Abstract

Milk as one of protein source from animal besides beef has large contributes for thenutrition fulfillment. The potential of dairy cows in Indonesia is enormous. The Ngijo village inKarangploso District of Malang Regency is one of the centers of dairy cattle. Dairy farmers are inpartnership with the cooperative to distribute the production. Most farmers in the Ngijo village inKarangploso District of Malang became a member of KUD Karangploso. The aim of this study was todetermine the role of co-operatives as the agribusiness system supporting business in thedevelopment of dairy farm in the Ngijo village. As sample are 50 farmers belonging to cooperativesin the Ngijo village. Direct observation and interviews method conducted to retrieve data directly.The results showed that the cooperative has a very important role for the business development ofthe dairy farmers in the Ngijo village. But this has not been supported by the institutional capacity ofcooperatives in improving the welfare of members of the cooperative in this respect is the dairyfarmers. Breeders still require training and counseling as a provision to increase the business interms of both quality and quantity.Key Words: Business Development, Dairy Cattle, System Agribusiness, Cooperative

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Livestock Farming Cooperative (KUTT) of Suka Makmur on Jl. Raya Semambung Grati Desa Grati Pasuruan Regency on September 1, 2018 - September 25 2018. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the business performance of people's dairy cows in Grati District, Pasuruan Regency. The population used is dairy farmers who are members of KUTT in Grati Village, Pasuruan Regency with questionnaires as many as 100 people who take ownership of livestock under 5 heads and more than 2 dairy cows. The research method was carried out by the surve method, which is taking samples from the population of dairy farmers with a questionnaire as a data collector. The results of this study are Y = -31,729 + 0,561 X1 + 5,454 X2 + 2,087 X3 + 1,628 X4 + 8,215 X5 + (-0,117 X6) + 0,406 X7 + (-0,922 X8) +0,160 X9 and the R squared value is 0,451 this means that the business performance of dairy cows can be explained by variable X of 45.1% and the remaining 54.9% is caused by sapilactation and extensive cage factors. The factors that influence the performance of dairy cows in the Grati farm in Pasuruan Regency, from this result the most influential variable is the number of lactation cows and cage area.

Abstract

ABSTRAK The research knows the income and the welfare level of dairy cattle breeder. The research was done from August〖22〗^th – November 〖22〗^th,2016. Survey was conducted at KUD Karangploso. Conclusions from research advantage of the income to maintain 1 cows lactation Rp.882.000. The ratio of value over cost is 1,33.Total economic benefits cooperatives is Rp.587.000 . Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui saluran pemasaran susu segar di KUD Karangploso Desa Bocek Kecamatan Karangploso Kabupaten Malang. Materi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pemasaran susu sapi KUD Karangploso Desa Bocek Kecamatan Karangploso Kabupaten Malang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dan wawancara langsung dengan anggota KUD Karangploso. Variabel penelitian meliputi biaya pemasaran, total keuntungan pemasaran, dan margin pemasaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa saluran pemasaran susu sapi di Desa Bocek Kecamatan Karangploso Kabupaten Malang yaitu : Peternak →KUD →IPS →dan Konsumen. Biaya pemasaran Rp. 572,75 per liter, total keuntungan pemasaran Rp. 1.727,25 per liter dan margin pemasaran Rp. 2.300,00 per liter dan biaya pemasaran dari KUD ke konsumen total biaya pemasaran Rp 291,05 per liter, total keuntungan pemasaran Rp 2.808,96 per liter dan margin pemasaran Rp 3.100,00. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa saluran pemasaran susu sapi di KUD Karangploso Desa Bocek Kecamatan Karangploso Kabupaten Malang sudah lebih baik. Saran yang dapat peneliti berikan untuk peternak di Desa Bocek Kecamatan Karangploso Kabupaten Malang yakni harus lebih ditingkatkan lagi dalam beternak sapi perah supaya mendapatkan susu yang berkualitas baik. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to find out the marketing channels of fresh milk at Karangploso Village Cooperative in Bocek Village, Karangploso District, Malang Regency. The material used in this study was the marketing of cow milk Karangploso KUD Bocek Village Karangploso District, Malang Regency. The method used in this study is a survey method and direct interviews with members of the Karangploso KUD. Research variables include marketing costs, total marketing profits, and marketing margins. The results showed that marketing channels for cow's milk in Bocek Village, Karangploso Sub-District, Malang Regency were: Breeders → KUD → IPS → and Consumers. Marketing costs Rp. 572.75 per litre, total marketing profit of Rp. 1,727.25 per litre and marketing margin of Rp. 2,300.00 per litre and marketing costs from KUD to consumers with total marketing costs of Rp. 291.05 per litre, total marketing profit of Rp. 2,808.96 per litre and marketing margin of Rp. 3,100. The conclusion of this study is that the marketing channel of cow's milk in Karangploso Village Cooperative in Bocek Village, Karangploso Subdistrict, Malang Regency is better. Suggestions that researchers can give to farmers in Bocek Village, Karangploso Subdistrict, Malang Regency, which must be further improved in raising dairy cows to get good quality milk.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the benefits of soybean husk and onggok fermented rhizopus sp in feed merino sheep concentrate of body weight gain and feed intake. Materials used in the study is as much as 12 merino sheep and the methods used by the randomized trial (RAK) using the PO as controls (100% concentrate); P1 (AOT concentrate 90% + 10%); P2 (AOT concentrate 80% + 20%); P3 (AOT Concentrate 70% + 30%). The results of the study with 30% of AOT gift giving weight increase of 25.3 g / tail significantly different (F count> F table) and feed consumption P0 :. 215, 27g / tail, P1 : 203, 13g / eco, P2: 219,24g / tail, P3: 190.72 not significantly different (F arithmetic <F table 0.05), it can be concluded that the AOT replace concentrate when substituted have the same content to concentrate on P0 , P1, P2, and P3. From the results of this study cuncluded that the addition soybean husk and onggok fermented rhizopus sp in feed merino sheep concentrate can increase body weight gain and low consumption level but have a good nutrition with the level of gift 30%. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manfaat dari kulit kedelai dan onggok fermentasi Rhizopus sp dalam pakan merino domba konsentrat dari bobot badan dan konsumsi pakan. Bahan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 12 domba dan metode yang digunakan oleh uji coba secara acak (RAK) dengan menggunakan PO sebagai kontrol (100% konsentrat); P1 (AOT berkonsentrasi 90% + 10%); P2 (AOT berkonsentrasi 80% + 20%); P3 (AOT Konsentrat 70% + 30%). Hasil penelitian dengan 30% dari hadiah AOT memberikan peningkatan berat 25,3 g / ekor yang berbeda secara signifikan (F hitung> F tabel) dan pakan P0 konsumsi:. 215, 27g / ekor, P1: 203, 13 g / eco, P2: 219,24g / ekor, P3: 190,72 tidak berbeda nyata (F hitung <F tabel 0,05), dapat disimpulkan bahwa AOT menggantikan konsentrat ketika diganti memiliki konten yang sama untuk berkonsentrasi pada P0, P1, P2, dan P3. Dari hasil penelitian ini diaimpilkan bahwa penambahan kulit kedelai dan onggok fermentasi Rhizopus sp dalam pakan konsentrat domba merino dapat meningkatkan bobot badan dan tingkat konsumsi yang rendah tetapi memiliki gizi yang baik dengan tingkat pemberian 30%.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran telur ayam ras dan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor eksternal dan internal yang mempengaruhi strategi pemasaran pada peternakan bapak andika. Dalam penelitian ini data dikumpulkan melalui metode studi kasus, pengumpulan data dibagi menjadi 2 yaitu data primer yang meliputi (observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi), sedangkan data sekunder di dapat dari jurnal, buku, internet dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada 2 strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan. Strategi pemasaran yang pertama yaitu produsen – konsumen, produsen menjual ke konsumen dengan harga Rp 18.300. Strategi pemasaran yang kedua yaitu produsen – pedagang besar – pedagang pengecer – konsumen dengan, telur untuk sampai pada konsumen harus melalui jalur-jalur pemasaran yang lebih panjang. Produsen menjual telur ke pedagang besar dengan harga Rp 18.000. Pedagang besar menjual telur ke pedagang pengecer dalam kota dengan harga Rp 19.000 (25% telur yang dibeli dari produsen), untuk luar kota dengan harga Rp 20.500 (75% telur yang dibeli dari produsen). Pedagang pengecer menjual telurnya ke konsumen akhir dengan harga Rp 21.000 untuk dalam kota dan Rp 22.500 untuk luar kota. Faktor eksternal yang mempengaruhi pemasaran (harga, persaingan, permintaan pasar dan jalur tata niaga), faktor internal (kualitas, kuantitas produksi dan harga). Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada 2 strategi yang dilakukan pada peternakan Bapak Andika yaitu (produsen – konsumen) dan (produsen –pedagang besar – pedagang pengecer – konsumen). Keuntungan yang diperoleh lebih besar pada strategi 2 daripada strategi 1. Untuk proses pemasaran pelaku usaha harus lebih menguasai strategi pemasaran guna untuk mendapatkan keuntungan yang maksimal. Abstract This research aims to know marketing strategies poultry egg and factors external and internal that affects marketing strategies on Mr Andika farm. Research was done from 1st November to 1st December 2016. In this research data collected through a method of case study, data collection divided into 2 the primary data that covers (observation, interviews and documentation), while secondary data in be from the jurnal, book, internet and documentation. Analysis of data usedthe descriptive. The research shows that there are two marketing strategies done. The first marketing strategies that is (producer – consumer), producer sell to consumer with the price Rp 18,300. The second marketing strategies that is (producer – wholesalers – retailers – consumer), egg to get on the consumer must go through marketing longer producer sell to wholesalers with the price Rp 18,000. The large sell egg to traders a retailer in the city with the price of Rp 19,000 (25% egg purchased from producer), to out of town with price Rp 20,500 (75% egg purchased from producer). Traders a retailer sell the egg to the consumer at price Rp 21,000 to in the city and Rp 22,500 to out of town. External factors affecting marketing ( price, competition, the market and marketing channels), the internal factor (quality, quantity the produduction and price). The research can be concluded that there are two the strategy took by on Mr Andika farm (producer – consumer) and (producer – wholesalers – retailers – consumer). Their profits greater on 2nd strategy, 1st than strategy. To the process of marketing business players must be more control marketing strategies to profit maximum.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Peternakan merupakan salah satu sub sektor pertanian yang berpeluang besar untuk dapat di kembangkan. Komoditas unggas mempunyai prospek pasar yang sangat baik karena didukung oleh karakteristik produk unggas yang dapat diterima oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Ayam petelur jantan masih menjadi peluang yang sangat besar bagi industri peternakan perunggasan di Indonesia, hal ini disebabkan karena bibit ayam petelur jantan mudah didapatkan serta pasar penjualan daging ayam petelur jantan telah memiliki target pasar sendiri. Penelitian ini di lakukan pada usaha peternakan ayam petelur jantan milik Bapak Sahroni di Desa Mandalanwangi, Kecamatan Wagir, Kabupaten Malang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pendapatan dan efesiensi usaha peternakan ayam petelur jantan di Desa Mendalanwangi Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskrptif. Dengan prosedur pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi serta analisis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dan data primer. Dalam penelitian ini variabel yang diamati yaitu biaya produksi yang dikeluarkan, pendapatan, laba atau keuntungan, break even poin (BEP), revenue cost ratio(R/C Rasio) dan tingkat efesiensi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa total biaya produksi Rp. 563.160.000,-/tahun (4 periode), total pendapatan Rp. 605.542.750,-/tahun (4 periode), laba atau keuntungan Rp. 42.382.750,-/tahun (4 perode), BEP harga Rp. 19.642,- riil Rp. 18.261,-/tahun BEP produksi 30.829 ekor/tahun riil 28.671 ekor/tahun (4 periode), efesiensi dan R/C rasio 1,07,-/tahun (4 periode) dan B/C sebesar 0,07,-/tahun (4 periode). Kesimpulan yang dapat di ambil dari penelitian ini adalah usaha peternakan ayam petelur jantan sudah efisien dan layak di kembangkan. Saran yang dapat di sampaikan dari hasil penelitian adalah pemilik peternakan agar lebih memperhatikan manajemen pemeliharaan supaya usaha peternakan bisa lebih efisien lagi. ABSTRACT The ranch is one of the agricultural sector who could be great to develop. Poultry commodities has a very good market prospects because it is supported by the characteristics of the poultry products which may be accepted by the people of Indonesia. Laying hens males is still a huge opportunity for the industry the poultry farms in Indonesia, this is because the male laying hens seeds easily obtained meat sales market as well as laying hens males have had a target market on its own. The research was done on the farm belonged to Mr Sahroni a male laying hens in village Mandalanwangi, district Wagir, Malang. The purpose of this research is to know the income of farmer and livestock business male laying hens on a farm of Mr. sharoni Village Mendalanwangi Material and methods used in this research was the qualitative method with the deskrptif approach. With the data collection procedure, namely observation, interview and documentation as well as the data analysis the data used are secondary and primary data. In this study the observed variable that is the cost of production, income, profits or gains, the break even point (BEP), revenue cost ratio (R/C ratio) and the level of efficiency. The research results obtained that the total cost of production during the period 4 Rp. 571.160.000/year, total revenue of Rp. 605.482.750/year, profit or the profit of Rp. 34.322.750/year, BEP price IDR 18,267, real-Rp. 19.642,-/, BEP production 28,671,-head/ real 30,829 /year, efficiency and R/C ratio of 1.06/and B/C of 0.06/year. The conclusion that can be taken from this research is the male laying hens farm already efficient and feasible in develop. Suggestions that can convey the results of the research is the owner of the farm in order to pay more attention to the management of maintenance so that the farm could be more efficiently again.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui produksi segar dan bahan kering fodder gandum dengan sistem hidroponik. Materi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah gandum dan pupuk organik cair (POC). Metode Percobaan yang dilakukan adalah percobaan lapang dengan mengunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL). Perlakuan penelitian yaitu frekuensi penyiraman pupuk organik cair dengan kosentrasi 10% yaitu P1:penyiraman 1 kali/sehari P2 : penyiraman 2 kali sehari dan P3 : penyiraman 3 kali sehari . Masing masing perlakuan diulang sebanyak 5 kali. Variabel penelitian meliputi produksi hijauan segar dan produksi bahan kering. Analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah analisis varians. Jika terdapat pengaruh antar perlakuan,maka dilanjut dengan uji BNT.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa frekuensi penyiraman pupuk organik cair memberikan pengaruh sangat nyata(P<0,01) terhadap produksi hijauan segar. dan memberikan pengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap produksi bahan kering fodder gandum dengan sistem hidrroponik. Produksi hijauan segar tertinggi pada P2 dengan nilai (194,8 gram) dan produksi bahan kering tertinggi pada P2 dengan nilai (20,55 gram). Berdasarkan penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penyiraman 2 kali sehari dengan pupuk organik cair dengan konsentrasi 10% dapat memberikan hasil terbaik pada produktivitas fodder gandum dengan sistem hidroponik

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the use of various solid organic fertilizers on the number of leaves, number of roots and height of corn fodder. The materials used in this study were 3000 corn, rabbit urine, water, soil, vermicompost and manure. The method used was a field experiment using a completely randomized design (CRD) with solid organic fertilizer as treatment, while the research treatments included P0 = 100% soil media, P1 = 90% soil media + 10% vermicompos, P2 = 90 soil media. % + manure 10%, each treatment was repeated 4 times. Variable. research. this. is. number of leaves, number of roots and height of stems. The statistical analysis used was analysis of variance. If there is an influence, it is followed by the LSD test. Based on the results of the study, the effect of the use of various solid organic fertilizers showed that there was a very significant effect (P <0.01) on the number of roots and stem height, but the effect was not significant (P> 0.05) on the number of leaves of corn fodder. The highest value for the number of leaves was found in treatment P1 (1.75 pieces), the highest value for the number of roots in treatment P1 (4.30 leaves) and the highest value for stem height in treatment P1 (2.42 cm).
