Abstract

Teacher competence is very important in order to achieve success in learning. The purpose of writing this article is to improve the quality of the learning process which is focused on improving teacher skills in teaching. Based on the results of observations and discussions with teachers in one of the SMKs, problems were found in learning, one of which was that students were not active and when given a stimulus they did not respond well. Researchers want to implement Lesson Study as a solution to overcome these problems. Lesson Study is a model of developing the teaching profession through collaborative learning. Lesson Study involves 3 components, namely model teachers, observers, and students. Based on the learning results of the first cycle, 68% was obtained and the third cycle was 89%. In addition, based on the results of teacher observations, learning debate texts using internet media has a positive impact on student activity, giving the problems discussed makes students explore knowledge by expressing various ideas. In addition, Lesson Study activities provide valuable experience for teachers.

Abstract

Most student Still Not yet understand in write text explanation. From the average count the can concluded that post test Skills write text explanation after use method learning problem-based learning (PBL) assisted genially in learning write text explanation to students Class VIII is influential. Skills write text Explanation is also possible achieve the specified KKM For eye Indonesian language lessons at SMP Negeri 6 Cikalongkulon is 70 students reached an average of 76.32. because that, post test Skills write text explanation seen capable reach mark from the KKM determined by the school the. Can seen when the process occurs less learning so active inside class. In the end when create or write work text explanation so found use less EYD so right. Use sign dots and commas are not used at all in the writing of these students in writing explanatory texts. It will be seen that the results of students' writing in writing explanatory texts are quite good from some of the works found in this study.

Abstract

Artikel ini menjabarkan program pengabdian yang bertujuan untuk mensosialisasikan dan memberikan gambaran tentang penggunaan aplikasi gamifikasi interaktif berbasis budaya tradisional bagi guru dan siswa di SMA Kota Cimahi. Hal ini dilatarbelakangi oleh salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi pada pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia yang membutuhkan inovasi dalam pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan minat dalam memproduksi konten bahasa Indonesia khususnya yang berbasis teks. Guru khususnya harus dapat memilih dan menggunakan perangkat pembelajaran yang menarik dengan penggunaan teknologi dan juga aplikasi interaktif tetapi tetap memiliki nilai-nilai karakter berbasis budaya tradisional sebagai alternatif media pembelajaran yang dapat memacu siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran dan menghasilkan output pembelajaran yang diharapkan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah metode pendidikan dan pelatihan. Panduan serta pedoman penggunaan aplikasi serta cara membelajarkan yang diberikan pada pelatihan ini diharapkan mampu memberikan rujukan untuk guru maupun siswa dalam menghadirkan pembelajaran yang menarik dan inovatif sehingga siswa termotivasi untuk memproduksi konten bahasa Indonesia yang baik dan berkualitas sesuai dengan tujuan pembelajaran.

Abstract

A short story or short story is a literary work that is dialectically related between reality and short stories, proving that from various angles short stories can be analyzed. This research was carried out because in the short story "Matahari pun Tak Bosan" by Danil Gusrianto which has several figures written from each series of stories in it. The problems discussed in this study are so that readers can receive knowledge about the elements of figure of speech that can be used as experiences and lessons in everyday life. Speech serves to generate term art, language art in a word or in written form and to make words and language more interesting. This research is to analyze the figure of speech contained in the short story by reading and observing studying the short story content first, then marking and analyzing the text which is included in diction and figure of speech, with the terms that have been analyzed, various kinds of figure of speech are found in the contents of the story. Not Bored "Danil Gusrianto's work, namely personification, pleonasm, hyperbole, rhetoric, alliteration and climax. The stylistic approach contributes to research on diction and figure of speech is one of the main elements to achieve various forms of meaning of literary works, because literary works cannot be separated from the use of figure of speech to make it seem aesthetically pleasing. The writer concludes that the short story "Matahari pun Tak Bosan" by Danil Gusrianto is a short story that motivates and inspires its readers. This short story can be used as learning material, and is suitable for reading by all groups.

Abstract

Using Tiktok as a medium for teaching Indonesian to seventh-grade junior high school students was the primary goal of this study. Researchers were inspired to conduct this study because to students' growing use of social media, which led them to focus on Tiktok as a platform for learning process activities in this digital age. Additionally, this study aims to find out how students feel about the use of Tiktok as a learning tool for Indonesian. For future learning, the degree of responses and reactions of students to the teaching medium may be used as a guide for future learning. An internet-based distribution of media response surveys was used to gather data for this study, which used a descriptive quantitative research technique The average percentage score for all indicators is then calculated, and the results are matched with the response categories obtained, using the Likert scale (1-5) results. Students from SMPN 1 Batujajar received an average of 85 percent on the overall indicators. Using Tiktok as a medium for studying Indonesian seems to be a success for the learner. However, pupils will be more interested and confident after using media if the presentation of video displays and the structure of information dissemination are given special care.

Abstract

Penelitian..ini..dilatar..belakangi..oleh data observasi dari..lapangan pada siswa kelas X SMA terkait dengan keterampilan menulis  biografi yang  sangat lemah. Hal ini didasari oleh kurangnya penerapan  metode pembelajaran. Sedangkan siswa masih  kesulitan mengungkapkan ide atau gagasan untuk menulis paragraf biografi sejak awal. Berdasarkan hasil deskriptif, peneliti menerapkan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek pada pembelajaran model Project Based Learning siswa SMA, dengan harapan siswa mampu mencapai hasil yang baik dan  kreatif. Tujuan peneliti adalah untuk mengeksplorasi proses siswa dalam menggunakan model pembelajaran yang berbasis proyek dan untuk mengeksplorasi hasil belajar menulis  biografi dengan penggunaan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning. Peneliti juga menggunakan model penelitian dengan menyediakan sarana deskriptif kualitatif yang menggambarkan hasil penelitian mereka dengan membandingkan dengan skor yang mereka peroleh. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dilihat dari prestasi akademik siswa dalam menulis teks biografi terdapat 4 siswa dengan nilai tertinggi dan 26 siswa lainnya dengan nilai memuaskan. Rerata seluruh siswa adalah 85. Berdasarkan hal tersebut peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa penggunaan model Project Based Learning dalam pembelajaran menulis teks biografi siswa kelas X bisa dikatakan efektiv dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

Online learning is distance learning taught by teachers and students through internet network access and is commonly referred to as online (online). One of the difficulties of learning online is learning the skills of writing biographical texts. Students still determine the structure of speech and the difficulty of using the correct biographical text. Therefore, this study was conducted using the TTW model in online learning to determine student learning outcomes in learning to write biographies and facilitate the improvement of biographical writing. The sample of this study was taken from class X science 4 students of SMA Negeri 4 Cimahi, totaling 20 students. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method, in which the survey results are described by compiling the scores obtained. The results of this study can be seen from the learning outcomes of students in writing biographies, with four students with the highest scores and 16 other students with moderate grades. The grade point average for all students is 85. From these results, it can be concluded that the use of the TTW learner model is suitable to be applied to biographical text materials for class X high school students in online learning.

Abstract

This study aims to classify and explain the spelling aspects of a collection of short stories by students of SMP IT Nurul Islah. The object of research, namely the analysis of spelling errors in a collection of short stories by students of SMP IT Nurul Islah. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method. The analysis in this study is based on EYD. The error aspects analyzed include the use of conjunctions, errors in the use of capital letters, the use of absorption words,  the use of prepositions. The number of errors in the short stories written by students was as follows: 20 in the use of conjunctions, 225 errors in the use of capital letters,13 in the use of pronouns word, 15in the use of absorption words, 93 in the use of prepositions.

Abstract

This research was conducted to investigate issues that arise in reading comprehension, such as difficulties students face in understanding the content of readings, especially novels, as well as difficulties in identifying and searching for the components of 5W+1H (what, where, when, who, why, and how). The research was carried out in the eighth grade of Budi Bakti Utama Junior High School. The aim of this research was to describe the use of the digital fishbone technique in reading instruction and to facilitate the identification of 5W+1H components in novels. The method employed in this study is quantitative descriptive, which aims to provide a clear and objective depiction of the reading comprehension outcomes in a measurable manner. The data collection technique in this research was in the form of a test. As for the data analysis technique, descriptive statistics were used. The results of the research showed that the use of the digital fishbone technique achieved an average score of 19,85 with a percentage of 86.30% categorized as good results. Therefore, reading instruction using the digital fishbone technique with the assistance of Canva can be considered successful, as students were able to achieve above-average percentage scores. These results prove that with the use of the digital fishbone technique, students can more easily comprehend and identify the content of the reading in novels.
