Abstract

Sepeda motor sebagai alat transportasi yang menunjang kebutuhan aktifitas manusia, kini beralih fungsi menjadi gaya hidup yang mengikuti arus perkembangan zaman. Meningkatnya permintaan pembelian sepeda motor dipengaruhi juga oleh perilaku konsumen berdasarkan pengaruh pribadi, karakteristik budaya, sosial dan psikologi saat menentukan pembelian sepeda motor. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, maka diperlukan suatu studi yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat dari kepuasan konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor, pengkajian studi pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kano model, kano model bertujuan untuk mengkategorikan dan memetakan beberapa atribut dari produk ataupun jasa berdasarkan kemampuan produk tersebut dapat memuaskan kebutuhan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, apa yang disukai konsumen atau pengguna sepeda motor yang didasarkan pada metode kano dan kepentingan atau harapan konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor yang didasarkan oleh pengkategorian pada metode kano. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan, nilai kepuasan (ES) dari atribut kuesioner yang berpengaruh pada keputusan pembelian konsumen sepeda motor adalah: Sepeda motor hemat bahan bakar serta karakteristik dan Harga sepeda motor menempati kepuasan mencapai angka 68% jika terpenuhi.

Abstract

Pengoptimalan jaringan supply chain tidak hanya diperlukan dalam industri manufaktur saja tetapi juga bisa diterapkan dalam menentukan lokasi pos pemadam kebakaran yang efektif dan efisien. Kegiatan merancang jaringan supply chain pos pemadam kebakaran sangat penting untuk dilakukan karena selama ini hampir di seluruh kawasan perindustrian di Indonesia belum terdapat pelayanan kondisi darurat yang sesuai, baik dalam jumlah sarana maupun pemerataan penyebarannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu Untuk mengoptimalkan coverage dari pos pemadam kebakaran yang dijadikan sebagai alternatif. Untuk mengetahui area mana saja yang dapat dicover oleh pos pemadam kebakaran di kawasan industri SIER. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Adapun metode analisis yang digunakan mempunyai fungsi tujuan yaitu Memaksimalkan coverage dari Pos pemadam kebakaran. Luaran dari Penelitian ini nantinya akan diterbitkan ke dalam Jurnal Tibuana Unipa Surabaya. Ada 5 pos pemadam kebakaran yang potensial di kawasan Industri SIER yaitu UPTD III, pos Kali Rungkut, pos Kepuh, pos Sukolilo, dan 1 pos baru. Masing-masing pos pemadam disimulasikan dengan bantuan program Solver Microsoft Excel untuk memaksimalkan jarak coverage pos pemadam dengan seluruh area SIER. Hasil penelitian Untuk jarak 100-800 meter 5 pos pemadam terpilih dengan total 64 area SIER tercover, Untuk jarak 900-1000 meter 4 pos pemadam terpilih dengan total 33 area SIER tercover, untuk jarak 2000 meter 3 pos pemadam terpilih dengan total 6 area SIER tercover, untuk jarak 4000-5000 meter 1 pos pemadam terpilih dengan total 20 area SIER tercover. Abstract

Industri Kecil dan Menengah perbaikan dinamo di Desa Berbek, Kec. Waru, Kab. Sidoarjo dalam menjalankan usahanya dengan memperbaiki motor-motor listrik, trafo-trafo distribusi yang mempunyai ukuran dari kecil sampai besar. Saat ini UKM perbaikan dinamo yang ada di Desa Brebek masih menggunakan mesin gulung trafo manual yang cara kerja utamanya masih menggunakan tangan dengan memutar tuas gulungan pada mesin gulung kumparan. Walaupun sebenarnya saat ini sudah banyak dijual mesin penggulung dinamo otomatis buatan luar negeri dengan merk-merk tertentu namun harga dari mesin tersebut relatif mahal. Keterbatasan pendanaan menjadikan alat penggulung secara otomatis masih jauh dari kemampuan UKM untuk memilikinya. Pentingnya suatu alat penggulung kumparan adalah untuk memudahkan proses penggulungan kumparan/lilitan yang nantinya akan diterapkan pada dinamo-dinamo yang diperbaiki. Ketelitian dari jumlah lilitan juga mempengaruhi hasil akhir dari kualitas perbaikan yang dihasilkan, selain dari jenis kawat lilitan yang diterapkan. Untuk itu, tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengembangkan mesin penggulung lilitan yang berfungsi untuk membantu proses menggulung lilitan dinamo secara otomatis berbasiskan mikrokontroller. Dengan adanya otomatisasi ini, diharapkan proses jumlah lilitan yang dihasilkan mesin penggulung bisa lebih presisi dalam jumlah lilitannya, sehingga bisa dihasilkan kualitas dari lilitan yang lebih baik. Dengan penggunaan mikrokontroller, diharapkan bisa menciptakan otomatisasi dengan berbiaya yang terjangkau atau murah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian eksperimen. Hasil penelitian ini nantinya menghasilkan mesin yang dapat membantu pekerjaan menggulung dinamo dalam proses perbaikan gulungan dinamo yang mampu bekerja secara otomatis, dan dilengkapi dengan fitur input nilai setting putaran, dan disertai papan display. Abstract

This study aims at determining the conditions and characteristics of shrimp waste, the economic value of the potential for shrimp waste, as well as the policy direction for implementing the Circular Economy of Shrimp Waste as a Green Economy Alternative in the Bulak Banteng Kenjeran Coastal Area, Surabaya City. The research method used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative with the process hierarchy analysis technique (AHP). The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires and in-depth interviews with selected respondents. The results showed that the characteristics of shrimp waste in the form of shrimp heads and shells were still not used for economic value activities, and people dumped them in gutters around homes and at sea. The priority policy directions that can be applied to the Circular Economy of Shrimp Waste as an Alternative to a Green Economy are; 1) providing innovation and technology for economic-based shrimp waste processing with a total CR (consistency ratio) value of 1.878; 2) to improve environmental health by not disposing of shrimp waste around the house, the total value of CR is 1.127; and, 3) the government provides a shrimp processing industry for fishermen with a total CR value of 0.094. Each policy priority can be carried out in synergy so that shrimp waste can be handled properly.

Abstract

Sativa mouthwash based on 3% nigella sativa extract contains thymoquinone which can reduce the porphyromonas gingivalis bacteria that causes gingivitis and bad breath. Based on the inhibition zone test it can reduce the E faecalis bacteria that causes cavities. Oral hygiene and health have a broad impact on the condition of the immune system of all organs of the human body. Such a great opportunity for the development of the world of health, it is necessary to develop a business strategy for Sativa mouthwash products through the Business Model Canvas and its blue ocean strategy. Problems that often occur to consumers with a tropical climate in Indonesia are oral health problems and concerns about product safety for the health of other organs. This research method uses descriptive analysis with case studies on Sativa brand mouthwash products. The results of the SWOT analysis are in quadrant I (1.610928; 2.326923), indicating that there are still many strengths and opportunities for the development of the Sativa mouthwash product business. Progressive action is needed through the redesign of the Business Model Canvas, followed by the preparation of the Blue Ocean Strategic using a four-step framework, including no longer using unprofessional key partners, reducing waste in the production and distribution process, increasing value propositions, and creating a unique and attractive web for educating community about the importance of oral health and the importance of using mouthwash that is safe and eco-friendly.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in paper mill productivity with the ETAP 12.6 simulation method. The progress of the company as a business organization has increased activity, increased performance and increased productivity in the electrical system at PT Dayasa Aria Prima to take strategic steps in minimizing expenditure costs on the electrical system and developing an electrical system based on ETAP 12.6 analysis and simulation at PT Dayasa Aria Prima. Changes in the value of the power factor will have an impact on decreasing the value of cos φ. Based on the analysis and simulation of ETAP 12.6 it is known that the power factor of PT. Dayasa Aria Prima is around 0.70% where the company has to pay a fine to PLN. To eliminate or eliminate fines, an increase is made to meet the standard requirements for power factor which must be more than 0.85%. Installing a capacitor bank with a power factor is an effective and efficient way to increase productivity so that companies can control and measure the productivity and cost efficiency of the company

Abstract

PT. XYZ is an industry in East Java that produces products made from animal skins as raw materials. The product produced by this industry is loafers. So far, this industry has had problems with leather raw materials which often experience excess supply requiring high investment, although at certain times they also experience shortages which result in not fulfilling consumer demand. MRP is a system specifically designed to ensure the availability of materials, items or components when needed to meet production schedules and ensure the availability of finished products for consumers in situations of surging demand. MRP can answer exactly what material, how much, and when (what, how much and when) is needed so that the production process can run according to schedule. The results of this study indicate that the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) method has a total raw material inventory control cost of Rp. 189,646,600 and by using the company's method, the raw material control value is Rp. 323,325,500 Savings in raw material control costs that can be obtained by applying the MRP method are Rp. 17,416,700 or about 0.94%.
