Abstract

This research aimed to examine some factors that influence to intention of utilization of information system and information system usage at PT. X. The reason for study is because of the differences in some results of previous study, so examination need to be done again. The method was used in the data collection is survey method, in this case data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. The obtained research data is based on accounting information system users respondent’s perception by 31 respondents. Methods of research data using validity test, reliability test, and classical assumptions test, then hypothesis test using multiple linear regression model. The data were analyzed using multiple regression by SPSS 19 software. Result of this study show that performance expectancy, effort expectancy and social factor are significant influence to intention of information system. Facilitating conditions and intention of accounting information system was significant influence to information system usage.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of top management support and the ability of users of accounting information systems on the performance of accounting information systems using system user satisfaction measure. The methods used to collect research data is a survey method data obtained by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. Research data based on user perceptions of respondents accounting information system by 30 respondents from bank bjb Cabang Suci. In this study, the test data used method is validity, reliability testing, and classical assumption. Then multiple linear regression analysis was used to test the hypothesis. Results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the support of top management and accounting capabilities of information systems users significant positive effect on the performance of accounting information systems either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

Abstract. Bussniess model concept at this moment considered as the alternative choice for entrepreneurs to design and develop a business. One of which frequently applied is Business Model Canvas. The purpose of this study is to implement the Bussniess model canvas in designing the management of Jaskost-mobile based application. Jaskost is an application designed to meet the tenants' needs (anak kos). The method used is qualitative one with descriptive approach. The  result shows that 9 elements of Bussniess model canvas relate each other. Revenue streams is believed as the point of the Bussniess model canvas elements which illustrates the income would be penetrated through the jaskost application. The implementation of business model canvas in designing the management of Jaskost-application in this study is as a representation of what must be done.Keywords: Bussniess Model Canvas; Entrepreneur; JaskostAbstrak. Konsep model bisnis hingga saat ini terus menjadi alternatif wirausaha dalam merancang dan mengenbangkan bisnisnya. Salah satu model bisnis yang sering digunakan adalah Bisnis Model Kanvas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menerapkan model bisnis kanvas dalam perancangan manajemen aplikasi JASKOST berbasis Mobile Application. Jaskost adalah sebuah aplikasi yang dirancang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan anak kost. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sembilan elemen model bisnis canvas memiliki hubungan satu sama lain. Revenue streams merupakan inti dari elemen model bisnis kanvas dimana elemen ini menggambarkan aliran pendapatan yang masuk keperusahaan melalui aplikasi Jaskost. Penerapan model bisnis kanvas dalam perancangan manajemen aplikasi Jaskost menjadi sebuah gambaran usaha yang akan dilakukan.Kata kunci :  Bisnis Model Kanvas, Jaskost, Kewirausahaan

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the Business Model Canvas used by the weaving cualmaslina industry in Bangka Belitung. The type of the research used is qualitative descriptive. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out through SWOT Analysis, EFAS/IFAS matrix, SWOT matrix, matrix combination of strategies and business model canvas analysis. This study found that the priority strategy that must be done by weaving cualMaslina is to utilize the product's uniqueness to attract goverment assistance and make a strong brand image to take advantage of business opportunities that are still wide open (SO). Analysis of Business Model Canvas on weaving cualMaslina found four elements that need to be improved; Customer segment forms a new segmentation, Channels works with business partners to create websites, Key activities form subdivisions of RD (quality control, design and coloring techniques), Key resources recruits HR Potential.Keyword. Abstract

Kewirausahaan yang sedang berkembang harus merancang sebuah model bisnis yang tepat agar visi, misi dan tujuan dalam perusahaan tersebut berjalan dengan baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang Bisnis Model Kanvas yang dapat digunakan oleh startup Santree dalam perkembangannya. Santree merupakan sebuah social marketplace berbasis Mobile Application yang dirancang khusus untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan memasarkan produk Pesantren. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Bisnis model kanvas dengan sembilan elemennya dapat menjadi pegangan perusahaan dalam menjalankan bisnisnya, mulai dari pengambilan keputusan hingga evaluasi pencapaian tujuan perusahaan.Kata kunci : Kewirausahaan, Bisnis Model Kanvas, Santree

Abstract

Miski Aghnia Corporation (MACo) adalah salah satu perusahaan manufaktur yang memproduksi sepatu kulit, tas dan pakaian. Perusahaan memiliki kendala dalam produksi sehingga mempengaruhi efektivitas dan efisiensi seluruh kegiatan perusahaan. Perusahaan memiliki manajemen rantai pasokan (supply chain management) yang cukup baik namun selama ini belum pernah melakukan pengukuran kinerja rantai pasokan yang melibatkan seluruh pihak terkait. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran kinerja supply chain management dan tingkat kinerja supply chain management  yang diukur dengan menggunakan pendekatan supply chain operation reference (SCOR). Metode yang digunakan untuk mengukur kinerja supply chain management adalah supply chain operation preference (SCOR) berbasis Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). SCOR membagi proses supply chain menjadi lima bagian inti yaitu plan, source, make, deliver dan return. Atribut kinerja yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini disesuaikan dengan kondisi perusahaan dan tingkat kepentingannya diukur menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dengan bantuan program Software Expert Choice 11.0. Hasil dari perhitungan diperoleh nilai total kinerja sebesar 55,43. Nilai tersebut menunjukan bahwa kinerja supply chain management perusahaan berada dikategori average (rata-rata).

Abstract

The presence of Islamic insurance is an alternative, in order to avoid conventional insurance which is considered to have elements of usury, maytsir, gharar and zholim. In the era of economic disruption, Islamic insurance players and customers are waiting for the direction of strategic policies from the government as regulator and facilitator. The formulation of a sharia insurance development strategy policy begins with analyzing the obstacles to developing sharia insurance in Indonesia. These constraints mean that the number of sharia insurance customers in Indonesia is not maximal. These obstacles include the lack of socialization and promotion, inadequate use of technology, lack of product and service development, lack of knowledge, and the existence of conventional insurance. Based on these constraints, strategies for developing sharia insurance in Indonesia that can be carried out include maximizing socialization and promotion, maximizing the use of technology, developing products and services, increasing literacy, and market penetration. This research is aimed at analyzing the constraints and development strategies of Islamic insurance using a mathematical method, namely the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method, so that policy recommendations are supported by scientific studies. Furthermore, in this study the ANP method was adopted in a survey design involving a number of respondents. The heterogeneity of the assessments of a number of respondents is expected to provide a more rational alternative. The results of the analysis using the ANP method are priority constraints in order to get more attention and priority strategies that can be used to formulate policies to make them more focused.

Abstract

Abstract- This study is to see the impact of entrepreneurship education provided through entrepreneurship courses on entrepreneurial intentions among students in Karawang-West Java. The research model was adopted from Theory Planned Behavior (TPB). The theory of planned behavior includes independent variables, namely attitudes, subjective norms, and behavioral control. While the dependent variable, entrepreneurial intention is used. Questionnaires were distributed via google form to students who have taken entrepreneurship courses, as many as 115 samples were obtained, and 100 samples that met the criteria were used for processing. Research analysis using SEM PLS found that subjective norms and behavioral control did not affect the intention to entrepreneurship, only attitude that had a significant effect on the intention to entrepreneurship in students. These results prove in the sample taken that the attitude of students more causes entrepreneurial intention, how they are interested in seeing business opportunities, have a positive view of things and always dare to take any risks that come. This finding is expected to change the education plan for entrepreneurship courses, which are expected to include elements to increase interest, think positively, and be optimistic to generate intentions to become an entrepreneur. Abstrak– Penelitian ini untuk melihat dampak pendidikan kewirausahaan yang diberikan melalui mata kuliah kewirausahaan terhadap niat wirausaha di kalangan mahasiswa di kota Karawang-Jawa Barat. Model penelitian diadopsi dari Theory Planned Behavior (TPB). Aplikasi theory of planned behavior yang meliputi variabel bebas yaitu sikap, norma subyektif dan kontrol perilaku. Sedamngkan variabel terikat, digunakan niat berwirausaha. Kuesioner disebar melalui google form kepada mahasiswa yang sudah menempuh mata kuliah kewirausahaan, sebanyak 115 sample didapatkan, dan digunakan 100 sampel yang memenuhi kriteria untuk diolah. Analisis Penelitian dengan menggunakan SEM PLS, ditemukan bahwa norma subjective dan kontrol perilaku tidak mempengaruhi niat untuk berwirausaha, hanya sikap yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat untuk berwirausaha pada mahasiswa. Hasil ini membuktikan pada sampel yang diambil bahwa niat wirausaha lebih disebabkan pada sikap dari mahasiswa , bagaimana mereka tertarik untuk melihat adanya peluang usaha, berpandangan positif terhadap sesuatu dan selalu berani mengambil resiko apapun yang datang. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat merubah rencana pendidikan mata kuliah kewirausahaan yang diharapkan juga dapat memasukkan unsur untuk meningkatkan rasa tertarik, berfikir secara positif dan bersikap optimis yang dapat membangkitkan niat untuk menjadi seorang wirausaha.

Abstract

Since 2000’s content marketing began to develop and become a buzzword lately. Nowadays, content marketing is a standard practice of business and one who do not use that will be left behind. The current democratization of information is expressed mainly through User-Generated Content (UGC), so that the media model becomes more user-centric. This study attempts to discuss the effect of UGC on consumer-based brand equity (CBBE) through involvement. UGC in this study is represented through variables that motivate it, namely co-creation, empowerment, community, and self-concept. The population in this study is Top Brand lipstick consumers who have watched the UGC of those brands. Data was collected using questionnaire that distributed online and 121 data were obtained. After analyzed using SEM PLS, the results are: 1) co-creation has positive effect on involvement; 2) self-concept has positive effect on involvement; 3) involvement has a positive effect on CBBE; 4) UGC has a substantial influence on involvement; 5) UGC and involvement have a moderate influence on CBBE. Abstract

Kopi saat ini merupakan salah satu komoditas unggulan pertanian yang mempunyai kontribusi yang cukup nyata dalam perekonomian Indonesia, yaitu sebagai penghasil devisa, sumber pendapatan petani, penghasil bahan baku industri, penciptaan lapangan kerja dan pengembangan wilayah. Namun untuk menciptakan industri kopi yang berkualitas baik dan berkelanjutan, diperlukan upaya literasi kepada petani kopi. Petani yang membutuhkan literasi industri kopi diantaranya yaitu kelompok petani kopi buntis. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman akan pentingnya bisnis kopi yang berkelanjutan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan literasi Triple Layered Business Model Canvas. Hasil pengabdiannya menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman petani akan pentingnya menjaga keberlanjutan bisnis kopinya agar tingkat ekonomi petani tetap terjaga.Kata Kunci: : bisnis model kanvas, literasi, kopi. Improving Business Process Literacy at Buntis Coffee Farmer Groups in the Context of Creating SustainabilityABSTRACTCoffee is currently one of the leading agricultural commodities that have a significant contribution to the Indonesian economy, namely as a foreign exchange earner, a source of income for farmers, a producer of industrial raw materials, job creation and regional development. However, to create a coffee industry that is of good quality and sustainable, it requires literacy efforts for coffee farmers. Farmers who need coffee industry literacy include the Buntis coffee farmer group. This service activity aims to provide an understanding of the importance of a sustainable coffee business. The method used is the Triple Layered Business Model Canvas literacy approach. The results of his dedication show that farmers' understanding of the importance of maintaining the sustainability of their coffee business so that the economic level of farmers is maintained.Keywords:business model canvas, literacy, coffee.
