Jenis penelitian ini termasuk penelitian Pra Eksperimen Design dengan bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterampilan proses sains peserta didik sebelum dan setelah diajar menggunakan pembelajaran berbasis media alat peraga pada materi fluida statis di kelas X KB 1 SMK Negeri 2 Makassar. Desain peneletian yang digunakan adalah Pretest-Postest Only Control Design. Hasil penelitan menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis media alat peraga efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains peserta karena terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan nilai rata-rata antara sebelum diajar dan setelah diajar menggunakan pembelajaran berbasis alat peraga dan berada pada kategorisasi yang berbeda.

The study was conducted to: determine the critical thinking skills of students before and after being taught with the guided inquiry learning model assisted by three tier test, determine the critical thinking skills of students before and after being taught by the direct instruction learning model and determine the differences in the critical thinking skills of students who are taught using the direct instruction model guided inquiry learning model assisted by three tier test with students who are taught using direct instruction learning model. This type of research is a quasi-experimental design with a nonequivalent control group design. The study was conducted at MAN Pinrang with a population all students of class XI MIPA at MAN Pinrang. The number of samples taken was 22 students in the control class (XI MIPA 1) and 22 students in the experimental class (XI MIPA 2). Hypothesis testing using a two-sample independent t-test with the results showed that the hypothesis test obtained a sign value (2-tailed) of 0,000. Because the sign value (2-tailed) < 0,05, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. So we can be concluded there are differences in the critical thinking skills of students who are taught using the guided inquiry learning model assisted by three tier test with those taught using the direct instruction learning model for class XI MIPA at MAN Pinrang.

Dalam penelitian ini dikembangkan model pembelajaran yang mengajak peserta didik untuk aktif mengajukan pertanyaan. Pertanyaan yang dikonstruk kemudian diajukan adalah pertanyaan yang diperkuat atau dilengkapi argumen. Salah satu model pembelajaran yang memfasilitasi pebelajar mengajukan pertanyaan adalah Model Inkuiri. Model pembelajaran inkuiri menjadi salah satu model pembelajaran yang memiliki pengaruh besar bagi pendidik untuk mengimplementasikannya disekolah. Dalam model inkuiri ini merupakan model pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan keaktifan peserta didik sehingga proses belajar menjadi lebih efektif. Peserta didik akan lebih aktif dalam proses belajar, karena pembelajaran lebih berfokus pada peserta didik. Bagaimana penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiri dalam meningkatkan keaktifan peserta didik? Adapun tujuan penelitian ini, selain untuk memenuhi tugas ujuan tengah semester (UTS), yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan model pembelajaran inkuiri dalam mengembangkan keaktifan peserta didik, serta dapat di aplikasikan dalam proses belajar mengajar.

This study aims to determine the Religious Culture at SMK Islamic Center Baiturrahman Semarang, what culture is applied, and the Management of Character Education through Religious Culture at SMK Islamic Center Baiturrahman Semarang. This study uses a qualitative description method. Data collection was conducted by researchers using observation, interviews, and documentation. Then to check the validity of the data, it is done through data triangulation techniques and data analysis. The results of this study: (1) Religious culture at the Islamic Center Baiturrahman Vocational School Semarang was created in various forms of religious habituation that are applied in schools; (2) The application of religious culture through 3 ways, namely the integration of character education through teaching and learning activities, through extracurricular activities, and through habituation in schools. Research-based physics e-module is one of the science learning innovations that really helps science teachers in developing the quality of learning. Teaching materials in the form of e-modules have become a necessity in the science learning process at schools. There are various facilities for teachers and students as recommended by the Ministry of Education and Culture. There are still many science teachers who don't know how or the technique of making e-modules properly and correctly. Therefore, community service activities in the form of training in making research-based physics e-modules are very much needed. This training aims to broaden knowledge of science teachers, especially physics, regarding the technique of making e-modules properly and correctly. This training is expected to provide solutions to the problems faced by both teachers and students in the learning process.

This study aims to find out: 1) the overview of students ' concept understanding before being taught by using student worksheets based on PhET simulation, 2) the overview of students' conceptual understanding after being taught using student worksheets based on PhET simulation, 3) the increase of conceptual understanding before and after being taught using students’ worksheet based on PhET simulation. This pre-experimental study was carried out with one group pretest-posttest design. The subjects of this study were all of the students of class XI MIA 2 Madrasah Aliyah Lita, Bone Regency. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The instruments used was a test to measure understanding of the concepts learned. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the average scores of understanding concepts before using the student worksheet based on PhET simulation is 28.10, while the average value after being taught using the students worksheet based on PhET simulation is 75.71. It indicates that there is an improvement in students’ concept understanding before and after using the student worksheet based on PhET simulation. Meanwhile, the t-count obtained is 5.43 and the t-table obtained is 2.08. Thus, there is a significant difference between the understanding of the physics concept of class XI MIA 2 Madrasah Aliyah Lita Bone regency before and after applying PhET-based worksheets simulation.

The purpose of this research is to analyze effect of lecturer service quality and infrastructure quality on student satisfaction. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research. Population in this study are Private Higher Education Students in Medan City in 2023. However, because the official data for Private Higher Education Students in Medan City in 2022 is difficult to find, sample is taken randomly using snowball sampling technique. So sample in this study are 60 Private Higher Education Students in Medan City. The data analysis technique in this study used a partial (t) test. The results of the study show that lecturer service quality has a significant effect on student satisfaction. Infrastructure quality has a significant effect on student satisfaction.

The purpose of this research is to analyze effect of competence and discipline on employee performance at the Education Office. This type of research is correlational research. The sampling technique in this study is the census method or sampling using saturated sampling method. The population in this study are employees at the Education Office in Medan City, totaling 62 people, thus the total population being the research sample is 62 people. In this research plan, a survey method will be used and a questionnaire instrument technique will be used. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Education Office. Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Education Office.

Generic learning of physics science students taught using generative learning models, learning generic science skills of students physics taught without using generative learning models, learning the effectiveness of using generative learning models in increasing generic physics science assistance. This type of research used in this study is a quasi-experimental type of research with the research design The Matching only post Test Group Design. The population of this research is all students of class X TKJ. The sampling technique used was convenience sampling.The results shows that the generic science skills of students in class X TKJ show that the average value of the experimental class (X TKJ 2) is 75.80. As for the control class the average value obtained was 72.52. The results of hypothesis testing using independent sample T-2 test obtained t count = 1.34 and t table = 2.00. As a result it can be seen that t count

Based on the results of interviews with science subject teachers for class IX as initial observations at SMP Negeri 5 North Polongbangkeng, it was found that there were obstacles during the learning process in class where educators still played an active role in learning (middle teacher). Besides that, the facts found in class show that learning is less effective and enjoyable so students are less enthusiastic about learning, and only memorize concepts but applying these concepts in everyday life is still difficult. The purpose of this study was to increase students' abilities in scientific processes with voltaic media. The type of research used in this research is Quasi Experiment. The design of this study was (the matching only pretest-posttest control group design). Learning media based on voltaic elements is media that can utilize natural resources in the surrounding environment and specifically for science-based subjects, besides being able to increase students’ learning abilities and improve students' abilities and science process skills.
