This article aims to find out the forms of narcissism on Instagram social media, the impact of narcissism via Instagram social media for Communication Science Students at UIN Alauddin Makassar. The type of research used is qualitative with a phenomological approach. Data collection methods are observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show: 1) Narcissism of Communication Science Students at UIN Alauddin Makassar on social media Instagram with the characteristics of exaggerating their achievements and talents and feeling like they are a great person, feeling entitled to special treatment from others, exploiting interpersonal relationships, looking down on them. other people, preoccupied with success, beauty, brilliance. 2) The impacts caused by narcissistic behavior consist of two, namely positive impacts and negative impacts. Positive impacts include, becoming famous, having lots of friends, increasing self-confidence. Meanwhile, the negative impact is making other people uncomfortable, appearing heterodox, showing falsehood. Conclusions and suggestions for students to be wiser in using Instagram social media so that narcissism can be reduced. Students are expected to reduce their use of social media Instagram and it would be better to keep themselves busy with good things such as the academic world, organizations or joining communities so that what they post is more mature and useful for other people. This research aims to describe how the empowerment process of ornamental plant cultivation in Banyorang Village, Tompobulu District, Bantaeng Regency and how economic values and social values are in empowering ornamental plants for family life. In the explanation of this journal, the type of research is a qualitative research that uses descriptive analysis methods while the data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show that: Forms of community empowerment through ornamental plant cultivation in Banyorang Village, Tompobulu District, Bantaeng Regency, including community hobby background, community enthusiasm for PKK programs on cultivation, community actions, for sustainable cultivation. Economic value and social value in empowering ornamental plants for family life, including: economic value, social value.

This article discusses the application of interpersonal communication in overcoming conflicts between adolescents in Palakka District, Bone Regency. The main problem in this study is how the application of interpersonal communication in overcoming conflicts among adolescents in Palakka District, Bone Regency. From the main problem, the researcher put forward sub-problems, namely, How is the process of applying interpersonal communication in overcoming conflicts between adolescents in Palakka District, Bone Regency? and How is the effectiveness of the application of interpersonal communication in overcoming conflicts between adolescents in Palakka District, Bone Regency? This research uses qualitative methods that collect data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the application of interpersonal communication in overcoming conflicts between adolescents in Palakka District, Bone Regency, was carried out through counseling with the theme of communication, approaches through parents, government, and teachers to adolescents, dyadic communication, and small group communication. Then, the effectiveness of the application of interpersonal communication in overcoming conflicts between adolescents in Palakka District, Bone Regency, namely, adolescents always apply an open attitude so that they can tell the conflicts experienced, empathy helps adolescents in constructively handling conflicts, support from parents and other people can affect a child's identity which can increase his ability to adapt to a problem, adolescents do positive activities to overcome the conflicts that occur. The main problem of this research is the role of the Taruna Permata Hijau Farmer Group in community empowerment through Turmeric Plant Seeding in Bontolempangan Village, Buki District, Selayar Islands Regency. The main problem is further described into several sub-problems, namely: 1) What is the role of the Taruna Permata Hijau Farmer Group in empowering the community through turmeric plant hatcheries in Bontolempangan Village, Buki District, Selayar Islands Regency, 2) What are the obstacles experienced by the Taruna Permata Hijau Farmer Group in empowering the community in Bontolempangan Village, Buki District, Kep. Selayar Regency. This type of research is qualitative research using a sociological approach. The data sources in this research are administrators and members of the Taruna Permata Hijau Farmer Group, as well as the Turmeric Farming Community of Bontolempangan Village. The data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation, using data analysis in the form of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study illustrate that 1) The role of the Taruna Permata Hijau Farmer Group in Community Empowerment through Turmeric Plant Seeding in Bontolempangan Village, Buki District, Selayar Islands Regency, namely: a) As a Learning Class, b) As a Cooperation Vehicle, c) As a Production Unit. 2) The obstacles experienced by the Taruna Permata Hijau Farmer Group in the community empowerment process are caused by several factors, namely: a) difficult road access, b) inadequate human resources, c) lack of articles of association (AD/ART) which is the foundation of the organization, d) lack of agricultural tools.

This study discusses the missionary movement of Tuan Guru Bajang (TGB) in West Nusa Tenggara. This is a qualitative study. The research design is field research. The results of this study indicate that: Tuan Guru Bajang (TGB) Zainul Majdi, as a preacher, possesses exceptional competence and academic qualifications. His approach to delivering his sermons is calm and approachable, making his messages easily accepted by people from all walks of life. The target audience of TGB Zainul Majdi's preaching encompasses all segments of society, including those of different religious backgrounds. During his tenure as governor, TGB continued to fulfil his duties as a preacher.
