Abstract

This study assesses how principal leadership style and school culture affect teacher effectiveness. Through observations, interviews, and questionnaires, data were gathered from the 100 teachers who completed the quantitative survey. The data were tested using a correlation method, simple and multivariate regression analysis, and other techniques. With an R2 (Coefficient of Determination) of 25%, the findings demonstrated that the principal's leadership style had a favorable and substantial influence on teacher performance. The teacher performance score increased to 72.5 with a one-unit rise in the principal's leadership style score, according to simple linear regression. With an R2 of 27%, school culture also significantly and favorably affects teacher performance. According to the regression, a teacher's performance score of 70.8 will rise with every unit that the school culture score rises. There will be a 48.4 improvement in teacher performance for every point that the principal leadership style and school culture scores are raised, either alone or together

Abstract

Research-based physics e-module is one of the science learning innovations that really helps science teachers in developing the quality of learning. Teaching materials in the form of e-modules have become a necessity in the science learning process at schools. There are various facilities for teachers and students as recommended by the Ministry of Education and Culture. There are still many science teachers who don't know how or the technique of making e-modules properly and correctly. Therefore, community service activities in the form of training in making research-based physics e-modules are very much needed. This training aims to broaden knowledge of science teachers, especially physics, regarding the technique of making e-modules properly and correctly. This training is expected to provide solutions to the problems faced by both teachers and students in the learning process.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Untuk pengaruh penggunaan mobile banking terhadap kepuasan nasabah; Pengaruh kinerja pelayanan terhadap kepuasan; Pengaruh penggunaan mobile banking terhadap upaya customer retention; Pengaruh kinerja pelayanan terhadap upaya customer retention; Pengaruh kepuasan terhadap customer retention; Pengaruh penggunaan mobile banking terhadap customer retention melalui kepuasan; Pengaruh kinerja pelayanan terhadap customer retention melalui kepuasan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan penggunakan pengujian dengan SPSS Versi 25. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dan data primer. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah yang menggunakan BSI Mobile dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan tekhnik Simple Random Sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan mobile banking berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan, kinerja pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan, penggunaan mobile banking tidak berpengaruh terhadap customer retention, kinerja pelayanan tidak berpengaruh terhadap customer retention, penggunaan mobile banking berpengaruh terhadap customer retention melalui kepuasan; Kinerja pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap customer retention melalui kepuasan.
