Abstract

The goal of this community service project is to strengthen UMKM's capacity to use digital marketing tactics, particularly social media, to boost sales. In the past, the traditional herbal medicine UMKM "Sari Minuman" lacked the knowledge and expertise to use digital platforms, which is the activity's aim. UMKM have gained expertise and experience in setting up business accounts, handling content, and utilizing digital marketing tools on Instagram and WhatsApp Business through the phases of observation, interviews, training, and hands-on support. The activity's outcomes demonstrated a notable rise in consumer interaction, market reach, and promotional activities. This exercise demonstrates how UMKM's professionalism and competitiveness in the digital age can be enhanced by a methodical approach to digital marketing support.

Abstract

UMKM “Sari Minuman” is a local business that produces various types of traditional herbal medicine such as turmeric, tamarind turmeric, beras kencur, and pegal linu. Although it has quality products and is beneficial for health, this UMKM faces challenges in the visual aspect of the product, especially the packaging design which is still plain and does not have a strong brand identity. This community service aims to increase the competitiveness and selling value of the product through the development of attractive packaging designs using the Canva application. The activity methods include observation, planning, graphic design training, and direct assistance in the field. The results of this activity show an increase in the understanding of UMKM actors regarding the importance of visual identity and the ability to use digital design tools independently. This initiative is expected to strengthen product branding and increase the appeal to consumers of traditional herbal medicine.

Abstract

This study aims to test and prove the effect of financial performance (ROA), capital structure (DER), and tax planning (ETR) on firm value (PBV). This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study is properties & real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023, which is 92 companies. Sampling using a purposive sampling method and obtained a sample of 11 companies, so the number of data obtained with an observation period of 5 years is 55 data. The data analysis technique used in this study is panel data regression processed through Eviews 12. The results of this study indicate that financial performance (ROA) does not affect firm value (PBV) and tax planning (ETR) does not affect firm value (PBV) while capital structure (DER) does affect firm value. Based on the results of the F test, the effect of financial performance (ROA), capital structure (DER), and tax planning (ETR) on firm value (PBV) is acceptable, resulting in a regression model that is suitable for use in this study as a basis for decision making.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze he influence of transformational leadership style on job performance through trust at PT Varia Usaha Beton. This research uses a quantitative methods. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with a saturated sample, in which the entire population is used as the sample with 40 respondents. Data were analyzed using partial least squares (PLS) with the SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results show that transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on job performance. Transformational leadership style also has a positive and significant effect on trust in leader. Furthermore, trust in leader has a positive and significant effect on job performance. The path analysis further reveals that trust in leader functions as a mediating variable in the relationship between transformational leadership style and job performance.

Abstract

The high prevalence of tuberculosis (TB) and hypertension in Sepanjang Jaya Village, Bekasi, coupled with limited access to health information, prompted the implementation of this community service program. The aim was to improve health literacy, promote the consumption of nutrient-rich local functional foods, and encourage physical activity. A community-based approach was employed, actively involving participants from the initial assessment to implementation and evaluation stages. The activities included: a pre-test and baseline health screening, interactive health education sessions, demonstrations of pumpkin pudding and roselle-ginger tea preparation, group hypertension exercise, a post-test, data analysis, and both formative and summative evaluations. The results indicated a significant improvement in participants’ knowledge scores (from 10–22 to 35–45) and an increase in the proportion of participants with normal blood pressure (from 29% to 69%). However, 74% of participants still exhibited above-normal blood glucose levels. Most participants (92.5%) reported that the program was beneficial and expressed commitment to applying the knowledge gained. In conclusion, participatory community-based health education combined with local functional food utilization proved effective in enhancing health literacy and improving blood pressure control, while sustained support is required for optimal blood glucose management.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Board of Directors, Audit Committee, and Liquidity on Profitability with Company Size as Moderating Variable in Islamic Banking in Indonesia for the 2016-2020 period. This type of research is quantitative research with secondary data in panels. The number of samples in this study is 11 Islamic Commercial Bank using the purposive sampling method with criteria determined by researchers. The analytical method used is the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) test. The results show that the board of directors and audit committee harm profitability; the current ratio positively affects profitability. The Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) test shows that company size can moderate the effect of the audit committee on profitability. However, company size cannot moderate the influence of the board of directors and current ratio on profitability.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS Tema Kayanya Negeriku menggunakan model Teams Games Tournament (TGT) pada siswa kelas IV SDN Tarokan Kecamatan Banyuanyar Kabupaten Probolinggo. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). PTK ini dilakukan dengan dua siklus, masing-masing siklus terdiri atas dua pertemuan. Pada setiap siklus terdapat kegiatan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian yaitu siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri Tarokan Kecamatan Banyuanyar Kabupaten Probolinggo yang berjumlah 31 siswa, terdiri atas 14 siswa laki- laki dan 17 siswa perempuan. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data meliputi observasi dan tes (pilihan ganda) yang dilakukan pada akhir pertemuan tiap siklus. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu soal tes berbentuk pilihan ganda dan lembar observasi proses belajar guru dan siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Penerapan model Teams Games Tournament (TGT) dalam pembelajaran IPS dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar kompetensi sikap spiritual (KI-1). Hasil observasi pada siklus 1 memperoleh nilai 3,05 dengan predikat baik. Pada siklus 2 memperoleh nilai 3,59 dengan predikat sangat baik. Ketuntasan klasikal pada siklus 1 sebesar 76,25% menjadi 89,75% pada siklus 2. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil belajar kompetensi sikap spiritual meningkat dari siklus 1 sampai dengan siklus 2. Penerapan model Teams Games Tournament (TGT) dalam pembelajaran IPS dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar kompetensi sikap sosial (KI-2). Ketuntasan klasikal pada siklus 1 sebesar 73,75% menjadi 86,75% pada siklus 2. Hasil observasi pada siklus 1 memperoleh nilai 2,95 dengan predikat baik. Pada siklus 2 memperoleh nilai 3,47 dengan sangat baik. Hail ini menunjukkan hasil belajar kompetensi sikap sosial berdasarkan perolehan nilai meningkat. Penerapan model Teams Games Tournament (TGT) dalam pembelajaran IPS dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar kompetensi pengetahuan (KI-3). Hasil observasi pada siklus 1 memperoleh nilai rata- rata 76,77 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 67,74%. Pada siklus 2 nilai rata-rata meningkat menjadi 89,68 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 90,32%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil belajar kompetensi pengetahuan IPS tema Kayanya Negeriku siswa kelas IV sudah memenuhi indikator keberhasilan yaitu ketuntasan klasikal mencapai ≥ 80% (KKM IPS ≥ 70).

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze agoraphobia disorder in the main character in the film The Woman in the Window (2021). The researchers use qualitative methods to describe and explain the data. Researcher collect data by watching movies, reading script and reading subtitles from the movie The Woman in the Window. This study aims to finds out the symptoms and how to overcome agoraphobia that the main character. The main character has all three symptoms of agoraphobia, panic attack or anxiety, fear of being in open spaces and fear of being outside the home alone. And the main character has three ways to overcome agoraphobia, consumption of drug, seek professional help and program independently.

Abstract

Good University Governance is the governance of educational institutions carried out or carried out by stakeholders who play an active role in educational institutions that have benefits in it, namely increasing the welfare of stakeholders, achieving the best accreditation and being able to be competitive in the current global era. Educational institutions, especially higher education institutions that really need to implement Good University Governance so that these higher institutions produce a positive impact, can make progress and development of the governance of the institution. In achieving Good University GovernanceThis can be done well if the higher institution carries out internal control, namely having an Internal Control Unit (SPI) at universities in Indonesia by using an internal audit unit. The purpose of this research is to be able to determine the application of internal audit based on Islamic or sharia in achieving Good Governance Univercity good . This research uses descriptive qualitative method, namely analyzing data from various sources. The data used is secondary data, namely taking literature obtained from books, archives, reports, journals, and others, both published and unpublished. In addition, it is obtained from the Qur'an and Hadith as well as to find out in Islam based. The application of a very good internal auditor, which is able to use an Islamic perspective or based on honesty, fairness, and trust in the governance of high institutions.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor pendidikan terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai pada Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara Makassar dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor pelatihan terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai pada Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara Makassar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara Makassar. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh. Sampling jenuh adalah teknik Penentuan sampel bila semua anggota populasi degunakan sebagai sampel pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini dilakukan secara Accidetal Sampling yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel yang dapat dilakukan sewaktu-waktu sampai jumlah sampel (quota) yang diinginkan terpenuhi, instrument penelitian menggunakan kuesioner, dengan jumlah responden 50 orang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, reliabilitas, analisis regresi berganda, analisis korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji-t dan uji-f dengan menggunakan SPSS 23 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel pendidikan dan pelatihan dengan produktivitas kerja pegawai pada Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara Makassar, yang menunjukkan uji validitas lebih besar dari rtabel 0,30 (valid), uji reliabilitas diperoleh Cronbach’s alpha (α) > 0,60 dapat dikatakan reliable., uji regresi linier berganda Y= -1.039 + 0,335X1 + 0,464X2 (berpengaruh positif, koefisien determinasi 0,623. Dari hasil penelitian uji t untuk pendidikan thitung = 1,282. Untuk pelatihan thitung =2.152. sedangkan ttabel =2.010. dapat dilihat bahwa variabel pelatihan yang berpengaruh signifikan karena thitung > ttabel.  Koefisien determinasi yang diperoleh sebesar 0,623 artinya bahwa terdapat pengaruh pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai sebesar 62,3 %
