Abstract

Abstrak Kinerja merupakan ukuran seseorang dalam bekerja melaksanakan tugasnya yang semuanya bisa didukung oleh kemandirian, kreativitas, komitmen, tanggung jawab, dan rasa percaya diri individu dalam bekerja. Kinerja merupakan hal yang penting yang harus dicapai setiap perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja, disiplin kerj dan komitmen karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan Pada PT. Gerihadi Petrolindo. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT.Gerihadi Petrolindo. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 30 orang. Pengumulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji instrument, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, korelasi, determinasi, uji F dan uji t. Hasil analisis korelasi, R didapat 0,877 menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi yang sangat tinggi antara kepuasan kerja, disiplin kerja dan komitmen karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Analisis determinasi berganda menunjukkan bahwa diperoleh nilai adjusted R square sebesar 0.743 atau 74.3 persen yang berarti kinerja karyawan karyawan pada PT. Gerihadi Petrolindo dipengaruhi oleh kepusan kerja, disiplin kerja dan komitmen Karyawan, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 25.7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Hasil t-test menyatakan bahwa kepuasan kerja, disiplin kerja dan komitmen karyawan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Gerihadi Petrolindo.

Abstract

Employee performance is the way employees work in a company during a certain period. Companies that have employees who are performing well are likely to have good performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of conflict control and organizational culture on employee performance at the Prebekel Office, Sobangan-Mengwi Village, Bandung. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and carried out on 51 employees. Data analysis in this study used the SPSS version 16.0 application. The sample was determined by the census method and the data testing techniques used included validity testing with a correlation coefficient (r)> 0.30, reliability testing with Cronbach's Alpha. Classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that the conflict control variables and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Prebekel Office, Sobangan-Mengwi-Badung Village.

Abstract

Human resources are part of the driving force of a company that has the potential to develop and actively encourages productivity in meeting company goals. Efforts to improve employee performance by paying attention to the problem of work stress, which is a condition where there is a pressure that affects the workforce. In addition, workload greatly affects labor productivity and efficiency. The work environment is also something that cannot be overlooked by the company because it will have an impact on the performance of the employees which affects the company. Employee performance refers to how an employee behaves in the workplace and how well an employee does the assigned task / job. This study aims to determine the effect of work stress, workload and environment on employee performance at PT. Mandiri Tri Makmur, Badung, Bali. The population in this study were employees of PT. Mandiri Tri Makmur, Badung, Bali with 100 employees. The sample of this study used the Slovin formula as many as 80 employees. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and multiple correlation analysis. In addition, in this research, instrument test, classical assumption test, which includes normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test were also carried out. The test results show that Work Stress and Workload have a negative and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Mandiri Tri Makmur, Badung, Bali. Meanwhile, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Mandiri Tri Makmur, Badung, Bali. Together, Work Stress, Workload and Work Environment have a significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Mandiri Tri Makmur, Badung, Bali.

Abstract

Yamaha Waja Motor Denpasar, is a special Yamaha Motorbike Dealer company with 35 employees. The results of the author's observation and interviews with HRD at CV. Yamaha Waja Motor Denpasar obtained information that the occurrence of employee Turnover Intention which can be seen from the inconvenience of employees at work, frequently violated time discipline, absent from work without reason and the absence of cooperation and participation of all employees in solving problems. The high employee turnover rate occurs because most of them feel that the workload is excessive, so companies must also pay attention to how to maintain and manage employee workloads. The occurrence of work Bebans due to certain targets given by employees in completing work becomes a workload that can be experienced by employees. Based on the results of research and discussion results, it can be concluded as follows: Workload has a positive and insignificant effect on employee turnover intentions. This can be seen from the significance value of the t test = 0.558> 0.05 (5%). Job Bebans has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intentions of employees at CV. Yamaha Waja Motor Denpasar. This can be seen from the results of the t-test, the significance of the t-count for the variable work Bebans (X2) is 0.000 <0.05 (5%)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and work discipline partially and simultaneously on employee performance. The location of this research is PT. BPR Maha Bhoga Marga. The population uses employees of PT. BPR Maha Bhoga Marga and a sample of 38 employees. The data analysis technique used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, F test and t test. The results obtained from the research: (1) organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance, where the t value is 2.030> t table 3.502 and a significance value of 0.001 <0.05. (2) work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance, where the t value is 2.030> t table 3.749 and a significance value of 0.001 <0.05. (3) simultaneously organizational culture and a significant effect on employee performance, where the t value is 22.925> F table 2.87 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The amount of influence of the independent variables on employee performance is 54.2%. The suggestion that researchers can give is that PT. BPR Maha Bhoga Marga Kuta should guide employees, provide motivation to employees and periodically provide training to employees.

Abstract

Performance is the real work achieved by a person in carrying out the tasks assigned to him in accordance with the vision, mission and goals set by the organization. Performance can be affected by competence and workload. This study aims to determine the effect of competence and workload on employee performance. The data collection method was done by using a questionnaire. The sample in this study were 50 respondents. Determination of the number of respondents is done through the census method. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, the coefficient of determination test, t test and F test with SPSS software. The results of the instrument test showed valid and reliable data. The results showed that the competence and workload simultaneously affect the performance of employees at CV. Samas Bhakti Pertiwi. Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV. Samas Bhakti Pertiwi. Workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance at CV. Samas Bhakti Pertiwi.

Abstract

Employee performance is the process or appearance of the work of personnel, both in terms of quality and quantity of individual and group performance of personnel, the appearance of the work is not limited to personnel holding functional and structural positions but also to the entire line of personnel within the organization. This study aims to determine the effect of Competence, Workload, and Compensation on Employee Performance at Jambuluwuk Oceano Seminyak Hotel. Kuta Bali. Data collection was carried out using a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire. The number of samples used was 38 using the saturated sample method. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the t-test. The results of the study show that competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Jambuluwuk Oceano Hotel Seminyak Kuta Bali.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is a pleasant psychological state felt by workers in a work environment due to adequate fulfillment of needs. Someone who has high job satisfaction will have attitudes that reflect his work, such as arriving on time, always being tenacious and active at work, respecting his superiors. Job satisfaction is an employee's pleasure in his job and position in the company. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, motivation and work discipline on job satisfaction at the SIDI Sanur Multi-Business Cooperative (KSU). Methods Data collection was carried out by observing and using a questionnaire. The population of this study were employees of the SIDI Sanur multi-business cooperative (KSU). The sample in this study was 45 respondents using Non Probability Sampling which was selected by saturated sampling (census). The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS 25 software. The instrument test results show valid and reliable data. The results showed that (1) compensation had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (2) motivation had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (3) work discipline had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

Rapid business development, especially in the tourism sector today, encourages companies or organizations to optimize their resources to face competition. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, work motivation, and work placement on employee performance at The Oberoi Beach Resort Bali. This research was conducted at The Oberoi Beach Resort Bali which is located at Seminyak Beach, Jl. Kayu Aya, Seminyak, Kuta, Bali. The objects of research at Oberoi Beach Resort Bali are work discipline (X1), work motivation (X2), work placement (X3) and employee performance (Y). The population in this study were all employees of The Oberoi Beach Resort Bali, totaling 60 employees. Sampling of this study using saturated sampling technique. Data collection methods used in this study are observation, documentation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that work discipline, work motivation, and work placement have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Oberoi Beach Resort Bali, this means that the more disciplined employees will improve performance.

Abstract

The best performance requires directed management of human resources through various kind of policies that can adjust the common interests between the employees and company. This research aims to recognize the influence of competence, organizational commitment, and work communication on employee performance at the Koperasi Artha Gemilang Kencana. The population in this research were employees who worked at the Koperasi Artha Gemilang Kencana, totaling 35 people. The sampling of this research used is the technique of samping jenuh, so that the number of samples in this research were 35 employees. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research indicate that competence has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Koperasi Artha Gemilang Kencana. The organizational commitment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance in the Koperasi Artha Gemilang Kencana. The work communication has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Koperasi Artha Gemilang Kencana.
