Abstract

The focus of the study aims to determine and analyze the ability of service quality to affect the satisfaction of passport making at the Class I Immigration Office Polonia Medan. The population in this study is people who make passports, both for new applications and extensions, the number of which is not known with certainty. The formula used in determining the number of samples refers to the Lameshow formula so that a total sample of 96 respondents is obtained. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with an accidental approach. Testing data used include simple linear regression analysis, t test and coefficient of determination (R²). The results showed that the quality of service affects the satisfaction of making passports at the Immigration Office Class I TPI Polonia Medan with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.374 which means that service quality ability is only able to explain variations in the formation of passport making satisfaction of 37.4% while the remaining 62 ,6% was formed by other variables not examined. Suggestions for the continuation of research that aims to determine other variables that play a role in realizing satisfaction in making passports should be expanded by adding other variables such as facilities.

Abstract

Generasi Z atau i-generation adalah mereka yang lahir pada tahun 1995-2010, generasi ini juga merupakan generasi up to date terhadap isu yang tersebar di media masa atau internet [1]. Banyak kelebihan yang dimiliki oleh generasi Z terutama dari segi pemanfaatan teknologi, hal ini dapat menjadi peluang untuk menumbuhkan para generasi Z menjadi wirausahawan muda (young preneur) untuk meningkatkan jumlah kebutuhan kewirausahaan di Indonesia ke dalam angka 3,95% pada tahun 2024 sesuai dengan target nasional [2] . Kehidupan generasi Z tidak lepas dari teknologi, karena mereka lahir dan tumbuh di tengah perkembangan teknologi. Generasi Z juga dikenal sebagai generasi yang mahir dalam mengoperasikan internet baik untuk hiburan, belajar, atau bekerja. Oleh sebab itu hal ini dapat membantu proses peningkatan kualitas wirausaha yang bisa dilakukan dimana saja dan kapan saja. Saat ini banyak tersedia seminar, pelatihan, dan kelompok muda-mudi yang terbentuk dari kelompok informal yang tersedia dari berbagai pihak sebagai wadah serta fasilitator agar para generasi Z mudah menjangkau apa yang harus mereka lakukan sebagai langkah-langkah untuk berwirausaha. Para generasi Z dibimbing dan diberikan pengetahuan tentang kewirausahaan bukan hanya langkahlangkah berwirausaha saja, tetapi juga sampai pada praktik penggunaan teknologi yang dapat mendukung kegiatan wirausaha yang tersedia saat ini, seperti penggunaan ecommerce dan sosial media. Hal tersebut sangat perlu dilakukan agar para generasi Z terbiasa berwirausaha dapat membantu memenuhi tingkat kebutuhan berwirausaha. Fenomena yang saat ini sering muncul yaitu keterbatasan sumber daya seperti waktu dan biaya yang menyebabkan para konsumen lebih senang berbelanja melalui online baik menggunakan e-commerce maupun sosial media karena lebih menghemat waktu dan biaya. Ada berbagai macam tools yang dapat diguanakn untuk melakukan wirausaha seperti menggunakan aplikasi yang ada, yaitu Instagram, TikTok, Shopee dan Tokko. Singkatnya, melalui teknologi yang ada para generasi dapat lebih leluasa melakukan kreativitas dalam menjalankan usahanya berbasis online. Pada era sekarang, berwirausaha paling diminati oleh kaum generasi Z karena generasi Z lebih mempertimbangkan profit dan lost yang didapatkan serta para generasi ini lebih beracuan pada sosial dan lingkungan sekitarnya. Dengan melakukan wirausaha ini para generasi Z, kedepannya akan membuka serta memperluas lapangan pekerjaan serta membantu meningkatkan jumlah kebutuhan wirausaha serta mencapai target pertumbuhan kewirausahaan nasional [3]. Adapun yang menjadi permasalahan mitra yaitu, kebutuhan dalam memahami mengenai media apa saja yang dapat digunakan sebagai sarana pemasaran serta sarana penjualan yang tepat dan benar bagi generasi Z yaitu siswa SMA Methodist 1 Medan. Solusi yang kami tawarkan dalam pengabdian ini ialah untuk memberikan pengetahuan tentang kewirausahaan terutama pada siswa yang masih duduk di bangku SMA. Target Luaran yang ingin dicapai adalah jurnal nasional terakreditasi Sinta 4 dan publish pada Media Massa Tribun.

Abstract

School as a vehicle for learning plays a major role in developing student character. Cinta Kasih Catholic Private High School is dealing with the condition that some students lack ethics when communicating, are not polite in sponsoring such as interrupting the other person's conversation, like fishing in class, easily influenced by the environment, tend to be picky about friends, lack of commitment in doing group assignments. This community service activity aims to provide a learning method with a different approach, namely by utilizing various forms of games that are packaged according to character education material that will be given to students to make it easier to understand and show clear evidence of the importance of good self-character when facing Challenges in the future in various areas of life. In addition, to measure the success of the Outbound Training activities it also uses a one-group pretest-posttest quasi-experimental approach which aims to find out whether the Outbound Training activities carried out provide an increase in participants' knowledge. Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Citra Merek, Kualitas Produk, Promosi dan Harga Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Pasta Gigi Pepsodent di Kota Binjai secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode accidental sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 96 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan penelitian diperoleh bahwa variabel citra merek secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan variabel kualitas produk, promosi dan harga secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Namun, secara simultan variabel citra merek, kualitas produk, promosi dan harga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil koefisien determinasi adalah sebesar 77.3%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang terdiri dari citra merek, kualitas produk, promosi dan harga mampu menjelaskan variabel keputusan pembelian sebesar 77.3%, sementara sisanya sebesar 22.7% dijelaskan oleh variabel lainnya yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effects of brand image, promotion, service quality and store atmosphere on customer satisfaction. This type of research is associative research, namely research that aims to find out some cancellations regarding whether or not there is a relevant relationship between two or more research variables. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling technique with an accidental sampling approach with a sample size of 167 respondents. Based on research data processing, it is known that brand image, service quality and store atmosphere partially affect consumer satisfaction. While promotions partially have no effect on consumer satisfaction. Then, the results of the study simultaneously show that brand image, promotion, service quality and store atmosphere affect consumer satisfaction with a determination value (R²) of 0.628 which means that brand image, promotion, service quality and store atmosphere are able to explain consumer satisfaction of 62.800 percent.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine and analyze the influence of product quality and service quality on repurchase intention with price as a moderating variable for Janji Jiwa Center Point Medan coffee. In this research, sampling techniques purposive sampling used, method non probability sampling, and the total number of samples was 113 samples. The questionnaire that has been filled out by the respondent will then be processed using PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of the analysis show that product quality and price influence repurchase interest, while service quality does not influence repurchase interest. Product quality and price influence customer satisfaction, while service quality has no influence on customer satisfaction. Price is unable to moderate the influence of viable product quality and service quality on repurchase interest in Janji Jiwa Center Point Medan coffee. ResultsR-square adjusted 1 is 0.490, meaning that the repurchase interest variable can be explained by product quality, service quality and price by 49%, while 51% is explained by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Disiplin Kerja (X1), Motivasi Kerja (X2), Budaya Organisasi(X3), dan Lingkungan Kerja (X4) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) Bagian Produksi Bagerpang Palm Oil Mill PT.PP London Sumatera Indonesia, Tbk. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sample nonprobabilitysampling dengan sampling jenuh yaitu keseluruhan dari populasi karyawan sebanyak 39 orang digunakan sebagaisample. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda. Pengujian secaraparsial (Uji t) menunjukkan bahwa variabel Disiplin Kerja (X1), Motivasi Kerja (X2), dan Lingkungan Kerja (X4)tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, sedangkan Budaya Organisai (X3) berpengaruh terhadap Kinerjakaryawan. Selanjutnya hasil uji secara simultan (Uji F) yang menunjukkan bahwa keempat variabel independentberpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen. Adjusted R sqare yang diperoleh sebesar 0,702 menunjukkan bahwakeempat variabel bebas mampu menjelaskan variabel terikat sebesar 70,2%, sedangkan sisanya 29,8% dijelaskanoleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Motivasi Belajar, Fasilitas Belajar, dan Kompetensi Guru terhadap Hasil Belajar Mata Pelajaran TIK Siswa Kelas XI SMA Wiyata Dharma Medan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 75 siswa dengan pengambilan sampel Non Probability Sampling dengan sampling jenuh atau sensus. Penelitian menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dan statistik yang menggunakan alat analisis regresi linear berganda, pengujian parsial, dan pengujian simultan. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu melalui pembagian kuesioner kepada responden, wawancara, observasi, dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, variabel Motivasi Belajar, Kompetensi Guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Hasil Belajar serta variabel Fasilitas Belajar berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Hasil Belajar. Selanjutnya, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel Motivasi Belajar, Fasilitas Belajar, Kompetensi Guru memiliki pengaruh terhadap Hasil Belajar mata pelajaran TIK siswa kelas XI SMA Wiyata Dharma Medan. Hasil uji Adjusted R2 menunjukkan bahwa variabel Motivasi Belajar, Fasilitas Belajar, dan Kompetensi Guru mampu menjelaskan variabel Hasil Belajar sebesar 63,8%.

Abstract

Complex economic problems lead individuals to continue trying to find solutions to meet their needs. Individual needs and desires that are unlimited and supported by a never-satisfied nature will encourage individuals to behave consumptive. This will have a negative impact and cause personal financial problems if you are unable to implement good financial behavior. Nowadays, students become agents of change who actively use information technology which results in students being trapped in a pattern of consumerism. Every individual must have financial behavior. It is good to be able to balance income and expenses so that you can meet your living needs and not get trapped in financial difficulties. This research was conducted to find out if financial literacy, financial attitude and financial socializations agents have an influence on financial behavior of Medan City students. The object of this research is students in the city of Medan with a population whose number is unknown and can be categorized as infinite. Therefore, the population size is infinite and can only be explained qualitatively. The sampling technique used is non probability sampling. Nonprobability sampling is a sampling technique that does not provide equal opportunities for each element or member of the population to be selected as a sample. In this research using quota sampling. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression technique. The results of this research are partial tests of variables financial attitude dan financial socialization agents positive and significant effect on financial behavior, while variable financial literacy has no effect on financial behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Learning Facilities and Teacher’s Competency toward the Mathematics Learning Outcomes of Class X Students of SMA Wiyata Dharma Medan Mediated by Learning Motivation. This study used a sample of 79 students with probability sampling using saturation sampling. This research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with Smart PLS Software program. Testing the direct effect shows that the Learning Facilities variable has a negative and insignificant effect on Learning Outcomes, while the Teacher Competency variable on Learning Outcomes, Learning Facilities on Learning Motivation and the Teacher Competency variable on Learning Motivation have a positive and significant effect. The variables Teacher Competence on Learning Outcomes and Learning Motivation on Learning Outcomes have a positive and insignificant effect. Furthermore, the influence of the Learning Motivation variable in mediating Learning Facilities and Teacher Competence on student learning outcomes is directly positive and not significant. R-Square Adjusted Model = 0.054, meaning that the ability of variables X1 (Learning Facilities) and X2 (Teacher Competence) in explaining Y (Learning Outcomes) is 5.4% thus the model is classified as weak. The R-Square Adjusted Model is valued at 0.336, meaning that the variable ability of X1 (Learning Facilities) and X2 (Teacher Competence) in explaining Z (Learning Motivation) is 33.6%, thus the model is classified as moderate.
