Abstract

Penggunaan istilah “hak asasi manusia Amerika Serikat (AS)” selalu mendatangkan kebingungan yang samar dan sering kali juga kerugian. Hal ini terjadi karena pengertian kontemporer advoksi hak asasi manusia telah terlibat pelanggaran kritik di negara lain dan klaim mereka atas pelanggaran hak asasi manusia yang diarahkan oleh AS, bukan kepada pemerintah AS itu sendiri. Presiden terpilih AS, Donald Trump, mendeklarasikan serangkaian kebijakan dalam dan luar negeri yang berkaitan dengan pelanggaran hak asasi manusia yang selama beberapa tahun terakhir ini telah mengalami kebuntuan. Salah satu kebijakan tersebut adalah U.S. - Mexico border wall (tembok perbatasan AS - Meksiko) yang telah ditandatangani sebagai perintah eksekutif untuk “penghalang fisik yang tidak bisa dilewati” pada tanggal 25 Januari 2017 dan bersikeras agar Meksiko akan mengganti Amerika atas biaya tersebut. Tindakan ini menyebabkan pelanggaran hak asasi manusia dimana berbagai macam negara secara global telah serius menentang hal ini dan juga bahkan berusaha untuk memperebutkan hak asasi mereka atau warga negara lain yang membutuhkan dukungan.

Abstract

Abstract: First Aid is the first method of providing assistance to people who have had an accident, injury, or illness. Sports injuries can occur due to trauma, force, technical errors, physical limitations, and sports equipment. Sports injuries involve tears in soft tissue such as fascia, muscle fibers, and ligaments. Teachers must have first aid knowledge and skills to deal with these incidents to minimize the increase in the severity of injuries. The method used in this activity is training with demonstrations and discussions as well as practical assistance. Community service activities were carried out in Banyuwangi Regency, with participants being physical education, sports, and health teachers. Through this activity, the Faculty of Sports & Health Sciences at Universitas Negeri Surabaya can provide positive use value in the form of service activities to improve human resources and partners. Participants' responses regarding the implementation of activities had an average rating of 4.4. Keywords: training; first aid; physical education teacher Abstrak: Pertolongan Pertama pada Kecelakaan (P3K) merupakan cara pertama pemberian pertolongan kepada orang yang mengalami kecelakaan, cedera, terluka atau sakit. Cedera olahraga dapat terjadi karena faktor trauma, ruda paksa, kesalahan teknik, keterbatasan fisik dan alat olahraga. Cedera olahraga berupa robek pada jaringan lunak seperti fascia, serabut otot dan ligamen. Guru harus memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan pertolongan pertama sehingga mengatasi kejadian tersebut untuk meminimalisir bertambanya tingkat keparahan cedera. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah pelatihan dengan demonstrasi dan diskusi serta pendampingan praktik. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Banyuwangi dengan peserta guru Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan. Melalui kegiatan ini, Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan dan Kesehatan Universitas Negeri Surabaya dapat memberikan nilai guna yang positif dalam bentuk kegiatan pengabdian untuk meningkatan sumber daya manusia dan mitra. Respon peserta terkait pelaksanaan kegiatan yaitu dengan rata-rata penilaian 4.4 dari rentang 0-5. Kata Kunci: pelatihan; pertolongan pertama; guru pendidikan jasmani

Abstract

Study Purpose. The use of learning media has a role in the learning process. The use of appropriate media can improve student learning achievement. This study aimed to determine the effect of slow-motion learning media on forward-roll learning achievement. Materials and methods. This research was a quantitative descriptive research in the form of a quasi-experimental. The population in this study was all classes of V at SDN Balonggabus with the sample used, namely 31 students. This research was conducted 4 times. The data collection technique used was the learning achievement test instrument. The analysis technique used was descriptive, normality test, and hypothesis testing to prove the influence of learning media on student learning achievement. Results. Based on the analysis results, the results showed that there was influence as evidenced by the hypothesis test results of 0.00, which means <0.05. Conclussion. Concluded that there was a significant influence of the application of slow-motion learning media on learning achievement of forward roll.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic causes students to experience online learning from home. This causes a decrease in physical activity and psychological impact. Necessary as to provide a stimulus by an exciting exercise, especially for children at the elementary school level a rhythmic gymnastics called Pandemic Corona tetap Gembira (Pacotera), modified rhythmic gymnastics for children aged 6-12 years, on children's psychology. The research method was a quasi-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest design and the sampling technique was purposive sampling with a sample of 30 students of SDN Wiyung I Surabaya. Data collection using a questionnaire Pediatric Symptoms Checklist 17. Based on the results of the T test that used to determine the differences in pre and post treatment of Pacotera gymnastics, showed that there were significant differences in the attention aspect (Sig. 0.01 <0.05) and the externalization aspect (Sig. 0.03 <0.05), but there is no significant difference in the internalization aspect (Sig. 0.601> 0.05). The conclusion is Pacotera gymnastics can improve Children’s psychological condition while learning from home.This study contributes to elementary school teachers encourage their students to do Pacotera gymnastics before learning.

Abstract

Program beasiswa pada mahasiswa Papua studi S1 PJKR di Unesa yang telah berjalan selama beberapa waktu berfungsi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa, pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui motivasi belajar mahasiswa Papua di program studi pendidikan jasmani, kesehatan dan rekreasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pengambilan data melalui kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah mahasiswa Papua S1 PJKR dengan jumlah 26 mahasiswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket kuesioner pada mahasiswa. Dengan hasil penelitian di perolehan persentase pada faktor intrinsik 82% dan pada faktor ekstrinsik dengan persentase 83% dengan kategori motivasi belajar mahasiswa sangat tinggi.

Abstract

Kebugaran jasmani merupakan kemampuan seseorang dalam melakukan aktivitas sehari-hari tanpa mengalami tanda-tanda kelelahan yang berarti dan masih mempunyai cadangan energi untuk aktivitas lain. Kebugaran jasmani merupakan hal yang amat penting bagi manusia maupun anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK). Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengukur kebugaran jasmani anak berkebutuhan khusus di SLB C Autisme Negeri Tuban khususnya anak tunagrahita dengan menggunakan serangkaian tes Eurofit. Jenis penelitian ini ditulis dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan data melalui proses observasi, dokumentasi, literatur, dan tes pengukuran. Populasi dalam riset ini sebanyak 126 siswa tunagrahita dengan teknik simple random sampling diperoleh sampel sejumlah 69 anak. Berdasarkan analisis hasil penelitian dan deskripsi pembahasan penyusunan norma tingkat kebugaran jasmani anak tunagrahita melalui komponen tes EUROFIT, dapat disimpulkan bahwa rata-rata hasil tes anak tunagrahita ringan masuk kategori baik sekali (33,3%). Pada anak tunagrahita sedang masuk kategori sangat kurang sebanyak (47,8%) dan pada anak tunagrahita berat masuk kategori sangat kurang yaitu (50,0%).

Abstract

This research aims to improve the quality of learning in Sports Health Education courses using Collaborative Strategy In Teaching Based on the Virtual Instructor System (VIS) for sixth semester students of the Physical Education Study Program, FKIP, Bengkulu University. Virtual Instructor System (VIS) is an application as a place to work well collaboratively. The Virtual Instructor System (VIS) also tells the team during task evaluation how specific the instructions are and will be carried out. This research uses descriptive qualitative, where the practice of adopting the Virtual Instructor System (VIS)-based Collaborative Strategy In Teaching learning approach is described in each context. Where data collection is carried out through test and non-test techniques. As a result, achievement targets were obtained in cycle II with the following details; 15 students or 42% got category A, 17 students or 47% got category B, 4 students or 11% got category C, and none or 0 students got category D. The results of the response questionnaire distributed to students showed the results The final score was 24.61 or an average of 4.1, which means that the category most often chosen by students was agreed. These results show that the implementation of learning in the application of Collaborative Strategy In Teaching for sixth semester students of the Physical Education Study Program, FKIP, Bengkulu University is of interest to students. It not only reaches aspects of knowledge implementation but also increases students' creativity and interest in learning activities.

Abstract

Physical Education, Sports, and Health plays a crucial role in supporting physical development, character building, and a healthy lifestyle. However, Islamic boarding school-based educational institutions still face challenges related to limited teaching competencies among physical education teachers, particularly those without formal physical education backgrounds. This condition impacts the quality of learning, resulting in unstructured and monotonous teaching that hinders the achievement of learning objectives. This community service program aims to improve the pedagogical and professional competencies of physical education teachers in Islamic boarding schools through module-based training and mentoring. The program was implemented through needs analysis, module development, workshops, teaching practice assistance, and evaluation. Participants included four physical education teachers and fifteen community service teachers from Islamic boarding school backgrounds. Results showed that the module-based training improved teachers' understanding of basic Physical Education, Sports, and Health concepts, as well as lesson planning skills and structured teaching practices. Participants responded positively, with a 100% satisfaction rate, and considered the module a practical teaching guide. These findings confirm that module-based training is effective and essential for improving the competency of physical education teachers in Islamic boarding schools.
