Abstract

Basketball game in this StiFest activity has many fans who sign up and is steadily increasing. The game system is used based on the number of teams that register. Scheduling basketball game on StiFest use system Knock Out game (autumn) and a half of competition / group. Scheduling current game, done manually at random by the committee. Abstract

Civil Service Agency (BKN) Regional Office II is an organizational unit of government. To support the implementation of the basic tasks BKN Kanreg II uses a system of information in the form of websites. But the interest of website visitors BKN Kanreg II considerably less than they had hoped, can be seen until 11 February 2016, with an average of 150 visits per week. This is far from the expected parties BKN Kanreg II which has a target of 350 visits per week. BKN party Kanreg II had never done an evaluation of the website owned in terms of quality.In the evaluation process, the measurement of the quality of the website BKN Kanreg II using WebQual 4.0. Variables used in this study include Usability Quality, Information Quality, Interaction Quality and Quality Website variables. The population used is the BKN employees Kanreg II and Disnaker with a sample that used as many as 161 respondents.Results from the study showed that variables Usability Quality has a greater influence than the variable Information Quality and Quality Interaction variables with the t value of 3.241. Recommendations generated in this study is the BKN Kanreg II further improve the website in terms of usability, in order to get a better quality website.Keywords: WebQual 4.0, Quality, Usability Quality, Information Quality, Interaction Quality, Website Quality.

Abstract

PT. Indoka Putra Mandiri is a company located in Surabaya, and is one of the companies engaged in the manufacturing and retail of fire safety products. Based on the results of the initial questionnaire distribution with a sample of 20 respondents, it was found that more than 55% of respondents answered disagree with the variables that refer to the initial appearance of the website. Therefore, the solution offered is to design the user interface on the Indokafire website. In this study to design a user interface with the google design sprint model. To complete this research, it is divided into 3 stages, namely the initial stage, the development stage, and the final stage. The initial stage is the understand stage, which includes interviews with company owners and customers. Furthermore, benchmark data is made to compare the Indokafire website with other websites related to the sale of fire extinguishers. The diverge stage contains a record of any deficiencies on the website, after which an alternative design will be made. Furthermore, at the development stage, namely the decide stage, which is the stage to select one of the eight design alternatives that have been made. The chosen design alternative will be made a storyboard and continued at the next stage, namely the prototype stage. The last stage is the validate stage, the evaluation stage with the heuristic evaluation method. The results of the evaluation show that 20 respondents overall get a percentage of 100% agree and strongly agree with the new design.

Abstract

PT Matra Unikatama (MU) is a private company engaged in oil drilling contractor. Located in the city of Sidoarjo, PT MU has 88 office staff and 301 laborers. At present, the presence has been using the presence of fingerprint, the current process employee salary calculation that each day the personnel to retrieve data on the presence of employees previously recorded in the fingerprint machine. The presence of data taken using a flash and the data is read using software presensi fingerprint machine. Presence data is then printed to be checked one by one in order to know the employees who are late and not come to work. After the recording process is done daily presence, the personnel presence to match your data with a doctor's note or a special permit approved by the head of the employee. The problem it self is the calculation error (1), calculation of salaries with long time (2), and fraud (3). Based on the problems that occur in the process of calculating the salaries of employees of PT MU, the authors provide a solution for build employee payroll application.

Abstract

PT Goldfindo Intikayu Pratama is a company engaged in the production of furniture, such as furniture for household and office supplies. The company's main processes namely, marketing and sales, purchasing, and production. Problems faced by the company is the systems and information technology (SIT) that failed to implement because it can not help in running the business processes of the company, so it can not align business processes with existing SIT. The failure in the implementation of the SIT cause the company suffered losses in developing SIT. Efforts are needed to improve the situation is to make strategic planning SIT, it aims to be able to align the company's business processes with SIT. Therefore, this study uses the stage Anita Cassidy and using analytical methods such as value chain analysis, SWOT, Five Forces Model, Portfolio McFarlan, Owners Estimate that can help identify and analyze SIT that is consistent with the company's business. The results of this study in the strategic planning documents STI which includes 12 SIT projects, the total estimated cost of Rp 192 900 061 SIT, SIT portfolio, there are directives SIT developments and there is a SIT roadmap for the next 3 years starting from 2017 to 2019.

Abstract

The cause of low yield of soybean in Indonesia, among others is a disease. To find out what disease that attacks soybean crops needed an expert in the field of agriculture. Disease that often impairs the soybean plant is rust. In addition to lowering the yield, rust disease also potentially lower the quality of soybean seeds. In addition to these there are many more diseases that are present in the soy plant. Expert system for soybean disease defines is one alternative to detect disease of soybean. The method used is rule based system and forward chaining method. The system will be made to provide an unbiased decision about the type of disease affecting soybean and handling. Web based system is built in order to spread information more accessible. Result of the application that have been tested by three expert crops by conducting interview and application testing performed eight times on each trial expert. Based on test result obtained from 24 experiments by expert is 22 times the experiment successfully identified soybean disease and two trials did not identify soybean disease. The trial result concluded the expert system can determine soybean disease based on symptoms in plant soybean.

Abstract

The low quality of the chocolate in Indonesia is because the cocoa plantations in Indonesia are always threatened by pests and plant diseases. Insect pest species whose numbers are greatest for cocoa crop in Indonesia for more than 130 species. This resulted in a lot of brown plants that could have been saved to die and decrease the quality of the chocolate. If this is allowed to continue, then it will impact on the level of productivity of the cocoa plant.Based on the above, the cocoa plantations requires an expert system which can provide information about diseases that attack plants brown and provide solutions to deal with the disease. This expert system application aims to help growers determine the type of chocolate for the disease being attacked by the brown plant disease symptoms are visible and also with the application of expert system, can generate solutions to deal with brown plants are diseased, so many chocolate plant are saved and it can increase production and also quality.Application of expert systems with rule-based system using forward chaining methods to help the cocoa plantations in order to know the type of disease that is attacking the brown plant based on the symptoms of the disease are seen.Keyword: Technology, forward chaining, Expert, Chocolate

Abstract

Hang Tuah 4 senior high school is an agency engaged in education, located at Jalan Bogowonto 18, Surabaya. As an institution engaged in education, Hang Tuah 4 high school has supporting facilities for teaching and learning activities, namely a library. The problems that exist in the library of SMA Hang Tuah 4 Surabaya, among others. Lack of information about the amount of book information during the borrowing process, difficulties in checking borrower data, and events in information delivery. Meanwhile, in the process, errors occur when checking data. There is accumulation of data in recording the number of visits, because it is done once a week. The operator must adjust the loan data to the level of the fine amount. The above problems are solved by designing a web-based library circulation application. Applications can record loans and visits, library visits, and calculate fines automatically. In addition, this application also features a collection search and report generation. The method used in application development uses the System Development Life Cycle using the Waterfall model. The stages carried out include communication, planning, modeling, and construction. Tests carried out using the black box testing method on 45 test cases, obtained a 100% conformity level. This shows that the circulation of web-based applications runs according to its function.

Abstract

CV Aneka Karya Makmur is a company engaged in the computer embroidery services are located in the hamlet Wonokoyo Kulon No 35, Beji Pasuruan. Today the company makes the production schedule just by looking at the list of orders are coming in which orders are coming in advance will be done. As a result, the waiting time high orders and orders that have little processing time required to wait too long. Solution to the problems above are improved methods of production scheduling. Scheduling applications make the selection of the best methods of four methods First Come First Serve (FCFS), Shortest Processing Time (SPT), Longest Process Time (LPT), and the Earliest Due Date (EDD), in which all four of these methods will be evaluated to obtain the best method , The parameters used to evaluate four methods is the average completion time, utilization, the average number of jobs in the system, and the average delay in the work. Based on the applications made and the testing that has been done, the value of the test reached 100%. This application can take orders, which can be directly carried out the manufacture of the production schedule by one of the best methods. This application can also produce evidence of orders and generate reports on the results of production scheduling.  Keywords: Production Scheduling, Ordering method, Priority Rules.

Abstract

PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya city is a company distributing water in Surabaya. At present PDAM Surya Sembada in Surabaya has problems in serving customers in the activities of new installations and meter replacementsadueatoathealargevnumberxof requests for new installations and replacement of unserved meters. In 2018 there were 77,291 new installation requests and only 18% (13,912) of new installation requests underserved, and there were 51,649 requests for replace meters and only 21% (10,846) of request for meter replacements served by the PDAM because reports of requests that were on customer service were often not reported to the distribution. Reports on arrears of payment information from the finance department take 2 days so that the distribution department cannot find out information on delinquent payments quickly. This study aims to solve the problem by creating a customer service information system application that can make prospective customers and customers request new installations and replace meters through the application.aThe resultseof thehtrial on the function obtained 100% results based on these results thecapplication can be used to serve requests for new installations and replace meters and can provide information on customer water meter payment arrears.
