Abstract

Abstract. A project contractor may fail to deliver on time, quality, and budget expectations due to incidents resulting in injuries and fatalities, as well as asset damage, elevated costs, and delays. This research aims to gauge a business improvement model on OHS (occupational and health safety) performance developed from operation standardization, communication, competency, hazard identification, and management commitment. Commitment initiates risk analysis for developing standardization, communication, and competency to achieve OHS performance. The present case study concerns a contractor establishing a local government office building in Lampung. It takes 100 respondents as a sample out of the 124 personnel in this construction project, relying on a quantitative method which processes data via PLS software to obtain the direction and magnitude of variable influences. OHS policy exhibits influence at 0.587 on HIRADC (Hazard Identification Risk Analysis and Determining Control); it affects standardization, competency, and communication at the values of 0.704, 0.450, and 0.300. The three variables then simultaneously affect OHS performance at the values of 0.540, 0.065, and 0.116. OHS performance affects business performance at a value of 0.384.Keywords: Hazard identification; ohs performance; business performance; competency; communication; management commitmentAbstrak. Abstract

This research intends to understand and investigate how to increase patients' satisfaction by implementing the clinical information system and by looking at the service quality, green environment, and patients' perceptions to provide better patient satisfaction concerning healthcare services. The data collection is done through the distribution of questionnaires in Jakarta, Indonesia. This research is based on descriptive and verification methods; the sample is determined through Purposive Sampling, and the method analysis technique is Partial Least Square (PLS). The research results show that patients' perception significantly influences clinical system information compared to quality services and a green environment to achieve patient satisfaction. Healthcare clinics need to implement the clinical system information to assist the healthcare workers in providing quality patient services.

Abstract

This study seeks to empirically investigate the factors influencing online repurchase intention for Garuda Indonesia's domestic airline tickets, with trust serving as a mediating variable. The study encompassed 201 participants, predominantly Millennials and Gen Z, who acquired tickets through Garuda Indonesia's official website or online travel agencies (OTAs). Data were analyzed with PLS-SEM. The results indicate that performance expectancy, information quality, perceived ease of use, and reputation have a favorable and significant effect on online repurchase intention. Trust also positively affects online repurchase intention. Nonetheless, trust does not facilitate the connections between design quality and perceived risk regarding online repurchase intention. Furthermore, design quality and perceived risk exhibit no significant direct consequences. These insights provide strategic implications for improving the effectiveness, efficiency, and competitiveness of Garuda Indonesia's digital platforms in the local market.

Abstract

Background: Generation Z is a valuable target market for the cellular telecommunications industry due to their digital-native behavior. However, their loyalty is a challenge, making it important to understand the factors that influence their loyalty to these services.Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence the loyalty of generation Z in using cellular internet services. Design/methodology/approach: The sampling technique used non-probability sampling with a voluntary sampling approach. Data was analyzed using the SEM-PLS model using SmartPLS version 4. Total 146 samples are collected by online form submissions.  Finding/Result: The results of the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis show that customer satisfaction and trust have a direct effect on Generation Z customer loyalty in using mobile internet services. Meanwhile, other variables such as service quality and brand image have an indirect effect through mediation of customer satisfaction. This finding confirms the important role of customer satisfaction as a mediator in building customer loyalty. Conclusion: Companies should offer extra services that match Generation Z's mobile internet habits to boost satisfaction and loyalty.
