Tela stone is a building material that is needed, especially in various regions of Indonesia which are currently under construction, especially in Sorong City, West Papua Province. XYZ tela stone maker located in Jalan Srikandi Kilometer 12 Sorong City, is one of the business of tela stone makers who strive to survive and continue to develop production. To maintain the availability of production results need to take steps to maximize profits. The simplex method is the method used in this study as well as the POM-QM for Windows tool to estimate the maximum profit gained from each production made in one month quickly and accurately, so that it has an accurate calculation estimate. The result of calculation of maximum profit in one month is IDR 6,000,000

Pembuatan sistem informasi E-Arsip pada PT Haleyora Powerindo Cabang Sorong ini diupayakan untuk kesempurnaan dalam penyelenggaraan kearsipan yang selama ini belum bersifat terpadu, dan seringkali pengelolaan dokumen-dokumen masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga membuat pekerjaan menjadi tidak efektif dan efisien ketika dihadapkan pada kebutuhan informasi yang cepat. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi pustaka. Berdasarkan tinjauan teori, analisis serta implementasi pemograman yang digunakan dengan bahasa pemgoraman PHP dengan editor Adobe Dreamweaver CS6, Adobe Photoshop CS6 sebagai desain kerangka sistem dan database menggunakan XAMPP, serta Mozilla Firefox sebagai browser, sehingga menghasilkan progam e-arsip yang berbasiskan web, dan dapat digunakan secara langsung pada PT Haleyora Powerindo Cabang Sorong yang dapat membantu proses penyelenggara kearsipan yang sesuai dengan prinsip. Sehingga nantinya dalam proses pencarian data dan informasi arsip menjadi lebih mudah, dan lebih akurat.

Roti abon gulung merupakan contoh dari beberapa produk kuliner asli asal Timur Indonesia khususnya di wilayah Papua Barat. Produk ini juga dapat di jadikan buah tangan para wisatawan yang berkunjung di Papua Barat dan tidak menutup kemungkinan bisa di beli untuk di konsumsi sehari-hari entah itu sarapan, makan siang, makan malam, ataupun di jadikan snack. Tujuan mendirikan usaha tersebut agar menjaga nilai-nilai budaya di wilayah tersebut dan meningkatkan perekonomian daerah, oleh sebab itu di perlukan teknik atau metode dalam menentukan kenuntungan maksimal. Metode simpleks merupakan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini serta memanfaatkan teknologi informasi yaitu penggunaan tools POM-QM untuk menghitung perkiraan keuntungan biaya penjualan serta pengiriman produk tersebut.

The development of Information Technology (IT) currently has an impact on various aspects of life, without exception on the business processes carried out by the company. Companies tend to use IT to improve efficiency with the aim of boosting revenue and improving performance. Utilization of IT has become a very important thing in business processes. This phenomenon affects the behavior and needs of all parties related to the company, either directly or indirectly, including internal auditors and external auditors. One of the most influential impacts on the audit process is the shift from traditional task-based audits to risk-based IT audits. The challenge faced by the auditor in the current condition is how the auditor can conduct an audit effectively and appropriately. The goal is for auditors to know and be able to develop new strategies for conducting audits in the IT environment. Furthermore, a literature study was conducted to identify and analyze problems so as to produce information about IT and auditing, risk and security, auditors in IT governance, IT audit processes, IT audit techniques and strategies for auditors to be able to play a role with the right portion. ABSTRAK Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi (TI) saat ini sangat berdampak pada berbagai aspek kehidupan, tanpa kecuali pada proses bisnis yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan. Perusahaan cenderung memanfaatkan TI untuk meningkatkan efisiensi yang bertujuan mendongkrak pendapatan dan memperbaiki kinerja. Pemanfaatan TI sudah menjadi hal yang sangat penting dalam proses bisnis. Fenomena tersebut mempengaruhi perilaku dan kebutuhan semua pihak yang berhubungan dengan perusahaan baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung, termasuk auditor internal maupun auditor eksternal. Salah satu dampak yang sangat berpengaruh pada proses audit adalah adanya pergeseran audit tradisional yang berbasis tugas menuju audit TI berbasis resiko. Tantangan yang dihadapi auditor pada kondisi saat ini adalah bagaimana auditor dapat melakukan audit dengan efektif dan tepat. Tujuannya adalah agar auditor mengetahui dan dapat menyusun strategi baru untuk melakukan audit dalam lingkungan TI. Selanjutnya, studi literatur dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis masalah sehingga menghasilkan informasi tentang TI dan audit, resiko dan keamanan, auditor dalam tata kelola TI, proses audit TI, teknik serta strategi audit TI kepada auditor agar dapat berperan dengan porsi yang tepat.

The Covid-19 pandemic is still hitting until now, this has caused unrest among the public, especially for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). Many SME players have also felt the impact of this situation, one of which is Mrs. Marthina, whose address is at Moyo kilometer 13, Sorong City, West Papua Province. The problem faced by Mrs. Martina is optimizing the existing resources so that she gets a profit in the midst of the pandemic situation so that her business can continue to operate. In such a situation, steps are needed to increase profits. These steps must use a technique or method so that they have estimates in a more accurate calculation. One method that can be used is the Simplex method, for that the Community Service (PkM) team at Victory Sorong University offers a resource optimization training program by utilizing the simplex method and IT in the form of POM-QM software for windows version 5.3. The main objective of this PKM program is to share knowledge to help SMEs to innovate and maintain business activities.

Mr. Meki Murpa is a craftsman as well as a Noken seller with his address at Jalan F. Kalasuat, Sorong City, West Papua. Noken made from Balam bark. This business experienced ups and downs in its journey, this was due to the lack of manpower, Balam wood raw materials and also the Covid-19 pandemic storm. One of the factors that makes it increasingly difficult to find skilled workers in the manufacture of Noken and Balam wood raw materials because Sorong City is starting to experience a shift towards modernization, so there is a lot of development that makes it difficult to get Balam wood. For this reason, the Community Service (PkM) team at Victory Sorong University offers an educational program, namely providing training on optimizing resources for making noken using the Linear Program (PL) and POM-QM software for windows version 5.3. This PkM activity has been successfully implemented, this can be clearly seen by the high enthusiasm of the participants, the increased level of understanding of partners, and a positive impact on all stakeholders involved. The success of this PkM activity is a motivation for the team to continue to do the same thing and even improve the performance of the PkM team.

Competition in the business world is now getting faster, coupled with the Covid-19 pandemic, making many small-scale businesses suffer losses and close their businesses. One of them is the business owned by Mr. Wartono which also experienced the same thing plus the problem related to determining the optimum sales production amount, so as to generate maximum sales profit. This problem can be solved using the simplex method which is one part of the Linear Program and utilizes information technology, namely POM-QM software for Windows V5. The purpose of using OT, especially the simplex method, is to assist in decision making. The results of this study provide optimal profits from the amount of sales production.

Es Teler and Es Pisang Ijo are Indonesian food products in the form of ice snacks which are widely consumed by the public. These snacks are usually sold on the roadside. Mr. Leman, is one of the small-scale business actors who sell Es Teler and Es Pisang Ijo in Sorong City, Southwest Papua, to make ends meet. The problem faced by Mr. Leman in selling Es products is how to determine the optimal amount of Es Teler and Es Pisang Ijo sales production, so that maximum sales profits are obtained. This problem can be solved using the Simplex Method which is a part of Linear Programming (PL) and utilizing Information Technology, namely the POM-QM for Windows software to make the calculation process efficient. The method used in data collection is by interview and observation. The results of the analysis show that manual calculations using the simplex method and PL applications using the POM-QM for Windows software in optimizing sales obtain the same maximum profit, IDR 566,667 per day's production.

Rumit serta memerlukan waktu yang lama untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan menggambarkan ulang lintasan dan sirkuit Euler tanpa melewati sisi yang telah digambar, merupakan permasalahan yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Hal ini dapat terselesaikan dengan mengimplementasikan algoritma Depth First Search (DFS) menjadi sebuah aplikasi. Teknik pencarian DFS berfungsi sebagai pencari solusi agar semua jalur yang terdapat dalam graf dapat dilalui satu kali dan khusus sirkuit Euler akan berakhir ke titik asal keberangkatan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan aplikasi mencari solusi penggambaran graf terhadap sirkuit dan lintasan Euler serta dapat mensimulasikan langkah-langkah penyelesaian yang telah diproses menggunakan algoritma DFS secara cepat dan efektif.

Sekolah Dasar Inpres 141 Matalamagi merupakan salah satu sekolah di kota Sorong yang berdiri sekitar tahun 1998. Sekolah ini terus berupaya meningkatkan infrastruktur, salah satunya dengan pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK). Penyebaran informasi yang dilakukan oleh pihak sekolah selama ini masih secara manual dimana berupa lisan dari mulut ke mulut, maupun tulisan seperti menempel pengumuman di papan pengumuman sekolah, brosur, maupun pemasangan spanduk. Hal tersebut dinilai kurang efektif karena informasi yang disampaikan tidak tersebar secara merata sehingga informasi seputar sekolah hanya diketahui oleh masyarakat sekitar yang mendengar informasi tersebut, maupun hanya diketahui oleh siswa-siswi. Oleh sebab itu, sekolah perlu memanfaatkan website untuk penyebaran informasi sekolah. Dari situasi yang ada tim PkM Universitas Victory melakukan pelatihan agar operator sekolah dapat bekerja lebih maksimal khususnya dalam hal mengoperasikan website sekolah. Pelatihan serta sosialisi tidak hanya dilakukan kepada operator sekolah tetapi juga stakeholder lainnya seperti siswa dan orangtua siswa yang akan menggunakan website untuk mengakses informasi sekolah. Serta menjelaskan dan memotivasi guru-guru SD Inpres 141 Matalamagi Kota Sorong untuk terus memanfaatakan TIK terlebih khusus website dalam kegiatan operasional sekolah. Hasilnya penyebaran informasi meningkat dari 68% menjadi 91% setelah menggunakan website.
