Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the Influence of Part-Time Work on Learning Activities and Academic Achievement of the 2019 cohort of students at STKIP PGRI Bangkalan. The independent variable in this research is part-time work, while the dependent variables are learning activity and academic achievement. The population for this study consists of all undergraduate education students from the 2019 cohort at STKIP PGRI Bangkalan, totaling 246 individuals, regardless of their part-time work status. The sample for this research includes the entire population, and the sampling technique employed is proportionate stratified random sampling, where all individuals in the population have an equal chance of being selected as sample members. Data collection techniques used include questionnaires and documentation. The analysis technique employed is MANOVA (Multivariate Analysis of Variance). The results of the research indicate that part-time work influences the variable of student learning activity, as the part-time work variable shows a positive effect, with a significance value of 0.009 (p < 0.05) and tcount > ttable (2.788 > 2.045). Therefore, the null hypothesis (HO) is rejected, and the alternative hypothesis (HI) is accepted. Furthermore, part-time work also affects the variable of student academic achievement, as the part-time work variable has a positive effect, with a significance value of 0.023 (p < 0.05) and tcount > ttable (2.397 > 2.045). Hence, the null hypothesis (HO) is rejected, and the alternative hypothesis (HI) is accepted.

Abstract

The basis of this research is the ease of shopping online, with online trading sites, so that people do not need to come to shopping centers and can buy the goods they need just by looking at the pictures and specifications of the goods. This research was made to find out the Effect of Lifestyle and Ease of Shopping Online on the Buying Interests of Economics Students 2019 STKIP PGRI BANGKALAN. A quantitative research approach was adopted for this study. The sample consisted of 30 respondents. using a basic random sample approach with sample probability. The questionnaire is used as a research instrument measurement tool. Multiple Linear Regression Test, Hypothesis Test, and Classical Assumption Test are used in statistical analysis. Based on research findings, lifestyle (X1) and ease of online shopping (X2) have a partial influence on the purchase intention of 2019 STKIP PGRI Bangkalan Economic Education Students (Y). Lifestyle (X1) and Ease of Online Shopping (X2) have quite a big influence on STKIP PGRI Bangkalan Economic Education Students' Purchase Interest (Y). The calculated R Square value of 0.788 indicates that the combined effect of variables X1 and X2 on variable Y is 78.8%, with the influence of other factors not included in this study taking into account the remaining effect.Key words: Lifestyle, Ease of Online Shopping, Buying Interest

Abstract

This study was made to determine the effect of price and service quality on visitor satisfaction at Syafira Swimming Pool, Burneh District, Bangkalan Regency.The independent variables in this study were price and service quality, while the dependent variable in this study was visitor satisfaction.The population in this study were all visitors who visited the Syafira swimming pool.The sample in this study is the entire population. The technique used in sampling is a random sampling technique where all individuals in the population have the opportunity to become members of the sample. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and documentation. And the analysis technique used is MANOVA (Multivariate Analysis Of Variance). The results of the study show that price has an influence on the visitor satisfaction variable, because the price variable has a positive effect because the price variable shows a sig value of 0.024< 0.05 and tcount>ttable or 2.391>2.051, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. And the quality of service has an effect on the visitor satisfaction variable, because the service quality variable has a positive effect because the service quality variable shows that the sig value is 0.002<0.05 and tcount>ttable or 3.489>2.051, so it can be concluded that HO is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

Dalam melakukan pemasaran yang baik, produsen harus mengetahui dahulu apa yang menjadi kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen, sehingga produk yang akan ditawarkan sesuai dengan keinginan konsumen. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis apakah promosi penjualandan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen batik di Butik Maulana Dawuhan Situbondo. Sampel untuk penelitian mengambil 100 maka sampel. Pada penelitian ini dalam uji regresi linear berganda dilihat variabel promosi penjualan pada unstandardized coefficients B bernilai 0,259 dan ujit diketahui bahwa nilai signifikan untuk pengaruh X1 terhadap Y adalah sebesar 0,017 < 0,05 dan nilai thitung 2.426 > ttabel 1.984, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H1 ditrima yang artinya promosi penjualan (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y). Pada penelitian ini dalam uji regresi linear berganda dilihat variabel kualitas pelayanan pada unstandardized coefficients B bernilai 0,131 dan uji-t diketahui bahwa nilai signifikan untuk pengaruh X2 terhadap Y adalah sebesar 0,192 < 0,05 dan nilai thitung hitung 1.313 > ttabel 1.984, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H2 ditolak yang artinya kualitas pelayanan (X2) berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y). Hasil pengujian hipotesis dan regresi diketahui bahwa nilai signifikansi untuk pengaruh variabel X1 dan X2 secara simultan terhadap variabel adalah sebesar 0.000 < 0,05 dan nilai Fhitung sebesar 5.043 > Ftabel 2,68 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa X1dan X2 secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Y. Pengujian koefisien determinan maka dapat diketahui nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) dari pengujian ini sebesar 0,094. Arti dari koefisien ini adalah bahwa pengaruh yang diberikan oleh kombinasi dari variabel promosi penjualan dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen dalam membeli batik di Butik Maulana 9%, sedangkan 91% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian.

Abstract

Data kemampuan guru dalam menulis artikel ilmiah sangat terbatas. Hal ini dapat dijelaskan dengan: 1) Pengetahuan guru tentang menulis artikel ilmiah masih lemah, 2) Guru masih kesulitan dalam melakukan penelitian kelas yang mengarah pada publikasi ilmiah. Padahal kenyataannya, banyak guru yang hanya berhenti di kelas IVa. Memang, pindah ke kelompok berikutnya mensyaratkan aspek publikasi artikel ilmiah hasil penelitian. 3) Semangat fakultas untuk menulis artikel ilmiah rendah. Dari permasalahan tersebut dapat dibentuk kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat bagi guru SMA se-kabupaten Bangkalan. Berdasarkan observasi awal di SMA Darrut Tauhid Kecamatan Arosbaya Kabupaten Bangkalan, pihak sekolah mengeluhkan Permasalahan yang dihadapi sekolah adalah masih kurang mampu dalam melakukan pembuatan artikel ilmiah sains yang sesuai dengan kaidah penulisan jurnal terakreditasi nasional. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menulis karya ilmiah di bidang IPA & IPS bagi guru-guru sekolah di SMA Darrut Tauhid Kecamatan Arosbaya Kabupaten Bangkalan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat guru SMA Darrut Tauhid meliputi ceramah, dan diskusi untuk guru yang sudah memiliki proyek artikel ilmiah. Jumlah peserta hadir dari kegiatan ini antara lain 36 orang guru SMA Darrut Tauhid Kecamatan Arosbaya. Kegiatan kemasyarakatan ini akan dilakukan dengan memberikan kuis sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan penulisan artikel ilmiah. Dari hasil kegiatan ini, minat belajar menulis jurnal di kalangan guru SMA di Kabupaten Bangkalan sangat tinggi, terbukti dengan relatif tingginya jumlah guru yang mengikuti kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Rata-rata peningkatan N-gain yang ternormalisasi adalah 1,85 pada ujung atas yang berarti telah terjadi peningkatan kemampuan menulis karya ilmiah bagi guru sekolah di SMA Darrut Tuhid melalui pengabdian masyarakat ini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of robotics activities on improving the creative thinking skills of early childhood. This study used quanitative research with the Single Subject Design (SSD) method. The research design used in this study is using the A-B-A reversal design. Data collection was carried out using with a pre-test post-test experimental research design without clear control. The results of this study indicate that robotics activities can improve the creative thinking skills of early childhood. Robotics activities can improve creative thinking skills because the implementation of robotics activities is an activity based on constructive and manipulative activities. The characteristics of creative thinking skills that are improved through robotic activities are fluency, flexibility, originality, elaboration, and tenacity and patience. The relationship between robotics activities and creative thinking skills is that robotics activities are designed to follow environmental developments. So that it can bring out creativity in humans in developing ideas and become a means of realizing these creative ideas.
