expressed high satisfaction with the website implementation and the ongoing guidance provided. Overall, this program successfully delivered a long-term solution to improve Toko Safar’s competitiveness through digital innovation.

Abstract

Malasigit Village is improving in terms of development and community services. The dissemination of information is still a significant problem; the information provided sometimes needs to reach the community. For example, health services related to the village community still need to be more efficient because sometimes the information provided by the assistant health center regarding health checks does not reach the village community. Another problem is related to the community's agricultural products; the condition that occurs is that agricultural products must be taken to be sold to the city, which is ± 30 km away and the understanding of village officials in the IT field, namely the use of computer devices and their applications. For this reason, village development is needed through IT, in this case, a website-based village information system to help village officials deliver transparent and efficient village information, providing service facilities/containers for farmers to promote their agricultural products to improve community services. This study uses the Waterfall method, website modelling using case diagrams and activity diagrams, which produce a home menu, profile, structure, facilities, news, information, gallery and contact.

Abstract

UMKM milik Ibu Sara Rumbino yang bergerak dalam penjualan aksesoris khas Papua mengalami tantangan dalam meningkatkan daya saing akibat bertambahnya pesaing, keterbatasan promosi, dan jangkauan pasar yang sempit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi melalui pembuatan website berbasis Wix sebagai media promosi dan penjualan online. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan website adalah metode Waterfall, yang meliputi tahap Requirement Analysis, System Design, Implementation, Testing, Deployment, dan Maintenance. Alat yang digunakan untuk membangun website ini adalah platform Wix Builder, yang dipilih karena kemudahan penggunaannya bagi pelaku UMKM tanpa latar belakang teknis. Pengujian website dilakukan menggunakan metode Black Box Testing untuk memastikan fungsi-fungsi penting seperti menu Home, Shop, About, Contact, fitur Search, Quick View, Cart, View Cart, dan Chat berjalan dengan baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa website berbasis Wix ini mampu meningkatkan visibilitas dan memperluas jangkauan pasar UMKM, sehingga dapat mendukung pertumbuhan usaha dan memperkuat daya saing aksesoris khas Papua di pasar yang lebih luas.
