Abstract

Moda transportasi baik kendaraan pribadi, angkutan umum, maupun angkutan barang yang merupakan potensi market yang strategis bagi industri energi. Hal ini khususnya dalam upaya melakukan konversi pemakaian Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM) ke Bahan Bakar Gas (BBG). Dengan demikian, optimasi penentuan harga BBG dibanding dengan harga BBM perlu dilakukan untuk memperoleh harga ideal, sehingga dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi para pelaku usaha baik dari sisi efiesiensi, safety maupun keuntungan ekonomi jangka panjang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan optimasi penentuan harga BBG menggunakan simulasi Monte Carlo. Dalam penelitian ini, dipilih suatu uji sampling dengan tingkat akurasi yang baik untuk memprediksi variabel-variabel acak dan dalam jumlah iterasi data yang banyak. Simulasi Monte Carlo dilakukan dengan perangkat Crystal Ball yang merupakan metode statistik yang sudah umum digunakan dalam uji sampling suatu variabel untuk memprediksi segala kemungkinan yang terjadi terhadap berbagai pilihan alternatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan wilayah Jakarta memiliki harga gas paling rendah menggunakan metode agregasi yaitu sekitar Rp. 2.900, sedangkan paling tinggi menggunakan metode real yaitu sekitar Rp. 3.300. Wilayah Jawa Barat memiliki harga gas paling rendah menggunakan metode real yaitu sekitar Rp. 3.000, sedangkan paling tinggi menggunakan metode agregasi dan floating USD yaitu sekitar Rp. 3.100. Untuk wilayah Banten harga gas paling rendah menggunakan metode agregasi yaitu sekitar Rp. 2.900, sedangkan paling tinggi menggunakan metode floating USD yaitu sekitar Rp. 3.400.

Abstract

Activated carbon is a porous solid containing 85-95% carbon, produced from carbonaceous materials by heating at high temperatures. Activated carbon has a very large surface area so it is suitable for applications requiring large contact areas such as in the adsorption field. Activated carbon can be made from fish bones because fish bones are removed as a waste containing carbon elements that can be used as raw material for making activated carbon. In the manufacture of activated carbon, not only raw materials that need to be considered, but also the process of activation. Activation of the charcoal can be carried out using CaCl2. For charcoal base material from fish bones containing lots of Ca and Mg elements, in addition to using the activator, also the activation process needs to be immersed in H2SO4. Characterization of activated carbons of synthesis include water content test, ash content test, and functional group analysis using FTIR spectroscopy. Based on the results FTIR shows specific peaks for as charcoal activated charcoal based on the literature. Based on the determination of the test water content and ash content obtained by activated charcoal from fish bones has a water content of 4,1% and ash content of 28,1%.

Abstract

Safety in driving is an important thing that must be considered to avoid traffic accidents. One of the factors causing the accident is the weather with a percentage reaching 13%, the driver will not focus on driving the car. Wiper control technology and automatic washer are applied to facilitate humans in driving. This system reads the intensity of rain and dust with a sensor then automatically the data is processed with a microcontroller. The output used in this system uses a stepper motor and Washer pump motor. Uses Arduino Uno and Fuzzy logic to make it easy as an automatic control system. The experimental results obtained are the speed of movement of the Wiper adjusts to the amount of water and dust input intensity received by the sensor. The success value of the Matlab output with the manual count output value is 98.26%, between the value of the manual count output with the actual output value of 96.83% and between the Matlab output value with the actual LCD output value of 96.95%

Abstract

We report how the prepare red amaranth extract. In this study, red amaranth extract was made using the maceration method. Energy is one of the basic needs for human life. One alternative to overcome the electricity crisis is the use of solar energy. Development of solar cells continues, until now many researchers are modifying basic materials using dyes commonly called Dye Sensitized Solar Cells (DSSC). This DSSC has great potential to be developed. Dyes commonly used as doping are synthetic and natural dyes. In this study using red spinach or red amaranth because red spinach has a pigment that can be used to substitute for synthetic colors. So far there has been no in-depth study examining the optical properties of the dye red amaranth extract material. Therefore, this research has carried out a study of the fundamental optical properties of the dye red amaranth extract material. Red amaranth extract caracterized by UV Vis and FTIR spectroscopy. Red amaranth absorbance occurs at wavelength of 432 nm and 663 nm.

Abstract

Program keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) merupakan salah satu bagian penting yang perlu diterapkan dalam pelaksanaan kerja. Risiko kecelakaan serta penyakit akibat kerja sering terjadi karena pihak perusahaan tidak menerapkan program K3 dengan baik. Hal ini dapat berdampak pada tingkat produktivitas pekerja. Dengan adanya implementasi program K3 diharapkan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan. Untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh implementasi program K3 terhadap produktivitas kerja serta seberapa besar hubungan antara keduanya maka dilakukanlah penelitian terhadap karyawan pada PT XYZ. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis frequency rate dan severity rate dalam kecelakaan kerja di PT XYZ. Keselamatan kerja berkaitan dengan mesin, alat kerja, dan proses pengolahannya, landasan tempat kerja dan lingkungan serta cara-cara melakukan pekerjaan. PT XYZ yang mengelola karet mentah menjadi crumb rubber Sir 20 memiliki 308 orang tenaga kerja, sehingga wajib untuk menerapkan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3). Faktor yang menyebabkan kecelakaan adalah kurang berhati-hatinya karyawan saat bekerja dan kurangnya pemahaman karyawan terhadap program K3 yang sudah ditentukan oleh perusahaan. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan, diketahui bahwa frekuensi kecelakaan kerja yang terjadi pada saat produksi dalam satu tahun kerja yaitu sebesar 4,24 kecelakaan per 1.000.000 jam kerja dan tingkat keparahan kecelakaan kerja sebesar 5,29 per 1.000.000 jam kerja.

Abstract

MSMEs are the biggest economic development in Indonesia and can survive crisis conditions. In 2017, it was noted that MSMEs had a market share o 62,9 million units of the total business actors in Indonesia. Starting an entrepreneurship requires a marketing strategy to know the marketing mix and to know internal and external factors. The purpose of this study is the application of marketing strategies to soy milk MSME products using the marketing mix method, SWOT analysis, and the IFE and EFE Matrix to achieve an effective and efficient marketing strategy. This research data was carried out in the Karawang district, namely Kutagandok Village, with a research period of 6 months, starting from August to December 2019. Methods of data collection are done with three types, namely interviews, observation, and documentation. The result of this research is to know the external and internal factors in MSMEs so that they can control and communicate with consumers to be able to achieve customer satisfaction and reach the target market.UMKM merupakan pengembangan perekonomian di Indonesia paling besar dan dapat bertahan dalam kondisi krisis. Pada tahun 2017 tercatat bahwa UMKM memiliki pangsa pasar sebesar 62,9 juta unit dari total keseluruhan pelaku usaha di Indonesia. Memulai wirausaha dibutuhkannya strategi pemasaran untuk mengetahui bauran pemasaran dan mengetahui faktor internal dan eksternal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah penerapan strategi pemasaran pada Produk UMKM susu kedelai dengan menggunakan metode marketing mix, analisis SWOT, dan matriks IFE dan EFE untuk mencapai strategi pemasaran yang efektif dan efisien. Data penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Karawang yaitu Desa Kutagandok, dengan jangka waktu penelitian adalah 6 bulan, mulai dari bulan agustus sampai dengan Desember 2019. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tiga jenis yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahuinya faktor eksternal dan internal pada UMKM sehingga dapat mengontrol dan berkomunikasi dengan konsumen untuk dapat mencapai kepuasan konsumen dan mencapai pasar sasaran.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilatar belakang oleh hasil produk Masyarakat di Desa Cibuaya, dalam proses pengeringan makanannya masih menggunakan metode sederhana dengan cara di jemur di bawah matahari. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pemberdayaan masyarakat di Desa Cibuaya dalam memanfaatkan teknologi pengering makanan dengan menggunakan panel surya (solar cell) dan sistem pemantauan digital. Pengering makanan adalah metode yang efektif untuk mempertahankan nilai gizi dan meningkatkan umur simpan makanan. Namun, banyak masyarakat di daerah pedesaan belum mengadopsi teknologi ini secara maksimal dikarenakan keterbatasan sumber daya dan pengetahuan teknis. Dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini, telah dilakukan sosialisasi dan pelatihan kepada masyarakat Desa Cibuaya mengenai penggunaan teknologi pengering makanan dengan solar cell dan sistem pemantauan digital. Pelatihan ini akan mencakup pengenalan tentang prinsip kerja pengering makanan dengan menggunakan energi matahari melalui panel surya, serta penerapan sistem pemantauan digital untuk memastikan proses pengeringan berjalan dengan baik. Selain itu, akan dibangun juga infrastruktur yang diperlukan, termasuk pemasangan panel surya dan pengembangan sistem pemantauan digital. Sistem pemantauan ini akan memungkinkan masyarakat untuk memantau dan mengontrol proses pengeringan makanan secara real-time melalui perangkat digital, seperti smartphone atau komputer. Dengan adanya sistem pemantauan ini, masyarakat dapat mengoptimalkan penggunaan energi surya, meminimalkan kerugian, dan memastikan kualitas hasil pengeringan makanan. Dari hasil kegiatan pemberdayaan ini, masyarakat Desa Cibuaya telah memiliki pengetahuan yang cukup untuk memanfaatkan teknologi pengering makanan dengan solar cell secara efektif. Selain itu, pemanfaatan sistem pemantauan digital akan memberikan kemudahan dan efisiensi dalam pengoperasian pengering makanan. Kesinpulan yang didapatkan dari kegiatan ini telah meningkatkan taraf hidup masyarakat, mengurangi kerugian makanan, dan mendorong pengembangan ekonomi lokal berbasis produk olahan makanan. Kata kunci: pemberdaayaan masyarakat; pengering makanan; solar cell; sistem pemantauan digital. ABSTRACTThis community service activity is motivated by the results of community products in Cibuaya Village, in the food drying process they still use a simple method by drying it in the sun. This service aims to empower the community in Cibuaya Village in utilizing food drying technology using solar cells and a digital monitoring system. Food dehydrating is an effective method of retaining nutritional value and increasing the shelf life of food. However, many people in rural areas have not fully adopted this technology due to limited resources and technical knowledge. In this community service, socialization and training has been carried out for the people of Cibuaya Village regarding the use of food drying technology with solar cells and a digital monitoring system. This training will include an introduction to the working principles of food dryers using solar energy through solar panels, as well as the implementation of a digital monitoring system to ensure the drying process is running well. In addition, the necessary infrastructure will also be built, including the installation of solar panels and the development of a digital monitoring system. This monitoring system will enable the public to monitor and control the food drying process in real-time through digital devices, such as smartphones or computers. With this monitoring system, people can optimize the use of solar energy, minimize losses, and ensure the quality of food drying. From the results of this empowerment activity, the people of Cibuaya Village already have sufficient knowledge to effectively utilize food drying technology with solar cells. In addition, the use of a digital monitoring system will provide convenience and efficiency in operating the food dryer. The conclusions obtained from this activity have improved people's lives, reduced food losses, and encouraged local economic development based on processed food products. Keywords: community empowerment; food drying; solar cells; digital monitoring system.

Abstract

PT. Pindo Deli Pulp and Paper Mills 2 is a company engaged in the production of paper and tissue. This company consists of several departments. One of them is the workshop department. The department's material order system uses the SAP application, when the material is used, each input will reduce the amount of the initial material until the material approaches the least amount, the SAP application will automatically order the material to the supplier. however, this method is considered less effective, because for the use of the material itself, it is almost different from one another, which results in ordering materials at different times, once ordering the shipping cost also costs money. The number of orders always uses the initial order amount, as a result of which rarely used materials take up a lot of space. The approach that can be taken is the Forecasting method, namely Single Moving Average. Abstract

Community Service Program (KKN) activities are a form of student service to the community that aims to support village development based on local potential. Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang carries out a KKN program in Sindangsari Village, Cabangbungin District, Bekasi Regency, with various educational and social activities. This article aims to evaluate the level of public satisfaction with the implementation of the KKN program. The method used was a quantitative descriptive survey by distributing questionnaires to 40 respondents from eight hamlets in Sindangsari Village. The results of the study show that the majority of people are satisfied with the implementation of KKN, especially in the aspects of student ethics, the usefulness of the program, and the involvement of residents in activities. These findings show that KKN activities have made a positive contribution to the community and become an evaluative basis for the development of programs in the future.
