Abstract

Along with the development of the organization, various things arise related to human resources. Today the high level of employee turnover has become a serious problem for many companies. One of the efforts made by the company to reduce turnover is increasing employee satisfaction with the company, another factor that also influences turnover intention is organizational commitment. This study aims to determine the Effect of Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment to Turnover Intention. Respondents in this study were 88 respondents. Analysis tools that are multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction and negative organizational commitment to turnover intention.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze the influence of work ability, work stress and work ethic are partial or simultaneous performance against CV Waja Motor Blahbatuh using 50 samples (all employees). Technical analysis is the Study of the instrument Test (test validity, Reliability Test), a classic Assumption Test (test of Normality, test Multicollinearity Test, Heteroskedasitas), test the hypothesis (Multiple Linear regression analysis, Correlation Analysis of multiple Determination, analysis, test, test t) F. Research results based on multiple regression analysis of acquired patterns of positive influence the ability of work and work ethic against the performance of the employees and the pattern of negative influences of work stress on performance of employees. F test results show that Fhitung registration (24.607). Therefore Fhitung is greater than Ftabel (2.84) means the simultaneous work ability, work stress and work ethic of significant effect on performance of employees. T test results for variable working ability obtained thitung (2.491) greater than ttabel (2.021), means the ability of a significant effect on performance of work of employees. To work stress variables obtained thitung (-2.221) greater than ttabel (-2.021), mean work stress and significant effect on performance of employees. And for variable work ethic earned thitung (2.714) greater than ttabel (2.021), meaning influential work ethic and significantly to the performance of the employee.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is important and needs to be considered by every company, because Human Resources is the main factor and actor in the work process. The low job satisfaction of employees in a company is a symptom of the less stable the company. Employee dissatisfaction in work can be due to individual characteristics or behavior of the employees themselves who have not been in accordance with what is expected of the company and understanding of karkateristik work either by employees or companies are still low. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of individual characteristics and job characteristics on employee job satisfaction either simultaneously or partially. The method used in this research is descriptive method with quantitative approach. The population of this study amounted to 56 with saturated sampling technique / census. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 23.0 for windows. The results showed that the characteristics of individual employees into the category of good, so it is with employee job characteristics and employee job satisfaction. Individual characteristics and job characteristics have a strong correlation with employee job satisfaction and simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on job satisfaction. The magnitude of the influence of both variables is equal to 71.8% and partially individual characteristics have a relatively higher influence compared with job characteristics to job satisfaction.
