Abstract

Parents are the main key in the formation of children's character from an early age. The formation of early childhood character is very important because it will affect the future life, character education is an effort made by parents intentionally to develop good character (good character) based on an understanding of good and bad parents towards behavior that is objectively recognized as good for the community individuals and society. The activity aims to increase the understanding of teachers and parents at Aisyiah Bustanul Athfal V Kindergarten Pekanbaru in terms of character education for early childhood and efforts to choose the right parenting pattern in the formation of children's character. The method of activity carried out is participatory, namely an effort to provide information to parents and teachers so that there is an understanding and increased understanding of the material presented and parents and teachers play a role both in the process and implementation of activities. The form of service activities are counseling and interactive discussions with the results of the activities, namely the achievement of the target number of training participants 72% or can be considered good, the achievement of the material targets that have been planned for the activity with a percentage (80%) and the ability of participants seen from the mastery of the material can be assessed as good (80 %). This can be seen from the ability of the teachers and parents to answer the reflections given by the instructor.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh banyaknya anak usia dini yang bermasalah pada nafsu makan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh upaya kreasi makanan sayur mayur dalam meningkatkan nafsu makan anak usia 4-5 tahun di RA Al-Qur’an Al-Munawar kampung merangkai kecamatan dayun kabupaten siak sri indrapura. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode Pre-eksperimen design tipe one group pritest-posttest. Subjek penelitian ini adalah anak RA Al-Qur’an Al-Munawar kampung merangkai yang berjumlah 30 anak. Objek penelitian ini adalah mengkreasikan makanan sayur mayur untuk meningkatkan nafsu makan anak usia 4-5 tahun di RA Al-Qur’an Al-Munawar kampung merangkai kecamatan dayun kabupaten siak sri indrapura. Populasi penelitian ini adalah anak RA Al-Qur’an Al-Munawar kampung merangkai yang berjumlah 30 anak. Sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh yang berjumlah 30 anak. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode Observasi, Wawancara dan Dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Uji Hipotesis (Uji t). Hasil penelitian data dikatakan mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan jika sig. < 0,05, jika sig > 0,05 maka H0 diterima, Ha ditolak dan sebaliknya jika sig < 0,05 maka H0 ditolak, Ha diterima. Untuk mengetahui hipotesis diterima atau ditolak berdasarkan data SPSS windows ver.26 dapat dilihat dari perbandingan t hitung 42,662 lebih besar dari pada t tabel = 2,048 dengan dk yaitu: DK = n-k = 30-2 = 28. Dengan dk = 28, maka dapat dilihat t hitung = 42,662 lebih besar dari t tabel = 2,048. Dengan demikian H0 = ditolak dan Ha = diterima, berarti dalam penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh kreasi makanan sayur mayur untuk meningkatkan nafsu makan anak usia 4-5 tahun di RA Al-Qur’an Al-Munawar Kampung Merangkai Kecamatan Dayun Kabupaten Siak Sri Indrapura. Kata Kunci : Kreasi Makanan Sayur, Nafsu Makan, Anak Usia Dini Abstract This research was motivated by the large number of young children who have problems with their appetite. This research aims to determine the effect of efforts to create vegetable food in increasing the appetite of children aged 4-5 years in RA Al-Qur'an Al-Munawar, Merangkai village, Dayun sub-district, Siak Regency, Sri Indrapura. This type of research is quantitative with a pre-experimental design method, one group test-posttest type. The subjects of this research were 30 children from RA Al-Qur'an Al-Munawar village, totaling 30 children. The object of this research is to create vegetable food to increase the appetite of children aged 4-5 years in RA Al-Qur'an Al-Munawar, Merangkai village, Dayun sub-district, Siak district, Sri Indrapura. The population of this study were 30 children from RA Al-Qur'an Al-Munawar village, totaling 30 children. The sample in this study used a saturated sample of 30 children. Data collection techniques use Observation, Interview and Documentation methods. The data analysis technique uses hypothesis testing (t test). The results of the data research are said to have experienced a significant increase if sig. < 0.05, if sig > 0.05 then H0 is accepted, Ha is rejected and vice versa if sig < 0.05 then H0 is rejected, Ha is accepted. To find out whether a hypothesis is accepted or rejected based on SPSS Windows ver.26 data, it can be seen from the comparison of t calculated 42.662 which is greater than t table = 2.048 with dk, namely: DK = n-k = 30-2 = 28. With dk = 28, it can be seen t count = 42.662 is greater than t table = 2.048. Thus, H0 = rejected and Ha = accepted, meaning that in this study there is an influence of vegetable food creations to increase the appetite of children aged 4-5 years in RA Al-Qur'an Al-Munawar, Merangkai Village, Dayun District, Siak Sri Indrapura Regency. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the problems of implementing child-friendly school programs in pendidikan anak usia dini institutions. This study uses a qualitative approach, conducted in five Raudhatul Athfal in Pekanbaru City. The main informants of this study consisted of five heads of Raudhatul Athfal and supporting informants from officials of the Ministry of Religion and the Pekanbaru City Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Service. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and observations. Data analysis techniques were carried out with 4-stage qualitative analysis: collection, reduction, data analysis and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the child-friendly school program in pendidikan anak usia dini institutions still has many problems, namely: 1) Government support that is not yet optimal and uneven policies. 2) Lack of socialization and guidance. 3) Lack of understanding of teachers and education personnel about the concept of Child friendly School. 4) Lack of funds, 5) Lack of commitment from the leadership of the institution. 6) Unsupportive infrastructure. 7) Frequently transferred human resources, 8). Lack of cooperation and participation of parents and the community. The obstacles encountered can be overcome with several best practices, namely: 1) Commitment and making written policies. 2) Thinking positively to always innovate for the progress of the institution. 3) Proactive attitude and take the initiative to the relevant agencies. 4) Trying to fulfill facilities gradually according to ability continuouslyKeyword :  Implementation, Child-Friendly Schools, Early Childhood Education Institutions.ABSTRAK. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis problematika implementasi progam sekolah ramah anak di lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif,  dilaksanakan di lima Raudhatul Athfal  di Kota Pekanbaru. Informan utama penelitian ini terdiri dari lima kepala Raudhatul Athfal ditambah dengan informan pendukung dari pejabat Kementerian Agama dan Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak Kota Pekanbaru. Data dikumpulkan melalaui wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis kualitatif 4 tahapan: pengumpulan data, reduksi, analisis data dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi program sekolah ramah anak di lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini masih banyak ditemukan problematika, yaitu: 1) Dukungan pemerintah yang belum maksimal dan kebijakan yang tidak merata. 2) Kurangnya sosialisasi dan bimbingan. 3)  Kurangnya pemahaman guru dan tenaga kependidikan tentang konsep sekolah ramah anak. 4) Kekurangan Dana, 5) Kurangnya komitmen dari pimpinan lembaga. 6) Infrastruktur yang tidak mendukung. 7) sumber daya manusia yang sering mutasi, 8). Kurang kerjasama dan partisipasi orang tua dan masyarakat. Adanya kendala-kendala yang ditemui, dapat diatasi dengan beberapa best practice, yaitu: 1) Komitmen dan membuat kebijakan tertulis. 2) Berpikiran positif untuk selalu melakukan inovasi untuk kemajuan lembaga. 3) Sikap proaktif dan  jemput bola ke dinas terkait. 4) Berupaya memenuhi fasilitas secara bertahap sesuai dengan kemampuan secara berkesinambungan.Kata Kunci :  Implementasi, Sekolah Ramah Anak, Lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini.

Abstract

The presence of male teachers in early childhood education (ECE) remains very limited due to strong gender stereotypes in society. This study aims to explore students’ perceptions of the roles, challenges, and contributions of male teachers in early childhood education. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews and focus group discussions (FGDs) involving Master's students in ECE. The findings indicate that male teachers are not merely complementary figures, but essential elements in creating a diverse and inclusive educational environment. They contribute to fostering discipline, responsibility, and serve as positive role models, especially for children who need a male figure. However, their presence often faces challenges such as social stigma and lack of community support. This study highlights the need for policies that support increasing the number of male teachers in ECE to promote a more inclusive and gender-equitable education system.
