Abstract

The drug storage stage is part of the management of pharmaceutical preparations. Storage of drugs is good and correct can maintain the quality of a drug and facilitate the search and control and can reduce the risk of loss. This study aims to examine the profile of drug storage in the Pharmacy Installation of the Keyen Scholoo Hospital, South Sorong, West Papua. This study has used a descriptive method by means of direct interviews and observations with a check list related to drug storage. The parameters are based on Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No 72 tahun 2016 dan Kementerian Kesehatan tahun 2019  regarding technical guidelines for pharmaceutical service standards in hospitals using percentage analysis. The results of the study concluded that the storage of drugs at the Pharmacy Installation of Scholoo Keyen Hospital based on the storage location was in the poor category with a conformity percentage of 61%. Meanwhile, based on the storage method, it is in the good category with a conformity percentage of 75% and based on the storage system/principle it is in the good category with a 100% conformity percentage.

Abstract

Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disease characterized by chronic inflammation of the joints of hands and feet. The research on antirheumatoid arthritis of ethanol extracts from Purslane (Portulaca oleracea L.) and effective doses of antirheumatoid arthritis. The research used 15 rats divided into 5 groups. Group 1 (1% Na-CMC); group 2 (prednisone) with the dose of 0.511 mg / kgBW; group III, IV and V were given ethanol extract of purslane doses of 100 mg / KgBW, 200 mg / KgBW and 400 mg / kgWW. The animal model of rheumatoid arthritis was made with intraplant injection of 0.1 mL Complete Freund's Adjuvant. The parameters observed were leg volume measurements and arthritis index. The leg volumes of data were analyzed by One Way Anova test followed by the L test while the arthritis index used the Kruskal-Wallis test followed by the Mann-Whitney test. In leg volume measurements, ethanol extract from the red root dose of 400 mg / kg reduced leg volume by 52.49% (p <0.05). Whereas in the arthritis index parameter, the ethanol extract from purslane dose of 400 mg / kg is significantly reduced the arthritis index (p <0.05) with arthritis index reduction by 50%. In conclusion, the ethanol extract from the purslane (Portulaca oleracea L.) with a dose of 400 mg/kg has better activity in treating rheumatoid arthritis in rats.Keywords: Antirheumatoid arthritis, Portulaca oleracea L., complete freund’s adjuvant.

Abstract

The hospital pharmacy installation is a place for managing pharmaceutical preparations and clinical pharmacy services based on the quality of pharmaceutical services. The quality of pharmaceutical services is the compatibility between pharmaceutical services and applicable standards to achieve optimal health degrees and patient satisfaction. Patient satisfaction is the match between perceptions of performance and expectations. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of outpatient pharmacy services at the pharmacy installation of Morowali Hospital. This research is a quantitative research conducted using the Cross Sectional Survey method at the Pharmacy Installation of the Morowali Regional General Hospital. Assessment of the quality of pharmaceutical services and the level of patient satisfaction was carried out by collecting questionnaires from 95 patients. The results of the research on the quality of pharmaceutical services showed that 81.1% felt good, while the results of the study for the level of patient satisfaction, as many as 97.9% stated that they were satisfied with pharmaceutical services. The results of this study illustrate that the level of satisfaction of outpatients with services at the pharmacy installation of Morowali Hospital is very good with a value of 97.9% feeling satisfied and there is a relationship between service quality and patient satisfaction level with a constant value (a) of 19.534 and the value of the quality variable coefficient service of 0.005

Abstract

Masalah gizi pada anak di bawah usia lima tahun masih menjadi masalah serius di Indonesia. Berdasarkan Survei Status Gizi Indonesia (SSGI) 2022, prevalensi anak kurus sebesar 7,7% dan bayi stunting sebesar 21,6%. Masalah gizi disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor. Malnutrisi dan seringnya terjangkit penyakit merupakan salah satu penyebab langsung permasalahan gizi. Pola asuh orang tua yang tidak tepat, kurangnya pengetahuan, sulitnya mengakses layanan kesehatan, dan kondisi sosial ekonomi juga secara tidak langsung mempengaruhi akses terhadap makanan bergizi dan layanan kesehatan. Berdasarkan data Total Dietary Survey (SDT) tahun 2014, masih terdapat 48,9 liter masyarakat yang asupan energinya di bawah angka kecukupan energi yang dianjurkan (70%). Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka pemerintah daerah dalam hal ini dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Pangkajene dan Kepualuan berkolaborasi dengan perguruan tinggi diantaranya Universitas Muslim Indonesia, STIKES Buton, Universitas Indonesia Timur, mengadakan lokakarya dengan bantuan pendanaan berasal dari CSR PT. Semen Tonasa guna memberikan bantuan makanan tambahan bagi balita di Kelurahan Kabbirang wilayah Puskesmas Kalabbirang. Bantuan ini sudah berjalan selama Enam bulan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaannya adalah Lokakarya dengan pemateri berasal dari Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Pangkajene dan Kepulauan dan akademisi dan praktisi yang dihadiri oleh pemuka masyarakat dan kader posyandu, ibu bayi dan balita serta warga masyarakat Kelurahan Kalabbirang. Hasil dari Lokakarya ini adalah meningkatkan kemampuan dan skill kader posyandu, menambah networking dan terdistiribusinya bantuan PMT kepada balita di kelurahan Kalabbirang Kabupaten Pangkajene dan Kepulauan

Abstract

Rizqi Nur Azizah, The Influence of Sales Promotions and Price Discounts Through Social Media on Consumer Purchase Interest at Café Bima N Zain. Under the guidance of Mrs. NirmaKurriwati, S.P., M.Si. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of sales promotions and price discounts via social media on consumer buying interest at Café Bima N Zain. This research was conducted using descriptive quantitative methods. The analysis used in this research is path analysis. The data used in this research are primary and secondary data. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with a total of 50 respondents. The results of this research are (1) Sales Promotions influence the buying interest of Café Bima N Zainconsumers, (2) Price Discounts influence the buying interest of Café Bima N Zain consumers, (3) Social Media influences the buying interest of Café Bima N Zain consumers, (4) Sales promotions have no effect on social media, (5) Price discounts have no effect on social media. (6) Sales promotions have no effect on purchase interest via social media, (7) Price discounts have an effect on consumer purchase interest via social media.

Abstract

Pegagan leaves (Centella asiatica (L.)) in the know contain flavonoids, saponins tannin and asiaticosides which have the effect of wound healing and antibacterial. This research aims to review scientific articles related to the potential of pegagan leaves in healing burns and as an antibacterial against Staphylococcus aureus. In this study using the literature study method where articles were obtained from the Google Scholar database, then obtained 10 articles that fit the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The review results show that pegagan leaves have activity in healing burn and antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus because they contain asiatic acid, saponins, flavonoids and tannins. The conclusion of this study is that pegagan leaves have the potential as wound healing of burns with an effective extract concentration of ethanol extract concentration of 25 % and ethyl acetate extract 0.33 % and pegagan leaves potentially as antibacterial to Staphylococcus aureus with effective extract concentrations, viz ethanol extract concentrations of 100 % and ethyl acetate extracts of concentrations of 70 %.

Abstract

This study aims to create an accounting information system design for web-based residual business results at the PT. KAHATEX "WIRYATAMA" Cimahi Employee Cooperative. This research uses qualitative methods. Data collection techniques are used by observation, interviews and . The software method used is the waterfall. From the research conducted, the authors found several problems including the savings and loan process and the calculation of remaining business results still using Microsoft Exel, so data processing takes a long time and the accuracy of reports is less accurate. Therefore, an information system is designed using data flow diagrams and implemented in the PHP and MYSQL programming languages as databases. As for some suggestions given to deal with existing problems, namely optimizing savings and loan information systems and residual business results using applications that have been designed, can develop existing systems and can maintain system to improve better performance.

Abstract

Salah satu upaya untuk memutus rantai penyebaran COVID-19 adalah dengan menerapkan kebiasaan mencuci tangan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan kepada siswa, orang tua, dan guru di beberapa Sekolah Dasar di Kota Makassar  mengenai pembuatan hand sanitizer dari bahan sederhana dan penyuluhan tentang cara cuci tangan yang benar berdasarkan rekomendasi dari WHO. Lembaga mitra pada kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah SDIT Wihdatul Umma (SDIT-WU) dan Nur Miyazaki Islamic Character School (NICS). Metode yang dilakukan untuk mencapai target dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini meliputi sosialisasi kegiatan pengabdian kepada pihak NICS dan SDIT Wihdatul Ummah, penyuluhan cara cuci tangan yang benar dengan metode ceramah dan diskusi, lalu dilanjutkan  dengan pelatihan pembuatan hand sanitizer, serta evaluasi kegiatan pengabdian. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan secara Virtual melalui Aplikasi Zoom Meeting. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dirangkaikan dengan Pertemuan Orang Tua Siswa dalam rangka memasuki awal semester tahun ajaran 2020-2021 di kedua mitra. Partisipan di SDIT Wihdatul Ummah adalah 493 orang dan di NICS sebanyak 35 orang yang merupakan siswa, guru, dan orang tua siswa. Sangat penting untuk menerapkan kebiasaan mencuci tangan dan peningkatan kemampuan/keterampilan membuat hand sanitizer bagi siswa, orang tua, dan guru dalam upaya mencegah  penyebaran penularan COVID-19

Abstract

Analgesics are substances that can reduce pain. However, long-term use may trigger side effects. This study aimed to evaluate the analgesic effect of purslane herb infusion (Portulaca oleracea L.) using a pain stimulation method and determine its effective concentration as an analgesic in white mice (Mus musculus). The research was conducted experimentally using male white mice divided into five treatment groups: Group I received Na-CMC as a negative control, Group II received paracetamol suspension as a positive control, and Groups III, IV, and V received the infusion at concentrations of 10%, 20%, and 30%, respectively. Test animals were placed on a hot plate at a temperature of 55°C, and the pain response time to heat stimulation was observed every 30 minutes for 3 hours. The data were statistically analyzed using one-way ANOVA followed by Bonferroni post hoc tests. The positive control group showed no significant differences compared to the groups receiving 10%, 20%, and 30% infusion concentrations. The study concluded that the purslane herb infusion has an analgesic effect in white mice, with an effective concentration of 30%.

Abstract

Portulaca oleracea L. is assumed to contain flavonoids as anti-inflammatory agent bya inhibiting the cyclooxygenase enzyme. The research aimed determine the anti-inflammatory effect and affective dose of ethanol extract of Portulaca oleracea L. on rats. The research used 20 rats divided into 5 groups. Each group consisted of 4 rats. Group I (negative control) was given Na.CMC 1%, group II (comparator) was given diclofenac sodium, groups III, IV and V (treatment group) were given ethanol extract at 100 mg/kgBW. 200 mg/kgBW and 400 mg/kgBW. The method used was Rat Hind Paw Edema by measuring the volume of rat feet induced with 0,1% w/v carrageen A of 0,1 ml on the soles by intraplantar. The analysis showed e decrease in edema volume statistically done using one way ANOVA proceeded with LSD test. The results of the research indicated that the ethanol extract of Portulaca oleracea at the dose 400 mg/kgBW had anti-inflammatory effect.
